I am having a bsnl landline phone (no:[protected] which is not working from last 3-4 months but still the bill coming which is about Rs. 500 per month. this month the bill i received cost me near about Rs. 1100 even though i didn't made a single call in last two months. and when i tried to pay bill and surrender my phone after dis-satisfaction of BSNL service, the people in-charge in NANDGRAM OFFICE AND RTAJNAGAR OFFICE didn't allowed...

My account was billed for 2934 /- rs and I payed the bill online through bsnl portal after the whole transaction it showed the error stating that: "sorry! We are unable to process your transaction.
