Hello, On 01 October 2015 at mid night around 11 P.M. I recharged my Bsnl mobile no [protected] with Rs 68 and got 1GB data valid for 5 days. On 2nd October in morning i checked data balance it was showing 0 MB left. Without using data i don't understand how 1 GB Data is consumed. Customer care executives are not answering properly. These telecom company used to cheat their customer. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and return the net data.     I Tirath Singh Jamwal S/o Sh Baj Singh R/o Tikri Tehsil and District Udhampur having a BSNL Broadband connerction with no. [protected] from april 2009 but it is not working from last 3year i.e Sept 2012 to till date. I Complain regarding this to BSNL time to time but still there is no response from them. I am facing problem in my date to day work due to non availability of Internet and here Bsnl is the only service provider for broadband. BSNL offered me WIMAX for broadband and WLL for landline but there is no network for WIMAX in this area i also compalin for this in bsnl office but there is no response for that.The network of wimax is also checked by BSNL officers.

        I have surrendred my BSNL landphone no:[protected] in july 2015. It has already been 3 months i applied for surrendering the connection. I have not yet received any security deposit amount which was deposited during the inital connection. According to BSNL policy (specified on web portal), Time taken for refund of Deposit after closure/surrender will be 60 days to refund the security deposit. Hence requesing you to refund my security deposit at the earliest without any further delay. Failing which legal action will be initiated soon. My present adress : Sri Venaktesh Kini Tonse S/O. Upendra Kini 7-62, Nidambally, Mooduthonse, Post Kallianpur - 576 114 Udupi Dist. I didnt not got any receipt regarding disconnection of my telephone. Kindly do the need full at the earliest..

          As shown in the attached screenshot, I am frequently redirected to BSNL's advertising website even though I'm trying to access Facebook or Gmail or any other website. This is very annoying and disrupts my work. People have already complained about it: https://www.quora.com/Why-am-I-redirected-to-mail-bsnl-in-site-while-surfing-on-... But BSNL has not taken any action. Please make BSNL stop this automatic redirection to its advertising page. And after they stop it, they should not start it again after a while.             Experiencing poor or no EVDO signal strength from past 1 month. Before that there was high signal strength and good net speed. But recently from past 1 month the signal strength and the net speed has dropped very badly. The signal strength keeps oscillating from 1x to EVDO every 10 or 15 seconds, and sometimes it appears dead without showing any signal. I took the device to BSNL office, but when they checked it there, full signal strength was appearing (their office is near RTO circle).When I complained them about the problem they said that it maybe due to poor maintenance of the tower system. Please resolve this issue immediately as I feel I am wasting 860 every month (including taxes).               I`M using bsnl broad band and paying 800 per month for pack that should give 512 kbps flat but i m getting 50-60 kbps Earlier i `ve tried fot 1200 rs. [pack] that should give me 2 mbps for 4 gb and 512 kbps beyond but i got only 250 kbps fot 2-3 gb and 50 - 60 kbps beyond That`s a full cheat OKKKK i `ve listened that speed will be 4 times from 1 october so as for me i thought i `ll get 250 kbps unlimited but i was wrong after 1 october i realised that its that 1200 pack and i`m getting 250 for 2-3 gb and again 50-60 kbps beyond I`m really unsatisfied because 2-3 gb will end up throughout the whole day when i was getting a new broadband connection i saw some plans on the bsnl`s best plan selecter where i found a plan bb home uld 545 that was of rs. 545 and speed was 512 kbps unlimited but when i concerned to telephone exchange they replied that those plans are not applicable here I mean whats it why are not they applicable ALSO I CANT VIEW VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE AT 360P ITS DISCUSTING Over all i want to say that please help and increase broadband speed u can give 1/4 o[censored]r plan`s speed that will be enough for us at least for me conatct - email -- [protected]@gmail.com phone -- [protected]

                  I bought Two bsnl prepaid sim 10 days ago but not activated yet.When I to do Tele verifaction, Replied "Dear Coustmer, My Document is not available, Please try after two Hours."                       On Monday Mr Rajesh came and took all my documents for 1199 plan of internet connection. It's Saturday today and he gave me assurance of 72 hrs. I have disconnected my bsnl internet and now he is not picking up our call.

                            Dear Sir, I have a cell one post paid connection [protected] & a Jodi SIM card mobile no. [protected]; the service coverage inside the home / buildings is very poor; we have come to the street to speak or take our calls. Very pitiable; also frequently call drops are there; for one call to mature, I get minimum 5 call drops; I have checked this between the above two cell numbers and the same happens. BSNL needs to do something about or else you will see a spate of connection closures. I hope you have sensible people who attend to this. Otherwise no other go than to look for other private players like AIRTEL / AIRCELL/TATA. Thanks C.S. Ramakrishnan

                              Please provide as much information as possible... r I have three complain against bsnl 1. For quary bsnl costomer care center not giving positive feedback alway said please call after 2 hour or 24 hour. 2. For local end bsnl not providing me physical connectivity properly. I request Mr. parmar and mister naresh to change my cable from phone to dp because this cable has 5 to 6 joint within 12 to 15 mtr. 3. I have registered lot of complaints in bsnl costomer care centre but not rectified even one. 4. when I am calling to bsnl costomer care 1500 from my land line no [protected] call automatically disconnected after 1-2 min. Thank you please solve my problem

                                    As per my plan i was promised a fup speed of 1mbps speed. i have been paying that for a long time but when u go for complain they say you live far from bsnl thats why u don't get speed. now they are saying as per 1 oct but dont see any difference not even 512 kbps.

                                        Sir, My land line number is[protected], my alternate number is[protected]. On 30 Sep 15 at 0300PM, I was fraudulently made to subscribe to BSNL hungama scheme stating that it was free. The moment i pressed the activation button, i was told about the charges. When i confronted the lady saying you said it was free she disconnected the call, pl help. my land line number is[protected]
