on 19th july 2014, the validity of my no. [protected] expired...i went to the retailer for recharge...Rs. 37 recharge was done successfully, which gave 6 months extension of validity and some free minutes...but the company also did the same recharge itself, and deducted the amount from my main balance also...i had taken no step for an automatic recharge from my mobile...and also how can two recharges, which are same, made possible by the company on the same day...
network is so bad, that they customer care executive cant here the voice on calling customer service toll free no.
i want refund of my balance as quickly as possible and also any member of bsnl service staff to contact me on the no., if any queries

no contact made by bsnl staff... i have even tried writing to their appellate authority.

now i have kept patient long enough, and i am really frustated by their service...not a single time, did they contact me...i will also try to find a higher authority of complaint, where i can highlight this, so far the worst service by any telecom company...also i want to, mai me atleast where to submit and which documents to submit their no. for porting...

there was a contact made by bsnl...to their needed information, recharge done by dealer by the no. [protected] and reference no. [protected]..and also on 21st july only, message by bsnl of deducting Rs. 32.93, from main account for validity extension recharge..
the recharges were made on my mother's no. ..i have given complete details of them...still if any query, then my alternate contact no. is [protected]

how many ages will the company take to resolve the issue?
no contact made by the company...neither any refund done, nor any no. porting information given...as soon as i get time, i will take this complaint to a high telecom regulating authority to bring into their notice, the ignorant and unresponsive nature of bsnl customer care staff...also i will put this complain on other complains registering sites, so that it can be viewed more...
but a sincere thanks to "consumercomplaints.in" for giving me a platform to put forward my complaint..

The customer executive had called and told me later that due to the recharge made by the company twice, on single day, both through my retailer and the company itself, of extending the validity upto 6 months, the company would now extend it for 1 year….but now within 6 months, another recharge reminder message has been given by the company to me…kindly make sure, no balance is deducted, and also the services continue upto 1 year, as per the solution, which the company had suggested on deducting recharge amount, twice by mistake…
I don’t have time for complaining again and again for the same problem, so please check the issue and resolve it…for any queries, contact on my alternate no.- [protected]…

i called up your customer care one hour back...Mr. Shoaib picked up the call..
he told me some interesting exceptional rules, quite different from other telecom companies, as follows..
1.two same recharges amount can be deducted, on the same day, within the same hour, out of which, one done by the company itself-evn if service given only for one..
2.no refund policy in bsnl by customer care, even if service not given.
3.if any grievances on the previous assurity by bsnl, one has to go to the office of bsnl, the customer care cant check anything from there.
i don't know, the employee was just joking around with the responsibilities...or the staff is joking around, not even looking into the complaint...even if the customer somehow makes contact, they put responsibility on other staff members...well, ok, i will forward this complaint on every site, with the mental harssment you giving me...

no resolving of the previous complains...and they cut the recharge again, of continuation of services...and the tariff of the recharge they did is call rate of Re 1/- per min...i have used other sims before like airtel, aircel and reliance, but they resolve the issues...and bsnl doesn't solves any and each day they are as if looting with new surprises

recharge done with new services of call rate of Re 1/- for local calls, itself by the company...i think any company even without deducting any recharge amount, will provide call rates much cheaper...and bsnl is recharging and changing packs in my no. itself, without giving any advance info about such a scheme...giving grievances to customer each day, without solving any complain

    My BSNL Mobile No-[protected]. We have not satisfy the BSNL Internet Service because last 5 days Internet service (GPRS) not working in HSSIDC SEC-2 BAWAL Near AIS India Glass. I am complained two time but not response the customer care service and then after some time automatic close the complained.
    My complained no. is G22HR300839 and other is G22HR300014.

      On 28th of MAY I recharged my mobile with Net-pack of 139RS that time it says that transaction is successfully complete I also got transaction ID as .[protected]. But I cant get any data so after contacting customer care I came to know that recharge was unsuccessful and u will get refund soon. After 15 days they took my complaint of not getting refund..the docket no for my complaint is 1F[protected]. I cant get my refund yet and customer care also not responding satisfactorily. Hope I will get my refund as soon as possible. [protected] is my mobile no. I recharged. Thank you.

