Sir, i have recharged my bsnl mobile no [protected] with rs 375/-(Onnet bsnl free) & rs135(335 min free talktime for local/std to any other network), both valid for 30 days.Neither 30 days have elapsed nor 335 min have exhausted, but the main bal of rs 129.06 has been deducted by rs 30, and has been reduced to rs 99.06. Why an amount of rs 30 has been deducted without my knowledge ? I seek a clarification into this matter .Please look into this matter and get my rs 30 added to the main balance. From smt preeti dash, w/o dr hs dash, hospital campus, chc laida, 768214 dist sambalpur (Odisha)

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
the recharges were made on my mother's no. ..i have given complete details of them...still if any query, then my alternate contact no. is [protected]
but a sincere thanks to "consumercomplaints.in" for giving me a platform to put forward my complaint..
I don’t have time for complaining again and again for the same problem, so please check the issue and resolve it…for any queries, contact on my alternate no.- [protected]…
he told me some interesting exceptional rules, quite different from other telecom companies, as follows..
1.two same recharges amount can be deducted, on the same day, within the same hour, out of which, one done by the company itself-evn if service given only for one..
2.no refund policy in bsnl by customer care, even if service not given.
3.if any grievances on the previous assurity by bsnl, one has to go to the office of bsnl, the customer care cant check anything from there.
i don't know, the employee was just joking around with the responsibilities...or the staff is joking around, not even looking into the complaint...even if the customer somehow makes contact, they put responsibility on other staff members...well, ok, i will forward this complaint on every site, with the mental harssment you giving me...
