I recharged 68 pack of net balance in 23 December 2015.Suddenly company deducted 700 mb with any information, so i want that bsnl company refund deducted amount as soon as possible, i also told that the behavior of customer care during calling not good please change it .

    I have ported to BSNL from docomo on December 23, 2015 through MNP and was on Amulya plan as per the brochure laid by BSNL for new and MNP customers. A day after i have migrated to Rs 36 per second plan as per which the pulse is to be 2 paise per 3 seconds call duration, but i was charged whopping Rs 12/- for just a 10-min call duration. When i reverted to BSNL customer care regarding this, they said that this offer is void and gave a reason that we did a recharge of Rs 51/- because of which our offer became null, but in face we never did any recharge of Rs 51/- as per message records we have. Added to this, customer care executive gave a rude response. I have all the evidences for this fraud activity. Hence, customers plz beware of porting (MNP) to BNSL telecom. This is a #1 fraud telecom.

        The Bsnl no.[protected] was lost on dec 22, 2015. Please deactivate the SIM as soon as possible to avoid misuse. A compliant was filed on bsnl website with Docket no.UPE/CO/2015/3532 but no response till now.A toll free number and UP East customer care service no.(+91 [protected]) was also tried but no voice on phone was heard.

            Sir/Madam, I given Tamilnadu SIM([protected] to Karnataka by national porting on 12/12/15.They told within 8 to10 days number porting will be done. Regarding this I called at 11.40 hrs to [protected] and at 12.40 hrs to 22931805. The persons behaviour is so irritating i ever experianced. Illogocal and unethical behaviour. I called them from [protected] (ISAC, Bangalore)

                I tried recharge of 199 Rs. The amount is deducted from my account but recharge is not successful. Kindly either refund the amount or activate the pack.

                I was recharging my mobile no [protected] with an amount of₹ 99 but after transaction completed, it showed recharging failed in the status bar, even the price of 99 was debited from my account. I am 52 and i tried it for first' time but unfortunately failed in the first attempt.Very unfortunately I won't unwillingly in future have any online transaction done particularly on BSNL based platforms.Below are the information required.

                I want to state that today on 6th of October, 2020 I recharged a bsnl number ( [protected]) rs. 298 from SBI a/c [protected] . My account get debited but recharge was unsuccessful. Till now it is not refunded. Please do needful.

December 2015 personally and complaint about my telephone not working and was told that a local repair man would be dispatched. Today is the 21st of December 2015 and no one has come to attend to this problem. How long is it supposed to take for a linesman to come and attend to this problem.

                              Sir/Madam, I want new broadband connection without modem from bsnl because I already have a modem, but they are forcefully selling their modem. They are just cheating and misbehaving with customers. Why shall I pay charges for modem if already have. Kindly take up this matter and justify with customers.

                              Updated by Pankaj Farlia                               Such a top company in india and my favorite too, sorry for word used cheat for staff and misbehaving by them because i felt like being cheated, Once staff told they will give connection and other day they refused.
                              Bsnl is top telecom company in india and their network is good in almost every part of country. Hope they take request and solve it. Alot of expectations from top telecom company in country.

                                  The Tariff provied by the organizaion is too much for the public to be satisified and service is not provided properly and the problems are not rectified fast.
