Dear Sir, Previous Saturday (14th June 2014) i have recharged my mobile with 200 ruppes full talk time. And i already have a existing data plan . BSNL Services automatically subscribed some hello tv and some other without my knowledge and deducted my money without knowledge. Till tomorrow night (18th june 2014) i have 150 something ruppess balance. And when i checked in the morning it is 23 ruppes remaining. Please take action against this improper movements and refund my money back.

    Sir i have done recharge of 135rs(it is 335mint free talk time offer) on 12th june, on 17th i got message that your free talk time is over, and then i gone for 135 rs recharge in a day they are telling that you used your full free mints regarding this i complained in bsnl ref. no 4F19KT323503 after this i recharged 164 rs and this also not added to my account. totally 299 lost by Bsnl kindly resolve this soon

    i got message from bsnl that complaint has been resolved!!! i shoked, and called customer care they are saying your not used full mints but it has counted for seconds and then if i ask how would you count it no response from them... they are telling me that go to bsnl office and check it and if i ask my second problem regarding 164rs recharge no response from them...

    till now neither my complaint resolved nor got call back from bsnl..
    till not get my problem solved and they have not contacted me too, again same problem occurred after a new recharge...

      i got message from bsnl that complaint has been resolved!!! i shoked, and called customer care they are saying your not used full mints but it has counted for seconds and then if i ask how would you count it no response from them... they are telling me that go to bsnl office and check it and if i ask my second problem regarding 164rsa recharge no response from them...

        This is regard to Fixed line number[protected] under the name of Mohammed Basheer..

        There are multiple issues regarding this connection, which i will explain.

        a) The connection got disrupted(neither land line nor Broadband is working) in may -10 -2014, and we raised a ticket for the same, Ref No[protected].After exact one month we received a message saying that it has been resolved ;actually it was not.We doubt it is a part of your strategy so that in your records a complaint will not prolong more than one month. Again we raised a complaint Reference number is[protected] on June-11-2014.The interesting part is if a service is down for 2 weeks it is tolerable, but it has been down now for 1.5 months. Do clarify what standards BSNL is following to resolve the issues.

        b) The most atrocious thing is bill got generated for this period.Please explain this also.

        This complaint is for the connection of my parents who live in Kerala, Trivandrum.

        Hope at least BSNL officials will read this complaint .

                Hi sir, I'm getting a message below and they charging rupees 7 for every week. I hadn't subscribe for any value added packs as I don't need such things. Message: "Your pack shayari is renewed with Rs 7.0 successfully and is valid for 7 days. To unsubscribe send STOP to 155223". I had contacted their customer care lots of times, but there is no response. Please help me to refund my money. Its very annoying when I call an important person in some situations and it says no balance. Thanks and regards Rajilesh P

                  sir, iam not interested and more over i didnt use or open the hungama, they told if at not used it will not be charged. but from 3 months it has been charged 349/- . our land line no.[protected] . last month means in the month of april we asked for deactivation of all hungama services on damand but the only deactivated movies on demand. it has been charged 198/- in the month of May bill also. so please unsubscribe me from all the services of hungama services i.e., music on demand and games on demand also. and also we want refund amount for 3months. thanking you

                    my mobile no. is [protected].i don't have games ka khazana.but you deducted my balance from last 6.6.14.then 13.6.14 then 15.06.14.i repeatedly told to customer care that i don't have that. But they do don't do anything.1st time they told it'll deactivated within 24 hrs, but don't.2nd time they said they don't have any information about activation if balance deduct then it'll reverese.but don't.3rd time they said they cant do anything because of system error.most of time they don't take phone calls.hence i have done sms to 57171 three to four times to deactivate but they don't.i really fed up with there customer sevice.they already deducted rs.15 from my a/c which is unathorised.so deactivate that games ka khazana and reverse my balance.if not then i'll go to consumer forum directly and i'll say everyone that cell one is a cheater company.i can't imagine that such a big company like cellone is a cheater company.

                    I have already sent mails to you stating that without my knowledge you people are deducting amount from my prepaid mobile {+91-[protected] } in the name of Jobs Alert. Several times I sent a sms STOP to 57171 but till now deducting my prepaid balance.I wish to inform you TO STOP DEDUCTING AMOUNT FROM MY MOBILE +91-[protected] In the name of Jobs Alert with IMMEDIATE EFFECT other wise I just change the CellOne service provider from my mobile.

