Actually Today I tried to recharge my Assam BSNL (GSM) Mobile through Net Banking of State Bank Of India . It was successful transaction and the amount I tried to recharge got debited from my account, But did not get the talktime . The Transaction ID is IGX3774364 for Rs. 135 on 27/07/2015 at 05:59:35 PM for mobile no +91 [protected] . And I havn't got any respond from custome care .Please resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you .

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Till now, the problem has not been resolved . Today I got calls from different persons who introduced themselves as BSNL representative and asked me for my Bank Account details so that my lost amount could be credited . But while they asked me for my OTP password, I doubted and disconnected call . I am going to mention the two nos from where I got cheat calls - [protected] and [protected] and I request you kindly to take action for these nos . And later at noon, I got another call from BSNL ONLINE TRANSACTION DEPARTMENT, Noida who also asked me for bank details but I refused to give and asked him to transfer the balance to my mobile no only . The no was [protected] . Please help me to retrieve my balance and also put some step towards these fraud people who gets involved in cheating and rob prople . Thank you .

      The services offered by BSNL are pathetic. Internet connection and land-line connections are off for months and when a complaint is lodged, after 15 days or so they change its status to 'Closed' without even checking the problem. And when we call about this, they ask us to lodge a new complaint which again is closed after 15 days. It's been months since they're following this practice. Sometimes they say - nobody was home on the day they came to check and so they closed the complaint. Whenever they cannot check the problem, the status must be 'Pending' and not 'Closed'. There is no compensation offered in the bills too. We do not get proper services, and when we lodge a complaint they don't pay much attention to it and 'Close' it without even bothering to look to the problem and they bill us for the net usage which we don't even get a chance to use. It's been a long time since we're dealing with this. I request you to look into the problem and find a solution for this.           I have applied for the Bloadband connection on 13/06/2014 My Lead ID : KABAN[protected] I
          am following up with the concerned person on daily basis and every time
          i hear a same response "shortage of cable and before your connection
          there is 5 other connection also waiting in you building"

          My address : 214, paras global kuteer, opp global village IT park, behind rv colg, Patnagere, 560059My question : 1.
          As you have set the quality meter of 15 days to provide BB connection
          Why your team is not providing proper inventory for the installation of
          new connection ?

          2. If there is no feseability in my building and 4-5
          other people is still waiting for the connection due to same reason why
          your people has taken advance for the connection and that to with out
          any slip and when i asked for reciept the reciept for the payment they
          dont have any recipt book .

          3. I am seriously doubting the BSNL for providing me
          the stable BB Connection even if they are able to provide the BB after

            I have submitted my landline phone on 19/03/02014.To officer incharge gol maiden ulhasnagar 421002.Depite my several visit i am unable to get my deposit back.On 24/03/02014 i meet mr c k patangra and was informed that still it will take time as papers are with pune circle.

              Hello, I am Pradeep Meena and was residing in Panchkula for a month and half. I took BSNL broadband service there at that time. After a month I decided to shift back to Mumbai and submitted disconnection form to the BSNL office at sector 5 Panchkula. They made me fill a form for disconnection and told me it will be done. Few days back I received a bill of Rs. 2110. This is total surprise for me as I chose a plan of Rs. 1000 and they are sending me this bill that too after I submitted the form on 2nd July 2014. Point of concern is that I contacted POC for BSNL for me and he told me the line is still live, which was really surprising and shocking. Now they are not solving my issue and asking me to come down to Panchkula from Mumbai. I request you to kindly look into the matter.                   I am using two bsnl cellular number, both are DND registered. One is [protected] registered for DND dated 21st July, 2012 and another one is [protected] registered for DND dated 18th July, 2012. Both aare TRAI confirmed DND registration. For last 15 to 20 days, I am receiving some concurrent telemarketing sms to both of my numbers from a index number (sender) named as " BV-ONMOBL. . Without my permission and knowledge, it has deducted my balance also mentioning as monthly subscription fees, the balance deduction message was from the sender 57171. This is for your information that I neither have activated nor have permitted anyone to activate such stupid and rubbish services to both of my numbers. Therefore, I request your concerned authority to take action against the service provider and enable me to reimburse the deducted amount to my mobile account.                     Hi,

                    I am Praveen Davis from Kerala.
                    BSNL tower in Thabore P.O, Kerala is always having problem.
                    Authorities are not showing interest in maintaining the tower. I heard that officers are being bribed for making BSNL network worst so that customers will migrate to Vodafone. Here Vodafone works perfectly alright.

                    When I went to Angamaly CSC and engineer at Paduvapuram exchange where they gave a contractor&#039;s number ([protected], [protected]) which never pick ups any unknowm numbers.

