I Have Made A Recharge Of Rs 144/- (Stv) For Prepaid Mobile Connection No [protected] On 19.10.2015 At 06:57:16 Through Net Banking Vide Reference No Esb[protected]goawebgc6 And Duly The Amount Debited From My Savings Account But Recharge Was Not Done Successful. Accordingly I Lodged A Complaint At Bsnl Customer Care And They Send Me A Docket. With Due Consent I Made Further Made A Same Recharge From Local Mobile Retail Counter Of Rs 144/- (Stv) And It Was Done Successfully. But Bsnl Closed My Complaint Without Refunding The Amount Rs 144/- Which Was Made Payment Through Net Banking.

    Today i paid My Landline Bill Online through my Indian Bank Debit Card -Amount Rs.1273. But Amount go debited from my Bank Account . But BSNL still showing not paid. It took nearly Half and Hour to Process and in the end amount not Credited to BSNL. Now how to Rectify this? My no[protected]

      My name is K.K.Gupta, I have a BSNL connection no [protected]. On 9/10/2015 I used BSNL Portal for recharging above no with Rs 330.00. Iwas directed to techprocess for online payment through netbanking. The transaction no is Techproc/[protected]/[protected]. At that time I got no recharge for my number.I thought the money will return back to my account in next few days but now its 10 days over since the starting of process.           My telephone no is[protected], i have landline with bsnl since last 8 years.in my bill they have mentioned deposit of 2504rs to my account.i wrote to them to Rajkot office to refund extra deposit but they replied me that you have deposit of rs 1175 and not rs 2504 printed on my bill.how can it be?accounts department of Rajkot says there is mistake and we will correct it but after 6 months of period they were not able to correct the amount.and they do not reply me after writing to gm ahemedabad and agm Rajkot.i am a senior citizen and they are just harassing me.

              Customer ID - [protected] Telephone No. –[protected] The connection was requested on 22nd of August 2015 by paying a one month rental of Rs. 2295 and Rs.500 for installation. On 24th we received the connection after 3pm. No phone connection was given. Line was directly connected to ADSL Modem . The plan we took was “ BBG Speed Combo ULD 2295” assuming that we will get at least 5-6MBPS speed of the 8MBPS speed. However till this day never reached a speed more than 4MBPS and rarely we have seen 5MBPS. But we decided to adjust with this as we heard BSNL services are so pathetic. I require the internet connection for my son who needs it so that he can work some IT related business at our home for some time. He usually has client conference and other client update meeting after 8pm with his US clients. Till this day our internet connection has never been working after 6:15PM. He usually works till 3AM according to US Business hours. Upload is not more than 515KBPS. In a day our internet works only for 4 hrs. Technicians has visited many times to resolve but it has not been resolved. They said they would update to their JE Mr. Das. However he hasn’t responded. BSNL generated a bill of Rs. 2132. for the days from 24/08/2015 – 30/08/2015. For just 6 days they billed almost a month. When inquired through their toll free no.[protected] I was told, they billed for land telephone instrument, Caller ID for Rs. 600, etc etc.. The modem is a NETGEAR Modem and is owned by my son. No telephones and caller Ids are installed or given to us. However we paid that bill. The whole purpose of taking the internet connection was to do his business from home for a while. Since he works in US timings he usually be online between 6-7pm, However till this day internet connection never worked after 6:15. He lost a lot of money and clients in his business and therefore he is returning back to Chennai. There are no other internet service providers available except BSNL in our area. The next bill has come and we don’t want to pay this bill unless a fair connection is given to the hard earned money we paid so far.

                  Hello Sir, This Side Aman Gupta, we are doing business of IT Sector and our Company Name is SMART LOGICS from Chikara Complex, New Mohan Puri, Meerut.

                  I Have take a ftth connection and the connection no is 2970359 on around 50 days before, but right now i have not getting any update from a company side for related to connection.

                  One thing is that the fiber connection box is just front of office. Only 5 min work is there. Please it's my deep request to please arrange a ftth connection for our Company.

                  Please if some humanity is left, please try to understand my problem, It;s very much important, because we are on daily basis getting a loss of 5000 Rs/day, because our all work is depend on internet.

                  Please resolve my problem as a highest priority.

                    This is to inform you that our BSNL landline always get close in every week .and this time we have complained to the customer care 4 days before and it has not been resolved yet .may i know why we always suffer such kind of problem although we are paying the bill within the time . landline phone number[protected] and[protected] please look to the matter seriously otherwise we have to complain to the Senior Authority or to the Ombudsman.

                      On August, 10, 2015, I received a message on my mobile. no:[protected], from BT-DEACTC that my pack JPS5S(53030) has been activated and to unsubscribe, send a message so & so to so & so number. My question is, who has authorised or requested BSNL to activate any pack. Does BSNL think that we do not have any other work other than sending messages to deactivate a pack which we never activated in the first place. Does this not amount to unfair trade practice? A few days back I had to spend my valuable time and money running from pillar to post because around 15 GB of data was wiped out from my 3G mobile account (Ph. no:[protected] on 12th Oct.2015, because it was alleged that the data recharge pack DATA 155 which I never activated, allegedly expired. This had happened in spite of the fact that I extended the validity of my DATA plan 1251 for one year by recharging with Rs.1251 on 11th Sep.2015 itself. When I contacted the customer service personnel through the IVRS many times, they all had only one reply. They all said that I exhausted all my data standing to my credit by browsing through the net. Eventually, the lost data was restored to my account after an online complaint was lodged, thanks to the Customer Service personnel at BSNL, Ranipet. Will BSNL desist from indulging in this kind o[censored]nfair trade practice in future?

                            I have tried my time to contact customer care on[protected] and then [protected] but there is no response from local number asn says number is not exist and on toll free number it is saying call on local number that is [protected] so how to connect to bsnl when require any help. It is bad service by bsnl forever it has not learnt anything from the market from any other cellular. government means governmnet.

                              Today (16.10.15) at 10:30 am, I recharged my mobile no. [protected] with Rs 98/- with Paytm from my SBI a/c. Received message from Paytm, all formalities were done (Paytm operator reference no. [protected]), but my mobile did not get recharged. Money also deducted from my SBI a/c. Please solve the matter urgently.

I have Paid BSNL Land Line Bill for my Land Line No.[protected] on[protected] through online BSNL Bill Desk vide POS[protected] Bharat _Sanchar _Nigam_L for Rs. 395/- and i got a message from BA -PORTAL that payment is successful on BSNL Portal vide Ref Id. FCDR[protected] on[protected] to my cell No.[protected].
                                But today that is on[protected] my account is debited Rs.51-30 vide MDS POS Sur/Ser Chgs STL[protected].which is not made from my end. so pl look into the matter and see that I get back Rs.51-30 to be credited to my account immediately.

                                  I have disconnection my landline no.[protected] in the month of 23.2.2015. At the time of disconnection, I have submitted original security deposit receipt along with the application and also total accessories to my Local exchange (Ramesh Mitra Road, Kolkata). After receiving all the documents, they have given me a receipt but when I follow up for my refund they are pressurising me for Notarised Indemnity Bond against security deposit whereas I have already submitted them the Original Security Deposit Receipt.

                                  Kindly help me in this regard as I am retired person.
