Dear Sir, My Self ABHISHEK SINGH, From CHITRANGI, District- Singrauli (M.P.) I am using BSNL SIM Since last 10 Years. I am getting Network/Coverage problem at CHITRANGI GSM BTS since last two months. I have already informed above problem to JTO/SDO and DGM of SIDHI SSA but no response from their end. The problem is that the above GSM BTS is radiate poor signals for Eastern area of coverage area and 70% customers are Living here out of total customers. This is problem is due to some technical issues like too much old TRE cards and some interruptions in old Antennas. At present this GSM BTS capacity is not enough to provide Quality full services to a lot of customers. In this regard i requested to you please direct to respective officers to solve the above technical problem and Establish a additional (New) GSM BTS in Eastern area (Hospital Chowk ) of CHITRANGI. Respected Concerned Authority, This is regarding inappropriate behavior of two of bsnl staff (unsure of their cadre and designation)from Chitlapakkam exchange. The two staffs along with a labor, who were deputed to cut a tree close to an apartment near our house, threw the cut down waste near our residence. when asked to deposit in an appropriate manner, the staff (supposedly thiruneelagantan) said NO in a cut throat fashion. the other never heard us. My mother is an INDIA POST employee and I am a working professional. We by no chance deserve such behavior from these kind of people. requesting appropriate action and answer for this miserable experience.

of my bsnl landline no:[protected], which was activated for hungama games on demand, hungama music on demand and hungama movies on demand without my concern, hence i request you to deactive this for my above mentioned land line number and adjust the bill at the earliest for the month of july, 2015, so that i can pay my bill in time.

I am using BSNL Krishi prepaid card. On 17 Aug 2015 I have done recharge of 109rs on Portal BSNL through Debit Card. Amount was deducted from my account...on portal also shown that recharge was successful but not balance credited to me. Please refund my amount. Thanks. A screen shot attached with this complaint.

ANGAMALY, ERNAKULAM (Dist) To BSNL Complaints, Ernakulam Sir, My telephone land line number[protected] of Thuravoor Exchange, Angamaly, Ernakulam District is not working for the last 3.5 months. I already gave complaint to Thuravoor BSNL office many times but till now the problem is not yet solved. We are just paying the the telephone charges without having any use to us. Deactivation of hungama service from bsnl broadband Please deactive hungama service on the landline number [protected] which we were not activated . Please take necessarily action and refund the money. So please request to you to stop this service immediately. It seems to be fraud and cheat earnestly request to you to deactive hungama service with immediate effect. I had surrendered my Telephone (No[protected] on 16.09.2010. The Security Deposit is not yet refund to me. In August 2014, they said that the same is approved but for want of Bank details, it is not refunded. On same date, I handed over a Specimen Cheque to them. But no result at yet. Dear Sir, On 15.08.15 I made online bill payment for monthly bill of BSNL of Rs.989/- through my Standard Chartered Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". I lost my bsnl sim.no was [protected] along with my phone IMEI -[protected] on 1st aug 2015 near poladpur, dist-raigad, state-maharashtra while travelling. i lodge police complaint to nearest police station which is poladpur comlaint no- reg, no.130/2015 rojnama no 216/2015.can i get my phone back?can you trace the phone?as the police station doent have such facility and they didnt showd any interest in this matter

Sir, We are recharging the BSNL 3G sim and using for net surfing. But the last one year, the data speed was very low. In every evening from 5 pm to night 1 am, no data speed. Recharging for 3G connection, and 3G features not available. This complaints are forcing me to take a new connection of other network. we are like BSNL. Sir my home is far from bsnl connect tp at about 400 to 500 mtrs. I was installed wi max of bsnl punjab before instalation exch oprs suggested me for wi max because my house is out o[censored]r tp range, when i installed wi max of bsnl my bill at about rs 1000/pm but no i have no received my security deposit receipt i have this post posted at about 2 an half hour from my laptop my account no is pb10051001 ph no of wi max is pb10051001e no is my mobile is[protected]

I paid my landline no[protected] bill Rs696/- for the month of june 2015 online. i paid my amount from the account with oriental bank of commerce, aslali. amount has been debited in my account but credit not afforded. today i received my telephone bill for the month of july 2015 it includes amount of my bill for the month of june 2015. do needful immediately under intimation to me and bsnl.

Such a worst service ever seen. Not at all responding for a complaint register. Fed-up with filing complaints. Paying money monthly around Rs.800 simply. We decided to disconnect the service of BSNL. I would even suggest my friends not to opt for BSNL. Calling to the concerned BSNL staffs and asking about the complaints and taking no steps. Really worst. Even we returned our broad band connection for the same. No use. BSNL taught us not to use their service better opt for private service.

My bsnl no [protected] o[censored]P(East) is not functioning as my outgoing and incoming calls has been restricted without any reason since 11/08/2015. I even cant send message . Inspite of full validity and full recharge i am facing all this trouble. I even called customer care toll free number but it is also not going

I had reported to BSNL office (Tiruchendur-Tuticorin - Tamilnadu) on last week that both my landline and broadband is dead and not working.It is almost 7 days now, nobody had visited to fix the problem. The responsible JTO and staff don't even care, every day you visit or call them, the standard reply is "today we will rectify sir". Lethargic reply
