I came to know from a SMS send by BA -PORTAL that the Monthly current bill against my LL No.[protected] is Rs.2679/=, which is more than three times higher than my average monthly bill, I don't know why? et should be reviewed and revised if necessary.     The marketing executive did not listen, they rather do not answer the financial questions and ask user to answer 1. After that they have not cancelled my number. Pl be informed that I do not want to start bsnl hungama. and if it has started accidentally please stop it.

          A service called bsnl hungama has automatically been added to my service and 410 rs has been deducted Ted for the past 7 months. Since my bill gets auto payment I did not realise till I recently saw the bill and additional charges. U want to complaint against bsnl for fraudulent charges and cheating customers.

              Dear Sir: I made a payment through you.to pay a BSNL bill amounting to Rs.1770/ under the transaction number[protected] at 12.04 h, today, I.e., November 6, 2015. The State Bank of India has debited the amount from my account. However even after about 15 mins of waiting you your site for processing the payment remained static, and the I got the message stating:" sorry, your transaction could not be processed."                 Hi, Whenever I make a voice call from my new BSNL sim card, for the first two attempts, the person whome I call is not able to hear my voice but my amount gest deducted every time. This problem is common accross any telecom service provider number I call or local or STD voice calls I make. If I make the call from any other service provider sim card, for example Vodafone, from the same device(cell phone) and from the same place, the call connects and goes fine in first attempt itself. I expect all my money whoch got deducted so far to be refunded and in future if this happenes any time again, money should not be deducted at all. Thank you.

                  I have received a call earlier in August from some one claimed to be a part of BSNL and informed about the Hungama service. The Tele-caller explained on the offers in the Hungama service like New Tamil Movies, Education Games & Movies for Children, etc.., He confirmed that this service will be chargeable only if the subscriber watched/utilized the service by accessing the Hungama service using the credentials.

                  I accepted the offer and received my credentials. I logged into the website, the same day, only to see that there were no games for children or any new Tamil movies hosted. To my disappointment there were only old Hindi movies in the website. I logged out from the website and it was hardly a 5-10 minutes session.

                  My August BSNL Broad band bill, had an additional charges (Rs. 441.68/-) towards Hungama music and movies. It was disappointing to see a charge slapped for an unused service and I immediately unsubscribed the Hungame service on Sep 8, 2015...

                  To my dismay, my September month bill too carried some charges for the unused and unsubscribed service (Rs.146.70).

                  I raised a complaint and gave a letter to BSNL Office Guindy on 31st Oct 2015. They simply mailed to Hungama service and ask them to refund.

                  I received a forwarded mail from BSNL on 3rd November from Hungama and its stated (Please note as per the details and record we have confirmation done by user himself. so in this scenario we can not provide you with the refund.)

                  I accept that I confirmed to activate the service as said above, but I cannot see any New Tamil Movies/Games for Children there on the month of August - September. Now also they don't have new movies, only 1/2year movies are there and also that movies are telecast by cable tv operators/DTH service regularly. Why should I pay for that movies...

                  BSNL also support this type of Fraud Value Added Services and cheated customers... there are too many complaints about Hungama here, why BSNL should cancel tha Hungama Service.

                  I request to refund the Hungama Charges In Total : 588.38

                    I lost my phone yesterday and gave complaint in bsnl office banglore through my representative as i am transferred to hassan. They asked so many questions like name, address id proof given at the time of registration etc.. Every questions answered correctly and after that the bsnl officer tried to block the sim by calling some number and told my representative that she was not able to connect the number please block from your end. If bsnl people is struggling to get the number, what will be the customers situation. Sir please block my sim card my no is [protected]. Yours faithfully kannan t bhanu

                      Sir, my sim card is old sim card which is not compitible with new mobile phones. So i need micro sim

                      I went to bsnl office for the same. But the service is very poor.

                      My complaint is.

                      1. When first time i meet the officer he demading for my id proof.
                      2. Next time when i meet him with id proof, he demading my photo copy.
                      3. Third time, he reply that computer is not working.
                      Why he not give me proper guidance at first time ?

