I was a loyal bsnl customer holding a landline since 1987 till 2017. Due to very poor service, with great reluctance i had no other alternative but to take the decision of parting my ways with bsnl after 3 decades and finally on 25.5.2017 surrendered my land line bearing no.2361827 at the office of the divisional engineer, telecom, south, mysore located at rttc building, tonachikoppal, mysore. I also surrendered the instrument as per their direction to the telephone exchange at srirampura on the same date and got an acknowledgement.
Before surrender of the telephone connection, i had cleared all my dues upto date and i was told that in my account i had a deposit of rs.1, 800 or so which will be directly transferred to my bank account. Asked about how much time it may take, i was told that it may take about 3 months. I was surprised to find in this age of electronic communication where anybody in any corner of the globe can be contacted in lightening speed, the bsnl being the communication giant needs 3 months time to verify and refund the amount that is legitimately due to me.
However, i have waited patiently for 3 months, but there is no information so far, nor a courtesy updating the status of my case.

      My telephone no. [protected] is enabled with broadband service but i am not getting internet connection since last two months or more. I have registered my complain many times on 1500 and even at the local complain booking office but my problem is not getting resolved. I am just getting the monthly bill which i am paying. I request thy to kindly look into the matter and get my problem resolved.

      BSNL has not even refunded my security deposit as I disconnected by connection due to poor quality and bad support from BSNL. I suggest you switch to some relatively better service provider.

        I had paid rs.333/-in june 17 for data package for three months which became due to renewal on 21/8/17 and it was renewed on the same date vide receipt no [protected]dtd 21/8/17 from bsnl. But the data package has not been working and i made 4 calls yesterday and 8 calls today to their online service centre 1503. Three times i was told that the server was down and should call back after two hours and this has been done just a few minutes before this mail is being typed. Actually the call centre people are hiding the fact that bsnl servers are not working and trying to divert the complainants, telling them to check if the roaming option is on, if bsnlnet is selected in the network operators etc., is it service or dodging? They can tell the truth. Leaving that, they are asking about the brand of the mobile and such irrelevant queries. I strongly condemn this rotten treatment to the customers of this service provider. Also i want to register here that though i had a lot o[censored]nused data in my last package, the system stopped working more than a week before it became due for expiry and i have not been compensated by adding that unused bandwidth to my present one which is daylight robbery.

          I have paid my bsnl mobile postaid bill 2 days ago but it has not been processed till now through phonepe app. The money has been deducted from the debit card but there is no confirmation and when i check in https://portal2.bsnl.in/myportal/ link they show that the bill is still not paid.

                Respected sir:
                Past 3 years iam regularly using bsnl network for internet connection. Now a days (1 year) that particular company provide very slow internet connection. I complaint lots and lots by customer care and directly i visited towards head office. They are answering like a #. And they are treating me like a dog. Please resolve me and like peoples problem and give back my self respect.

                  I had booked the complaint regarding non working of my ll/bb service installed at my resident. The complaint was forwarded to district/state level authorities. It was attended after two months and taken my consent to close the complaint. From very next day, both the services are not available for which i had send sms to local bsnl engineers. Till the time of booking this complaint, my bb/ll are out of order. I had paid monthly bills online till july, 2017 for no service was provided by bsnl.

                  If both the services not restored immediately then please withdraw your connection.

                  Actually bsnl tower in front of my village is not giving 3g range. It is not working from 2 days. I am having lot of problems here. Range from another nearby tower is also not coming.
                  Its humble request to repair it as early as possible.

                    From last 5 days in my home area their is no network, when some time i got network i call bsnl customer care but every time they disconnect the call and giving me any solution.in my number i recharged with 444 data pack but from the last 5 days i am not able to use my data pack because of network problem in my home area., my home area is aiims, patna. I have also rechage with 105 rs for calling (Pack of 11000sec for 28 days) but from the last 5 days many times i am not able to make call... Bsnl coustomer care people are very bad, not professional, they just know how to disconnect the coustomer call those are in problem with the bad network.

                      I wanted to port from Bsnl to Airtel and I did all formalities regarding it in Airtel office.
                      In response to Portal Bsnl terminated my Vasantham plan but the Service is not getting disconnected.

                      When I called to Bsnl customer care, the executive told that there will be a verification call from our side.

                      But still the verification call never came..

                      Kindly disconnect the service I'm not satisfied with Bsnl

                        I wanted to inform you that while paying bsnl broad band payment for july month my money was deducted twice in different days. In the first day that is dated 15th July the payment was made through online of rupees 726 and was unsuccessful but money was deducted from my bank account. Then I waited for few days for the refund but it was not made. Again I paid on 26th july the same amount of rupees 726 was made this time it was successful and again my money was deducted. However, my previous money was not refunded till date. I am attaching my bank updated passbook here within and red marks are the details which confirmed that money was deducted twice. Want my money back ASA.

                            I am not interested watch movies and play games in bsnl hungama so kindly deactivate the bsnl-hungama plan. My bsnl land line bill increased because of the activation of bsnl-hungama. I know nothing about bsnl-hungama that pave the way for increase the amount of my land line bill so kindly unsubscribe the amount of bsnl-hungama from my bsnl land line bill and deactivate bsnl-hungama plan.

We are experiencing un acceptable noise in the landline phone for the past couple of years and severe disturbance in the broadband connection too. We have made multiple complaints but, the solution was always temporary. We need permanent fix for this issue.

                                Please provide me with itemised bill for july 2017 for the number[protected]. The amount appears to be too much and i have never paid such amounts. The phone is also just an emergency phone and is not used as such.

                                I do not understand the need for some useless sentences to be added so that the complaint is 350 characters long. What are you trying to say - do not be crisp and clear and provide a short message - write long winded rubbish so that the person reading this gets more and more irritated with the subject and the language used. Good luck with reading all this rubbish i wrote just to make it to the number of characters you are trying to specify

                                  Sir, i have visited cengalpattu exchange for changing my blocked sim card. I have reached the office by 4.10pm today ie (21/08/2017). I request one of the lady sitting at new sim issue counter to look after my request but that lady was busy with her some personal works after waiting for 15 minutes again i asked to attend my request but that lady refused and told me time is over so ask me to come by tomorrow, even the time is only 4.15pm. Being the working hours of bsnl is up to 5.30pm she refused to work and closed the counter and left so i kindly request to take necessary action against the person and make sure the proper working of government departments to avoid our tax payer money

                                    Hello,

                                    I made a recharge of 151rupees on 18th aug. It is combo plan containing bsnl to bsnl free and other mobile 200min and 2gb internet. After recharge i am not able to made any call so i conformed with bsnl customer care.

                                    After taking 3days they informed me that before recharge you need to confirmed with customer care though website is not 100% certified. Senior executive from bsnl informed me that plan is modified after 15th aug and except mumbai and delhi plan is valid everywhere. I am in mumbai and not able to use that service.

                                    Multiple executive called me and not able to answer properly in last 3days.

                                        Yesterday[protected] my mobile signal stopped and i was trying to search network but it says no network registered. Then by enquiring nearest bsnl point they say my card have blocked. For reason network provider made this.? Also i was using it till 4:30pm after that signal stopped without changing any settings from my side. Also i have sufficient balance in my mobile.
