Since 25-Apr-2015 my broadband has been constantly not working
Works for 5 mins then next 4 hrs its not working
I lodged several complain over the phone, , visiting the telephone exchange,
visiting the area officer, visiting the Divisional engineer near to around 30 complain registered in past 3 months
I give compain of Broadband services not working, the linesman calls to say landline is fine and then complain message is given as RESOLVED.
But yet my broadband is not working
Yet after so many complains nothing is being done
infact the guys tell me to change my services to different subscriber because they cant resolve my issue.
i dont know why such incompetent people are kept on the job who cant fix a cable and resolve my issue.
moreover give reply saying linesman is on vacation, he is on vacation, , everyone is on vacation to reply to calls on their cellphone, but they are vacation even after joining back that no work is done with regards to my complaints.
and worse they speak rudely always, they come to my place when im not around, and then call me saying im not at home.but when i stay back home leaving my work, they dont come all day.wasting my time and energy
.Im frustrated with so much of harassment done by the engineers and higher incharge and not resolving my problem rather i have to pay bills as its postpaid and if not my connection is cut.
Worse i get bills in thousands every month and over which im charged service tax..
Why should consumer pay service tax and with no services available???
Who is liable to payback all the service tax which wouldnt be generated if services are unavailable??
