Sir This is to bring to your attention for the lack of providing of service on the part of bsnl. I am using BSNL Preapaid phone number [protected]. On 06/07/14 I recharged my number using online recharge service of bsnl . Details of which are as follows 1. Ur a/c is credited by Acc valid tillRs.209 on 06/07/2014 at 12:54:55 PM Ref No.[protected] 2. Ur a/c is credited by Acc valid tillRs.37 on 06/07/2014 at 01:06:00 PM Ref No.[protected] BSNL is providing me benefit of only STV 37 . No benefit is being provided for STV 209 Recharge. I called the customer care number [protected] and 1503 four times. For contactcting customer executive I was made to wait for 15 min. Even when once call was connected, customer care execuitive did not responded. No body is ready to respond to customer grievience in BSNL. Either give benefit of Rs 209 stv or credit my number with Rs 209/-

      Hi Sir/madam, I have requested for Landline connection two maonths ago and submitted all required documents and a cheque of Rs: 500. But till now i didnt get the connection. Called to BSNL office more than 10 times no proper response and they always direct me to other BSNL office. Fed up with all and i didnt follow up with the connection status. Before two weeks i got a message stating "Your Order is not feasible at the outdoor. Order number is:[protected]". So please i request you to cancel the request for new connection and refund my money.

        Hi, I am one more irritated consumer of BSNL. I used to pay Rs.1000 for my BB-999 plan which promised a speed of 4 Mb/sec but I never got it. It means that my downstream should have been 4000 + but it was actually 2000. I always got a speed of 1mbps. Now I chamged my plan to BB900 which promises a speed of 2mbps instead i get 720kbps, not even 1mbps. My current downstream is 726.My landline number is[protected]. Please resolve it. I have complained so many times by visiting there, still no relief. They don't answer their phones.I am frustrated, you are my last hope or I will get it removed. My mobile no is [protected].           Hi, I have been using BSNL for the past 1 year. I am in the plan BBG FN Combo 500, which provides free Night Internet usage from 2 AM - 8 AM. Recently, on 5th of July I got an SMS from BSNL saying that the free Night usage is being charged. This will be effect from 1st July 2014. I got shocked, since I have already utilized 8 GB for this month. With this revised plan, now I have to pay Rs1000 as extra. BSNL should have intimated atleast a month before about this change.
          Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I never got any intimation... I have been using 600 Combo plan for 4-5 years now.. So I check usage every 15 days...I got shocked to see I'll be charged for 44 GB(roughly Rs. 9000)... Raised a complaint with BSNL Head quarters in our district.. None of the officers knew of the change... On my complaint they started searching for any written mandate... They had received one on 2nf July 2014.. So as per customer's perspective this change should be from AUG 2014. They all have agreed to this, but still they can only act if Broadband Head quarters(Server section) located in PUNE agrees to it.
          This is pathetic from BSNL.. Every company evolves and moves forward with time, but BSNL(already expensive) is going bank to the 1950s...

          So I urge all those who have been affected by this change(without intimation) and lodge a complaint at District/Taluka headquarters and not to local BSNL exchange guys, it will not do any good...
          I think that BSNL has legal right to revise the plan. However not intimating the customer is more of setting a trap so to en cash on the same. I feel all the affected people should join and protest the move

            I am facing lot of problem with BSNL as follows.
            1. Bill is not getting since last 4-5 month time but huge charges shown as Rs. 1045.00 in the month April 2014 & paid online on 22nd may 2014 accordingly but even than phone is not working properly. Prior to this my bill was generally coming Rs. 300 to 400 aprox. I have doubt that misuse of my phone with the help of some concerned authority.
            2. Some time Dial tone come & some time it is not available. We have reported so many times which details are as under.
            Complained Details regarding...

            2. ID - [protected] dated 28/06/2014
            3. To day also contacted customer care number[protected] but there was 20 minute waiting time & disconnected.
            4. I have observed so many times that it connected to some body others (unknown)
            5. We have changed apparatus in the month of April 2014 by saying one of the representative of BSNL in this regard but still phone is not working.

              I have been trying to call BSNL customer care for registering my complaint for more than 2 months. I am not able to talk with the customer care associate. When i make a call the computer will request to hold for certain minutes, but even though we wait for minutes the call will not be connected to the customer care associate. i didn't get any solution for the complaint yet. If this situation goes on like this i will be compelled to port my SIM to any private companies. I am sorry to say that the customer service provided by the BSNL is becoming worse day by day. i hope that the authority will help to find necessary solution.

After completing the net banking transaction, returned back to BSNL page with error "There was a communication failure" but amount Rs.446 got deducted from my account. Below are my consumer details.                 Today i called to BSNL customer center at my locality to enquire about the issue.

