NEXT DAY TECHNICIAN CAME & MADE A THROUGH INSPECTION AND TOLD US, PROBLEM IS WITH THE UNDER LAYING CABLE & IT IS NOT IN HIS SCOPE TO REPAIR, SO HE SHALL ESCALATE IT TO HIGHER OFFICERS.
NEXT DAY I GOT CALL FROM BSNL ASKING IF THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED, AND I TOLD "NO", REPRESENTATIVE TOLD, THEY SHALL LOOK INTO THIS MATTER, SINCE THEN I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL
AS PER BSNL WEBSITE, ANY COMPLAINT REGISTERED IS TO BE SOLVED WITH IN 5-7DAYS (EVEN IF IT IS IN HILLY AREA)
WEEK PASSED AND STILL NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN RECEIVED
PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND SOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
5-6 fraud from Andhra Pradesh call me from cell no [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. They ask my Credit / Debit card no, PIN, and personnel bank information to give refund of failed transaction.
Be aware from such type of fake & fraud persons.
If any one call this type of fake call, inform to crime branch of police department.
