    My land line no[protected] in name of manjit singh tuteja is not working form 24 / 6 / 2015 complian no - [protected] and inspite of several reminder on computerised and mannual compiants no one has come to attain the complain. To my surprise i am getting a message on my registered mobile no that you compain has been solved. So i have to submit a new complain no - [protected] even after the new complain no one has attained my complian till 3 - 7 - 2015 my phone is not working even though i have given a personal written complian to the department. Kindly look in this matter and oblidge,

I am a BSNL landline user from Madhya Pradesh & broadband user as well.And I am facing too much problems using Bsnl.I do complain regarding such problems to my near by Bsnl exchange, that Bsnl landline[protected] is off since from 25/06/2015 & Broadband is off from 30/06/2015 but no steps are going to be taken by the exchange.In this reference I want your strict attention for that.         I am a consumer of BSNL internet and using an unlimited plan. I live in a place where we have no other alternate to get a broadband other than BSNL. Repeated complaints are not at all making things in order. I am paying the bills correctly but with no proper service. I have an internet connection which will last only for 2 mins and will be disconnected for next 10 mins. Hope I will get a response from here. Landline respective to this is[protected].           Dear Sir / Ma'am,
          this is to inform you that i am a BSNL user for a long time but since my start, I have been facing problems with my Internet connection.

          Over the time, I have lodged a complaint with BSNL and many personel have attended my house to solve the problem via various methods, but till date the problem is not fully solved.

          The connection is very slow, (though i hold the most costly and fastest network plan of BSNL), the line keeps getting dis-connected from time-to-time and recently I found out that the ADSL link is going off from the modem which is dis-connecting the line.

          As i am a student and there are a lot of studies online, I am bound to convey this informtion to the higher authorities of BSNL because I found nothing useful in just docketing a normal complaint.

          Till date, BSNL did not take any concrete steps in fixing my Connection and I am just so irritated with it that I am forced to lodge a complaint against BSNL at the Consumer Court.

          I hope this matter will be resolved at the earliest.

              Sir
              I am taking broadband services from bsnl since last 6 year, but bsnl had not provide internet speed as per plan so i change my plan since dec. 2014 to bb rural combo ul 650 but after six month passed this huge amount plan also not provide the very less speed (Plan is 512 kpbs) it provides only between 120 - 170 kpbs sometimes it become more less.
              So bsnl is cheating rural customer and often it breaks its services, there is no proper maintenance of broadband or landline, these services may disconnects without any notice and after complaining telephonic it could not be solve.
              And in the bsnl customer portal we have not given facility to write our actual problem or complaint. They have give only two option to complaint register. 1 land line 2. Broadband there is only option to complain but we could not define what are the problems.
              So pls alert the bsnl to provide proper internet speed to rural area. So what what we paid for the services we can use it properly.

                Dear sir, Subject: without landline service given continue since last two month why to pay for bill. i have apply online to change my telephone plan in month of may and opted annual payment, but the bill had annually bill sent on the same month with 1320 telephone charges. OK, but there is no service since I opted or change telephone plan (from 30 April 2015 to toll today 2 july 2015) and I could not use my telephone because of telephone line disturbance. Then why should I pay annually bill then even a single day since change the plan I could not get the services. And now I had apply for new plan but telephone services is not activated to my connection due to exchange system problem. Pls give me relaxation from the annual telephone bill charges that now I had change the plan online. From last three month continuously my landline phone is not working. Even a single day it is not works or give call services then please provide me relief from this BSNL fault in service and exempt to pay last two month landline bill for not serving.                     I am using pre paid mobile of BSNL since last 15 years. My office is situated at Satpuda Bhavan, Arera Hills Bhopal at ground floor. I am not getting the network since last 15 years. I had requested to many BSNL officer by email and also complaint on http://www.pgportal.gov.in but no solution has been provided by BSNL. I am not able to talk on my mobile number [protected]. Please provide proper network for this number.

                      My complain is against bsnl, patna i. E. On 29. 06. 2015 i registered a complain regarding my landline no.[protected], my complain no. Was [protected]. On 02. 07. 2015 i received a message on my mobile that ur complain has been resolved but fact is that at the time of lodging this complain it has not been resolved. The disturbing thing is that the person who has been authorised to look in to matter whose mob no is [protected] did bother to pick up mob, this compell me to lodge this complain being a bonafide citizen n consumer.

