Dear Sir / Madam; I had gone to my local BSNL office on December 17th. December 2015 personally and complaint about my telephone not working and was told that a local repair man would be dispatched. Today is the 21st of December 2015 and no one has come to attend to this problem. How long is it supposed to take for a linesman to come and attend to this problem.

Dear Sir, I lost my mobile handset Samsung J2 (IMEI: 353508/07/410581/3) alongwith my dual sim cards during travelling by bus from Pohabagan to Saldiha. My mobile no. were [protected] and [protected]. I want to block the sim cards so that no one mis use it. But unable to reach bsnl customer care. I am requesting BSNL to block my sims immediately. my temporary mobile no. is [protected].

Hi sir, I am fan of bsnl service but now it's worst service in my village...they don't care about service and signal...whatever everything...my friend need broadband connection ..but they can't respond.. Always signal problem.no repair..

For using bsnl net for 10 minutes. They took away 45Rs from my balance.. Un informed.. I didn't get any information such a huge deduction. I need the full amount refund immediately.. I was having 200 mb net plus 15MB extra.. Still they, took my 45 Rs. I need the amount back immediately..

Sir/Madam, I want new broadband connection without modem from bsnl because I already have a modem, but they are forcefully selling their modem. They are just cheating and misbehaving with customers. Why shall I pay charges for modem if already have. Kindly take up this matter and justify with customers.

Balance in my account 93 main and mb data 21 mb bu on same date 93 deducted from my main balance and promises to refund within 24hrs but still not refunded

The Tariff provied by the organizaion is too much for the public to be satisified and service is not provided properly and the problems are not rectified fast. Though being a Government organization giving tariff which are not worth of money when compared to Other broadband services. when the government are saying Digital India.

Dear Sir, I Yawar Mohammad Khan residing at 32, jinsi road jehangirabad, Bhopal-462008 MP is having a combo plan that is combo 999 under which i get 20 GB data at speed of 4 Mbps and after that reduced speed is 512 Kbps along with the land line telephone[protected] account no.[protected] ) incoming services. But since last few months my bill was unfortunately increased and my Data was reduced. Even after continuous calling to Call center...

Sir I charged my mobile no. [protected] on 15th december woth Rs821. The benefit is of 7GB but I only got 6GB. I complaint on customer care but there was no result. Now when iam calling they are not even taking my calls. I think it is a cheating. Iam now thinking of MNP my number as Bsnl are cheaters. Please help.

I Ram chandra singh using a bsnl landline number[protected] not getting a caller id function bt after complaing to exchange office and nodal office, etc. still there is no assurence from the bsnl that when i will get the service, after running every day to exchange office now i was told that bsnl donot provide caller id.So lastly i complain to consumer forem. Respected sir/ madam, on behalf of our locality i ( bobby varughese thomas) would like to registering a complaint regarding weak bsnl network in our locality place - manjadi p.O kattodu thiruvalla - pathanamthitta - 689105 its been a while we are facing weak signal problems or no network for both mobile and landline telephone networks and we have registered complaints for which nothing has been done so far.Please take necessary actions or insist for a secondary tower or increasing the capacity of exsisting tower as possible. Dear sir, I am using BSNL broadband service, last few months I am facing no connectivity for it, I called many times on help desk (1500), they insure me that is taken care of, but no use. I have many ref nos for it([protected], [protected], [protected]). Kindly help me to reconnect it.

Yesterday somebody from bsnl had called to explain hungama entertainment packs.I had just listened to that. Today I get a mail stating interalia"We have verified your subscription request successfully". actually I have not "requested "to subscribe.Therefore cancel the subscription if any you have done, immediately. Dear Sir, I submit a application on 28/9/[protected] for the disconnection of Broad Band and change the plan of Rs195 /month only for call. but after two month position is same. I visited two times and meet HDO of BSNL office. Yesterday a phone call come form BSNL office and she said that first you pay the balance payment then disconnection done. I own a BSNL PHONE CONNECTION[protected], am 69 years old and live alone with a fractured hand and damaged right leg in an accident. My phone rings up at odd hours and with difficulty, I reach for it 'thinking it could be my children living far away, but finds it belching awful songs; and tapping the cradle does not stop it . It carries on for the full time of more than ten minutes. And cannot even make a call for the whole period of song . while installing the phone I neither asked for any such facility except a broadband connection nor I was told that this song will be beamed to me in such odd hours .I had contacted the BSNL local tel exchange at Makkool peedika under Vatakara sub div several times, but asked me to go to customer care at Vadakara 6 KM away and give a request, to terminate a nuisance which I never asked for and was thrust up on me. The staff was so arrogant and said they cant do anything about it and even refused to give the customer care telephone number, asking me to take it from the telephone bill which I may or may not receive from the Post man. When we talk very loud about the customer care etc. etc. the treatment meted out to an old man is very ridiculous and deplorable.
