Hi,
I have applied for the Bloadband connection on 13/06/2014 My Lead ID : KABAN[protected] I
am following up with the concerned person on daily basis and every time
i hear a same response "shortage of cable and before your connection
there is 5 other connection also waiting in you building"
My address : 214, paras global kuteer, opp global village IT park, behind rv colg, Patnagere, 560059My question : 1.
As you have set the quality meter of 15 days to provide BB connection
Why your team is not providing proper inventory for the installation of
new connection ?
2. If there is no feseability in my building and 4-5
other people is still waiting for the connection due to same reason why
your people has taken advance for the connection and that to with out
any slip and when i asked for reciept the reciept for the payment they
dont have any recipt book .
3. I am seriously doubting the BSNL for providing me
the stable BB Connection even if they are able to provide the BB after
