I lost my bsnl sim.no was [protected] along with my phone IMEI -[protected] on 1st aug 2015 near poladpur, dist-raigad, state-maharashtra while travelling. i lodge police complaint to nearest police station which is poladpur comlaint no- reg, no.130/2015 rojnama no 216/2015.can i get my phone back?can you trace the phone?as the police station doent have such facility and they didnt showd any interest in this matter

    Sir, We are recharging the BSNL 3G sim and using for net surfing. But the last one year, the data speed was very low. In every evening from 5 pm to night 1 am, no data speed. Recharging for 3G connection, and 3G features not available. This complaints are forcing me to take a new connection of other network. we are like BSNL.       Sir my home is far from bsnl connect tp at about 400 to 500 mtrs. I was installed wi max of bsnl punjab before instalation exch oprs suggested me for wi max because my house is out o[censored]r tp range, when i installed wi max of bsnl my bill at about rs 1000/pm but no i have no received my security deposit receipt i have this post posted at about 2 an half hour from my laptop my account no is pb10051001 ph no of wi max is pb10051001e no is my mobile is[protected]

        I paid my landline no[protected] bill Rs696/- for the month of june 2015 online. i paid my amount from the account with oriental bank of commerce, aslali. amount has been debited in my account but credit not afforded. today i received my telephone bill for the month of july 2015 it includes amount of my bill for the month of june 2015. do needful immediately under intimation to me and bsnl.

          Such a worst service ever seen. Not at all responding for a complaint register. Fed-up with filing complaints. Paying money monthly around Rs.800 simply. We decided to disconnect the service of BSNL. I would even suggest my friends not to opt for BSNL. Calling to the concerned BSNL staffs and asking about the complaints and taking no steps. Really worst. Even we returned our broad band connection for the same. No use. BSNL taught us not to use their service better opt for private service.

            My bsnl no [protected] o[censored]P(East) is not functioning as my outgoing and incoming calls has been restricted without any reason since 11/08/2015. I even cant send message . Inspite of full validity and full recharge i am facing all this trouble. I even called customer care toll free number but it is also not going

              I had reported to BSNL office (Tiruchendur-Tuticorin - Tamilnadu) on last week that both my landline and broadband is dead and not working.It is almost 7 days now, nobody had visited to fix the problem. The responsible JTO and staff don't even care, every day you visit or call them, the standard reply is "today we will rectify sir". Lethargic reply

                  Sir, ma land line num is[protected]. My landline was not wrkin tril june12th nd i had given complaint on june 14th. And also i even gone to bsnl office in RANNY to give the complaint.They said they wil resolve the problem soon. But no use.I then gone again to offce 2-3times .Atlast the solved the problem on july 25th(AFTER 1 AND HALF MONTH). I also applied for a broadband connection. And they give the connection. But the internet is not working.I hd given the complaint by customer care number and also iven gone to office in RANNY to discuss about this matter .But no use.They said they cant do anything.so please take neccessary actions againt these irresponsible people.                     To BSNL Head Office Delhi/Mumbai Dear Sir/Madam, I, Bhavani S Kutty, Served BSNL for 36 Years and retired from Service on 1/06/2015 by taking Volunary Retirement due to which i had forwarded a request to BSNL Divisional office DombivilI regarding retaining of the Service mobile Connection -[protected]. We after applying had submitted all the necessary documents required Like Aadhar Card, Retirement Letter, Pan Card, MSEB Bill at the Customer service centre at Dombivili. In letter and the forms Submitted for a new connection we clearly mentioned we need a postpaid connection. We were assured by the Customer Service centre it will be issued in a weeks time on 02/06/2015 On 10/06/2015, We received a reply saying; the Dombivili customer Service Centre has forwarded Documents and were awaiting for a new sim. On 12/06/2015 We were informed ; the documents has been forwarded to Nandivili Exchange, Dombivili for Verification Purpose and Executive will Visit our Home for the collection of documents again. On 15/06 /2015, We Again enquired on the further proceedings and intimated them that there is supposed to be no verification required, and we were told again that documents for further proceedings has been sent to Nandivili Exchange for verification purpose . We received a call From Nandivili Exchange on 29/06/2015 stating they are sending a person to collect the documents for Verification purpose. On 11/07/2015 Mr Mahtre was sent to collect the documents for further process. Mr. Mhatre - comments he has no clue why he has been allocated to collect this document as it is actually not his duty and for this he had to come on 2 saturday, Understanding our issues He co-operated very well and took our documents. On 17/07/2015 We enquired at Dombivili's Nandivili Exchange & Mr.Paghare said they will Process and send documents to Dombivili Midc Office on same day . On 22/07/2015 Again We Enquired at Dombivili (Divisional Engineers Office ) and We were told Documents has not been received at MIDC from Nandivili Exchange. Later till yesterday there was no movement of the case and finally i Decided to visit Bsnl office Dombivili to find out the reason ;and we see, The Documents which we send were still not processed .the application was not Processed.The sim Card not yet reached .Documents is still at Nandivili Telephone Exchange And on Inquiring with Commercial officer, Bsnl Midc Telephone Exchange, he said its a mere 3 day process and all this procedure was wrongly done .And Verification is not at all required . On 12/08/2015, we finally gave an application to withdraw a request for retaining of Sim, And surrendered the old sim This is the Pathetic and Very unprofessional Service which i received as an X-Employee of BSNL. I am a 58 year old woman Who had taken VRS due to medical Reasons (Pertaining to the Eye) I would request a strict action to be taken against the rightful culprits in this case who have made me suffer by providing Wrong information on various levels.                       N Sivaramakrishnan Telephone No.044 / 2265 3726 Address: Plot No.3, Shri Anandavalli Agastheeswarar Avenue, Mettu Street, Nemilichery, Chrompet, Chennai - 600 044. Sir, my residential telephone connection with internet facility (broadband) is not functioning for the past two months. I have complained to the Telephone Exchange for more than 25 occasions. As the services were not restored, I was compelled to complain to the higher authorities viz., The General Manager (South), Chennai Telephones, BSNL, Guindy, Chennai -600 032 and The Chief General Manager, Chennai Telephones, BSNL, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010. I request you to do the needful to restore the services early.

