My complaint registered with docket no:[protected], dt: 8th Aug, 2015.
2). complaint registered with docket no:[protected], dt: 9th Agu, 2015,
3). complaint registered with docket no:[protected], , dt: 13th Agu, 2015, On 21st Oct. 2015 i received a sms complaint no:[protected] is closed, problem solved. But my problem is not solved. Again i raised a complaint with docket no:[protected]. Again another sms received on 7th Nov, 2015 your problem solved complaint closed.
I personally contact with the officers on BSNL in mangalagiri and GM office Guntur, they advised to me, "cancel your phone connection, problem was not solved."
Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by seshananda problem not solved, but they sending monthly demand notice to pay bill.
Recently my Videocon LED TV JB32FM-B1A[protected] required repairs.
I registered my complaint Call. No. PUN[protected]
The service center sent a service engineer who inspected the TV and said that the TV would be required to taken to service center as the mother board was faulty.
The TV was then taken to service center and repaired with assurance to return my TV in three working days. However the TV was returned to me.
After one month, I had personally contacted and discussed the issue with Area Manager and Regional Manager. They assured me of penalizing the service center and return the repaired TV as soon as possible.
I received my TV in working condition after two months in service center.
I was asked to pay bill amount Rs.5900/-. Service center refused to give a proper bill receipt when asked for. The Area Manager has assured me rebate in the bill due to delay. I have not made payments due to this.
The service center employee on 30.12.2015, entered into my home forcibly in my absence and removed the motherboard. I was on duty and when called refused to talk to me. However after some time he talked to me and fixed back the motherboard in the TV when i assured them of making payments.
I am reporting this to appraise you about this incidence.
