We have a broad band connection on[protected]. Despite repeated complaint over phone with the officer i/c of Alleppey BSNL and prolonged time elapsed, there is no improvement in the network. I installed a BSNL landline[protected] in Jun 2015. In the last 50 days, the telephone has not been serviceable for 20 days. Frequent disconnections have become a problem.