                        I am having two bsnl prepaid sim. Bsnl network coverage is coming to our area from tal- sinnar, dist-nashik tower. The signal of bsnl is missing for 3 minutes in every 10 minutes. I have complaint docket number 1g[protected] date 25/7/2015 but the problem has not yet solved. Please rectify the problem and provide quality signal. Due to the above problem while speaking in phone the call will is disconnecting suddenly and as wellas while browsing mobile internet through gprs the connection is also disconnected suddenly.

                          Dear SirMadam, There is been some problem with my tata sky services from 08-July-2015, its been 1 month from july that ther is very poor response from your side and hence i am unable to avail the services of yours. Problem1- Set-top box installation was late and then i continuously received calls to recharge with 2300 or 2640 etc... finally after installation of my set-top box i recharged an initial amount of Rs.100 and subsequently i recharged with Rs.2640. But today 11-August-2015 i received a message for the cancellation of the recharge. Problem2- Poor and delayed response from the customer care centre side.                             I wold like to inform you, our bsnl land line phone:[protected]. Its incoming & outgoing service is not working since 1 year. But we pay bill without provide service, so now i want to refund my payment.
                            I want to start this service.
                            Fully in 1 year our phone is 4, 5 days working other days is stop.Some problem in landline system.
                            So this is not our fault, so i want to complain & request to bsnl .Please refund our all bill amount & start landline service.
                            I[censored] dont give good service so please dont give us bill.

                              Hi BSNL team, my landline number[protected] isnt working since last week, wednesday. it keeps saying either "temporarly out of service" or "all routes in this line are busy". have already raised a complaint also under Complaint ID- [protected], Created Date-7-Aug-15 but the status till now is "Assigned to ITO"... not sure what is happening and when will it happen. haven't recieved any call or mail regarding the above complaint number. now i know why everyone is getting their landline BSNL deactivated!!! do confirm when can i get a resolution. from: Depressed & iritated BSNL user

                                  Last night i initated a payment transaction to my email ID [protected]@gmail.com to number[protected] on BSNL Quick Pay Portal. The amount paid is 1043 where i registered my mobile number also for payement reciept which is [protected]. The amount got debited from my bank account (standard chartered bank) online but it is not reflecting in the BSNL portal and in the portal it got reflected as payment failed. Please help me on this.

                                    I am Radhika, i have activated BSNL hungama plan on june 18th 2015 to avoid the irritating calls from BSNL. I asked them several times about the addition of extra amount(if activated) and they said 'no'. I havent subscribed for anything in hungama and haven't opened that site even once. But i received extra amount in the july month bill as Rs.180 (one time charge) and august month bill Rs.450. What the hell is this? Why should i pay these extra amount unless i subscribe?
