      A call came on my Tel.[protected] few days back, some recorded sound was coming on my Tel.The caller asked me to press one no. I did so, then came the voice that so much amount is payable.I could not understand but I didn't opt for any music or programme but I was charged Rs.219/- for that.Please note that I want that no further subscription be charged from me, as I want to unsubscribe.

It means that we have to cut the bsnl connection b'coz response time is so long nd we can't wait .its is very bad experience with bsnl .plz take the action as soon as possible b'coz its urgent

          I purchased BSNL SIMCARD Mobile No.[protected] in my name Resham Singh and paid Rs.120.Now the sim has been activated but the balance Rs.100 has not been credited. I have connected many times to the saller of product but all in vain.Pls do not allow to sell product to the thefter who do not credit the amount received

            The Bsnl tower at Khupa in Anjaw Dist in Arunachal Pradesh is functioning by operators. Due to non-punctual of operator and bad service of bsnl SDOT and staffs the network is found to be available hardly 2 or 3 days in month. The bsnl consumers are facing problem for contact to out side persons.May be take necessary action for continuous function of the tower pl.

              I[protected] have taken 675rs internet plan(unlimied data) from BSNL(PERUMBAVOOR) because they have talled me that they will provide 2Mbps for first 1GB and 512kbps speed for the rest but for last 2months i am only getting 10kbps per second speed .I have complained 2times in customer care(198) and also complained 4 times in BSNL perumbavoor office(Broadband section) but they had not taken any action to my complaint...Now they are forcing me to cut my broadband plan...and i am having necessory proofs for what i hav said(voice recording)...so plz help me to take severe action for ther unsatisfactory service provided by them.

                We got a bill for the number 22471635 which was Rs.4454 and when enquired they said that internet has been used but we don't even have the MODEM with us and on enquiry they are not giving us proper details and transferring the calls.                   I have lost my Mobile phone on 02.05.2011 which has the BSNL Prepaid connection. Request you to kindly deactivate the SIM Card to avoid misuse of my mobile number. My mobile number is [protected] Please block the sim card and also lock my mobile with the above mentioned .

                    Yesterday i.e. on 12/10/2015 I got my new replaced SIM in place of old one lost for BSNL CellOne phone no. [protected].from BSNL Office The Mall Kanpur. I was told that it will be activated latest by 4 p.m. on 12/10/2015. Sorry to say that even till now it is not activated for the reasons best known to them. Please direct the concrned authorities to activate the same.

                        Mostly humbly I would like to request your goodself that my land line bearing No.[protected] situated near Jamia Masjid Sharief Memender Shopian has been put on pause by the department deliberately one and a half month ago with the reasons not known. Although I am paying my dues online regularly and there is nothing outstanding against me. Today on 12/10/2015 when I again telephonically approached the BSNL authorities (Shopian) for restoration of my land line, they in turn demanded me to provide laborer expenses likely to incur for correcting the fault for its restoration which I think is a matter of great concern as it is the departmental obligation not mine and if I am right it is the BSNL who is supposed to provide its subscribers the uninterrupted services. I have suffered a great loss due to the inattention of your department in not restoring my land line even I have repeatedly requested the concerned local BSNL authorities from time to time for the purpose but of no avail and are continuously playing dilly delay tactics for one pretext or the other on his score with a lame excuse. It is in place to mention here that the neighbors’ land lines which falls on the same DP are running smoothly and only my land line has been put on pause. Keeping in view the above facts, the circumstance compels me to knock the doors of right corner on this score for the losses sustained by the undersigned so that I am relieved from the present situation and justice provided to me in a right way. Hope my requested is attended on top priority and grievance redressed genuinely please.

                            Respected Sir/mam, I recharge my Bsnl number [protected] of Rs 155 for 1 GB by free charge site online in date 11/10/15 but company give me Rs 133 balance not 1 GB data since there is no top up of Rs 155 show by Bsnl for customer. There is a cheating with customer if company give balance to customer why not show this offer to the customer so that customer aware before this recharge I already recharge many times online Of Rs 155 same number and always received Data but today give me balance on the same number and same recharge.

I am self recharge on 2 oct. from my account Rs 239 for Rs 100+ 1 GB data for 14 days . company recharge 1 GB data in my account, but till date Rs 100 is not recharge in my account. Many time, I talk with customer care, every time they say that amount is recharge in your account in 24 hours . But it never recharge in my account till date

                                  I had bought a bsnl connection of 1500 rupees pee month, this year I gave a full year pay of 22, 000 to them. The Internet was ok, and it did drop at times but One month later, I started getting random redirections to mail.bsnl.com and later in it would work for a few hours and again redirect
                                  it was annoying sometimes but somehow I managed it but now after 2 months it's happening after every few minutes and the worst part is that the Internet will not work as not as the redirect does not open
                                  in fact now even if the redirect opens, the interest is still not working. i have called and asked them time and again and I have tries to sort it out but they do not even Consider it as a problem. The Internet never works anymore, it works like 1 hour I'm a day if lucky and none of the bsnl people can do anything about it. it is so frustrating. i live in Shimla and there is no other Internet our here than bsnl. There is no other broadband.This is the worst broadband connection ever. their service was always poor earlier and even their Internet would often drop and often never work but now problems are just too much. The only thing that works on this Internet is the redirection to mail.bsnl.in and nothing else. This is the worst and I really need my money back.
                                  I would even use a mobile Internet now even if mobile Internet is also not so good in this city but we really have no choice. So much for digital India
                                  Next time not even voting for Modi, very disappointed with his government and this becomes one more reason to hate the Bjp...


                                  I just hope give me my money back.

                                    Dear Sir, I was BSNL customer since June 2015. I shifted my home in April 2015 from Anand to Vadodara for two years. Before, that I visited BSNL office Vithhal Udyognagar branch to cancel my connection. On customer care desk, I told her for the same. She informed me not to disconnect your phone but she advised me to fill a form for freeze your account so you can easily reconnect your phone after two years and there are no any charges for that. I did accordingly. After one month I received a bill. I again visited the branch. I told her about this. I paid my bill. Then she again advised me to submit your phone and cancelled your connection. I did it. I submitted my phone. I again got the bill. Due to misguide of your customer care executive why should I pay the bill? Kindly I request to waive my bill of Amount and amount of deposit and last pending bill. Thanking you. Please kindly do needful urgently Dr A R Jivani

                                        Hello sir/ madam I want to deactivate all bsnl hungama packages on my number[protected] I kindly request you to deactivate. unnecessary we charged 136rs. when I called up customer care they people tells all the customer executives are busy. then after 2min. they will automatically disconnects the call. so please I kindly request you to take this complaint in a serious way. and deactivate all bsnl packages on my number. thanks preethi T
