My(Arun kumar barnwal) mobile handset with bsnl sim card bearing mobile number [protected] and [protected](Uninor) was stolen from sindri at 11.00 hours at sindri. I request to immediately block the above number from unauthorized use of the sim card.

I had tried to recharge for my prepaid no [protected] through BSNL app today. Found payment successs from my ICICI account but recharge failed.please verify with my bank reference ID [protected] and account no[protected] and revert my money back to same account.

Sir.This is a mail from Head master-Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Vidyalaya, Pathare Bk.Tal-Rahata, Dist-Ahmednagar.Ph.No.[protected] Sir We have given complaint 4 to 5 times to your Satral Office about our internet is not working properly but they do nothing about it.So pl.give proper servise to us.

Balance is getting deducted from mobile no [protected] which is a BSNL service. A Chalisa pack is getting renewed on its own and was deducting rs 10 each month since past 1 year and now rs 15 per month is getting deducted. We never renewed any chalisa pack or any kind of pack. It is getting renewed without any prior information. Please stop the chalisa pack. And if possible, the wasted balance should be compensated. Quick response will be appreciated.

I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately. My landline number is[protected], I Never ask for this facility company unfairly without any information added this facility to my account deactivate this facility with immediately effect.

Getting really high pings to Singapore servers of CS: GO. Earlier I used to get less than 100 ping to these servers, now I get 250+ ping. Its surely not a server problem, since my friends with other ISPs get ping within 100. Like I said, earlier, I used to get good ping about 80ms or so. So I request BSNL to please fix this latency issue, so that we gamers can get our peace of mind back!

R /sir I AM USING BSNL LAND LINE SERVICES SINCE 15 YEAR . SIR from last 4 month hungama plan which has been activated on my land line no.[protected] without my concern BSNL hungama was auto activated without our consent.Customer care executive called us and introduced us about their services. He took some personal details like email id and phone number.We were completely unaware of the activation process. They just activated our account from their side which we came to know only when the bill came. Their registration process is such that anyone with my email id and DOB can activate the service in anybodies name. When i asked for refund they claim that activation was done from our side.But we were completely unaware of the activation process. I would like to know hoe this problem can be solved.Is there any way to raise a complaint against this bsnl.hungama.com when i am asking them for any proof for my concern the are not able to replying please solve my problem thanking you

My land line number :[protected]. in my land line number i have broad band connection, i have not activated bsnl hungama service but it is activated from the bsnl end and charges rs.171.93 has been deducted. so deactivate hungama movies on demand, hungama music on demand, hungama games on demand. please refund Rs.171.93/- please take necessary action immediately

On 11/11/2015 I wanted to Top Up my mobile Number [protected] for Rs.220/- through internet banking of Indian Bank. The amount of Rs.220/- was debited against my Account on the same day. But Top Up was not made to my Mobile. The transaction reference Number provided by Indian Bank is EINB [protected].I want to know where the amount is held up. PLEASE TRACE IT AND ARRANGE TO CREDIT IN my Bank Account as early as possible. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.

I received a call from BSNL Hungama during July 2010 that I am to get free services if I provide to them my mobile number and email address and I provided to them .without my knowledge this account has been created and now i don't want this service to br done for me, so kindly DEACTIVATE my hungama account Telling for FREE services and debiting in my bill is looting to the public and cheating to the public.Who has given permission to BSNL HUNGAMA to debit in my bill ? I request you to get refund my amount paid for this hungama service and DEACTIVATE my hungama account immediately.

This is so ridiculous. For the month of September, 2015(Rs. 273) I saw one time charges in the BSNL bill and i thought it was due to some BSNL service but again for the month of October i get On Time Charges of Rs. 410. When i called customer service and asked what this is and they informed that it is due to Hungama services that I had activated, which I'm not aware of and I do not need these services. Today they are calling from Hungama and telling you should activate the account and start using Hungama since I will have to pay for this month also. I asked for a call recording of me or my wife accepting this offer and they have not replied me yet but persuading me to activate and use the services.

What kind of nonsense is this? Why do I have to pay for something which I have never used and why should I activate a service which I dont intent to use.

Two months back my wife received a call on our Landline and was asked about these services and she rejected saying we do not require such services and even after that these services were activated, the customer service representative falsified the information and asked my wife's email id for billing purposes and activated these services. This is daylight robbery and pure cyber crime.

I want a refund of the amounts that were billed and want the services to be deactivated.

As am not residing in my home for a long period, I want to deactivate this hungama plan immediately.Am sorry to say that several times am calling but nobody is responding why.Please do it as soon as possible.

Unable to change bsnl broadband plan in http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in SAP portal. when i am selecting to change broadband plans button and trying to change broadband plan the website giving me error like ""No Plans Found !!!", so i am unable to change broadband plan. i am also SAP ABAP programmer but this website is only for fooling people and customer care service is very old type. i have sent many emails to bsnl customer care but not a single reply from BSNL. i am file this complain because in website BSNL Gives option to change broadband plan online but this function is not working and useless for all people and when i have send email to bsn then i am not getting any single reply from BSNL in last 4 month.

Additional services like Games on Demand, Music on Demand and Movie on Demand by Hungama are activated on my BSNL broadband without my consent and i want to unsubscribe this from my BSNL land line no.[protected]. This has reference to my previous complaint online. Last month BSNL landline bill added about Rs.136.56/- towards BSNL hangama VAS and this month bill shows Rs. 410/- towards their VAS. It is reiterated once again that I have NOT ACTIVATED the link provided by BSNL hangama through my e-mail. So kindly stop the service of "HANGAMA" IMMEDIATELY and the process of adding additional bill towards VAS in my telephone bill. Kindly refund the excess amount deducted as above. I have tried several times on the toll free no provided by hangama.com, which is not being attended by the so called executives, it stops after repeated record saying the executives are busy.

I never wanted it to be activated on my phone number[protected] but some how in my absence they have activated by calling to my land line and forced my wife to get a connection that made to pay 700 for not at all utilizing the services.any how please disconnect with immediate affect form 14-11-15 I don't want to suffer further

I am having a bsnl landline phone (no:[protected] which is not working from last 3-4 months but still the bill coming which is about Rs. 500 per month. this month the bill i received cost me near about Rs. 1100 even though i didn't made a single call in last two months. and when i tried to pay bill and surrender my phone after dis-satisfaction of BSNL service, the people in-charge in NANDGRAM OFFICE AND RTAJNAGAR OFFICE didn't allowed me to do so. they didn't even told me the legal path to surrender the phone and made to roam here and there.

I hve tried to recharge (STV) my mobile phone No.[protected] online on 04.11.2015.Rs, 149 is taken from y account.(Transaction Ref No.IGOAYHIZX5/04.11.2015).But recharge is not done.This serious matter may please be taken into consideration.
