I have Using BSNL Broad Bond connection, My Number[protected]., last month disconnect the broadband connection because unwanted service of HUNGAMA Activated., till now not use that service and i don't know to how to use., so only two months before i written the to disconnect the HUNGAMA service., But no response to me., every month bill generated was HUNGAMA Charges = 347., last three months onwards same problem continue., so only disconnect our bsnl broad band connection., i so trouble of the issue., i want to refund the HUNGAMA Charges (3*347 = 1041)., High Speed connection of BSNL broad band, but some unwanted services automatically activated to our customer care., so only i have disconnect the broad band. please do the needful.

      i have tried to recharge my BSNL prepaid Mobile (rajasthan circle) using ICICI online Mobile PrepaidThrough Internet Banking and refill of Rs 35.00 one india on 10/8/2014 and haven't received any refill as yet (same day).           I have a BSNL broadband connection[protected] with plan 650FN (night unlimited). On 8th July i received my BSNL bill in which it was mentioned that from 1st of july download during night would be charged, but till that date i have downloaded 12 GB of data. Now as the information was given to me after 8 days this download should not be counted for bill as the delay for informing me about change of plan details ?is on BSNL part. Now i got bill for July and BSNL have charged 1000 rupees extra for the download which I have don under my night unlimited plan. As a customer i should be pre-informed for any major change of plan so i can schedule my usage, now i have changed my plan to 1445(unlimited usage) I request you to get the bill corrected as per above description and exempt my night usage from 1st to 8th July. I have lodged written request to BSNL patiala head office on 11th July as well as ONLINE CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE portal (PJB/CO/2014/11491) on 31st July, but have not got any revert

            This is to bring to your notice that my broad band internet linked to my BSNL land phone[protected] which was being used from October 2007 with the first modem bought from BSL Pandalam for Rs 1200/- then had complaints with internet connection once in a year frequency and of late the problem is frequently happening for the past 4 months first with the land line coonection in June first week which after reporting to higher officials in BSNL of the rank of General Manager was rectified after 20 days. These sort of complaints earlier was resolved by telephonic complaints to 198 number before this past 4 months and was resolved immediately. From May- June 2014 it is observed that complaints even if in black and white with head office of Kerala at Trivandrum and repeated phone calls from my side to officers of BSNL helped me to restore phone connection in 20 days. Now from 02nd of August with my internet not working I complained in my local i.e Pandalam telephone exchange under Pathanamthitta district and was asked to buy a new modem, same was bought for Rs 2000/- and I informed broad band internet not working to telephone exchange, Pandalam personally and through phone but no action till date. Its found that internet works when its directly connected through phone to modem in which case my landline does not work and hence I miss many important phone calls. I have raised e-mail and online complaints from 07.08.2014 with docket nmbrs KRL/CO/2014/14523 and[protected] respectively but no action even with consumer complaints being registered.
            Please advise, who will fix this problem whether it would be the BSNL staff or Central govt. minister itself.

              I have raised a complaint on 17th July 2014 for the BSNL Broadband[protected] which was completely out of order due to no ring tone on land line device. Attached photo proof of complaints raised.

              It seems to be an small issue and could be solved within a day. Rather than I had to visit in person to the nearest telephone exchange (IIMB, Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road) daily for a follow up. All the time I was promised to resolve it by today but in reality nobody responds back.

              After visiting many time to exchange and at last I visited to the head in charge on 29th July 2014, he called and assigned this issue to some other person. Even given his number for a follow up. I met that person and brief him all the story. He came to home after 2hours and checked the problem. Thank GOD, somehow my telephone now started working with partial BB connection. They told BB will work on full fledge after a day.

              OMG!!! NOT AGAIN...This is embarrassing now...the day after all connections are dead like before and I am screwed up once again.

              I can not repeat this process once again for running behind BSNL executives.

              Please help me in this regard.

                i received a call from bsnl hungama to activate the services on my landline connection of broadband at my home.since then i have not used the services but bsnl is charging the bills everymonth.please deactivate the services immediately.i am not using it.whether there is no any management to observe that though the services are used by the customer.it is the part of service providing agency to look at this.please deactivate the service immediately.---s b nipanikar landline no.[protected]

                  The BSNL mobile tower situated at Tengapukhuri, District: Sivasagar, Assam remains down when there is an electricity power cut in the area. Being a remote area we often face power cut in the locality, but at the same time we dont get mobile network coverage from the nearest mobile tower in Tengapukhuri. The local people are facing this problem for almost a year now. Online/telephonic complaints have been booked but the problem was not solved till now. On behalf of the people o My locality I request BSNL authority to look into the matter and solve he problem

                    This is absolutely preposterous!!! On August 7th my landline and broadband bill came to be 6500 charging 3681/- for night free download. To my shock, That was when I found out that the Night Unlimited Plans have been scrapped. So i’ve been using internet at night for the whole month of July and starting of August without any notification. I have registered my mobile at BSNL but have received no notification whatsoever. It’s amazing how they can send an sms three times when you book any complaint (one when it’s booked, second when it’s handed over to a person, and third when it’s finally resolved), but not a single one regarding a change in tariff plan. Is it so difficult to send an sms, email or at least call and inform? Am I seriously expected to pay around 3681 for my landline bill? This is ridiculous and straight up fraudulent. I’ve lost all consumer loyalty that I had to BSNL and if any other ISP provides service in my area than I am switching asap. What bothers me isn’t the change, but BSNL’s failure to notify its customers. I just feel cheated.

