This is absolutely preposterous!!! On August 7th my landline and broadband bill came to be 6500 charging 3681/- for night free download. To my shock, That was when I found out that the Night Unlimited Plans have been scrapped. So i’ve been using internet at night for the whole month of July and starting of August without any notification. I have registered my mobile at BSNL but have received no notification whatsoever. It’s amazing how they can send an sms three times when you book any complaint (one when it’s booked, second when it’s handed over to a person, and third when it’s finally resolved), but not a single one regarding a change in tariff plan. Is it so difficult to send an sms, email or at least call and inform? Am I seriously expected to pay around 3681 for my landline bill? This is ridiculous and straight up fraudulent. I’ve lost all consumer loyalty that I had to BSNL and if any other ISP provides service in my area than I am switching asap. What bothers me isn’t the change, but BSNL’s failure to notify its customers. I just feel cheated.

My problem is same.The question how long will we be cheated like this by BSNL?Is there any way to go RTI Act?
I have filed a complaint to BSNL officials. Consumer court is another resort which is available as of now if nothing works.

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to inform you that I, Ashoke Kumar Dey, have
    applied for new landline connection with broadband facility at my premises at Purulia
    on 28.07.2014.I have deposited 1175INR as required(Application number- [protected]).I
    was assured verbally by the official concerned that my connection would be
    given within next 3 days. I had to call him after 7 days and many times
    thereafter to request him for providing my connection. Despite my repeated
    requests I have not still been provided the landline and broadband connection.
    Today afternoon when I called him(a phone number was given to me at Purulia
    BSNL office to contact and arrange connection procedure) he started talking
    arrogantly and denied to provide me connection now and shouted that I would not
    be able to get it in next 6 months. How does a government employee can delay
    and deny my right to get BSNL landline and broadband connection after
    depositing required amount of money at BSNL office in such a manner? I am depressed,
    dejected and annoyed with BSNL service facility, I tried calling 1504, 1500 but
    they didn't take my complaint, I tried calling Purulia exchange numbers and
    West Bengal appellate authority phone number, as given in website, but none
    received my call.

    I request you to take necessary steps for providing me
    connection and unprofessional and unethical behaviour so that not only I but
    also anyone like me don't feel bothered to avail BSNL facilities in future.

      I have a LandLine, i wanted a Broadband so i made the online Application, I got a message that my lead is being processed and mr Umashankar Tiwari will be the concerned person to talk with, i called him, he is such an irreponsible jerk, always told me wo waha aapko waha se call ayega ye wo this that so i directly visited office and filled the BroadBand Application form and submitted it, more than 3 days elapsed but no reponse by them although daily i call them, they say ya we will be doing it early, Such an irresponsible service i have never seen in my Life, pathetic standards!!
      I really urge the top level team in BSNL to improve the quality of manpower service and give them a good training.
      If this is the process i think i should go for some other ISP.

        Deactivation of BSNL HUNGAMA I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 2 years. From last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.191/- has been charged against Music on Demand and Games on demand. . I am totally not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service but they are always busy i dont know for what reason. I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed. . I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the free game and have cheated us. So kindly decativate the god plan immediately. i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for God plan.

            Dear Sir,

            Please note that my landline connected BSNL broad band[protected] was having problems. Went to telephone exchange Pandalam, they suggested modem problem, asked to buy new modem, same bought for Rs 2000/- got it programmed but it only works when phone line is directly connected to modem which creates problem for me i.e my landline does not work. Problem reported from[protected] onwards but, no action taken. Earlier in May- June land phone was not working for 15 days, made phone complaint, got docket nmbr etc but phone connection restored after 20 days. My earlier modem was bought from BSNL, Pandalam telephone exchange for Rs2000/- in October 2007.
            Please advise the efficiency of BSNL and kindly advise if it continues I got to lodge written complaint with Govt. of India and Consumer forum. This type of delay is taking place from past 4 months onwards. Please do not delay any further and rectify the problem at the earliest. I want communication through e-mail about the actions taken. Today I got a docket number on e-mail complaint registration as KRL/CO/2014/14523 i.e[protected].

