Devangpeth, Hubli . this area is facing serious problems with the well reputed government telecommunication firm BSNL . To start with there is no ftth facility for which i cannot blame them because they might have taken it as a recently extended area but in actuality there are many more extensions beyond this area to this date[protected], but even for a land line based broadband connection When i approached the local bsnl office last year they said " sir, there is line fault in the entire area and the lines are very old (rusted in their gist of context) so we are not able to provide you even with a landline", even some officer said " there are no more lone pairs to give connection to you ". Sincerely i don't know since which year the problem started .its not only me facing problem many of others who had connection way before have problems regarding clarity and speed and other stuff, even some disconnected the connections as well. they tell the same story given above to every other person who goes with a request from this area . Its like either they don't want to work or they are not powerful enough to take action . 2 months ago i had applied for a connection anyway thinking that by at least looking at new connection request they might consider taking a word to senior official, unfortunately i'm still without a connection . Being a citizen am i not worthy enough to request something this small from a govt., body, by considering all other brands in the similar industry who are looting money like anything from the customer i would like some/any one from bsnl to help me to resolve my issue if possible or else the story in quotes is readily available for copy and paste anyway.

    Tower location: Thrikkakara Address: Kakkanad Ernakulam Kerala Pin: 682 021 This tower located in Thrikkakara, has low data speed due to an over usage of this tower's boosters. I contact customer care, and speak this problem, and he says that adding a additional booster to this tower to solve this problem. So please do something... Regards...

        I had been complaining for the last 2months about my landline phone as there is nobody been bothered to fix it...I am paying my rent unnecessary which rental charges..however I fed up of complaining and going in office again and again as nobody cares as everyone says tomorrow. I would be kind i[censored] do repair my phone within few working days as I'll be much appreciated

I contacted HDFC bank regarding that transaction N they told billdesj received the amount. So kindly solve this issue

            Cellone prepaid mobile no: [protected] (MH circle) I moved temporarily from MH circle to AP circle since[protected] and I am unable to either make calls or receive call since then.Standard message I am getting is "Not registered on AP Network.Since I am facing this problem from[protected] whenever I set out of MH circle.I lodged customer care complaint on[protected] with MH circle vide docket no:1G[protected] before moving from MH circle.However, non availability of roaming facility to prepaid mobile persists. Will some one move this gigantic white elephant called BSNL Cellone to attended to my problem as my earlier customer care attempts with bsnl never responded.               My name is umakant adhav. My broadband landline no is[protected] . My broadband connection not working from last 13 days & i repetitively complaint on 1500 no &[protected] no more then 15 to 20 times but no body resolved my problem . & men who attend the call on[protected] no was told me it was not their fault. so i am very disappointed with the service from bsnl & get the decision to close the service if my problem not solved in 2 days.

                    Sir, I have a landline connection at my residence one year back. I have made so many complaints to the BSNL department in writing and also telephonic to SDO phones of the area but my phone is not working since a long. I am facing lot of problems day today.

ANGAMALY, ERNAKULAM (Dist) To BSNL Complaints Ernakulam Sir, My telephone land line number[protected] of Thuravoor Exchange, Angamaly, Ernakulam District is not working for the last 3 months. I already gave complaint to Thuravoor BSNL office many times but till now the problem is not yet solved. We are just paying the the telephone charges without having any use to us.                         Dear Sir, I am having land line connection at my home past 16 years, but past few years there is no maintenance in our bsnl exchange, we try to asked and complain so many times they are saying no operator in the exchange. and also i have in my home bsnl broadband also, my modem always failure due to lighting sparks at our exchange don't have proper grounding. i already changed 4 new modems(1 wireless modem and 3 normal modem). also from our prambur exchange to my village (kilikkudi) there is no proper cable and number of joints and the joints also not clear. thanks, regards a.muthuveerappan [protected]

                          I, rahul gupta filed a complaint in bsnl broadband customer care on date 23 / july / 2015 against broadband not working.
                          Complain no. [protected] was given to me.

                          But it has been 13 days from the complaint date. My problem has not been sorted out. I have contacted customer care center several times and they give same excuses like it will be resolved soon and nothing.

                          Please look into the matter. As it causing me a great difficulties and pain.

                          my problem still ha been not resolved.

                          and when I apply for rebate in telephone bill in the local bsnl office (as per rule no broadband for more than 15 days); they refused me.
                          I am very disappointed by their unprofessional behaivour.
                          Feeling mentally exhausted, I just cannot go daily to the bsnl office with same complaint not getting solved.
                          I just think of one solution to my problem now that is to discontinue the my broadband service.

                            I have been facing problems with my landline from last few months and I have even complained about it several times.But the local BSNL employees did not resolve the problems properly.They visit my place, check phone, do some work and go away saying we will get back to you soon but they didn't.                                 i have closed my BSNL connection number[protected], it was inactivated on 25/9/2014. Refund of 1001 was supposed to be made by 10/06/2015. But refund has not been initiated yet. Its been more than a year and refund has not been made yet. please initiate it asap. regards, Satish Kumar

                                    Dear Sir, Please find the trailing mail regarding the deduction of amount of Rs 252/- on 14.07.15 while attempting for BSNL Prepaid recharging online through HDFC Credit Card [protected]. But the transaction was not successful and the message was received through SMS. But instead of reversing the amount, the Bank again deducted the amount on 16.07.15.At present when I ask the bank for refund of the amount deducted twice, they ask for a confirmation from the Billdesk on this matter.
