I am facing very poor 3G (UMTS/WCDMA) mobile network tower at my place. Hence, I can't use my high speed internet, Video calls and Call drops on 3G network. Hence my 3G internet package whatever I take goes waste.
I did place complain on to customer support but they later texted me saying the issue is resolved. Till date no one from BSNL visited my place.
Other networks such as TATADOCOMO, AIRCEL, AIRTEL, VODAFONE works fine, but only BSNL has issue. I wrote email to BSNL authorities but till date no response.
Please help me in this regards.
Apart from this may times bsnl 2G networks vanishes and Appears after 1 or 2 hours, My parents also BSNL network and I found same in their mobiles too.
Please help me in this regards.
