Dear Sir, I am old customer of BSNL, i am using bsnl landline service since year 2000. From july 15 adjustments were made in my bill.I am not using bsnl hungama website for movies on demand or game or music.Please kindly DEACTIVATE this service as early as possible.My customer id is [protected] and land line no is[protected].I have submitted application to deactivate this service still my billing is increasing. Thanks.

    The HDFC banks credit card(Kolkata) and some car and bike service keeps on calling me on [protected] and asks for Dweeprohor Das. This guy is probably from Guwahati and have given my number [protected] in all contact details to the above mentioned people. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Either inform the people as HDFC credit cards that this number belongs to me and not to some one from Guwahati named Dweepprohor/Diprohor/Deeprohor Das or ask that person to change the contact details.

      Dear paytm team, It is same full that as an indian you all can't change My concern is that I have booked hans travel bus for 1 seat for date10.09.2015 Departure timing was 9:45am but bus donot arrived till 10:15am.         I am facing very poor 3G (UMTS/WCDMA) mobile network tower at my place. Hence, I can't use my high speed internet, Video calls and Call drops on 3G network. Hence my 3G internet package whatever I take goes waste. I did place complain on to customer support but they later texted me saying the issue is resolved. Till date no one from BSNL visited my place. Other networks such as TATADOCOMO, AIRCEL, AIRTEL, VODAFONE works fine, but only BSNL has issue. I wrote email to BSNL authorities but till date no response. Please help me in this regards. Apart from this may times bsnl 2G networks vanishes and Appears after 1 or 2 hours, My parents also BSNL network and I found same in their mobiles too. Please help me in this regards.

          Dear Sirs, It is very pathetic. My telephone[protected] in poovarany exchange of Kottayam district) repaired after several complaints on July last week. But it gain dead within two weeks. I again registerd online complaint on 18/08/15 and no action taken till date. And it is showing as closed in your website. I didnt get any refund for last one year non - working of the telephone.             Since last one week I am facing problem in connecting my pc with Internet. Error-651
            is the message flashed.
            I made 2-3 complaints but no engineer is visiting my house to check where and what
            is the problem. Plus I have forgot the original user name and p/w. I want to reset
            both, if the engineer do come to my help.

              I am having a landline connection no[protected] at Jaipur Centre. recently I took broad band service on it, but it is dead most the time and telephone instrument is also not working properly. I went to bsnl, malviya nagar, Jaipur office on 09.09.2015 and meet Mr Ramesh Chand JTO for change of instrument and for making complaint for non working of telephone. He has not entertained my complaint and his behavior was not good. I request to bsnl, kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve the problem.

                My land line no;[protected]. We have not used any hungama plans like games, movies, music. Just i noticed you charged one time charge for aug'15 and 'sep'15. I have not known that how many months you charged like this.

                This can not be justified that you imposed this plan with out customer approval and knowledge. Kindly refund the amount that you charged in hungama plan.

                We are doing official work at the age of 53, the response you made in this problem is very bad. If you are not refunding my amount, it may lead to surrender entire service to bsnl. This is nothing but looting middle class people when they one side office tension.
                Please cance hungamma plan and do the needful

                  I am not receiving only icici bank transaction message in my regd bsnl prepaid mob.[protected] since last month.Some times getting very late msg & unable to get OTP alerts, On enquiry to icici bank, they replied, we are sending msg, u chk the service provider(BSNL),

                    My broadband (number[protected] location Amritsar, Punjab ) is not working from past 16 days. I registered a complaint (number [protected]) on August 24, 2015 but the problem is still there. No progress has been made. I visited their office 6 times but in vain. Whenever I visit the SDO's office he says, "Your issue will be resolved today", which I have been listening from past 10 days. Then on 7 September 2015 I visited GM's office. His assistant made me sure that the problem will be resolved in 24 hours but the problem still remains.

                      Experiencing speed capping in micro sim of bsnl. Micro sim 100-250kbps internet speed. Normal sim 300-700kbps internet speed. In same network area. Also, There is a non availability of micro sim of bsnl at customer care center of bokaro from two months, Every time i go to them they says micro sim not available in entire jharkhand state, Please help Deepak From Bokaro 827001 I checked four times In bsnl office of bokaro situated In sector 2/b bokaro.

                          Hello I have received a confirmation through SMS from Cellone regarding successful payment of my mobile bill against their INVOICE NO[protected] DATE 02 SEPT 2015 However, on log in the status is showing failed transaction. It may be noted that that payment has already been made through net transfer and confirmation also been received. I am totally confused. I unable to post any complaint in their web site since the relevant link under "After Payment" is not working since long. Kindly advice, what I have to do now? Regards

                            Sir Wi Max of BSNL has been installed a few week back but regret to say it never works properly it works only when there representatavi come and make necessary change in its direction and as they left it stops working, making complaint they say every day I can't see or problem .Question who will see it, is it customer fault ? Wi Max is installed at my home in the name of my son Mayank Srivastava, at C/102/714 Mohaddipur North Gorakhpur UP 273008. I will request u to pl.look into the matter .                                 I am having BSNL broad band service with telephone no[protected]. the phone went out of order from 29-4-15 to 30-5-15.I have applied for the rebate for the above said period to the authorities at perambur exchange. enen though 3months has lapsed after my complaint no action taken by the authorities to adjustn the amount of rebate in my bills.Hence it is requested that the forum may interfere in this matter and render justice.                                       Sir, at many times diesel of bnsl towers Generators at karond and lambakheda Bhopal remains finished. Bnsl network remains thapp. There are a lot of bsnl customers in this area. Kindly ensure that diesel of generator at these towers is filled regularly so that we can enjoy the bsnl services uninterrupted.

                                        Hi I am Aditya Thakur From Bhuwanswer, I paid Rs 3125 to BSNL Authorized DSA BHAKTA BHUSAN BARIK, IDS 17B00338, his number +91 [protected] I paid him RS 3125 dated on 1Aug 2015, including his charge for BSNL Braodband + Landline connection, I followed him for new connection meanwhile he made so many story behalf of BSNL, finally he convert me connection to WiMAX on 22 Aug 2015, That too he installed fault machine at my premises. I am keep requesting for landline he assured me just wait for 10 days finally he is not responding and not willing to pay my amount, i told him pay my remaining amount but he is not replaying and no proper response. I went to BSNL office to complain against This type of DSA but they are saying its not our fault its between you and DSA. At least i came to know that this company only promoting fraud, even this DSA Guys know that customer can not do any thing, Any way now my concern is how to keep this GUYS on right Track. From Past 3 days my Wimax not working not getting any support from BSNL neither DSA, BSNL saying your machine has fault so you have to wait for 10 more days because we dnt have new machine, if you are in urgent then call your DSA. Now i dnt know what to do ??? Consumer from Bhuwanswer plz aware from M. Barik ( +91 [protected]) he is represent him self as BSNL DSA. he is a Big Fraud he will never tell you fact and he will charge you double the amount once you pay then you have to wait for atleast 15 to 30 days then he will convert your Landline+Broadband to Wimax plan, So please further contact you can reach me at [protected] Thanks Aditya [protected] Patia Bhuwanswer