              Respected Sir/Ma'am, I am using BSNL connection ([protected]) of Haryana circle in Palwal since MMaMarchMarch 2014 as it is roaming free to all over Haryana. Initially the signal quality of BSNL was good but now a days it is very poor and sometimes signals are not available for full day. One month has been passed since I got good connectivity. My this number is spread to all my known and relatives, so I cannot change this number. Many times I tried to call their customer care but because of poor signal quality the call never completed, hence no complaint was registered.               Nowadays BSNL signal strength becomes worst...atleast 3 or more tries for calling anyone...internet connectivety is big problem...I usually charge data plan 14 100mb for 2 days...due to poor signal I can't use 50 mb of data usage...
              Poor customer service too...called several time always in queue...I think port to another carrier provider is only solution for this...

                respeced sir, there is line problem in my landline connection and because of that broadband speed is not satisfactory... i have registered compliant in bsnl office, camp, amravati. since from last 20 days, , but no action is taken for solving the problem and behavoir of bsnl officers is worst which i have seen ever so i request you take action against it

                  respected sir... i have bsnl prepaid sim and my number is [protected]...i belong to bangalore..i have been charged a sum of 110 rs on 19 july 2014 i.e 110 rs was deducted from my account on july 19 2014 even though i didnt make any use of my number/sim to either call someone or use internet on that day..i have been calling bsnl customer care for the last few days...but i got weird responses from them..when i asked them to give me call details of outgoing calls from my number that day, none are responding in a proper way and nobody gave me outgoing call details on that day to show why the balance was deducted...i kindly request you to send me call details of my number on the july 19 2014...plz take measures to restore my 110 rs balance as soon as possible..and .plz mail the outgoing and incoming call details and call history on july 19 2014 to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com thanking you samuel praveen

                    I have made a recharge my prepaid no. for Rs 110 using bsnl portal and the money has been debited out of my SBI account. I m calling the cust service number they are not picking up or giving me ambigous information. My money is not credited into the account. What shall I do. Who will give me my money back.

                              Our telephone Nos.[protected] and[protected] are still not working properly. Our earlier Wimax numbers were disconnected without any prior information and we were given broadband numbers. Even after two months of new connections, we have not received single proper working day and internet connectivity is nil. Despite several requests and literal pleas nobody in BSNL give a heed to our requests. Probably an organisation with worst customer care and typically rude and incompetent officers are the reason for that.

                                I have refund my money from bsnl, which I had recharge few days ago.My Complain ID: 922919.
                                Recharge was unsuccessful but debited from my bank account, but today I was see BSNL Refund me on my bank account which they deducting from my account.

                                I withdraw my complain and thanks to Consumer Forum.

                                  Respected Sir/Madam, I am user of your prepaid mobile service with No [protected].Today morning when I recharged my mobile again I received a message stated that you are charged rs 15 for subscribing the service gold pack with validity 7 days. which not activated by me but this service and other another services automatically activated on my number which is not activated by me. Requesting you to treat my complaint on priority basis and resolve this problem as your department quickly do, I had so many times logged complaint through your customer care services but they are not blocking the services. I request you to take the legal action to these types of compaies who deducted the money with out permission of consumer and returned my money which is deducted from my balance from long time.

                                    I have purchased a bsnl cellone sim from a guy sitting under a tent printed as "bsnl" for Rs150 on 1-8-2014. He said that it will be activated in two days and gave me the sim. It has been activated on 3-8-2014.and that number is [protected]. But the first recharge of Rs:-150 is to be done in order to make calls but its not done till now I don't know whom to approach the sales guy disappeared so please help me with this problem

                                      Dear BSNL Authorities I dont know why govt. has given job opportunities to Bhopal Circle BSNL officer who cant resolve a single broadband problem at all from 15 days. My Phone [protected] is dead and obviously Internet is not working. THe BSNL officer Mr. Das has arrived to my location but only for inspection not for resolving it. He has the manpower with him but unfortunately didnot work . I tried to make complaint to CGM Mr Mahesh Shukla but the Personnel Assistant not allowed me to inform him. She assured me that the problem get resolved sooner but instead of it is not. I repeatedly make complaint till my patience but Mr. Das and Mr. Pathak type people are putting BSNL down to earth. Every time I get a response SMS from BSNL that the Problem is resolved. Even it remain same. I pray to GOD that such people who dont deserve this JOB must be Fired Immediately for their carelessness.                                         this is to tell that i am shubhangi pandey from varanasi up . internet is not working on my phone since 6 days properly, sometimes for a minute or so it works and then stops. kindly resolve this problem as soom as possible, i am facing quite a lot problems in my work. i have net pack filled in my phone and suitable bslance is also present then also its a great problem since so many days.