                    My problem is same.The question how long will we be cheated like this by BSNL?Is there any way to go RTI Act?
                    I have filed a complaint to BSNL officials. Consumer court is another resort which is available as of now if nothing works.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I would like to inform you that I, Ashoke Kumar Dey, have
                      applied for new landline connection with broadband facility at my premises at Purulia
                      on 28.07.2014.I have deposited 1175INR as required(Application number- [protected]).I
                      was assured verbally by the official concerned that my connection would be
                      given within next 3 days. I had to call him after 7 days and many times
                      thereafter to request him for providing my connection. Despite my repeated
                      requests I have not still been provided the landline and broadband connection.
                      Today afternoon when I called him(a phone number was given to me at Purulia
                      BSNL office to contact and arrange connection procedure) he started talking
                      arrogantly and denied to provide me connection now and shouted that I would not
                      be able to get it in next 6 months. How does a government employee can delay
                      and deny my right to get BSNL landline and broadband connection after
                      depositing required amount of money at BSNL office in such a manner? I am depressed,
                      dejected and annoyed with BSNL service facility, I tried calling 1504, 1500 but
                      they didn't take my complaint, I tried calling Purulia exchange numbers and
                      West Bengal appellate authority phone number, as given in website, but none
                      received my call.

                      I request you to take necessary steps for providing me
                      connection and unprofessional and unethical behaviour so that not only I but
                      also anyone like me don't feel bothered to avail BSNL facilities in future.

                        I have a LandLine, i wanted a Broadband so i made the online Application, I got a message that my lead is being processed and mr Umashankar Tiwari will be the concerned person to talk with, i called him, he is such an irreponsible jerk, always told me wo waha aapko waha se call ayega ye wo this that so i directly visited office and filled the BroadBand Application form and submitted it, more than 3 days elapsed but no reponse by them although daily i call them, they say ya we will be doing it early, Such an irresponsible service i have never seen in my Life, pathetic standards!!
                        I really urge the top level team in BSNL to improve the quality of manpower service and give them a good training.
                        If this is the process i think i should go for some other ISP.

                          Deactivation of BSNL HUNGAMA I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 2 years. From last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.191/- has been charged against Music on Demand and Games on demand. . I am totally not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service but they are always busy i dont know for what reason. I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed. . I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the free game and have cheated us. So kindly decativate the god plan immediately. i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for God plan.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Please note that my landline connected BSNL broad band[protected] was having problems. Went to telephone exchange Pandalam, they suggested modem problem, asked to buy new modem, same bought for Rs 2000/- got it programmed but it only works when phone line is directly connected to modem which creates problem for me i.e my landline does not work. Problem reported from[protected] onwards but, no action taken. Earlier in May- June land phone was not working for 15 days, made phone complaint, got docket nmbr etc but phone connection restored after 20 days. My earlier modem was bought from BSNL, Pandalam telephone exchange for Rs2000/- in October 2007.
                              Please advise the efficiency of BSNL and kindly advise if it continues I got to lodge written complaint with Govt. of India and Consumer forum. This type of delay is taking place from past 4 months onwards. Please do not delay any further and rectify the problem at the earliest. I want communication through e-mail about the actions taken. Today I got a docket number on e-mail complaint registration as KRL/CO/2014/14523 i.e[protected].

                                Respected Sir/Ma'am, I am using BSNL connection ([protected]) of Haryana circle in Palwal since MMaMarchMarch 2014 as it is roaming free to all over Haryana. Initially the signal quality of BSNL was good but now a days it is very poor and sometimes signals are not available for full day. One month has been passed since I got good connectivity. My this number is spread to all my known and relatives, so I cannot change this number. Many times I tried to call their customer care but because of poor signal quality the call never completed, hence no complaint was registered.                                 Nowadays BSNL signal strength becomes worst...atleast 3 or more tries for calling anyone...internet connectivety is big problem...I usually charge data plan 14 100mb for 2 days...due to poor signal I can't use 50 mb of data usage...
                                Poor customer service too...called several time always in queue...I think port to another carrier provider is only solution for this...

                                    respected sir... i have bsnl prepaid sim and my number is [protected]...i belong to bangalore..i have been charged a sum of 110 rs on 19 july 2014 i.e 110 rs was deducted from my account on july 19 2014 even though i didnt make any use of my number/sim to either call someone or use internet on that day..i have been calling bsnl customer care for the last few days...but i got weird responses from them..when i asked them to give me call details of outgoing calls from my number that day, none are responding in a proper way and nobody gave me outgoing call details on that day to show why the balance was deducted...i kindly request you to send me call details of my number on the july 19 2014...plz take measures to restore my 110 rs balance as soon as possible..and .plz mail the outgoing and incoming call details and call history on july 19 2014 to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com thanking you samuel praveen

This has happened twice inlast 2 months.I replaced the SIM 2 months back on Chargeable basis .and paid for the same.New SIMhas failed from today..I hadbeen put tohardship because if BSNL's inferior technology Dexter [protected]