          Everyhting goes fine and they deduct 220 rs which I wanted to recharge.
          After this step neither they generate the acknowledgement not recharge my mobile

          I tried complaints in bsnl portal ..its simply timing out ..

I got a recharge of Rs200/- recently and to my dismay I find that money is deducted on local incoming calls also- not only that, I find money deducted just like that, without making any calls.               without using any subscription bsnl charges 3/- or 5/- every 3rd day saying that u have subscribed for it. when u try to unsubscribe, it is not done. every month approx 50/- are wasted by customer for the cheating they do. i have complained at bsnl office they said sorry for the 1st time as well as 2nd time and this is continued daily. what about my money?

                Sir, i have recharged my bsnl mobile no [protected] with rs 375/-(Onnet bsnl free) & rs135(335 min free talktime for local/std to any other network), both valid for 30 days.Neither 30 days have elapsed nor 335 min have exhausted, but the main bal of rs 129.06 has been deducted by rs 30, and has been reduced to rs 99.06. Why an amount of rs 30 has been deducted without my knowledge ? I seek a clarification into this matter .Please look into this matter and get my rs 30 added to the main balance.                   I am using BSNL broadband from many years and recently i am having problem of disconnecting Internet in every hour in day. So i called local office and i was speaking local officer and telling my problem but instead of helping me. He was shouted and yelling on me. Also, he had given me advice to change Internet connection and choose other network. As in my area, there is only one broadband Internet provider(BSNL). Therefore i have to depend upon their service that they are providing to me. Hence, rude behaviour from local bsnl officer should be stopped and frequent disconnecting Internet problem should be solved.                         I purchased a BSNL EVDO data card. I am unable to check what plan is activated on my data card. BSNL offices from pune have no idea whatsoever about this card and they keep me waiting for almost the whole day with no results. This happened twice. Only the model colony pune office has some information regarding this but bajirao road branch refuse to co-operate.
                        As i cant check the plan activated on my number i am unable to reacharge.
                        Please help.

                                    Hi! Good Afternoon. My telephone no.is[protected]. BSNL Bill no.is [protected]. Customer ID is [protected]. On 30th June 2014 I was paying my BSNL bill payment of Rs.1223/- online through PNB debit card but after entering Secure Password an error message displayed "Sorry Communication Failure" so payment was deducted from my account but transaction was not successful. I also didn't get SMS Alert. BSNL Transaction ID is TX[protected]. Transaction time is 9:36:20 PM. Payment Status is showing "Failed" PNB account no.is [protected]. PNB Transaction Remark no. is POSP/70001377/310222/[protected]. My BSNL Bill Status still showing Pending to Pay.So I request you kindly help me and either generate bill or return back money in my account as soon as possible. I hope you will understand my problem and help me. I need your help urgently. I am awaiting for your reply. Please reply me as soon as possible. I hope you will reply me soon.

                                      I have been complaining on the Broadband Internet as it was not working, when went to the BSNL office to check they say there is no complaint logged and when shared the docket number they say it got missed and they say will send a line man to resolve the issue but nobody will come to resolve.. this continuessssssssssss... very bad service.                                         BSNL DONOT CARE CUSTOMER - BSNL / EVDO DATA CARD

                                        I am a consumer of BSNL EVDO CARD using from Haldia, purba medinipur I resides and use from durgachak HR colony which is in the Central location of Haldia City, We purchased BSNL DATA CARD(EVDO) after seeing the advertisement of 3.1 Mbps speed. But in no case experienced more than 150 Kbps & with IX & EVDO connectivity most of the time. I tried complaint BSNL exchange several times but they don't give any solution for the matter...
                                        Please do something we are wasting Rs.825.00 per month.
                                        Further BSNL has not disclosed anything regarding Surrender scheme of this EVDO card if we want to switch over to some other connection.
                                        BSNL basically don't care Customer and their employees(most of) are only running after easy money.
