Dear sir
I my self Pankaj Shriram Meshram submitted application to account section of GMT office Bhandara (maharashtra) for issue my cheque with correct name i.e pankaj shriram meshram actually while issuing cheque with my name there was mistake committed by bsnl account section in fathers name they wrote ram in place of shriram
so i kindly request to you to resolve it as early as possible....

I submitted all documents and forms for new connections of bsnl landline and broadband both on dated -12/8/15.
Till iam still not get any connection..,
I go offices staff take lightly by saying laga denge and all I called so many times bsnl offices for enquiry but they also only giving excuses that dkhta hu nd all..
Sir iam from Jodhpur Rajasthan.
I want connection at my residence 9/346chopasani housing board .and i commucate several times at Kamla nehru nagar bsnl office but no satisfactory respond they give. Plz sir resolve my problem .

    22 aug i was called take information to recharge for std pack but customers care says new offer recharge 212 and 600 std mint but retailer recharge after watching no std mint only local mint..then i was caling customers care 2 days not well information they says your commplent not register and not refund

      Myself Rajat kishore (Contact number-[protected]), is using BSNL broadband on number[protected], for last 5 days, speed is not more than 30-50kbps, however I am using Monthly data plan of 1495rps, which has 30GB data on 4MBPS and over that 512KBPS, Got this plan activated 3 days ago and still was not able to enjoy promised speed and data. I have registered complaint on BSNL customer care on 24 August with complaint number [protected], which has not yet been resolved but received a message from BSNL saying that it has been resolved( find attached) Today I carried out speed test 3-4 times to find out the max data speed is 50kbps(find attached) Therefore it seems that BSNL is charging full money for null services. I request you to address my complaint ASAP.

        Broadband line wire had been stolen and the missing wire is not fix for the last 2 month beside continuous complaint by customer. We are paying internet fee amt Rs 850 for the service we dont use. We had been paying for two month already. The operator has not done anything to resolve the problem.this forum is the last option we have. Please do something

          My bsnl Landline Broadband connection under number[protected] having these subscriptions...HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND, HUNGAMA MOVIES-HUMOV, HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND.from..You are requested to deactivate all subscription on my number and Activate dnd onmy number i dont want your useless subscription that you people activate automatically from your side...

            This is to inform you that in T.V.S.Nagar, Hosur, Tamil Nadu there is an 3G connectivity error suddenly I will get disconnected to internet or I have to switch off and turn on my phone for connecting to internet I am using an postpaid SIM and my plans are fine for the connectivity please check the area connection and give me positivite result as soon as possible

                On 16th July 2015, I have given written request to disconnect my Broadband connection which I took from BSNL.
                They told me to settle the remaining amount of 3360/-. I repaid the said amount immediately to Bangalore Jayanagar office. When I asked for counter slip, they said, not needed sir. It will be disconnected. Don’t worry.

                Now see, past Friday (August 24, 2015) I got a bill amount of 1933/- on top of payment which I did of 3360/-.

                I don’t understand how this bill has come up. I called the call center they said, “Sir your phone connection was disconnected not the Broadband”.

                I don’t want any service from BSNL. I have come to this statement after 1year of suffering of hostile service.

                Please if you want to help me, just disconnect the service and revoke the bill amount.

                        Sir/Madam

                        This is in reference to our number broadband number[protected], please note that we have been a facing a problem for last 3-4 Months.

                        Because on the construction of the pipe line Sihani Road, Ghaziabad, Our Internet line was disconnected and phone dead since last 3-4 months ago. We have lodged a complaint also long back on the same, but it was told that on complaint all charges applied on bill would be waived off.

                        Also, we are getting the bills regularly without any services and no visit from the BSNL personnel has been made so far.

                        I would request if you waived off all the charges on the bill or continue the connection. We are not going to pay for the services we have not availed because of no connection for last 3-4 months.

                        Please treat this matter as urgent and continue the connection asap.

                            I got one call from ([protected]) saying BSNL customer care within seconds after posting Bsnl reharge complaint(see attachment), asking about my card details( card number, cvc ). i given the number and finaly he asked the OTP. I didnt give to him. I dont know why he need the OTP. When i asked about this he is telling that for verification. I dont think it is a genuine call So i dropped it. After that i checked the number location saying it is from Delhi and the operater is Aircel.And i saw many complaints about this number and many people saying they have lost thier money. Dear friends beware about the fake calls.Kindly notify these type of calls.

                            i had also received call from this no and he asked some deatis and when i had not shared the same he has spoken abusive words and dropped the calls
                            Please dont write your complain over here. 1 person, his number is [protected] doing phone scam. he constantly watching you . he is asking about your card details and all that. so indirectly i wnna tell complain about your difficulties on customer care and if you want to email than do it on registered email address which is on site.
                            Government (Respective department ) kindly look into. cyber cell department do your work very fast to minimize this kind of occurrence and find this guy, who is this person?

I make use of BSNL broadband connection to get connected to wi-fi and internet connection. without our knowledge hungama services for my landline number has been activated.. and extra charges are made every month. de-activate the hungama servise as early as possible. my landline number is[protected]

                                Sir I recharged amount of Rs 200 /- to my mobile no [protected](BSNL KERALA) on 26 jun 2015 it was not recharged to mobile and payment was deducted from my SBI bank account.bSNL TXN NO: TXL[protected] and TXL[protected] showing unsuccessful but money deducted from the account.

                                  We have a broad band connection on[protected]. Despite repeated complaint over phone with the officer i/c of Alleppey BSNL and prolonged time elapsed, there is no improvement in the network. We are not getting the BSNL offered speed thereby our work is pending for more than one month. Thus resulted bad impact on our business. It is therefore requested that the BSNL be advised to improve the customer service and refund the loos occurred by our company

                                    I take BSNL land line and broadband (Koraput, Odisha circle, Phone[protected] on June 2015. But, I am getting problem with broadband and land line from that time. I am now very much annoyed by this BSNL broadband service. Finally, planned to lodge some complains here. 1. BSNL employees does not cooperative towards customers. 2. They do not have much idea about Broadband plans. (At the time of plan purchase he told me that “you can make calls all over India for free between 9:00PM to 7:00AM”, but after I saw the bill over net and asked to the customer care, they told me that the free call is not available on your number due to Govt service holder.) 3. They have not (hard copies) listed properly, broadband plans on their notice board. 4. Phone bills increases day-to-day without any reason. 5. There are always disturbances in the BSNL phone. 6. The broadband works for one hour and then again goes off, then works for 1-2 hour and again goes off. Daily I call the exchange many times to ask about my problem. But there is no satisfactory reply. 7. Whenever I tried to contact with the JTO, he frequently not present in the office.
