      Today the 27th oct 2015 at 10.02 am I paid a telephone Bill against[protected] for Rs 1, 180/- through SBI Net Banking. But although payment is debited to my account I did not received any confirmation BSNL since it was hanged over at the Bill Desk site for long time and ultimately landed with an error message.The transaction references are (i)Cellone -ESBI[protected]AND (II) sbi-IGOAXEOWO8 Dated 27th october 2015. Kindly effect payment to BSNL against their Bill for my above telephone no which is due on 28th Oct 2015 or refund the amount to my account with SBI and oblige, under advice to me.

        I have been charged a sum of Rs. 489/- every month bill towards one time charge against bsnl hungama movies/music/games on demand. I would like to bring kind notice that I have not either subscribed to or utilized this service so far. There for I request you leave necessary steps to refund the amount from my bill and unsubscribe this service with immediate effect. My land line Phone No.[protected] My A/C. No.[protected]
        dear sir my name m.ganesan working as aneletical engr southrn railwaycust id [protected]ac no [protected] since i am using bsnl landline with broad band connection for five years . i am suffering lot with this connection a lot . many time i given my complaint to the cs on phone and by regd posts but they was unanswered and my problem was temporarily solved. but again and again my bb connection is failing, every month the connetion fails for 10-15 days but i am recieving the bill with very good promptness . last month i sent a regd letter to CGM and the SDE to close my connection but not responded. i am requesting you to provide uninterrupted BB connection else please terminate the connection and refund my deposit or waive off the bill for the non functioning days and send fresh bill to enable me to pay the same.
        for you ref docket number[protected] date 21.10.[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected] here i am mentioning the sample complaint only . i sent many written regd letters also .the connection is not reliable for not even continuous an hour. intermittently failed . from 19.10.2015 to this day the connection is tottally failed. but the billing is very good prompt. please disconnect my connection it is not worthful to pay for the worst BB connection without purpose .

            Numerous messages are coming daily in my BSNL Mobiles from BV-612630, BV-654321, BV-657777 and from many other sources/agencies. The contents of some messages are not suited to old aged senior citizen like me. So I feel mysel[censored]nhappy and disturbing. Therefore it will be a great help for me if BSNL Authority refrains from sending such messages in my mobiles No. [protected] & [protected].

              My phone was not working since Sep 14, both the landline and the broadband was unreliable. On Sep 21, I officially complaint this to BSNL and the docket number corresponding to the same is[protected]. After repeated phone calls to the telephone exchange and customer care finally the issue got resolved only on Oct 12 late evening. Even though the phone was literally dead all these while, the bill amount was full. I had taken the broadband connection so that I could attend the late night official calls from home. Due to the unavailability of service I had to stay back at office resulting in more stress and unnecessary frustrations.

                I lost my sim, so i have been trying to have it blocked, but the customer care simply doesnt seem to respond. Firstly they are unable connect us to any executive, we hardly get the speed we pay for. I am just waiting that someday they will learn to work. I called them up 9 times and when I was finally connected to the executive, after all the verification, they say "We can't block the sim right now, as the servers ae down. Call later". We try again after a few hours and we are not being connected to the customer care. Finally at night, we try again, and we are connected to an executive, who forwards the call to a higher executive. I don't know where the hell the so called "higher" executive was, as we waited for 5 minutes for someone to answer. Why do they act like such slowpokes. I don't even know if they will read this complaint within the next 10 years. BSNL is just a shame, it doesnt deserve the name Bhartiya in it!

                    I have done top up with Rs.100 to mobile number :[protected](BSNL) but money has not credited with the number.Later I have got mail saying that your money has been refunded to free charge credits.but there is no money in my free charge account.So kindly concern about problem and credit the money as soon as possible.

                      Somebody from BSNL hungama called on me to subscribe to their VAS and asked my email ID and sent the link to activate 1. Entertainment Unlimited, 2. Blockbuster, 3. Gaming Cafe All three services for 1 month @ discount price. I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED THE VERIFICATION LINK FOR NONE OF THE ABOVE ABOVE SERVICES. However BSNL have added a bill of Rs. 136.56 in the BSNL land line bill (Invoice Period 01/09/2015 to 30/09/2015) against My land line No. is[protected] and I don't want any of the VAS from BSNL

                        My sim, the number [protected], is showing as sim registration failed. I spoke to the customer care so he told me that this number allotted on 20 sept 15 to other person but I told him that my number [protected] is linked from Bank account SBI and HDFC. I tried calling up at the BSNL officer Raebareli no one answering the call. I would like to know what is the problem? & want my sim to be activated as early as possible.

