My cellphone international roaming not functioning. When I transferred my sim card to a new phone the ikon sim tool kit disappeared. And I am not able to choose international roaming even through mobile network operators. Very frustrated. Pls reply what I should do to [protected]@gmail.com. if I don't succeed in getting a solution I am planning to port over to somebody else on my return. My cell no is [protected].

    Telephone no[protected] not working since[protected]. There is much noise in the phone . when we dial some no. or some call comes, nothing is heard. We lodged complaint on 16-7-15 via reg no [protected] Nothing was done but aSMS was sent on17-7-15 that complaint has been resolved. I again lodged a complaint on 20-7-15 via regd no. [protected]. But nothing has been done. Without resolving the complaint, SMS are sent after two days that complaint has been resolved causing a lot of harassment. It is requested to look into the matter and do the needful immediately.

      Dear Sir, Its been 10 days since my landline number is not working. I registered a complaint to the nearby office but it has been more than a week and no lineman has been sent for the same. The phone number that has been given by the BSNL office in my area is most of the times not answered. If our phone cannot be mended then we want a disconnection. It is a very irresponisble attitude towards the customers. I want that a proper and strignent action shouls be taken. If the problem cannot be resolved please disconnect our number. We do not want a service that does not cater to the needs of the customer at all. Hoping for a quick action for the same. Thank you.

        I MR Sohan Priyatam Mob No-[protected](BSNL Odisha) was recharged a amount of Rs.68/-(2G Internet Pack) on this mobile on dated 20.07.2015 by PAYTM through SBI internet banking . A recharge successful message came to my mobile but till yet i am not getting the the service.Whenever i am trying to use it, it deduct my main balance from mobile account .Hence it is requested you kindly provide me this service as soon as possible .

          Dear Sir / Mme We are using BSNL Landline no[protected] from last 20 years. I have done types complaint details as below. 1) Personally Visited Virar west Telephone exchange. 2) Registered complaint through mobile at virar west telephone exchange no[protected]. 3) Registered complaint on 198 & 2502198 - recd complaint id [protected]. After register i got SMS from BSNL careon 16.07.15 at 1.04 pm as below: Dear Customer, the fault booked on telephone no[protected] has been assigned to BSNL staff Shri E.G. JADHAV, mobile no [protected]. After received sms i called on 16th july to Mr Jadhav but ans recd is: pls call on 198 for complaints & i said i already done then i recd your no. the he said we will do today. 17th july again i called then he said we recd your complaint we will do today but still not done. So I request to BSNL see the matter on urgent basis and reimbursement (reduce the bill amount) till date telephone service start. BSNL Losing customer because many time telephone line dead, lack of customer care support like customer care no 1500 is always ring but no ans. I was earlier using BSNL mob [protected] but there is no network many place so i ported to another service provider. many customer like me want to use our BSNL Co. (a Govt undertaken co) Service.             I was called on my land line number[protected] and was informed that that bsnl has started a hungama service vide which you can listen to music, load movie etc. I was told that I will be free trial for 10 days and if I like it then I will be again asked though E-mail. I was asked to press 1 for this I did it.
            I did not ask for this service and never responded to the BSNL later on. But to my utter surprise they have charged me some amount for the trail days and Rs. 410 for the month of June, 2015. I did not use this service at all for a single hour. BSNL-Hungama be asked me to refund this amount and adjust this in my next bill of July, 2015.

When I was travelling in the railway one before i.e. on 17/07/2015 to come to Jabalpur and when I drop down at Jabalpur then I could be able to know that my SIM No. [protected] has been lost in transit. Now at present I am away from GHATANJI. I therefore request you to kindly first block my SIM No. [protected] immediately.

                Landline no[protected] Name: Shaikh Abdul Rauf contact no. [protected] I had submitted a form in April 2015 to disconnect my telephone with broadband connection. I had stopped using it. When we found that we were still billed, I resubmitted again in July 2015, when I to check with them they said I have to pay my pending bill. I don't have enough money to pay it all at once (4800rs when last checked it) during both disconnection request I had specified the reason to disconnect were financial constraints. I request to them to please have some humanity to at least disconnect the connection and consider a settlement.