                            Team, BSNL customes executives doesn't have sense how to talk to customers. They are lack of knowledge, no manners, no communications skills. Today I called Haryana BSNL customer care(+[protected], none of them get my problem. I could recollect name of three( Vineet, Rajesh and Pankaj). When i asked to forward my call to their supervisor they put me on hold saying it can't be done or he is busy or system has technical problems or blah blah.. When i asked for customer care Email ID, they failed to provide that info too, adding to my surprise BSNL doesn't have a customer care mail ID. Hope this complain will reach someone! Regards, Annu

                              I am Mrs.Nila Sengupta, holding a BSNL landline connection NUmber[protected]. Since February 2015 my phone has been inoperative. First there was plenty of disturbance in the line, so I could not hear anything if someone called, and then the line went completely "dead" --- no dial tone. I complained to the call centre on 14.02.2015 and the docket number is [protected]. They reported a "severe underground cable fault". The docket was not closed, and the fault was not repaired either. I have been paying just the rental every month, unnecessarily. How long will this go on ???? BSNL, it seems, is unwilling to fix the problem because it lies underground. There is no point giving advertisements of new services if the usual services are so poor.

                                There is always a disturbance in line and my broadband disconnects very frequently. I had a 4 Mbps plan, byut i moved to 512Kbps plan due to their poor service & noise in the line always. I have made around 5 to 6 complaints regarding disturbance in line. Customer Id: [protected]

                                  I am using BSNL broadband services on my Land line no.[protected] at house tal supaila, mondh srn bhadohi NIT up 221404 Without my request, Subject Cited service has been activated on my connection and charges for which also have been imposed in my April &May, 2015 bill. So pl. deactivate this undesired service immediately and arrange to deduct the imposed charges from bills.and refund/adjust amount rs-450 which has been already paid for month of april-15 and remove/adjust the charges of may 2015 so that bill may be paid of may2015 .may kindly to adjust the amount in my future bill.

                                    sir I recharged amount of rs 135 /- to my mobile no [protected](BSNL KERALA) on 20 jun 2015 it was not recharged to mobile and payment was deducted from my FEDERAL bank account.bSNL TXN NO: TXE[protected] showing unsuccessful but money deducted from the account.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have sent the following email to bsnl punjab on 26th instant, but no action has been done so far.
                                      " i am using prepaid service of bsnl and using stv135 plan for the last some months. Under this plan, unused balance is to be added on due date, while charging the same.
                                      After receiving sms from bsnlin that stv135 will expire on 26.06.2015 and get it renewed. I visited customer care centre, phase 11, mohali and requested for renewal and deposited rs.135/- as renewal charges with the counter official befofre lunch hours. At about 2.35, i called the official on his landline number[protected] that i have not received my message for renewal. In reply, he advised me that they have not received necessary credit so far and will do the needful as and when the same was received and assured me that needful will be done before closure of their office. But the same was not affected till 20.00 pm and i contacted the concerned available person mr. Pawan on toll free number 1503 and he showed his helplessness in this case.
                                      I also tried my best number of times on above landline number and customer care mobile no. [protected], but there was no reply.
                                      Please help me in this matter and restore my present balance with renewal credit w.E.F. 26.06.2015."
                                      Again i sent another email next day and no reply or acknowledgement received so far.
                                      "
                                      Please refer to my email dated 26th instant.
                                      In this context, i again contacted the official posted at customer care centre, phase 11, mohali today and requested to renew my stv135 plan w.E.F 26th i.E. Date of my renewal alongwith my old balance.
                                      But to my surprise, i noticed that old balance was not restored under above plan and there is no fault of
                                      Mine, as i have deposited necessary amount with your customer care centre, phase 11, mohali on 26th.
                                      When i requested to restore my earlier balance, they again showed their inability and advised that due to
                                      Non availability of balance from their office on 26th, it was not renewed.
                                      As this was lapsed due to the fault of bsnl (Your deptt.) i, therefore request you to restore my previous
                                      Balance or advise me my fault, enabling me to take up accordingly with you.

                                      Using always bsnl services, "

                                      Please help me in this matter and advise bsnl to restore my old balance due on 26th.

                                        Phone is out of order

                                        Landline is out of order for more than 2 months. Whenever complaint is given, the concerned officer used to give lame excuses like no worker is available or no cables. My mother nearly 90 years old is alone at home during daytime. Whenever any necessity arises, she is provided with no choice. Please consider my complaint as soon as possible....