                        I am a subscriber of the BSNL 500C Plan. The plan provides a 2AM to 8AM Night Unlimited Usage. On 7th July, I received an email from BSNL stating that the free night unlimited has been withdrawn from 1st July. Since I had no information about this, I had already used 24 GB data till 6th July. This would amount to a bill of over 4000 Rs which BSNL says I have to pay without any fault from my side. This is day light robbery from BSNL. I have spoken to the customer care who asked me to contact Local Accounts Officer. The Local Accounts Officer says HE IS NOT AUTHORISED TO HELP ME IN THIS ISSUE. I do not now what to do now. I believe there had been thousands of customer who BSNL have cheated in this manner.

                        This is not an isolated case, thousands of BSNL customers are suffering from this sudden policy change. Neither did BSNL provide any prior notification on the change of plans, which as a service provider they are bound to do, nor they have come out with any kind of clarification on this matter. As a result many night unlimited users are clueless at this moment. The whole affair now seems to have been performed in a rather underhanded manner. This is without a shadow of doubt BSNL's fault and consumers should fight for their right. I know I'll!
                        Atleast u were informed by BSNL, I wasn't even informed. Came to know about plan change when I received July months bill. They charged me Rs.7679 for night hours download. I don't know what to do...should I just surrender the connection or pay for bsnl's negligence.

                        BSNL customer support is a big joke.The people there have no clue of any
                        information. They are supposed to clarify doubts about plans and inform
                        the customers about changes that have been implemented. Instead all
                        they do is provide mis-information and mis-leads the customer. They are rude, ignorant and in all probability by the way they talk they seem illiterate as well. How on earth do they call themselves executives?

                          Dear Sir, My Land Line number[protected] of Thuravoor Exchange, Ernakulam is continuously not working for one month now. From June last week 2014 onwards it is not working. We complained to the BSNL authorities of Thuravoor Exchange many times by phone and even went there to complain verbally. Until today nothing is happened and my telephone remains dead. Please note that this same telephone number was not working for nearly 3 months from January 2014 onwards and recently only it started working again. Apart from this my broadband connection is also not working for more than 4 months now. Despite of regular complaints there has not been any repairs done by them and I have been receiving bills with late fees.                                 I could not make calls from my cell phone from my house but if I do it from place near by some other towers I can get it. Hence BSNL Cell phone tower capacity should be strengthed.

                                      on 19th july 2014, the validity of my no. [protected] expired...i went to the retailer for recharge...Rs. 37 recharge was done successfully, which gave 6 months extension of validity and some free minutes...but the company also did the same recharge itself, and deducted the amount from my main balance also...i had taken no step for an automatic recharge from my mobile...and also how can two recharges, which are same, made possible by the company on the same day...
                                      network is so bad, that they customer care executive cant here the voice on calling customer service toll free no.
                                      i want refund of my balance as quickly as possible and also any member of bsnl service staff to contact me on the no., if any queries

                                      The customer executive had called and told me later that due to the recharge made by the company twice, on single day, both through my retailer and the company itself, of extending the validity upto 6 months, the company would now extend it for 1 year….but now within 6 months, another recharge reminder message has been given by the company to me…kindly make sure, no balance is deducted, and also the services continue upto 1 year, as per the solution, which the company had suggested on deducting recharge amount, twice by mistake…

                                      yet another reminder message of recharging for continuation of services given by bsnl, inspite of me commenting and updating the complaint here, just a day before...the bsnl staff doesn't even read the complaints...

                                      i called up your customer care one hour back...Mr. Shoaib picked up the call..
                                      he told me some interesting exceptional rules, quite different from other telecom companies, as follows..
                                      1.two same recharges amount can be deducted, on the same day, within the same hour, out of which, one done by the company itself-evn if service given only for one..
                                      2.no refund policy in bsnl by customer care, even if service not given.
                                      3.if any grievances on the previous assurity by bsnl, one has to go to the office of bsnl, the customer care cant check anything from there.
                                      i don't know, the employee was just joking around with the responsibilities...or the staff is joking around, not even looking into the complaint...even if the customer somehow makes contact, they put responsibility on other staff members...well, ok, i will forward this complaint on every site, with the mental harssment you giving me...

                                      no resolving of the previous complains...and they cut the recharge again, of continuation of services...and the tariff of the recharge they did is call rate of Re 1/- per min...i have used other sims before like airtel, aircel and reliance, but they resolve the issues...and bsnl doesn't solves any and each day they are as if looting with new surprises

                                      recharge done with new services of call rate of Re 1/- for local calls, itself by the company...i think any company even without deducting any recharge amount, will provide call rates much cheaper...and bsnl is recharging and changing packs in my no. itself, without giving any advance info about such a scheme...giving grievances to customer each day, without solving any complain

                                        My BSNL Mobile No-[protected]. We have not satisfy the BSNL Internet Service because last 5 days Internet service (GPRS) not working in HSSIDC SEC-2 BAWAL Near AIS India Glass. I am complained two time but not response the customer care service and then after some time automatic close the complained.
                                        My complained no. is G22HR300839 and other is G22HR300014.
