    Hi Sir, I had registered my broadband and landline service interruption issue with BSNL ([protected]) on 20-Oct-2015. BSNL says to resolve all complaints in 3 days, but even after giving written application and lots of email communication, they had not reverted back or resolve issue. Please help to look into it.       Sir i am cosumer of bsnl mobile having 2 sims, one on my daughters name & one on my name. At our residence area bhim chowk, amarjyotinagar, nara road, nagpur maharashtra. Mobile & net sinals are very weak, and having variation. Therefore, please give strong signals at our area. Why your signals are weak?         BSNL Broadband is not served to the number[protected]. # complaints had been raised for the past 10 days and number of calls to BSNL Call center. But all in vain. The complaint details are 20/10/2015 Docket no:[protected] 25/10/2015 Docket no:[protected] 28/10/2015 Docket no:[protected]. Inspite of complaints and calls to BSNL call center till today no Broadband to the number[protected]. For every Complaint that was raised without any solution they updated their database as if the they solved. Call Center tells I have to Approach BSNL. They cant inform and resolve. Moreover I was informed that i should not raise a complaint through IVRS (as it will be having valid proof of date and time of the complaint). I have asked them to deduct the bill for 10 days, and they said they cant do. This implies they want me to pay bill for these days without any service. Govt organizations must not do like this as it is indirectly looting.

              We the under mentioned executives of Mines Rescue Services, ECL, an Emergency Organisation and part of Disaster Management Core group, formed by Honourable District Magistrate, Burdwan, West Bengal;suffering tremendously due to 'Non Shifting of BSNL Landline and Broadband connection' from Neamatpur exchange to nearest exchange i, e, Kumarpur exchange of Asansol Telecom District WB Circle. SDE Kumarpur exchange Deliberately and Purposefully kept our Application pending from August 2015 While Selectivly shifting some connection(e.g. Ph no:2511139 ) at his Exchange. We the sufferers met the concerned SDE of Kumarpur exchange but failed to convince restoration of our Lines while he is at his sweet will to shift some others line. He not even bother the Commercial interest of BSNL in reconnecting Lines of more than 20 years old Bonafide Customers. Our telephone lines Disconnected due to Road Extension from AUGUST 2015 and still not restored neither shifted to nearest exchange i, e, Kumarpur exchange of Asansol Telecom District WB Circle, which has already provided few lines to locality. Ironically BSNL is continuously raising Bills for the Disconnected period instead of paying COMPENSATION for Harassment due to Disconnectivity of Essential Services. In this regard, we request your good chair to look into the Malpractice of concerned SDE of Kumarpur exchange of Asansol Telecom District, WB Circle; so that valued Customers needn't to look for other Private Operators.                 As a Government Department the service we are getting is not to the mark. I am regular customer since very long time .My telephone no.is[protected]. Since last 4-5 months we are also getting serious telephonic problem of not either hearing or the other end could listen us properly. I have unlimited internet connection also since very long in which I am very much disturb. Actually I have given complain in office earlier but it was not solved. so I have given another complain which is register in & its Complain no. is [protected]. register in July 2015. then again new complain register in August .its Complain no.is [protected]. I am regular customer and paying bills regularly. But if my phone is not working properly and I have to pay and pay for the not properly utilize telephone it is not fare.                 This complain is not for one person but it is for whole building of "PARSHVA APARTMENT"
                Please do the needful at earliest...
                we are very much tired of this thing.
                the Officer is not saying no but they are promising and promising ...
                we all are now tired about this answers and not solving customer's complain is of no use at all. !!!
                what to do for this??????????????

                  Sir, I activated 22 oct 2015 caller tune to my [protected], but till now only default tone is activated.when i call to BSNL customer care they say i am forwarding your number to our people and it will be activated within 24hrs, more than a week over till now not acivated my money for tune Rs-42/- is deduted.I called bsnl person till 3 times but no use.pls do needful revert back to my mail.                       My telephone sometimes do not give dial tone and when works has disturbing noises. I made twice complained in 1500 and also sent mail to GM etc. One lineman came and said our line is ok you get the line from main cable to your house through somebody else. This attitude shows the irresponsible approach of the company. Why the service charges are collected? This is the action taken even after taking up the matter with GM/Alappuzha. Won't the BSNL raise their monthly bill even after the poor service? Where should I go now-to the consumer court?

                          Kindly deactivate hungama services. my land line no is[protected], this is should be deactivate as soon as possible, i need one clarification why you are offering toll free no [protected] for deactivate services, why i am asking this mean i tried for several times for this no but no customer care executive is respond to this call, bcoz your people are very busy then you should not give this kind of toll free no"s, very poor network and also the customer support.

                                Today the 27th oct 2015 at 10.02 am I paid a telephone Bill against[protected] for Rs 1, 180/- through SBI Net Banking. But although payment is debited to my account I did not received any confirmation BSNL since it was hanged over at the Bill Desk site for long time and ultimately landed with an error message.The transaction references are (i)Cellone -ESBI[protected]AND (II) sbi-IGOAXEOWO8 Dated 27th october 2015. Kindly effect payment to BSNL against their Bill for my above telephone no which is due on 28th Oct 2015 or refund the amount to my account with SBI and oblige, under advice to me.

                                  I have been charged a sum of Rs. 489/- every month bill towards one time charge against bsnl hungama movies/music/games on demand. I would like to bring kind notice that I have not either subscribed to or utilized this service so far.                                   dear sir my name m.ganesan working as aneletical engr southrn railwaycust id [protected]ac no [protected] since i am using bsnl landline with broad band connection for five years . i am suffering lot with this connection a lot . many time i given my complaint to the cs on phone and by regd posts but they was unanswered and my problem was temporarily solved. but again and again my bb connection is failing, every month the connetion fails for 10-15 days but i am recieving the bill with very good promptness . last month i sent a regd letter to CGM and the SDE to close my connection but not responded. i am requesting you to provide uninterrupted BB connection else please terminate the connection and refund my deposit or waive off the bill for the non functioning days and send fresh bill to enable me to pay the same.
                                  for you ref docket number[protected] date 21.10.[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected] here i am mentioning the sample complaint only . i sent many written regd letters also .the connection is not reliable for not even continuous an hour. intermittently failed . from 19.10.2015 to this day the connection is tottally failed. but the billing is very good prompt. please disconnect my connection it is not worthful to pay for the worst BB connection without purpose .

                                      Numerous messages are coming daily in my BSNL Mobiles from BV-612630, BV-654321, BV-657777 and from many other sources/agencies. The contents of some messages are not suited to old aged senior citizen like me. So I feel mysel[censored]nhappy and disturbing. Therefore it will be a great help for me if BSNL Authority refrains from sending such messages in my mobiles No. [protected] & [protected].

                                        My phone was not working since Sep 14, both the landline and the broadband was unreliable. On Sep 21, I officially complaint this to BSNL and the docket number corresponding to the same is[protected]. After repeated phone calls to the telephone exchange and customer care finally the issue got resolved only on Oct 12 late evening. Even though the phone was literally dead all these while, the bill amount was full. I had taken the broadband connection so that I could attend the late night official calls from home. Due to the unavailability of service I had to stay back at office resulting in more stress and unnecessary frustrations.
