I had submitted my application for provision of BB and a telephone connection at my residence on October 18, 2015.
The cheque(# 818285 HDFC Bank) that I gave as the advance fee for the connection got realized on 29th October, 2015.
However, the connection has yet not been provided to me.
Whenever I make a call to the local person named Rudra (Ph no. [protected]) he says that it will be done next week. When I ask him a date, he asks me to call the AGM. When I call the AGM (Ph No. [protected]), he says that there is some delay and it will be done in another 3-4 days.
I raised this to the Appellate authority on 26th November and I got a response over phone that it will be done by 1st Dec.
When I called up the local person again today, he now says that it will be done by next week Saturday which is 12th Dec, 2015.
Will I keep on getting these “NEXT WEEK” dates forever?
I am seriously very anguished with the response I got from BSNL with my installation request.
