Telephone No.[protected] went totally dead since about month. Lodged complaint No. [protected] on 26/06/2015 with the BSNL, On 03/07/2015 submitted written Complaint at Subhanpura, Vadodara (Gujarat) Exchange. On 06/07/2015 email communication made to concern Nodal officer. The Subhanpura Exchange supervisor on given No[protected] do not answer phone call. There is no curative action from BSNL. Again BSNL do not give any convincing reply except that "Technical" problem. This implied that problem known to them but not inclined to resolve. Again telephone of nearby residents are working normal. Similar problem was occurred in the year[protected] and consequently got my broad band disconnected. That time In past BSNL did not refunded rental charges and broadband charges despite lot followup. BSNL never give correct cause for default or correct reason for fault. BSNL should not charge any fixed charge as per their undertaking.

    We have been lodging complaints to the bsnl authorities that our Landline number[protected] connection is In the name of bharathi cements co pvt ltd Area udyambag belgaum state karnataka Std code 0831 Is not working and only internet is working we were asked to purchase new telephone handset as they said that the existing handset is not working and they don't have in stock new handset, thus we brought anew handset but still the problem was the same we are lodging complaints all the time and in few hours or i can say minutes we get a message saying that the complaint is solved . But in actualy its not solved.a person named mr.bhosale who is the area in charge of bsnl for udhyambaag belgaum karnataka assure us of solving the complaint but never turned up .       My Telephone line has BB as well. But for emergency also I can hardly use my Telephone for contact purpose as it is noisy. Except Dial tone we cannot hear or communicate either. Only one telephone is working in the DP. Repeated reminders has not solved the long pending problem. I am a retired Central Govt Officer from erstwhile DOT.         This is my second complain against bsnl jajpur road exchange. Bsnl higher authorities have to play a bigger role to play to stop this kind of customer harrasment. For days my phone is dead but even after several complain they are not taking any action. Day after day year after year these bsnl employees are getting paid, but doing nothing. They are simply ignoring very few customers still left with bsnl landline facility.

            Since 25-Apr-2015 my broadband has been constantly not working Works for 5 mins then next 4 hrs its not working I lodged several complain over the phone, , visiting the telephone exchange, visiting the area officer, visiting the Divisional engineer near to around 30 complain registered in past 3 months I give compain of Broadband services not working, the linesman calls to say landline is fine and then complain message is given as RESOLVED. But yet my broadband is not working Yet after so many complains nothing is being done infact the guys tell me to change my services to different subscriber because they cant resolve my issue. i dont know why such incompetent people are kept on the job who cant fix a cable and resolve my issue. moreover give reply saying linesman is on vacation, he is on vacation, , everyone is on vacation to reply to calls on their cellphone, but they are vacation even after joining back that no work is done with regards to my complaints. and worse they speak rudely always, they come to my place when im not around, and then call me saying im not at home.but when i stay back home leaving my work, they dont come all day.wasting my time and energy .Im frustrated with so much of harassment done by the engineers and higher incharge and not resolving my problem rather i have to pay bills as its postpaid and if not my connection is cut. Worse i get bills in thousands every month and over which im charged service tax.. Why should consumer pay service tax and with no services available??? Who is liable to payback all the service tax which wouldnt be generated if services are unavailable??

              Dear Sir, I have a postpaid connection for mobile with number [protected] ( account number[protected] in Maharashtra Circle. In the period of 5/4/15 to 4/5/15, BSNL has issued me a bill for Rs. 2779 which I fill as excess bill. I wish to inspect the details of above bill dated 9/5/2015 which I have already paid vide invoice number[protected]. I have been inquiring for the same at customer centres in Pune but in vain. They want me to visit at the same customer centre (Nanded) where I have registered my mobile. It's unfair to ask me to go to my native place (Nanded) for such reason. I should be able to get the service at any of the customer centres located at any place in Maharashtra. We talk of Digital India and BSNL can not send me a simple itemized bill on my mail. It's annoying. I request to send the detail itemized bill on email ID for account number[protected]. Thanking you.

                Hello Team, This is in regards to my BSNL Broadband with phone number[protected] and plan-BB-HOME-COMBO-ULD-899-CS37-MONTHLY. With so many attractive advertisements through television, internet and messages flooding my phone with different packages. I had taken your BSNL Broadband with full expectations. And it’s been more than a year now I have never ever seen this broadband working all 30 days in a month. Leave working I have never seen the speed which was mentioned in my Plan. I had raised a request through an application to SDO Telephone, Nigahi, Singrauli regarding my internet not working for exactly 20 days but no one has ever returned back to me. No one has even bothered to reply back or contact me. It’s really a shame for a system to work like that. And on top of it to put a cherry the bill was generated for full month. And I had to pay it. After which I again contacted SDO Telephone who advised me to change my plan so that it works properly although I don’t understand why they have put other plans when only this plan works properly. I changed my plan in the month of June. And again as per today’s date it has again never worked properly. But not to forget the bill gets generated every time properly. Now I want to know if there is anyone who can help me because it has become a pain for me. I cannot deal with your system and your way of working anymore. Either someone resolve my problem or disconnect my connection. Or else I will have to escalate it to the Higher level.                   My name is Khushbu, I applied for BSNL connection in May Month. i got a call from Ram das tPh [protected] and he sent his executive Suresh to collect the documents and Rs 500 alekar . They didnt give me any acknowledgement and told that i will get the connection within 1 week. After that They are telling its not feasible in your area, they are checking for report. I asked them to refund my money. They told they will do it. Its been 2 months and now he is not picking up my call Very pathetic service from BSNL . Please refund my money.I called customer service multiple times, they took my complain but no call from anybody. My email is agarwal.[protected]@gmail.com