                              Earlier i had a plan of around Rs.700 unlimited Broadband in which the speed was 1mbps, then later on after few months when i needed to upgrade the speed i upgraded my broadband to around Rs.1300 plan in which it was mentioned that you'll get 4mbps speed 20GB data per month thereafter unlimited, i dont know the exact amount right now because they keep on changing. I didnt get the promised speed even a single day, i download something or anything at around 100kbps, when i complained they said that we say upto 4mbps not promise to give u 4mbps, is this some kind of ?
                              What the hell im paying for? For data which i cant finish because they just give around 1mbps still.
                              I'm seriously tired, and if i didnt get any response or improvement after complaining here also then i'm seriously gonna move to court and try to get double the amount i paid for this broadband.
                              Please solve the issue.

                              BSNL SUCKS.
                              Don't force me to seek court after this, need a urgent reply or reaction from you guys against the Nawanshahr BSNL TELEPHONE BROADBAND EXCHANGE authorities ASAP.

                                  4MBPS broadband from BSNL. Internet is not available always and only few bps when available. Signal to Noise ratio SNR is around 7dB, required more than 20dB. Attenuation around 60dB around 3km from exchange. Complained several times for several months. Im paying more than Rs 1000 per month. Please correct it and need compensation for cheating.

                                  hello mr arungovindtech, only upto 8GB download or seeing online, you have full speed of 4MBPS (Mega Bits per second, not bytes), after that we have only 512KBPS (Kilo bits per second, not bytes).

                                    +[protected] is my home-land line number and it is under Mallappally telecom services-Tiruvalla. I have broadband connection 2mbps, for which I already paid for 2 years. My elderly parents are alone at home and already, and my father is a cardiac patient already finished his bypass surgery and mother is high BP patient.. so I have no one to send over to your office to make a complaint. In spite of myself logging repeated complaints from Abu Dhabi and also sending a person to complaint in Kerala, no action has been taken from your end. This number is in my mother's name Mrs. Susan T. George. The broadband connection is not good and speed is not remaining consistently at its maximum. We are using this connection to stay in touch with our beloved ones in India. We are facing this issue for the past few months.please do the need full

                                    O[protected] is my land line number. We have this connection for more than 10 years and we have broadband internet for more than 5 years. Our land line phone and broadband internet isn't working for about last 4 months. We have informed about the same to local telephone exchange and no positive action was initiated from their end. When one of my friend had similar issue he had to give bribe to officers in exchange to get his issue sorted out. Is that the reason why they are not interested to help me out?

                                      For the past 10 months i have been trying to get broadband connection to my home which is at Mangaliamman koil street, St. Thomas mount, chennai. But when i go to the BSNL office here they tell me to check with the BSNL line office in guindy. I went there personally to meet the Engineer but he says only if the lineman agrees to put line, he will grant the permission for connection. but the lineman was never available and after a long wait and try i was able to get in touch with the lineman. But what he was that the area for which i'm asking internet connection has low data tranasfer rate due to old wires and so he will not give me connection. And he said that there are many complains in that area we dont have any interest in fixing those issues so they will not give me the connection. But I can see the telephone line crossing my window yet they say they will not give me connection. I want this problem to be solved ASAP.

                                        i got a call from bsnl land line, saying that calling from bsnl hungama services, they collected all my details (name, cell no, email, date of birth)with out informing anything and asked me to confirm those details by pressing 1#.i did, i trusted bsnl, because they told me, they are providing user name and password to email, so u will get a chance to check bsnl hungama website offers and plans, if interest.
                                        immediately after call, i went through website.i found to get register, one must opt atleast 1 subscription plan. now i found that they registered my bsnl land line number in that website with out my knowledge (while i was in call by using my details, they registered my number, and also activated it by made me to press 1#. now even i dint get any email user name, password but i got registerd in bsnl hungama.
                                        i use net for study purpose
                                        so, definetly i get charged atleast 140 bill in my next bsnl bill.

                                        this is not all fair, a kind of fraud, phishing activity.really i hurted.

                                        please unsubscribe my number[protected] from all bsnl hungama plans.
