I have already complained on 25th Sep 2015 requested to reduce the 23 days rent on the previous bill as phone line was dead. After that I have received two months bill without reducing the rent. I have complaint acknowledgement dated on 25th Sep at Adyar DGM office....

Hi Sir, I had registered my broadband and landline service interruption issue with BSNL ([protected]) on 20-Oct-2015. BSNL says to resolve all complaints in 3 days, but even after giving written application and lots of email communication, they had not reverted back or resolve issue. Please help to look into it. My telephone sometimes do not give dial tone and when works has disturbing noises.