                They clearly said "If amount got deducted, the bill should have been paid. What can we do, come and pay the bill directly".
                On asking again about the loss of money online, again the answer was "What can i do, i don't know."

                I kindly request the concerned team to look into the issue and help in getting the money back or the payment processed.
                And i also request the BSNL team to educate their employees regarding these details. "What can i do, i don't know" is not an answer which any customer would like to hear from their service providers, that too BSNL being such a giant service provider.

                      I am using BSNL prepaid for around 5 years. Nowadays customer care service (1503) is very poor in responding to our calls. when ever we call we have to wait for at least 20 minutes. How is it possible.. W e may call in need of an important thing to ask from the respective customer care executive. but their poor response make me feel very embarassing. What is the use of customer care number given to us in this situation.. Another problem is regarding the statement of calls for our number.. All the other cell phone companies are giving our call details (of course they are giving the details of the outgoing calls and sms sent by us) by post or through e-mail (and they charge Rs.50 for it) when I ask for it in BSNL customer care their answer is a very big "NO. CONTACT YOUR AREA BSNL OFFICE". When I go there asking for it no proper answer is given. Does BSNL have such options to get our outgoing call details.. If so, kindly inform us.. Kindly resolve this issue..

                          hi, My evdo number : [protected] I am from chheharta, amritsar (143105) and using bsnl evdo from last 4 years. From last 10 days I am facing no tower issue in evdo it show cross with tower and speed is very slow even website hardly open(but towers still have in my area chheharta) . As I visited bsnl head office( Amritsar) 3-4 time they said to me its problem from noida, but its working fine in ludhiana city and others. Some time they used to say it will be fine in evening but still today no prgress and no action taken by them or I can say they have no bother of my issue as I am completely dependent on internet working as web developer and I Lost my client due to this issue . Employees working in Chheharta office or in Main customer care office of amritsar have no knowledge about any technical issue and have no concern with there clients issues. They have only one answer this fault from noida, That all . In addition to this main customer care office provided me a phone number to consult with related person to resolve issue his name is ravinder [protected], but he never picked my phone as i tried lot of times from last 2 days. I am fed up by their poor server or say no service by bsnl. Even after 10 days I am waiting for any technical person who resolve this issue. Atleast let me know they are able to solve issue or not so that I cast see another option. Hope for best

Complaint has been submitted on the second day but no actions were taken from bsnl, complainted two time.the reason was mention by line man the cables was not available in exchange.                               Dear Sir,

                              My land line phone has a terrible noise disturbance since last few months. Whenever we(family members) make a call or we receive a call, this noise disturbance (khrrrrrrrr khrrrrrrrrrr) is so irritating, that either we end the call, or the counterpart ends it. My land line phone also gets dead occasionally. I think it is because of a poor quality of telephone cable. But BSNL Ratnagiri does not bother to change it or, solve my problems. I pay the bills regularly within time and unlike many others, still have faith in BSNL. But BSNL has nothing to do with it. It is really shameful.
                              The same is with my BSNL broadband. I pay approx. Rs. 500 per month for unlimited plan of Broadband, but the service, connectivity and speed is so pathetic, that I have to take support of other companies to browse internet, pay bills or shop online. In other words, I pay monthly 500 Rs. to BSNL for nothing.
                              I have tried to lodge a complaint by using 198 & 1504. But the situation is still the same till date.
                              So, please help me solve this problem. Thank you.

                                In one day my free limit of broad band is finished whereas i have not used. The message was received on my mobile on 3rd july2014. My broad band telephone no is[protected]. I did not use the full 2.5 GB on July 2014 . This is surprising to me that in two day my free limit is over. Now this time 2 GB extra used either by someone else or there is some technical mistake. These mistake i am checking on BSNL customer support then i know company is add my free time(2AM-8PM) usage. In any change in my plan company is not inform me. This customer cheating please stop and to correct it. I want that i may please not be penalised for the extra uses as it is not used by me. There should be some enquiry, how my full month limit is finished in one day whereas i have not used. I am waiting for favorable response from your end. Thanks ASHIR AL MUHAMMED

Then I did payment using Debit card and transaction was successful. Later amount debited from Credit card also. Kindly revert back the amount debited for Failure Transaction.                                     Today on 3rd july 2014 i have received the rent of may month ..but the rent of both of the months(may & june) has to be delivered this time ..and if the rent will be delivered in this way then, i will be deprieved of one months rent continuously, if it will happen regularly, customer (I) will feel disadvantaged and deceived ..thus the onus lies on BSNL to deliver the rent in the ist week of the next month (like it was the time to receive the rent of june month )