                      I have seeking service from bsnl 3 months, but last 8 days i did go with my lanline and broadband. I am seeking service from them, contacted them, send mail to circle officer no response. I am losing time money and work. I went o there office. Till now no response.
                      What to do. Paid my bills. I lost it and registering a complaint here.
                      It bsnl assam in guwahati wireless office. I have connection in beltola bongaon

                        Dear Sir, Divider road between Sector-14/15 in sonepat is completely broken and its so dangerous to drive there even during day time and during night its not suitable for driving at all. I have seen so many people fall from their bikes today after the rain as people don't see big holes in the road due to rain water and they fall and this is really too dangerous for the society. This road needs immediate repair otherwise this is going to cause lots of other accidents in near future. Please look into this matter urgently.

                        It is not a BSNL complaint but a Municipal Corporation complaint or the Authority which looks after the roads in Sonepat.

                            I have recharge rs.550/- topup on 06/07/2015 and rs.67 data pack on 9th july 2015 and i have total balance of rs.715/- approxx on 11th july 2015 then at afternoon when i tried to call i found my balance become null so i call to customer care at 123 and inquired about where my balance deducted they told your balance has deducted because you have use internet, then i told i have recharge my netpack on 9th then how its possible then they checked and told yes you have recharge and still 6mb balance is there. So they taken my complain and told it will resolve in 24 hrs. Then on 10th july i started to inquiry from *112# and requesting to give details of my balance and datapack frequently after every 3 to 4 hours and it every time show main balance null and data balance 5mb 219 kb . I have sms from that till 2.20 pm on 11th july, 2015 . Then at 5.20 pm i received msg your data pack is exhausted and you have rs.5.500 balance in your account . As i have disable my data on my cell on 10th july and i have also change data from bsnl to vodafone in my setting on 10th so its not possible bsnl net get on in my cell and on 11th july 2015 till 2.00 pm i have 5mb 219 kb data balance then how it get exhausted my net is off secondly my rs. 700 deducted on 10th and at that time till 11th july, 2015 till 2.20 pm ihave sms from bsnl i have data balance 5mb and 219 kb then why my rs.700 deducted on 10 th july for internet . I have tried so many times to ask same to bsnl customer care executive they donot give answer properly and i have call recording proof also that customer care executive on 11th july he said that i have 5mb 219 kb balance then even after my net off my net balance get exhausted secondly my balance rs. 713 approx. Deduct on 10th july for internet but on 11th also till 2.20 pm i have net balance so how it is possible.
                            So my question is
                            1 .Why my balance of rs.700 is diducted
                            2. Customer care executive on 10th july, 2015 at 12.45 pm tells that you have 6mb balance in your data pack so if i have balance why they diducted rs. 700/- for internet so customer executive has registered my complain
                            3. I am continously inquiring at *112# for sms to know about my main balance and data pack balance till 11th july, 2015 till 2.2o pm i received sms showing i have data balance 5mb 219 kb so my balance rs.700 deducted on 10th july for what as i have balance even on 11th july, 2015
                            4. Why on 11th even after my internet on my cell i have turn off on 1oth july, 2015 how at 5.00pm suddenly receiving msg my data pack balance get exhausted and rs.5.500 added in my main balance how rs.5.500 which show null till 2.20 pm even i have not use any net on bsnl for whole day as i have already turn off net
                            I have sms from bsnl for 10th july, 2015 and 11th july 2015, recording of conversation of customer care executive which says i have 5mb balance in my data pack and null in my main balance, snap shots for same

                                  The first complaint was lodged on 5th June 2015, it is now 35 days passed, but they cannot find the fault & the complaint is closed saying that it is resolved. I have following complaint nos.: [protected] - 05.06.2015 On 1st July sms say that the complaint is resolved, which was not resolved. [protected] - 01.07.2015 On 2nd July sms recieved saying that the complaint is resolved, which was not resolved. [protected] - 02.07.2015 On 4th.July sms recieved saying that the complaint is resolved, which was not resolved. [protected] - 05.07.2015 On 7th.July sms recieved saying that the complaint is resolved, which was not resolved. [protected] - 07.07.2015 On 8th.July sms recieved saying that the complaint is resolved, which was not resolved. [protected].07.2015 This complaint is not yet resolved.                                       dear BSNL office subject my Landline phone dead for before three months Exchange rule is jenerater runing for 3 hours but exchange staff is only runing jenerater 30minates and adher dessile stock is cell regard rahul kumar
