        It is very sorry to note that HUNGAMA billed through BSNL Rs. 410 on 01.11.2015 without any explicit contract with them for availing any service. To my wonder I do find an 50% shoot up of bill amount all at a sudden in November, 2015. When enquired the concerned BSNL authorities it is learnt that this is the result of just transmitting the email id of the subscriber (complainant herein). Is it not an act of picking the pockets of BSNL subscriber stealthily? Pl arrange to repay to my account the paid amount. I do really fear to receive any call at all from HUngama.           Sir some days ago my bsnl no( [protected]) lost. when i contact to bsnl customer helpline they inform me that there is no details of this sim card found in their record.and due to which they don't block my sim. i request you to please block this sim.

            Hello Everyone, My name is Mohammad Shariq and I'm using BSNL Broadband in my home and office from last 3 years. My telephone number was[protected] I faced a serious issue in the service. I was using a broadband plan whose cost was about Rs 1499 per month. 5 months ago, I faced an issue of connectivity (my broadband was not working at all and also I wasn't getting a dial tone in the telephone), then I made a complaint to the lineman, He came to my place and resolved it by doing something at the pole near our colony, again after 2 days, I faced the same problem, my lineman came again and told me that they are having connectivity issues at the main bsnl office in our city. So I made a call to a senior representative, he told me that this problem will be resolved within 15 days. I just used my internet for just 5 days out of 30 days in that month, despite that I paid the entire month bill to them as he told me that you'll pay the entire amount. Since then its about 4 month, they are sending me the bills regularly and still my connection is not working. What should I do in this case. I just want to leave them and their services. And I dont want to pay the bills they send me while my internet was not working. Can someone assist me with this ?

                  My complaint registered with docket no:[protected], dt: 8th Aug, 2015. 2). complaint registered with docket no:[protected], dt: 9th Agu, 2015, 3). complaint registered with docket no:[protected], , dt: 13th Agu, 2015, On 21st Oct. 2015 i received a sms complaint no:[protected] is closed, problem solved. But my problem is not solved. Again i raised a complaint with docket no:[protected]. Again another sms received on 7th Nov, 2015 your problem solved complaint closed. I personally contact with the officers on BSNL in mangalagiri and GM office Guntur, they advised to me, "cancel your phone connection, problem was not solved."

                      I applied and paid 1500/- for BSNL new connection near Perungalathur, Chennai. It has been more than one month. Daily, i'm going to BSNL office but no use. Daily they are postponing. The Line Man is started scolding me when i enquired about the connection about BSNL connection. The Line Man is coming to office at 11 AM and Going home by 4 PM in between Lunch. I doesn't understand for whom they are working. Whom to complaint about this. LINE MAN NUMBER IS [protected]

                          BSNL is looting the public . they are subscribing hungama services without asking permission. Firstly they are saying the service is free and asking our mail id and subscribing the service...i am paying One Time Charges 472.70 Service Tax 181.55 extra for two months..i want my refund back...i not even for one day...now i have to pay 1200 extra for this service... my account details:- Customer Id [protected] landline no [protected] Account Number [protected] BIll for the month of November and december 2015.. please take neccessary action imediately..you can check the above details and my usage...

                              I recharged 68 pack of net balance in 23 December 2015.Suddenly company deducted 700 mb with any information, so i want that bsnl company refund deducted amount as soon as possible, i also told that the behavior of customer care during calling not good please change it .

                                I have ported to BSNL from docomo on December 23, 2015 through MNP and was on Amulya plan as per the brochure laid by BSNL for new and MNP customers. A day after i have migrated to Rs 36 per second plan as per which the pulse is to be 2 paise per 3 seconds call duration, but i was charged whopping Rs 12/- for just a 10-min call duration. When i reverted to BSNL customer care regarding this, they said that this offer is void and gave a reason that we did a recharge of Rs 51/- because of which our offer became null, but in face we never did any recharge of Rs 51/- as per message records we have. Added to this, customer care executive gave a rude response. I have all the evidences for this fraud activity. Hence, customers plz beware of porting (MNP) to BNSL telecom. This is a #1 fraud telecom.

                                    The Bsnl no.[protected] was lost on dec 22, 2015. Please deactivate the SIM as soon as possible to avoid misuse. A compliant was filed on bsnl website with Docket no.UPE/CO/2015/3532 but no response till now.A toll free number and UP East customer care service no.(+91 [protected]) was also tried but no voice on phone was heard.

                                        Sir/Madam, I given Tamilnadu SIM([protected] to Karnataka by national porting on 12/12/15.They told within 8 to10 days number porting will be done. Regarding this I called at 11.40 hrs to [protected] and at 12.40 hrs to 22931805. The persons behaviour is so irritating i ever experianced. Illogocal and unethical behaviour.
