Sir, due to digging of mud by the side of the road for drains it happened some how that my landline cable connection got terminated and i have been filing complain again again but there was no proper response to it. My number is[protected]DARBHANGA) Bihar.SO finally i filed a complain online on 1st sep, 2015 the compaint no is[protected].To my surprise i was again lied.THE case was closed on 7th saing that my complain is resolved but its not actually.So today i again filed a complain(complaint no-[protected]) and they told me that my problem will be resolved, what if the sae the happens.Apart from it i even tried calling darbhanga bsnl ofifice but the people there are so lethargic that wont pick up the call even once and most of th time calls comes busy(rather they pick up the diaer and keep it so as to prevent calls from coming.I would really be gland i[censored] could solve my problem thanking you. So sir i want two things one is to reslove the problem and second is provide me rebate in my bill as i aint getting benefit of landline services even after filing a complaint just because of their ignorance.     I am using STV68 Data plan in BSNL. My number is [protected]. But the internet connection is not stable due to network problem of BSNL. So i can't even use at least 50% of data. Is there no value for Money ? In an emergency situation we can't trust this data connection. I have lost my money in many online transactions due to the connection problem. I have checked the same under good signal strength also. But the same problem exists. We have complained so many times to BSNL. But no improvement. So i am expecting a solution from here...

      I have a broadband connection[protected]. normaly bill getting below 700/-. But july 2015 to bill receiving with an amount 1134//-. Bill checked and found one time charges 410/-added every month.i think it was something security deposit. i contact custemercare and they told me your number activated bsnl hungama servise and this amount for subcription charge.i dont aware for it .already i unsuscribed this service already three times billed 410/- each. Anyway my unauthorised billed amount please refund me my name Rajan kj email id [protected]@gmail.com my contact no [protected]

        I have booked for new land line. & broad band connection in the Month of June 2015. We have 164 new flats in our appartment. Full demand for BSNL. But still the have not given connection . Kindly look into this matter and solve the problem as early as possible please.

          Sir, I had approached bsnl office manamadurai for bsnl broadband and landline connection for my home in periakottai village, sivagangai district.But the bsnl office manamadurai refused to accept my application and asked me to get WLL phone service only. They added I cannot given the BSNL broadband service connection because no cable is there.I request to look into the matter and enable me to get the broadband and landline connection in my village

This has been occurring since[protected] approximately 2 month. I have checked my equipment and I am satisfied that this is not the cause of the problem. Many times I complaint to bsnl office but no satisfied service from there side. I hope this issue can be resolved shortly but, if you are unable to do so, please tell me the next steps in your complaints procedure or issue a deadlock letter outlining your final position.

              Sir i chandra kanta acharya i have a wimax id ob10001629 . It stopped working since 1.5 years due to system fallier of nearest exchange. Now it working properly. So i go to tdm office and applied to consider minimum bill and activation the wimax . But the officer sde /caf refused to activate it.

I have tried my level best to contact the customer care no 1500 and toll free no [protected] regarding to the subjected matter but i have failed to get proper response. From the begining I have not used the facilities and they have make enquiry with my son who is a minor and they activiated the facilities. Today I am facing to pay the bills.                     I Requested to My Blocked Sim Card No:[protected] Which was Lost while Travelling when i Called BSNL Customer Care No:[protected] and Spoke to Mr.Avinash Kumar But he says that Blocking of SIM Card will Take around 24 Hours after verifying all information me.. But after logging complaint with customer care do we need to wait for 24 hours to block the services.

                      I, d. Ravi kumar herewith submitting a complaint about slow internet speed. I do have bsnl broadband combo plane from two years with phone no.[protected] and still last month i have good enough speed of about 150 to 200kbps.

                      But from last month my internet speed fallen drastically to 10 to 20kbps. Even after complaint, the line man unable to rectify it and we are very unhappy with this speed and will terminate my connection if this problem still persists.

                        Dear Sir, I am old customer of BSNL, i am using bsnl landline service since year 2000. From july 15 adjustments were made in my bill.I am not using bsnl hungama website for movies on demand or game or music.Please kindly DEACTIVATE this service as early as possible.My customer id is [protected] and land line no is[protected].I have submitted application to deactivate this service still my billing is increasing. Thanks.

                          The HDFC banks credit card(Kolkata) and some car and bike service keeps on calling me on [protected] and asks for Dweeprohor Das. This guy is probably from Guwahati and have given my number [protected] in all contact details to the above mentioned people. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Either inform the people as HDFC credit cards that this number belongs to me and not to some one from Guwahati named Dweepprohor/Diprohor/Deeprohor Das or ask that person to change the contact details.

                              I am facing very poor 3G (UMTS/WCDMA) mobile network tower at my place. Hence, I can't use my high speed internet, Video calls and Call drops on 3G network. Hence my 3G internet package whatever I take goes waste. I did place complain on to customer support but they later texted me saying the issue is resolved. Till date no one from BSNL visited my place. Other networks such as TATADOCOMO, AIRCEL, AIRTEL, VODAFONE works fine, but only BSNL has issue. I wrote email to BSNL authorities but till date no response. Please help me in this regards. Apart from this may times bsnl 2G networks vanishes and Appears after 1 or 2 hours, My parents also BSNL network and I found same in their mobiles too. Please help me in this regards.

But it gain dead within two weeks. I again registerd online complaint on 18/08/15 and no action taken till date. And it is showing as closed in your website. I didnt get any refund for last one year non - working of the telephone.                                     I am having a landline connection no[protected] at Jaipur Centre. recently I took broad band service on it, but it is dead most the time and telephone instrument is also not working properly. I went to bsnl, malviya nagar, Jaipur office on 09.09.2015 and meet Mr Ramesh Chand JTO for change of instrument and for making complaint for non working of telephone. He has not entertained my complaint and his behavior was not good. I request to bsnl, kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve the problem.

                                      My land line no;[protected]. We have not used any hungama plans like games, movies, music. Just i noticed you charged one time charge for aug'15 and 'sep'15. I have not known that how many months you charged like this.

                                      This can not be justified that you imposed this plan with out customer approval and knowledge. Kindly refund the amount that you charged in hungama plan.

                                      We are doing official work at the age of 53, the response you made in this problem is very bad. If you are not refunding my amount, it may lead to surrender entire service to bsnl. This is nothing but looting middle class people when they one side office tension.

                                        I am not receiving only icici bank transaction message in my regd bsnl prepaid mob.[protected] since last month.Some times getting very late msg & unable to get OTP alerts, On enquiry to icici bank, they replied, we are sending msg, u chk the service provider(BSNL),