                      I have ported from VODAFONE to BSNL. Few days latter I got this message from BSNL +1(901) " your service will be withdrawn if you do not pay the final bill of your previous service provider and submit the payment receipt at the nearest BSNL customer service centre." After submitting the proof I was continuously getting that message, again I went to the same CSC, Rajajinagar and explain the issue & they behave as if they are not expertise in resolving this issue. Now today my is number is not working. I would like to lodge a harassment complaint for this issue. All are ZERO KNOWLEDGE people are sitting in BSNL whether it is a call centre number or CSC.                         Dear Sir/Madam, I have been receiving Job alert service to my mobile number [protected] from +[protected] since May 5' 2014. which got triggered when I was viewing on of the message. Unfortunately they did not provide any means how to stop this alert message which charges Rs 7/week. I tried various means to stop so in between for two weeks from 11 may to 1st june. Nothing happened. then it again started posting without my permission. Despite many reminders to the +[protected] the recharge is taking place. This is totally looting the customer. Who has no idea how stop this. started on 5th may'2014 on 11th may - charged rs 7 and I told to stop services services stopped till june 1 '2014 on 1 june 2'2014 - recharged rs 7 I sent a reminder why did they charge and indicated that i would take consumer court if further continued june 8 - again charged agained warned 15 jun - again charged - taking to consumer court Please either help to stop this service or help me recover the charged amount Rs 28 so far.

                        I am receiving the job alert service messages and it have been charging Rs.7 every week from my account without my permission unnecessarily..to my mobile number [protected] from +[protected].. So please make sure of stopping these messages and if possible please refund the amount charged to my number.. Please stop the messages from +[protected] or if possible block them from sending any kind of message to me..
                        I am also being charged for the same service. I have not subscribed for such service and they are cheating the public without providing any of their information. They have charged thrice as of nw and wanted to stop this

                          Sir, I have availed broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is[protected]. I have not subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.347/- has been unnecessarily included in my bills from last 3 months. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the free game and have cheated us. So kindly decativate the plan immediately. i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for plan.

                              Dear Sir, I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 1 year. My BSNL landline number is[protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.190/- has been charged against BSNL Hungama Service. When enquired at exchange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am totally not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didn't get the activation details for the said service. I really don't know why i am suppose to pay for something which i haven't subscribed. For the past one week, i am trying to escalate the issue with support.[protected]@hungama.com, but i am not getting a proper reply from them. It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this, as i feel it really humilating (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL. If i am not getting a proper response from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating. I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I have tries unsubscribing by sending STOP to 1552233. But it is not unsubscribed i get this message every 5 days and they dedect Rs 5.0/= from my main balance every 5 days. Please deactivate the service

                                  MY name is PRAKASHCHAND, V.SHAH. My BSNL prepaid number is [protected]. I am from KARNATAKA.I got a message from BSNL last month on 11.05.2014., that my accounted is debited with RS.30 for VAS service named Midnight beauties but i didnt activate any such pack. Even though i deactivated it but again 2 days back that is on 12.06.2014 again it debited RS.30 from my account. i request u to please look after it .. and i want my account to be refunded with RS.60.because i didnt activate any such services from my side. i hope that my problem will be resolved soon and my BSNL account will b credited with RS.60 as soon as possible.

                                    I am a bsnl user.My land line has become compliant for the last month(May 2014).Till now there is no response from their side.When I call the exchange and say about the compliant...all day they say its cable fault.And till now they did not make it clear. Without clearing the compliant I got a message from Them that "your complaint is cleared."I don't understand how? I also took Broad Band connection And now I got a bill of Rs.615/- I would like that the required authority would look into this matter as soon as possible.                                       I have opted for a connection "BB Home Combo ULD 999" which clearly says "Upto 4 Mbps till 8 GB, 512 Kbps after 8 GB". But I am getting not more than 1.7Mbps at any time. I believe either BSNL is not providing proper available speed for Broadband or misleading the customers by providing fake particulars about Broadband Connection.
