Sir, i'am saritha, we are freelancers we work for many firms, Since last one month my BSNL internet was not working properly, I was registered complain at least 4 times, but no use and nobody helps us . So we can't work properly, So we have huge loss in our business....

My BSNL fn number is [protected]. Recently i am facing the problem that phone is not work after 9 in the evening. as we know BSNL free call facility to customer in between 9pm to 7am. But I think some BSNL officialls doing this corruption and phone does not work after 9PM....

Sir i had taken a BSNL Broadband connection during the month end of june and form that day i am unable to use the fesility properly due to some problem with its ADSL and i had repeatedly notified it to the BSNL office at kolencherry for resolveing the issue and till now no action is being taken from them .. this is soo shameful to say that the government has hired such irresponsible officials at BSNL. my telephone number for which...

I am a Customer of EVDO Sim. BSNL website shows 500 rupees for 5 GB bundled data plan for prepaid EVDO as link given below.

But When we recharge they take 600 rupees for the same recharge of evdo data card....

On 06/09/2015 I was trying to recharge for my cell no [protected] using paytm website. Recharge was for Rs 84( 59+ paytm wallet money 25) under ref.no.[protected].An amount of Rs. 59/ was debited from my bank a/c under transaction no.CCAI1AVN816 but recharge failed. Please. resolve the issue so that the amount is refunded to my a/c...

On 24th sept.2015 I requested online special recharge with Rs.125 through paytm.My reference no.is [protected].I received message for successful recharge from 1127073 on 24th sept 2015 at 02:39:45 hour through BSNL .But I have not received the said money in my mobile as yet....

On 24th Sept.2015 I visited paytm for online recharge of my BSNL mobile no [protected] with special recharge by Rs.125.This special recharge has the provision of 177 minute talk time with any network, 200 MB data and 100 SMS. Hello Sir, I had port my number ([protected]) from Aircel postpaid to BSNL postpaid on the date of 18 sep 2015. i had complete my number vitrification successfully on 19 sep 2015. but still my number is not activated by BSNL company. when i call customer care [protected] they were not given proper response. I tried to call the mobile customer care number 1503 it said switched off. I went to Bilaspur bsnl branch office, and the lady there also tried to call the number, she was also not getting any response.

From past 2 days around Rs 500+ has been debited from my account, which concerns me. Having no response from the customer care is not helping much.

Please help me to resolve this issue....

In spite of repeated complaints to (BSNL Taramani Link Road, Velachery, Chennai - 600042) there has been no scope for getting the landline restored (now dead for more than 8 months) due to the sorry state of affairs of the departments concerned (Highways, BSNL, TNEB) pending the storm-water drain which has left the region in tatters. I have activated Do not Disturb service on my BSNL mobile number, but still receiving promotional messages. The service i asked to start was DND Full, but still receiving promotional messages and calls. I have already made a complaint about it but still the issue is not resolved. Sir, I have paid the bill amount of my landline bill for the month of sept, 2015, through my internet banking. every thing was fine and the payment was done whoose transaction Ref No- IG0ASMNAM3 has been sent by state bank internet banking . I have been a BSNL WiMax subscriber for the past 3 years. Since 2013, my connection has been suffering from absolutely poor speeds and lagging connectivity right after 6PM up until 9 AM in the morning.
