    My name is T K Ram prasad and having mobile no [protected] and yesterday I recharged Rs 110 by way of PAYTM vide reference no [protected]. But i mentioned wrongly the cell no as [protected] instead of[protected]. Hence I request to recredit my prepaid recharge amount to my cell no.
    while doing recharge go through BSNL Portal.i[censored] go by paytm money will be GOVINDA GOVINDA

        Name : Zahid Alware Address : Royal Colony, Gowalkot, Chiplun - 415605, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra India. Bsnl Phone # : [protected] Mobile : [protected] Broadband Plan : BBG Super Speed Combo 2845 VDSL Below are the problems we face. 1) Most of the time internet is down. 2) Internet is down for complete day. 3) Help phone numbers are not available. Either busy or not able to connect. 4) We get replies from bsnl employees like they wont give service. 5) Employees don't have fault rectification knowledge. 6) We get answers like internet is working for others so it must be fault at our side. for eg computer or router issue. But next day the internet starts working without any changes. 7) Dont get speed as per the norms. Being using a 16 mbps plan should be getting proper speed. But my mobile 3g works better than BSNL 16mbps plan 8) Speedtest.net shows 5 mbps surfing and 350Kbs upload speed which is not acceptable for a 16 mbps plan. 9) This is the costliest Internet option and very poor service. Being a government firm it should be the cheapest but its not like that. This is bcoz, we dont have any other broadband in our area. Else we would never choose BSNL. 10) We pay Rs 3400 per month for the plan and we get poor service for the same. In mumbai Rs 3400 would give us atleast 6 months with higher plan speeds. 11) We are fade up with their service and need some resolution for the above issues. The worst service ever seen. Hope will get some resolution after filing complaint here. Thanks, Zahid Alware.

          I received a call from bsnl hungama to activate the services on my landline connection of broadband at my home since than I have not used the services but bsnl is charging the bill everymonth .please deactivate the services immediately, I am not using it.whether there is no any management to observe that though the services are used by the customer it is the part of service providing agency to look at this .Please deactivate the service of music on demand, games on demand by M/s Hungama and movie on demand by M/s Hungama immediately.Sanjay Mathur landline no.[protected] E-mail id [protected]@gmail.com

              I had a postpaid cell no.[protected]. I got it converted to a prepaid mobile 3 months back.

              I havenot been refunded my deposit of Rs.7500/ so far. I request that the refund be made immediately .

                I had a cell no [protected]. I had a deposit of Rs.7500 for this cell. I had surrendered this post paid facility and converted it to a prepaid facility more than 3 months back.
                I have not received my refund of a sum of Rs.7500/ so far.

                  hello sir. mene bsnl 3g ka 1 gb wala recharge karwaya h. but mere area me 3g speed nhi mil rhi h. 10 ya 15 kbps hi aati h. 1 - 2 hr tak retry krte hi speed milti h wo bih 2 min bad 10 kb ho jati h. but other area me ya market me speed 1 mbps aati h. please ye problem solve kijiye rehan khan [protected]

                        Yesterday I did top-up of Rs.200 to my bsnl number [protected] through my ICICI debit card subsequently the amount also debited from my account, but not credited to my mobile, asked to wait but today shows error . Please let me know what should I do or refund my amount.

                          My cellphone international roaming not functioning. When I transferred my sim card to a new phone the ikon sim tool kit disappeared. And I am not able to choose international roaming even through mobile network operators. Very frustrated. Pls reply what I should do to [protected]@gmail.com. if I don't succeed in getting a solution I am planning to port over to somebody else on my return. My cell no is [protected].

                            Telephone no[protected] not working since[protected]. There is much noise in the phone . when we dial some no. or some call comes, nothing is heard. We lodged complaint on 16-7-15 via reg no [protected] Nothing was done but aSMS was sent on17-7-15 that complaint has been resolved. I again lodged a complaint on 20-7-15 via regd no. [protected]. But nothing has been done. Without resolving the complaint, SMS are sent after two days that complaint has been resolved causing a lot of harassment. It is requested to look into the matter and do the needful immediately.

                              Dear Sir, Its been 10 days since my landline number is not working. I registered a complaint to the nearby office but it has been more than a week and no lineman has been sent for the same. The phone number that has been given by the BSNL office in my area is most of the times not answered. If our phone cannot be mended then we want a disconnection. It is a very irresponisble attitude towards the customers. I want that a proper and strignent action shouls be taken. If the problem cannot be resolved please disconnect our number. We do not want a service that does not cater to the needs of the customer at all. Hoping for a quick action for the same. Thank you.

                                I MR Sohan Priyatam Mob No-[protected](BSNL Odisha) was recharged a amount of Rs.68/-(2G Internet Pack) on this mobile on dated 20.07.2015 by PAYTM through SBI internet banking . A recharge successful message came to my mobile but till yet i am not getting the the service.Whenever i am trying to use it, it deduct my main balance from mobile account .Hence it is requested you kindly provide me this service as soon as possible .

I have done types complaint details as below. 1) Personally Visited Virar west Telephone exchange. 2) Registered complaint through mobile at virar west telephone exchange no[protected]. 3) Registered complaint on 198 & 2502198 - recd complaint id [protected]. After register i got SMS from BSNL careon 16.07.15 at 1.04 pm as below: Dear Customer, the fault booked on telephone no[protected] has been assigned to BSNL staff Shri E.G. JADHAV, mobile no [protected]. After received sms i called on 16th july to Mr Jadhav but ans recd is: pls call on 198 for complaints & i said i already done then i recd your no. the he said we will do today. 17th july again i called then he said we recd your complaint we will do today but still not done. So I request to BSNL see the matter on urgent basis and reimbursement (reduce the bill amount) till date telephone service start. BSNL Losing customer because many time telephone line dead, lack of customer care support like customer care no 1500 is always ring but no ans. I was earlier using BSNL mob [protected] but there is no network many place so i ported to another service provider. many customer like me want to use our BSNL Co. (a Govt undertaken co) Service.                                     I was called on my land line number[protected] and was informed that that bsnl has started a hungama service vide which you can listen to music, load movie etc. I was told that I will be free trial for 10 days and if I like it then I will be again asked though E-mail. I was asked to press 1 for this I did it.
                                    I did not ask for this service and never responded to the BSNL later on. But to my utter surprise they have charged me some amount for the trail days and Rs. 410 for the month of June, 2015. I did not use this service at all for a single hour. BSNL-Hungama be asked me to refund this amount and adjust this in my next bill of July, 2015.

When I was travelling in the railway one before i.e. on 17/07/2015 to come to Jabalpur and when I drop down at Jabalpur then I could be able to know that my SIM No. [protected] has been lost in transit. Now at present I am away from GHATANJI. I therefore request you to kindly first block my SIM No. [protected] immediately.

                                        Landline no[protected] Name: Shaikh Abdul Rauf contact no. [protected] I had submitted a form in April 2015 to disconnect my telephone with broadband connection. I had stopped using it. When we found that we were still billed, I resubmitted again in July 2015, when I to check with them they said I have to pay my pending bill. I don't have enough money to pay it all at once (4800rs when last checked it) during both disconnection request I had specified the reason to disconnect were financial constraints. I request to them to please have some humanity to at least disconnect the connection and consider a settlement.
