I have submitted new broadband connection request & they have taken 1150rs from me on[protected], but yet no action is been taken in order to provide me a connection. I have visited the v.f.j branch office of bsnl 4-5times but yet there is no action is been taken plz help

    I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at kachiguda railway station. My mobile no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.
    My temporary mobile no. Is c / o ankit jain mob. No. [protected]

      Dear sir I have landline connection no[protected]. In last whole month there was no connection because of digging work. I couldnot use a single day but i have to pay the monthly bill of rs.850. So i need adjustment of this bill. I have complained on 1504 for connectivity of broadband but till date i could not get the speed which is told through advertisement. It is ridiculous. instead of repeated complaints i could not get speed while there is no disturbance in line. There is no proper answer given by the responsible person for the job.

            Sir I have got a Landline Broadband connection no[protected] received First bill of Rs. 2515.00 which is paid by me on[protected] through net banking. next month I got a bill worth Rs. 3556.00.in this bill previous bill 2515.00 was included. I reported to your account officer he advised me to deposit Rs 993.00, and the total amount will be adjusted.I have deposit a ICICI bank Cheque no 882583 worth Rs 993.00 on dated[protected]. This cheque still not collected or bounced from my account of icici Bank. Third Bill we receive Rs.2014.00 The last date is to deposit[protected]. I Think the arrear bill of previous bills are added in this amount. Please adjust the correction and issue me a correct bill to deposit before date.                   sir I recharged amount of Rs 200 /- to my mobile no [protected](BSNL KERALA) on 26 jun 2015 it was not recharged to mobile and payment was deducted from my SBI bank account.bSNL TXN NO: TXL[protected] and TXL[protected] showing unsuccessful but money deducted from the account.

                        Dear Sir, Please look into the matter. The issue remains unresolved even after 10 days. I have tried all options to escalate my problem, but no response received. I have made annual paym, ent for BSNL BB and hence losing out on days due to conncetivity issues. Please assist. I have complained on IVRS for Broadband Connectivity issue where router needs to be re configured for[protected] on 27/6/2015, Friday at 7.30 PM ( I do not have docket no ) On Monday, I received a call on my landline asking if the net is working or not. I said No as the issue not resolved. Till date 1/7/2015, no engineer has come to resolve the issue. On 29/6/2015, I called the customer care to report that no engineer has come till date, they refused to register the omplain as the old complain was already open. Please tell me if the old complain is not resolved within TAT, do I not have a right to inform that. i wanted to eascalate the issue to concerned dept. but they did not provide me any email id or number.Again, I tried to lodge a complain on IVRS and call centre. The new complain no : [protected]. Please assist me . My father, aged 69 years stays alone at the premises and needs the net for online utility payments. As per TRAI, the issue needs to be resolved in 3 days, I received no SMS, no call and the matter still needs to be resolved . Please look into the matter and keep me informed on [protected].                             i have wifi problems since last month and many times i have booked complaint but no action taken from bsnl . wifi speed and connectivity problems are so many and get stucked. Last week i have booked complaint and company promised that within 24hrs action will wiil be taken but its now one week and no solution got from company. This company must change some rules otherwise customer satisfaction will reduced. technician is not coming to solve the problem since last week and also have telephone issues.

                                My BSNL LL[protected] is in order.Yoyr service personnel have configured the i-Ball modem too...the coonection is not even staying for seconds, automatically disconnecting...this has been going on since 15 June15.
                                No corrective action has been taken despite repeated telephonic and in-person complaints.
                                I'm being given flimsy excuses like server is down, its raining now, next 2 days it will correct itself, etc which is just nonsense.
                                Im an old BSNL customer for past 10 yrs..never faced this problem.I have 950 UL plan which I have made annual payment till May2016.
                                Im incurring financial losses due to callous attitude of your staff.Please rectify

                                    BSNL tower was installed in our place last 6 years ago. my father had signed for 16 years contract. they are paying Rs500 per month.However they are not paying regularly and they have not given any documents yet. We would like to cancel the contract. Can anyone suggest us how to approach to resolve this problem
