Sir, i recharged with rs.135 (300 mins local, std to any network 28 days validity) on[protected] but im not getting the benefits neither it shows recharge success message but when i approached retailer he told me that recharge was successful then i called customer care they told me that within 24 hours i will get the benefit but it is 48 hours now and no response im in roaming and im in very difficulty now.

    I Tirath Singh Jamwal S/o Sh Baj Singh R/o Tikri Tehsil and District Udhampur having a BSNL Broadband connerction with no. [protected] from april 2008 but it is not working from last 3 year i.e Sept 2012 to till date. I Complain regarding this to BSNL time to time but still there is no response from them. I am facing problem in my date to day work due to non availability of Internet and here Bsnl is the only service provider for broadband. BSNL offered me WIMAX for broadband and WLL for landline but there is no network for WIMAX in this area i also compalin for this in bsnl office but there is no response for that.The network of wimax is also checked by BSNL officers. sir pls resolve my problem regards Tirath singh [protected]

      I have sim of bsnl cellone of chhatisgarh name under seema shukla. My cell no is [protected].I have done portablity in orissa on 29 august. From that day my when i got new portable sim my sim doesnot run internet. I have complaint to bsnl nalco bsnl customer but they only give assurance and from that date to till now i am not able to run internet.Plz resolve my issue. I am constantly in a state of delimma.

        I am using landline no.[protected]h.no.1581b, near old gugga marhi kalka) for the last 20 years. my landline number remains always under complaint. this time i lodged my complaint through e system on dt. 27.08.2015 but no response received for 15 days. after that i called up on 1500 no. but the person says that our computer is not working well and we are unable to search your complaint no. I called up in local office of bsnl and got the mobile no. of SDO i.e.[protected], I called up this fellow on dt. 08.07.2015 about my problem and the person committed that i will send person tomorrow i.e. on 09.09.2015 but nobody visited my home. I again called up this fellow on 13.09.2015 and again given reminder to him and he said that i will call up you after sending the person on dt. 14.09.2015. Nobody visited to my residence.. Today on 15.09.2015 i called up him that you have not called up me and not send your person to solve my problem. The person replied me that the our man has solved all the problem of landline nos. of your area. He said me that why dont you called up me in the daytime. I threatened him that i will lodge your compaint to the higher authority. The person SDO said that you go anywhere I dont bother. This is the wording of a govt. servant because he is getting the salary in his account every month whether he works or not.

          Dear Sir. I have a Cellone number[protected] in Chennai. I have enable 3G mobile data, but I hardly get 3G or H+ sign, I only get E signal and find it very hard to browse or send receive mails / data. Also network drops and call drops are very very common daily.,

            My landline no. is [protected]. Most of time this no. is dead due to this the broadband connection facility available max 15 days in a month.I have complained many times in bsnl customer care and bsnl Jamtara Exchange. But they did not response on it. I am using this bsnl combo plan for broadband and landline from 3 months they charge me 4814 rupees excluding router and phone set but I using only 1 month. My landline and broadband is dead till now.My contact no is [protected]. Plz help me...

                  Kindly see this issue as very important. . . I am working in collector office theni. . . I ve a problem of not getting signal in this area. . . This is why many of our staffs have been not using the bsnl. . . And they are telling me to change the network. . . I called about the customer care. . . Explained. . . But nothing happened. . . So i need a reply on this early. . . In a govt office if you not providing a good service whereelse you can sir. . .

                    Sir, due to digging of mud by the side of the road for drains it happened some how that my landline cable connection got terminated and i have been filing complain again again but there was no proper response to it. My number is[protected]DARBHANGA) Bihar.SO finally i filed a complain online on 1st sep, 2015 the compaint no is[protected].To my surprise i was again lied.THE case was closed on 7th saing that my complain is resolved but its not actually.So today i again filed a complain(complaint no-[protected]) and they told me that my problem will be resolved, what if the sae the happens.Apart from it i even tried calling darbhanga bsnl ofifice but the people there are so lethargic that wont pick up the call even once and most of th time calls comes busy(rather they pick up the diaer and keep it so as to prevent calls from coming.I would really be gland i[censored] could solve my problem thanking you. So sir i want two things one is to reslove the problem and second is provide me rebate in my bill as i aint getting benefit of landline services even after filing a complaint just because of their ignorance.                       I am using STV68 Data plan in BSNL. My number is [protected]. But the internet connection is not stable due to network problem of BSNL. So i can't even use at least 50% of data. Is there no value for Money ? In an emergency situation we can't trust this data connection. I have lost my money in many online transactions due to the connection problem. I have checked the same under good signal strength also. But the same problem exists. We have complained so many times to BSNL. But no improvement. So i am expecting a solution from here...

                        I have a broadband connection[protected]. normaly bill getting below 700/-. But july 2015 to bill receiving with an amount 1134//-. Bill checked and found one time charges 410/-added every month.i think it was something security deposit. i contact custemercare and they told me your number activated bsnl hungama servise and this amount for subcription charge.i dont aware for it .already i unsuscribed this service already three times billed 410/- each.                           I have booked for new land line. & broad band connection in the Month of June 2015. We have 164 new flats in our appartment. Full demand for BSNL. But still the have not given connection . Kindly look into this matter and solve the problem as early as possible please.

                            Sir, I had approached bsnl office manamadurai for bsnl broadband and landline connection for my home in periakottai village, sivagangai district.But the bsnl office manamadurai refused to accept my application and asked me to get WLL phone service only. They added I cannot given the BSNL broadband service connection because no cable is there.I request to look into the matter and enable me to get the broadband and landline connection in my village

This has been occurring since[protected] approximately 2 month. I have checked my equipment and I am satisfied that this is not the cause of the problem. Many times I complaint to bsnl office but no satisfied service from there side. I hope this issue can be resolved shortly but, if you are unable to do so, please tell me the next steps in your complaints procedure or issue a deadlock letter outlining your final position.

                                Sir i chandra kanta acharya i have a wimax id ob10001629 . It stopped working since 1.5 years due to system fallier of nearest exchange. Now it working properly. So i go to tdm office and applied to consider minimum bill and activation the wimax . But the officer sde /caf refused to activate it.

                                      I Requested to My Blocked Sim Card No:[protected] Which was Lost while Travelling when i Called BSNL Customer Care No:[protected] and Spoke to Mr.Avinash Kumar But he says that Blocking of SIM Card will Take around 24 Hours after verifying all information me.. But after logging complaint with customer care do we need to wait for 24 hours to block the services.

                                        I, d. Ravi kumar herewith submitting a complaint about slow internet speed. I do have bsnl broadband combo plane from two years with phone no.[protected] and still last month i have good enough speed of about 150 to 200kbps.

                                        But from last month my internet speed fallen drastically to 10 to 20kbps. Even after complaint, the line man unable to rectify it and we are very unhappy with this speed and will terminate my connection if this problem still persists.