                  Inspite of various oral complaints to the exchange the signal strength in 155 South ring road DAE Township, Kalppajkkam is not improved over the years. I am using 2 mobile Number [protected] and [protected]. I made complaint to local Telphone exchange as well the Chengalpattu Divisional office . So far no action has been taken. this complaint is prevailling since 2013 jannuary.

                    Respected Officer Ref: My BSNL Number[protected]. I would like to inform you that I was a BSNL customer from April 2013 to October 2014. At the time of connection, I paid a security deposit of Rs.1400/-. But some domestic reason, I applied for disconnection of my services (Copy attached) and applied for the refund of my security deposit. It has been more than the stipulated time, I am yet to receive a response from the idle officials. I have registered complaints on BSNL No.[protected] many times yet nothing has been suitable responded so far. Not sure whether BSNL is still exist in the telecom marketing. If the department continue to have these inefficient and idle employees, I am sure that one fine day BSNL will wind-up their business and go bankrupt.                           Sir, I have been complaining about my wifi speed problem for the number[protected] to bsnl customer care from last 15 days.They always generate a new complaint number and ask me to wait for next 48 hours for their service.But I have not received any help from their side till now.Latest complaint no. is [protected].Even when I ask them to give the number of higher authority they are providing me with wrong numbers.Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.Thank you.

                            Hi iam Srikanth I have booked the tickets from book my show on 17;07;2015 and i take make the payments by payumoney and the amount is 249.12 has been debited from my credit card but tickets are not get conformed . after that i have use the payumoney voucher code for one transaction i have able to use 167.51 only and balance amount 81.61/- is not able to use on the same voucher no for two transaction. Kindly do give the another voucher code for the balance amount 81.61/- immediately

                              I am facing a lot of issues in the Landline connection and the Braodband connection not wworking.Even after logging the complaint there is no call made from the concerned departments regarding the issue.The landline connection has been disconneted from almost two months and also now the broadband connection has been disconnected.I don't know what's the issue but still the problem has not been resolved.If such things will continue there is no other option but to discontinue the service.                                 Hello i use BSNL internet from 3 Years and use unlimted package speed upto 7/mbs And company promises that the internet speed is faster but when i try that speed is very poor at 60/kbs download speed please help to improve all customers download speed

                                  Sir, I have disconnected my No.[protected] in Feb 2014 and my deposit cheque was refunded to concern office of Kolhapur but they doesn't informed me on my alternate number which was given to them nor on mail also. After visiting BSNL office to Tarabai park and Near Pudhari office, they informed in January that it will be return to their office and it will be sent to back within 3 months and they will inform me on my cell no. - [protected] which application I have given to them. But yet I have not received my Cheque and nor their office knows when my cheuqe will be issued. Requesting you to look into matter and refund my deposit amount at earliest.                                     Telephone No.[protected] went totally dead since about month. Lodged complaint No. [protected] on 26/06/2015 with the BSNL, On 03/07/2015 submitted written Complaint at Subhanpura, Vadodara (Gujarat) Exchange. On 06/07/2015 email communication made to concern Nodal officer. The Subhanpura Exchange supervisor on given No[protected] do not answer phone call. There is no curative action from BSNL. Again BSNL do not give any convincing reply except that "Technical" problem. This implied that problem known to them but not inclined to resolve. Again telephone of nearby residents are working normal. Similar problem was occurred in the year[protected] and consequently got my broad band disconnected. That time In past BSNL did not refunded rental charges and broadband charges despite lot followup. BSNL never give correct cause for default or correct reason for fault. BSNL should not charge any fixed charge as per their undertaking.

                                      We have been lodging complaints to the bsnl authorities that our Landline number[protected] connection is In the name of bharathi cements co pvt ltd Area udyambag belgaum state karnataka Std code 0831 Is not working and only internet is working we were asked to purchase new telephone handset as they said that the existing handset is not working and they don't have in stock new handset, thus we brought anew handset but still the problem was the same we are lodging complaints all the time and in few hours or i can say minutes we get a message saying that the complaint is solved . But in actualy its not solved.a person named mr.bhosale who is the area in charge of bsnl for udhyambaag belgaum karnataka assure us of solving the complaint but never turned up .                                         My Telephone line has BB as well. But for emergency also I can hardly use my Telephone for contact purpose as it is noisy. Except Dial tone we cannot hear or communicate either. Only one telephone is working in the DP. Repeated reminders has not solved the long pending problem.
