Dear Sir,

Please see my adjustment charges for October 2015 that have been undesirably
Debited in my bill as I have not used any such service.

Please deduct the same immediately failing which I may go to Consumer Court for justice....

Landline not working of bsnl for more then a week. I had complained on 10-11-15 regarding my landline not working, whenever we pick the landline there is no sound (no dailer tone). Same was informed to us tht it is. A cable fault.but instead of repairing some alternate arrangement was made n the phone was put to work on 18-11-15. That too after repeatative follow up wid the department. Now again on 20-11-15 the same problem is repeated.....

Having suffered haphazard charges by AIRTEL, I ported to BSNL a few months ago. Number is [protected] under nestham plan. CHarges common under Nestham are : Local or std on net @1.2 paise per sec; off net 1.3 paise per sec means 72 & 78 paise per minute. Charges under F&F : BSNL local& std 15 paise per minute and other net works 35 paise per minute. However, BSNL has been charging for all calls even under FnF all these months @ 1.28 paise...

I through BSNL quick link portal made payment of 1181/- through internet banking o[censored]BI on 19.11.2015. My saving bank a/c is [protected] and OTPreference ID is 72877 and Transaction Description is ePAY/To:TECHPROCESS/41130149/ LAND LINE. while making payment error appeared on UBI site however in massage amount has been debited, but no receipt of BSNL was generated by TECHPROCESS. Either my account be credited by 1181/- or ePAY/To:TECHPROCESS/41130149/ LAND...

My(Arun kumar barnwal) mobile handset with bsnl sim card bearing mobile number [protected] and [protected](Uninor) was stolen from sindri at 11.00 hours at sindri. I request to immediately block the above number from unauthorized use of the sim card.

I had tried to recharge for my prepaid no [protected] through BSNL app today. Found payment successs from my ICICI account but recharge failed.please verify with my bank reference ID [protected] and account no[protected] and revert my money back to same account....

Balance is getting deducted from mobile no [protected] which is a BSNL service. A Chalisa pack is getting renewed on its own and was deducting rs 10 each month since past 1 year and now rs 15 per month is getting deducted. We never renewed any chalisa pack or any kind of pack. Getting really high pings to Singapore servers of CS: GO. Earlier I used to get less than 100 ping to these servers, now I get 250+ ping. Its surely not a server problem, since my friends with other ISPs get ping within 100. Like I said, earlier, I used to get good ping about 80ms or so. So I request BSNL to please fix this latency issue, so that we gamers can get our peace of mind back!...

On 11/11/2015 I wanted to Top Up my mobile Number [protected] for Rs.220/- through internet banking of Indian Bank. The amount of Rs.220/- was debited against my Account on the same day. But Top Up was not made to my Mobile. The transaction reference Number provided by Indian Bank is EINB [protected].I want to know where the amount is held up. This is so ridiculous. For the month of September, 2015(Rs. 273) I saw one time charges in the BSNL bill and i thought it was due to some BSNL service but again for the month of October i get On Time Charges of Rs. 410. When i called customer service and asked what this is and they informed that it is due to Hungama services that I had activated, which I'm not aware of and I do not need these services. Today they are calling from Hungama...

As am not residing in my home for a long period, I want to deactivate this hungama plan immediately.Am sorry to say that several times am calling but nobody is responding why.Please do it as soon as possible.
