As per my citi bank credit card statement my account debited on 24/10/15 as per ref:[protected] for Rs1228/, and on25/10/15 as per ref:[protected] for Rs1228/ again on27/10/15 as per ref [protected] for Rs1228/ . but from bsnl statement I came to know on 25/10/15 they accept Rs1228 for bill payment .their ref:[protected]. please refund excess payment you received to my credit card . thanking you

    I bought EVDO Datacard - [protected] on 21st Nov, 2015. Since then I'm facing connection issues with it. Network here is really good but Datacard is not connecting. I contacted Customer Care 20-30 times about this issue for 15-16 days regularly but still it's not fixed. I have paid Rs. 838 for my plan and I am not able to use it properly. I have an online business which is suffering a lot due to this. Please fix this issue ASAP or refund my money. I cannot take this anymore. If proper actions are not taken, I'll go to higher authorities about this issue as I've been extremely patient with it.

    BSNL probably is the best company to work for. You'll get full salary without any responsibility. 5 months and still same problem with multiple other issues.

              Today on 4th Dec 2015 I have told about HUNGAMA PACK connection in bsnl by a phone call on my landline no. [protected]. they people told to being member for the charge of rs.10 and they provide me password on my email by which i can subscribe hungama packs. I have never subscribed for the games, entertainment, Block buster and any other services but they shown me subscribed . I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the kindly decativate the plan immediately. please deactivate all bsnl hungama packs on my number [protected].please do it immediately.

                My telephone no.[protected] is not working since last 2 weeks. Online complaint booked. No use.
                Still no response. Called kalamassery exchange several times. Nobody lifting the phone there.

                My broad band modem configured and complaint again . Then they told it is by cable fault. Who will correct the fault? Can a customer correct the cable fault?
                Send mail to ekm accounts officer. But np response.

                Waiting for their mercy.

                Good news- telephone bills will be reaching correctly. And waiting for broadband charges bill...

                  I started my bsnl broadband connection one month ago nd i hve Data flow problem in my bsnl connction with no [protected] since i started this plan in Pauri Garwhal, Uttrakhand . I've already registered my complaint in bsnl customer care Nd bsnl office too nd i hven't got any services from them to fix my issue .

                    I had submitted my application for provision of BB and a telephone connection at my residence on October 18, 2015.
                    The cheque(# 818285 HDFC Bank) that I gave as the advance fee for the connection got realized on 29th October, 2015.
                    However, the connection has yet not been provided to me.

                    Whenever I make a call to the local person named Rudra (Ph no. [protected]) he says that it will be done next week. When I ask him a date, he asks me to call the AGM. When I call the AGM (Ph No. [protected]), he says that there is some delay and it will be done in another 3-4 days.

                    I raised this to the Appellate authority on 26th November and I got a response over phone that it will be done by 1st Dec.

                    When I called up the local person again today, he now says that it will be done by next week Saturday which is 12th Dec, 2015.
                    Will I keep on getting these “NEXT WEEK” dates forever?

                    I am seriously very anguished with the response I got from BSNL with my installation request.

                      I ported my number to BSNL on October 28, 2015. Then after my sad days started. Frequent call drops, network unavailable even if i'm in bangalore itself. BSNL also doesn't provide service of "Call forwarding" to other network mobile numbers. I contacted BSNL custumer care, the real hell . I bet try calling customer care and make them understand your problem !! I contacted customer care several times, nothing worked. I finally gave up and now maintaning IDEAL sim too. I realised BSNL is and wanted to port back to other network, but according to Telecom rule, we have to be in same network for 90 days after porting ...Now i'm counting days... Why government bodies are not customer service focused ?? No work ethics... All incompetent people ...Government has to take serious steps against this...

Manjula Kataria (Landline No.[protected], has taken a broadband connection on 18.11.2015 & my trouble/ problems has started from the same day.as i was unable to get any services even after making n no. of service request of Engineer visit. butnothing concrete action taken by bsnl.my complaint ids are as under [protected](20.11.2015) [protected](27.11.2015) [protected](28.11.2015) i have even tried to contact local authorities on following no. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected](Mr. N.K tandaon) [protected](Mr. Praveen Bhagwat) [protected] (Mr. Manish) but all of the above no. s are not so kind to even pickup the phones. Now, i am forced to discontinue the services of BSNL Broadband.

                          I have submitted application for a landline on Nov 14th in BSNL Ulsoor office, bANGALORE and they are yet to provide me a connection, The allotted land line no is [protected]. It is now more than two weeks. Airtel promised a phone within few days but I still opted for BSNL to support the Govt Kindly do something as BSNL mobile network inside my house is also very poor

                          I am also stuck with the same problem. It has been more than 1.5 months now since I applied for the connection.
                          The advance payment cheque got realized on 29th Oct, 2015 but still I have not been given any acknowledgment and neither conveyed any allotted landline number.

                            Dear sir,
                            My name is Ankur Verma and my BSNL Landline Number is[protected]UP West).
                            Sir, I bought a new connection in the month of August 2015 with internet broadband service. After installation i got the first bill for my landline bill.
                            And i paid for the bill for August and September. But sir, in the month of October they charged me with huge amount of local calls. And i am asking for the dialled local call details to the telephone exchange, they are not listening me and refused to give details.
                            I am the owner of the telephone connection so i have right to know about the payments and i did not dialled those calls.

                              I Santosh Kumari Daughter of late Sh.Arjun Singh Dalal have requested to bsnl many times to disconnect the above said connection after the death of my father on 23.12.2014, but the bsnl deptt is regularly sending bills after inclusion of surcharge on surcharge instead of sending me security deposited by my father.                                 I am having BSNL Broadband Line Connection[protected]. During last month billing I found they charged me with an amount of Rs.92.59 as Charges for Hungama Services which we have not made any request for activation.

                                I made the payment and request them to refund the same which we have not requested. However, BSNL Hungama Customer Care has abruptly refused and confirmed that they will not refund the amount.

                                BSNL-Hungama is very clever in charging the amount as adjustment to many customers. They knew very well that they need to refund the Money hence they didn't charge any Tax on such services and shown separately as "Adjustments"

                                BSNL is harassing innocent Customers by activating the Services on their own and while making complaint they simply stating that Customers have activated it.

                                Kindly take up with BSNL and arrange to refund the Money to me and to all such innocent Customers who have been harassed.

                                  This the irony of BSNL, Landline no[protected]Bhojpur) in the name of my mother. This Telephone is not working for last four months, every time my mother called to customer care/ BSNL officials, they simply give assurance. All consumers has disconnected their LL except us on that village on hope of every thing could be OK.
                                  Request the BSNL official to do the needful, my parents are 65+ years old living in village.They fall ill of going & requesting to Telecom officials. Next move is to claim compensation only.

                                        Sir i have made a online transaction of rs.2388. The transaction was made on 18th august 2015, the payment was through bsnl mobile app. I tried to pay several times and due to slow internet connection many times failed. But in one attempt the amount was debited from my bank account. but still it has not been yet updated in their system. I tried to contact the bsnl exchange and also customer care but they are helpless regarding this transaction.