                        Does any one even read this forum from the BSNL office ?, this has to be the biggest joke of all time, by far New sangvi is famous for not having a decent broadband connection through BSNL. But it makes me think why are people complaining here? Anyway I too have time to waste and need to vent my anger so here it is. I hope many of you know that people in the Old sangavi exchange are not even computer literate let alone resolving your problem. If you have seen office office on SAB TV (because that is all you can do now, you have no internet) it is the same scene enacted live for you. Skills of BSNL New sangvi exchange employees: Pan-chewing, groundnuts tossing, sweater-knitting, gossiping. If someone has some spare time, I would love to see a youtube video made on this office. The movie Mr. India was made for a reason, it is for those who dont understand where the repairmen for Old sangvi exchange disappear. You are now patriotic and your heart is filled with pride that BSNL is one of the flagship organisations of Govt of India.

                          I changed my no aircel to bsnl through MNP almost 7 months completed now i m facing the problem unused internet if i on internet for 5 min 10 mb gng and half an hour 5o mb is gng not downloading anythg last 3 days i recharged for 3 times. poor customer service If i faced same problem for another two days i ll change it to another network

                            I have two bsnl mobile, since january 2015, i received some unwanted message related to quizzes, love relationship and others. Though i contacted with 1909, but one of the customer care representative asked my name and mobile numbers. Accordingly i requested them for applying dnd. Same point of time csr said within 7 days all unwanted message services shall be de activated, till the date those unwanted messaging services may activated, even i am receiving those vulgar and unwanted messages and quizzes from bsnl side. What is the hell going on? so far as there i know, bsnl r finally devastated and need some money, after all bsnl becoming the poor and they all about been liked the poor beggars. Nb:- my numbers:- [protected]/ [protected]. I want bsnl should stop sending those unwanted messages at earliest..

                              In continuation of my previous complaint, dated 23rd Oct.2015, would like to inform that till today my telephone line is shifted to my new home. When we contacted the sub-divisional manager of the locality, he inform us to submit identity proof. when I submitted the application to this particular officer, he did not ask for the identity proof or anything in support of my application. After a gap of two months he is insisting to submit it. It shows that it is a delay tactics. I strongly condemn this kind of inhuman behaviour of the department

                                My mobile no. [protected] account no.[protected] postpaid connection was issued from ccn meerut, in mid of year 2013. From last three-four month my mobile bill is not proper. There were several call diversion during call to another no. Today, my friend got call from my mobile no. [protected] on his no. [protected], also got some message from my no. [protected]. But i did neither call him nor send him message.
                                My complain is to check that, whether bsnl office has issued more than one sim card of the same mobile no. If so please disconnect the other person mobile no. [protected] inherently. And also take panel action in this matter inherently.
                                If this problem is not short out inherently, please disconnect the no. [protected]. And issue me another no.

                                  Sir it is submitted that four days ago a SMS received in my cell ([protected]) from BSNL SMS Services that free Secretary services is available I mentioned my name in SMS and I opt the same and send it in my reply, and then again a SMS received that your willing for free Secretary services is received and considered after three or four days. Now on 2nd Nov. eve BSNL 2 massages received and Deducted 30+12=42 amount has been deducted, where as I have not opt for the same for paid services. Sir remit my amount for this BSNL negligence otherwise I will knock the door of consumer court whose all charges will have to paid by the BSNL. Kindly look into the matter and help me.                                     I had placed a new connection of BSNL broadband. They took long time to set up the broadband connection. Later at the time of installation I was assigned the telephone number[protected]. I took a plan of 4 MBPS of speed whereas I was hardly getting any. Due to poor speed I could hardly use internet for 15 days also. Regarding billing, modem charge was included in the bill even though we haven't used modem provided by BSNL.

                                    With respective to the complaint mentioned above, I went to BSNL office to file a application to close the connection and they denied to take the application even though we were ready to pay the amount for the number of days we used excluding extra charges which they have added into bill.

                                      While raising the monthly land line /broad band bill (ph no;[protected] for the period 01/09/2015 to 30/09/2115 banl has collected additional charges of Rs 309/70 stating that it was one time charge, without assigning any reasons. they have refused to accept the bill amount without paying this amount. Hence I was forced to pay the full bill amount of Rs 1509.93 including the above one time charges. Being a public sector under taking BSNL cannot forcibly collect money like this . I request to refund this money with interest immediately
