Dear Sir, My prepaid Mobile bsnl sim No [protected] has been inadvertently locked by my son & now sim is deactivated & it is asking puk code for activation. My Sim srl No is 899174309822101754553733 . On 13/12/2016 I have contacted to Kolkata Customer care No [protected] for issue of puk code . Mr Sourab Sadharai, an customer care executive asked my Mobile No, current prepaid plan and address. I gave him every required information and finally he told that data is not matching and puk code can not be given. I surprised & asked him to tell, which my data is not matching, I am the onwer of sim . He refused to tell which data is not matching. The attitude of the said executive is found very non cooperative & totally negative. He least bother of customers. I am thinking to change bsnl sim in case response is not getting in timely. BSNL is already running in loss & such type of careless & negative attitude executives are sitting in bsnl, what value added service they will give to their customers. situation is worst in west Bengal BSNL. Hope necessary corrective action will be taken at appropriate level to get better customer oriented services from kolkata, west bengal bsnl . with regards anil d. javalekar Salboni Midnapore west-721132 M- [protected]

          Last one month i have complained 5 times that the telephone is not working.. The authorities solve the problem and after3-4 days again the telephone stops working... Its becoming so inconvenient to use a bsnl landline with such a pathetic service... Bills are charged on time and if d payment is delayed thn the services are cut, but a small problem cant be solved by d ponda bsnl service provider

This is to bring to your kind notice that my phone number[protected] account no.-[protected]) registered with complaint registration numbers -[protected] dt. 07.08.2015 /[protected] dt. 09.08.2015 and [protected] dt. 12.08.2015 have not yet been resolved. Tried contacting @ [protected] and [protected] but to no avail. The phone line was in dead condition earlier but now it is giving the message as ‘’ Line taken temporarily out of service, please contact area accounts officer.’’ No application for temporary disconnection has been forwarded to the BSNL department from my side. Moreover all the bills have been paid apart from the bill dt. 01.08.2015. for which I got the message on 10.08.2015. Then why the complaint is not being attended on priority. The BSNL landline and broadband is non-functioning since 07.08.2015 and around 5 days have passed since then. Also they are not correcting the same for the functioning for BSNL and broadband. 3) Also I using data pack on mobile [protected] but they are crediting the internet data pack and are charging in the bill.                 I Sri Partha Pratim Pal MOB NO [protected] is trying to de-activate voice chat service since last few days .Some times I am getting request for SMS to 155223 to Stop the service .But that SMS does not responding properly .After 2/3 days I am getting SMS either to renew or STOP, but amount is deducted without my conscent. Hence I strongly demand to deactivate all types of BSNL Voice chat service from my mob no-[protected]. PARTHA PRATIM PAL MON NO[protected]

                  My mother Suchitra Paul was died on 24th April, 2014 after her dead we surrendered land phone[protected] and mobile (manik-jor plan [protected]) connection. Nominee already got security deposit amount return. The mobile (manik-jor plan [protected]) already port to other operator as BSNL generate bill after surrender it. Now BSNL send a letter addressing to mother name with threaten to pay bill, (though she is not alive) otherwise they lodge a FIR. Here I have attached mother death certificate, security return as passbook snap shoot, new operator bill, BSNL last payment receipt. I can pay this amount but it is a question of ethics!! 1) One more thing letter written on[protected] but send to me[protected]stamp snap shoot is attached) threaten statement written as "pay the entire dues by cash within 15 days from the date of issue of this notice." why you send letter after 87 days of this statement? 2) Why they want only cash not online payment or cheque or money order etc. it is exam time of my engineering students from Monday to Saturday. 3) How a dead person can meet you? 4) If there is really a due, why you do not generate a bill? 5) Why you have not send bill till date?

                              I was having very slow broadband connection for two days. I thought it will get rectified by itself. I am having a plan of 4MBPS but was getting only 100 kbps. When I called customer care they will keep me waiting for hours and then disconnect the call on some pretext or the other. Finally when I was able to raise a complaint they disconnected broadband permanently. They are not answerable to anyone. And I don't have any alternate choice and had to bear the brunt. They just close complaints without even getting any feedback from me. I feel this is the worst service any one can provide.

                                Respected sir, Here I would like to throw light to a serious matter about your products. We had undergone in a contract with BSNL SURAT (Mr.Yagnesh Lad, Mr.Kothari & Mr.Bipin sheth) for broadband and internet connection of our whole project (Sangini Solitaire & Swaar Sangini) Basically we are leading real-estate firm of surat. We provide premium facilities to our customers with apartments that include internet connection and broadband. We had agreement on the 3rd week of January and made payment on the time for our both projects (Sangini solitaire & Swaar Sangini). We were been promised to get connections within 4 weeks of agreement. we get the connection after the 20th week of aggrement . after the im proper connection we are suffring lots of problem . After the conncetion the connection is not working very well. whenever we ade a call for serice or complain we get very im proper and unsatisfying answer from them even our client also get the very unsatisfying answer also. The kind of response is affecting our prestige seriously. We had promised our customer that they will get best servise from BSNL but i thing we were wrong. We have been receiving very unsatisfying and non-responsible answers from above mentioned persons. Kindly do the needful action . The authorities we have been dealing with is following 1.                                   Recharge failure I have been recharged my mobile no. [protected] for Rs. 200/- on 07.12.2015 through BSNL mobile recharge by SBT internet banking. As per bank reference no. IG0BCMXJJ9 for Rs.200 on 07.12.2015 at 10.29 AM. Bank has already transfered the amount to BSNL, but I could not get my mobile. Hence I request you to kindly verify the same and credit the amount to my SBT account immediately.

The caller is not talking if any male member of the family picks up the phone and they abuse to female member of the family who picks up the phone. We are not able to recognize the call number as our landline phone does not have caller ID. Please give me details of incoming calls from 01.10.2015 to 05.12.2015

Without my knowledge and without my request, the deduction of Rs.300/- per month for E-Shiksha Balaji has been initiated and this amount is being charged without showing it into my telephone bill. I request you to please do the needful to deactivate this service from my landline number, stop deduction of Rs.300/- for this service from my telephone bill and arrange to adjust the already deducted amount in my next telephone bills.                                         This morning(ie., 07th December 2015) i recharged my prepaid GSM (No.[protected])with a Topup of Rs.5500, through the BSNL Portal online recharge facility. i did the topup thinking that it will give extra value of Rs 6600, because it was shown in the BSNL website (BSNL Portal) that an extra talk value will be added with the recharge of 5500.but i got only 6000.i contacted the bsnl customer care and they said that scheme is not available now. if so, then why it is shown in the website?this is cheating the customers, bluffing the people.this is the way bsnl is making big turn over every year.the government service is supposed to give smooth service to the people not to cheat them. atleast stop by now cheating the people.
