My request for giving internet connection in my Mobile No. [protected] has not been resolved since a week. Complaint No.1L10720200 dated 10.12.2015 is still open. B D AGARWAL, GUWAHATI

Complaining to BSNL about any technical problem is like the effect of rain on a buffalo. Number of times I complained. BSNL says wonderful imaginary things but in reality range of wifi is less than 6 meters.

In kerala bsnl landlines are not frequently working. Some sort of mischief is being played. In a month many days this phone is dead. My senior citizen parents are not able to communicate with the children. The logo of bsnl (connecting india) seems a big failure. The free service 9pm-7am is a joke. The officials are not competent to resolve problem.

My landline number is [protected]. I have not subscribed for any services but a sum of Rs.440 has been unnecessarily included in my bills without my consent. . i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND, HUNGAMA MOVIES ON DEMAND, HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND.Then return my money collected from me for last month.I once again request you to disconnect these servies and clear my account. My wimax speed is very poor around a week. i was complain in the bsnl office. but he did not respond. my wimax account no. is[protected] my name is Ramanjeet Singh. City- Abohar, Punjab.

Sir, I am Abdul. and we have a BSNL Landline for more then 8 years. in Nanganallur, After we shifted to Anakaputhur, Gurusamy nagar, (the shifting )applicaion rejected becoz of Feasibility problem i want to know. when it will be solved. ? when BSNL connections will be available in Our Area, Like Anakaputhur Gurusamay Nagar? Actually i have asked in pammal bsnl exchange, they said. 'plz wait if someone surrendered or canceled the line. we will give it to you". waiting for 3 years. !!! When will be the feasibility problem solved?

I am fom bhilai khursipar chhattisgarh i called them for new broadband connection they are refusing for a new broadband connection by saying that there are no bsnl lines there but there, s a bsnl line in front of my house later i called them and said that there is line in front of my house now they gave me the the reason that there is no space on the line. if bsnl is saying that they provide internet connection for bhilai area then what is the problem for my house i am also living in bhilai . they don't wan to add new customers very bad service too worst experience

From last week i'm not able to make calls or send messages. no wonder my 2g is not working properly from last 1 year. dont even think about 3g !! sometimes call gets connected but the person sitting at other end wont hear me and many times call get diconnected. BSNL service is so pathetic. i'm tired of caliing service centers. they dont even think of their customers.

Dear sir /madam, my mobile no is [protected] I am not getting itemized bill on my phone. Plz send me itemized bill for the months of July and August 2015 on my e mail id [protected]@gmail.com. I ve already submitted application also.

Dear Sir, My prepaid Mobile bsnl sim No [protected] has been inadvertently locked by my son & now sim is deactivated & it is asking puk code for activation. My Sim srl No is 899174309822101754553733 . On 13/12/2016 I have contacted to Kolkata Customer care No [protected] for issue of puk code . Mr Sourab Sadharai, an customer care executive asked my Mobile No, current prepaid plan and address. I gave him every required information and finally he told that data is not matching and puk code can not be given. I surprised & asked him to tell, which my data is not matching, I am the onwer of sim . He refused to tell which data is not matching. The attitude of the said executive is found very non cooperative & totally negative. He least bother of customers. I am thinking to change bsnl sim in case response is not getting in timely. BSNL is already running in loss & such type of careless & negative attitude executives are sitting in bsnl, what value added service they will give to their customers. situation is worst in west Bengal BSNL. My mobile no is [protected] . Its a J&K post paid connection. I am not able to send any SMS from my mobile or last four months. SMS Centre Number in my settings is [protected]. Kindly ensure that it starts at the earliest

I lost my mobile sim number [protected] dated 1.12.2015 evening.A F.I.R.related sim card is also lodged in kotwali ballia.Today is sun day and no any official prest to receive my complaint to block the sim card that no boby can missuse.kinndly block the sim. Sheoji singh [protected]@gmail.com

Last one month i have complained 5 times that the telephone is not working.. The authorities solve the problem and after3-4 days again the telephone stops working... Its becoming so inconvenient to use a bsnl landline with such a pathetic service... Bills are charged on time and if d payment is delayed thn the services are cut, but a small problem cant be solved by d ponda bsnl service provider

I have been using my BSNL no. from almost six years and suddenly it shows no service. It had happened one time before and I have got it reactivated. Same problem.

BSNL is not adjusting the same against the bill raised by them. Also they are not correcting the same for the functioning for BSNL and broadband. 3) Also I using data pack on mobile [protected] but they are crediting the internet data pack and are charging in the bill. I Sri Partha Pratim Pal MOB NO [protected] is trying to de-activate voice chat service since last few days .Some times I am getting request for SMS to 155223 to Stop the service .But that SMS does not responding properly .After 2/3 days I am getting SMS either to renew or STOP, but amount is deducted without my conscent. Hence I strongly demand to deactivate all types of BSNL Voice chat service from my mob no-[protected]. PARTHA PRATIM PAL MON NO[protected]

My mother Suchitra Paul was died on 24th April, 2014 after her dead we surrendered land phone[protected] and mobile (manik-jor plan [protected]) connection. Nominee already got security deposit amount return. The mobile (manik-jor plan [protected]) already port to other operator as BSNL generate bill after surrender it. Now BSNL send a letter addressing to mother name with threaten to pay bill, (though she is not alive) otherwise they lodge a FIR. Here I have attached mother death certificate, security return as passbook snap shoot, new operator bill, BSNL last payment receipt. I can pay this amount but it is a question of ethics!! 1) One more thing letter written on[protected] but send to me[protected]stamp snap shoot is attached) threaten statement written as "pay the entire dues by cash within 15 days from the date of issue of this notice." why you send letter after 87 days of this statement? 2) Why they want only cash not online payment or cheque or money order etc. it is exam time of my engineering students from Monday to Saturday. 3) How a dead person can meet you? 4) If there is really a due, why you do not generate a bill? 5) Why you have not send bill till date?
