Respected Sir/mam, I recharge my Bsnl number [protected] of Rs 155 for 1 GB by free charge site online in date 11/10/15 but company give me Rs 133 balance not 1 GB data since there is no top up of Rs 155 show by Bsnl for customer. There is a cheating with customer if company give balance to customer why not show this offer to the customer so that customer aware before this recharge I already recharge many times online Of Rs 155 same number and always received Data but today give me balance on the same number and same recharge.

I am self recharge on 2 oct. from my account Rs 239 for Rs 100+ 1 GB data for 14 days . company recharge 1 GB data in my account, but till date Rs 100 is not recharge in my account. Many time, I talk with customer care, every time they say that amount is recharge in your account in 24 hours . But it never recharge in my account till date

      It come to my knowledge from few days a lot of has been sending to my mobile phone nos [protected] and [protected] from your a/c head bv657777 and bv612630 which became bore and unbearable to me . perhaps BSNL CellOne had forget their responsibility to expose my mobile nos to various factors for sending unwanted sms continuously to my mobile nos, requested to stop for sending unwanted sms to my mobile nos forever from this time and date

        I had bought a bsnl connection of 1500 rupees pee month, this year I gave a full year pay of 22, 000 to them. The Internet was ok, and it did drop at times but One month later, I started getting random redirections to mail.bsnl.com and later in it would work for a few hours and again redirect
        it was annoying sometimes but somehow I managed it but now after 2 months it's happening after every few minutes and the worst part is that the Internet will not work as not as the redirect does not open
        in fact now even if the redirect opens, the interest is still not working. i have called and asked them time and again and I have tries to sort it out but they do not even Consider it as a problem. The Internet never works anymore, it works like 1 hour I'm a day if lucky and none of the bsnl people can do anything about it. it is so frustrating. i live in Shimla and there is no other Internet our here than bsnl. There is no other broadband.This is the worst broadband connection ever. their service was always poor earlier and even their Internet would often drop and often never work but now problems are just too much. The only thing that works on this Internet is the redirection to mail.bsnl.in and nothing else. This is the worst and I really need my money back.
        I would even use a mobile Internet now even if mobile Internet is also not so good in this city but we really have no choice. So much for digital India
        Next time not even voting for Modi, very disappointed with his government and this becomes one more reason to hate the Bjp...


        I just hope give me my money back.

          Dear Sir, I was BSNL customer since June 2015. I shifted my home in April 2015 from Anand to Vadodara for two years. Before, that I visited BSNL office Vithhal Udyognagar branch to cancel my connection. On customer care desk, I told her for the same. She informed me not to disconnect your phone but she advised me to fill a form for freeze your account so you can easily reconnect your phone after two years and there are no any charges for that. I did accordingly. After one month I received a bill. I again visited the branch. I told her about this. I paid my bill. Then she again advised me to submit your phone and cancelled your connection. I did it. I submitted my phone. I again got the bill. Due to misguide of your customer care executive why should I pay the bill? Kindly I request to waive my bill of Amount and amount of deposit and last pending bill. Thanking you. Please kindly do needful urgently Dr A R Jivani

            Dera Sir my self via s patil at post Maloni, Tal shahada dist Nandurbar (MS) 425409 mobile No [protected] i take the portability from IDEA to BSNL after that i can't call to any other mobile number and so many time to complain to toll free and exchange office shahada but still we are facing the problem for call and we forget the internet service but only call also to much problem if you not take action means you are loss for the government and we will complain to the higher authority or we will again take port to private vilas patil [protected]

            BSNL service at shahada is very bad condition at shahada, Private tower working at power failure and private company give the brake down to BSNL and loss to the government higher authority also know about this situation but loss the government is responsibility of higher authority also sleeping at duty time

                Am Dr.S.K.Ganguli.My landline [protected] is dead since October 6 due to illegal snap of cable by apartment builder near Shiv Mandir Gosai tola patna 800013.No bsnl officer has visited the site.please restore my telephone service immediately, which is linked to broad band making me handicapped. Regards.

                  I have not subscribed for bsnl hungama packages and still being charged for the same from february 2015. My name Mr. Arvind Phadte and my bsnl landline number is[protected]. I request you to please deactivate this package since we don't need this. I have registered the same complain on BSNL toll free costumer care number and complain number is [protected]. Please take into consideration my request as soon as possible.

                    I am Mr. Sushant Khopade, having BSNL landline since 1995. From May 2015 our phone got disconnected because of Road work. Since may 2015 we are in constant follow up with Mr. Vitankar (Gokhalenagar Incharge), but nothing happened. So we met his immediate senior Mr. R S Kulkarni (Officer / Manager) but unfortunately he turned us down. So leaving us with no option we decided to meet Mr. Bhandare (General Manager), we discussed our situation with him in detail but he was utterly Arrogant to us. We would specially like to mention that in spite of paying all the bills we don't deserve this kind of treatment from such a high official.                       Hi Team,

                      I have lodged complaint on 30/09/2015 regarding our BSNL Broadband not working.
                      After calling up 4 times to customer care they said some technician will visit your home to check the device.
                      On 6th we again called up in the morning and received the same response.
                      On calling up again in the afternoon, they told that the ticket is put to resolved status, I said them to reopen since no one visited and our internet is not working since last 7 days, I kept on repeating It's not justifiable to pay 7 days bill amount and service tax as I am not getting that particular service.
                      They said we are escalating to our higher management, it's the 3rd day of second complaint no one has turned up.
                      To my demise, does everything fall on deaf ears for the service being charged which we are not using.

                      I want someone to look up into this and resolve as I am tired of being calling up the customer care and chasing them up.

[protected]. trai declared minimum broad bans speed will provide 2Mbps.but in my district hardoi ssa provide broad band speed 89kbps to1.5Mbps. when complement to authorities they ignore.and no action.SPEED TEST RESULTS

                            Hi, I'm living in Manjeshwar town, Kasaragod District of kerala state. I have been facing BSNL 3G network problem in here in my BSNL sim card. I'm getting low 3G signal from a farther tower which is fluctuating very often. So i'm unable to use 3G in my place. I request company to install a BSNL 3G in this town. This complaint is not only on behalf of me. It's the request on behalf of every BSNL users of Manjeshwar town who are using Internet.

                              I wish to state that I made payment of Rs. 68/- twice on 06/10/2015 by 8.05 PM and 8.10 PM for the recharge of my data STV sim No. [protected] through BSNL portal but the amount of Rs. 136/- (Rs. 68 X 2) was debited in my SBI account [protected] but not credited to BSNL and thus my data stv was not functioning. So please revert the above amount of Rs. 136/- (Rs. 68 X 2) to my SBI account [protected] at the possible earliest.

                                  My father is an END stage Kidney patient and due to health he cannot talk much. Till June the usage charge in BSNL cell one post paid phone ([protected])was less than 200 . All of a sudden in July and August the usage charges were shown as 730 and 1222 respectively. My question is who is using this phone to incur such a bill in these two months. Calling customer service in multiple occasion resulted contradictory statements. We haven't paid this fraud bills as the customer service says my dad has responded to certain Value added services (which he cannot). Please advise. S.Mondal

On 2nd October in morning i checked data balance it was showing 0 MB left. Without using data i don't understand how 1 GB Data is consumed. Customer care executives are not answering properly. These telecom company used to cheat their customer. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and return the net data.
