    I tried recharge of 199 Rs. The amount is deducted from my account but recharge is not successful. Kindly either refund the amount or activate the pack.

    I was recharging my mobile no [protected] with an amount of₹ 99 but after transaction completed, it showed recharging failed in the status bar, even the price of 99 was debited from my account. I am 52 and i tried it for first' time but unfortunately failed in the first attempt.Very unfortunately I won't unwillingly in future have any online transaction done particularly on BSNL based platforms.Below are the information required.

    I want to state that today on 6th of October, 2020 I recharged a bsnl number ( [protected]) rs. 298 from SBI a/c [protected] . My account get debited but recharge was unsuccessful. Till now it is not refunded. Please do needful.

          Dear Sir / Madam; I had gone to my local BSNL office on December 17th. December 2015 personally and complaint about my telephone not working and was told that a local repair man would be dispatched. Today is the 21st of December 2015 and no one has come to attend to this problem. How long is it supposed to take for a linesman to come and attend to this problem.

            Dear Sir, I lost my mobile handset Samsung J2 (IMEI: 353508/07/410581/3) alongwith my dual sim cards during travelling by bus from Pohabagan to Saldiha.                 For using bsnl net for 10 minutes. They took away 45Rs from my balance.. Un informed.. I didn't get any information such a huge deduction. I need the full amount refund immediately.. I was having 200 mb net plus 15MB extra.. Still they, took my 45 Rs. I need the amount back immediately..

                  Sir/Madam, I want new broadband connection without modem from bsnl because I already have a modem, but they are forcefully selling their modem. They are just cheating and misbehaving with customers. Why shall I pay charges for modem if already have. Kindly take up this matter and justify with customers.

                  Updated by Pankaj Farlia                   Such a top company in india and my favorite too, sorry for word used cheat for staff and misbehaving by them because i felt like being cheated, Once staff told they will give connection and other day they refused.
                  Bsnl is top telecom company in india and their network is good in almost every part of country. Hope they take request and solve it. Alot of expectations from top telecom company in country.

                      The Tariff provied by the organizaion is too much for the public to be satisified and service is not provided properly and the problems are not rectified fast. Though being a Government organization giving tariff which are not worth of money when compared to Other broadband services. when the government are saying Digital India.

                            Sir I charged my mobile no. [protected] on 15th december woth Rs821. The benefit is of 7GB but I only got 6GB. I complaint on customer care but there was no result. Now when iam calling they are not even taking my calls. I think it is a cheating. Iam now thinking of MNP my number as Bsnl are cheaters. Please help.

                                Respected sir/ madam, on behalf of our locality i ( bobby varughese thomas) would like to registering a complaint regarding weak bsnl network in our locality place - manjadi p.O kattodu thiruvalla - pathanamthitta - 689105 its been a while we are facing weak signal problems or no network for both mobile and landline telephone networks and we have registered complaints for which nothing has been done so far.Please take necessary actions or insist for a secondary tower or increasing the capacity of exsisting tower as possible. Today I get a mail stating interalia"We have verified your subscription request successfully". actually I have not "requested "to subscribe.Therefore cancel the subscription if any you have done, immediately.
