why someone lodge a complaint... for better result...????? no... According 2 Jorhat bsnl officials of Assam...Complaint means Pending Request... I had booked many more complaint... but...no response...no result..only pending request... provide 3G only 10-12 days in a month... and 3G speed bellow 200 kbps... and its near about 300 meter range of bsnl satellite station location... may b its bcoz...!!! Do...Or...Do Not...U can get...!!!

Sir, i am getting un wanted sms from the wap india choice.com and other bsnl centres. I am not to interested to sea this messages. So please stop this messages to my number. Here i am giving my mobail number. . [protected].
I informed many times to bsnl custamer care centre. There is no proper response from bsnl office.
Please accepect this complaint and make necessary steps as soon as earliest.

My sim, the number [protected], is showing as sim registration failed. I am very unhappy with the bsnl services. I tried calling up at the costmer care no one is answering the call. I would like to know what is the problem? & want my sim to be activated as early as possible.

Sir I have surrendered my BSNL landline no: 25591435 in january 2013 i have not yet received any deposit amount. When i call from customer care, he told "Your Deposit Amount is Rs.1850." Requesting you to refund my security deposit as soon as possible by present address: 514, Sivakami Amman Colony, 3rd Cross, 8th Street, Vyasarpadi, Chennai - 39. One Postpaid Cellone no. is being used by me under Manik-jod plan since 2007. Phone No.[protected], A/C no.[protected]. At first no rental was charged. But, so far since 2010 a minimum rental had been introduced against the aforesaid plan, and from then I have been continuing to pay the double rental till date.

I have recharge of 222 on my bsnl no [protected] i have not recive any thing i complain on bsnl customer care. They resister the complaint and give massege

I received SIM CARD No: thro' BSNL Mela at Vellore on 17.07.2015 with an allotted No: [protected]. They assured that it may get activated on 20.07.2015.So far we have not get to activated despite our complaints to BSNL and dircet contact with BSNL Office at Vellore and thro' toll free etc., But our efforts went in vain. Now when we tried thro' this SIM they tone comes as contact Cell One. This is the condition, I request you to activate the same.

As such i HAD submitted SIX reminders by registered POST till now. But no reply till date received from the concerned department BSNL. BP BSNL had already send a message on my mobile no. Then I was told that refund will be send up to July 2015. On 24/07/15 I requested again to A/C Officer TR Phone No.[protected] then it was conveyed that for refund " you will have to wait till AUG 2015 due to technical reasons" I could not understand the undue DELAY. I had paid my online bill of rupees 741 to bsnl on 25/07/2015 Saturday at 12:40am. Their is deduction also held successfully from my account. But bsnl site showed me a error o[censored]nsuccessful transaction. Plz solve it as soon as possible. Thankyou

I have been using BSNL BROADBAND SERVICES since february 2015 but services were never been satisfactory and were of poor quality. I registered the complaint in march. (COMPLAINT NO. [protected]). But problem persisted. I even called the area SDO who assured me of solutuion. I am regularly paring the bills by online method. Recently I have been charged 200 RS BY BSNL workers for the FTTH cable which was found broken, but no bill was given even after asking . I have paid the same bill twice by mistake and I need amount for one bill to be refunded. Since last 3 months my landline no[protected] is not in function. on complain none is to resolve the problems . mr.aslam told me that without money(bribe) it is not possible & you are free to complain any higher authority.i tried to contact sdo (t)at sainik bazar but sorry to say that he was not available, but my billing is going on.

I was having BSNL telephone connection no.[protected] at Hyderabad. On shifting to Chennai I surrendered the telephone in March 2014 and requested for refund of security deposit with BSNL. They sent the cheque for Rs.1269/- which unfortunately I could not encash within the stipulated time. So I again submitted the cheque for revalidation to BSNL on 15/12/2014, enclosing their cheque no.945814 dated 11/06/2014 for Rs.1269/-. BSNL authority promised that the revalidated cheque will be sent by post for which they would deduct Rs.40/- from the cheque amount, by February or March 2015 . Despite lapse of more than 6 months I have not yet received the cheque. Please resolve this issue and get me the cheque. Please also ask BSNL to compensate me for delayed payment by way of interest for six months and for mental torture they have given me by not replying over telephone. In fact they do not attend the telephone.

Recently I have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bills with plan 900. the additional amount of Rs.500/- one time charge higher speed for 20GB. please deactivate my account from one time charges plan.

The poorself made the greatest mistake of his life by opting for a broadband connection from BSNL under telephone no[protected]. The broadband line, cited above, has become a source of great embarrassment as most of the days it does not work though the BSNL has raised the rent like anything. It is required to pay around Rs.1000/- per month though the scheme name is 750UL. The complaintant being an executive of a PSU opted for it considering its state ownership and also 20% discount. The story of the service in very recent days are noted below to acknowledge the exemplary service of BSNL. 1. On 11/7/2015 a complaint was lodged under docket no.[protected] for non functioning which was closed by the BSNL without even attending the same for requested rectification. 2. On 19/7/2015 again a complaint was lodged under docket no.[protected] for non functioning . This time the attending executive Mr.S.B.Chetri received the call and was very modest to take immediate action and accordingly the very next day the technician attended and rectified the line. 3. On 23/7/2015 again a complaint was lodged under docket no.[protected] for non functioning of broadband. This time one Mr.Satyajit Roy received the call and kept the complaintant waiting for almost half an hour and didn't returned back thereafter. Under the circumstances, the complaintant has two options open A. To surrender the line and get peace of mind OR B. To escalate the matter to the proper forum including TRAI and demand actions against the erring officials. I demand a reply from the BSNL authorities immidiately on this score. Joseph Thekkekara is an ex-serviceman. The above given landphone number[protected] is in my name now. Earlier the same very number was in the name of my husband Shri TV. Joseph. I am using broadband service of BSNL since a long time. In the year 2010, I learned that I am entitled to get 20% discount on the plan amount, being the wife on an ex-serviceman. I had applied for the concession in 2010, giving all necessary papers proving that my husband is an ex-serviceman. The discount was granted and continued. Recently in the month of February 2015, I upgraded my broadband plan. While going through the bill of April 2015. The discount granted to me was not included. Also while going through the back dated bills. I have learned that this discount was discontined from 2012. I have approached the CSC at Changacherry, and put up a fresh application on 30 April 2015, stating the above facts as per the advice of CSC. In the application, I had demanded to redeem the lost amount, and also to continue with the discount. In the bill of June 2015, this discount was again included, and there was no mention or reply regarding paying me back the lost amount. To my surprise, in the next bill, i.e of July 2015, the discount was again omitted. The matter was telephoned to the concerned, and they informed me that this may be a printing problem, because the discount is in the system. Same day, again after a few hours, someone from BSNL called me and said that I am not entitled for the discount. Dear sir, I do not understand after giving concession from the year 2010 to 2012, and also in the bill of June this year, how can they say now that I am not entitled for the discount.
