Dear Sir,
Please find the trailing mail regarding the deduction of amount of Rs 252/- on 14.07.15 while attempting for BSNL Prepaid recharging online through HDFC Credit Card [protected].
But the transaction was not successful and the message was received through SMS. But instead of reversing the amount, the Bank again deducted the amount on 16.07.15.At present when I ask the bank for refund of the amount deducted twice, they ask for a confirmation from the Billdesk on this matter.
Please revert on this matter with the confirmation.
