I have surrendered my WI MAX CPE and obtained a CPE Receiving Certificate in the name o[censored] S Bisht, received CPE No. 98F537C670D9 against WI MAX A/C No.[protected] dated 03.05.2017. Till date I have not received my refund against security.

It is requested that the security amount may be refunded at the earliest.

    Sir, I have registered a complaint regarding the de activation of value added service which has been activated without our request for the same, on date[protected], for the mobile number [protected] . My complain number is DE VA[protected] .It is third day of lodging my complaint.According to the customer care authority, the maximum time needed for de activation is 48 hours but till now it has not been deactivated and still my balance is being deducted .     Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My telephone number is[protected]. I was out of station for 6 months and could not make payment. Accordingly they have disconnected this telephone. I have fully paid all dues when I returned back. As per their advise, I applied new connection
    and they have issued work order and allotted same number. I visited their office several times and assured they will reconnect it immediately. Now more than 20 days passed. No need of any new instrument or new wiring for this connection.
    Everything is there and they have to just reconnect.

      Dear Sir, My telephone No.[protected] is not working for the past one month. I made many requests to the concerned telephone authorities, and automatic complaint system, but there is no proper reply. The telephone is coming under Dharmapuri circle, Tamilnadu. The same telephone was not working from August 2013 to February 2014. Whenever we contacted different officials, a funny reply will be from them. At least let them repair after seeing this complaint.         Dear Sir, Greetings. My mobile number is +91 [protected]. Of late, BSNL (or thru their VAS franchisee) started deducting Rs. 7 per week for a VAS Job Alert service that I never requested for. I tried several ways to deactivate this service but failed. Request your help in deactivating the same with immediate effect.

          Today on 25.06.2014 i had Recharged my mobile no. [protected] with rs. 699 through its official website.after deducting my money from my debit card its showing as rechrge not done and amount payable is rs. 699.i was shockeD to c such msg.my Bank account also shows amount has been deducted.when i consulted its customer care they r not listening my queries.i hope ds gets resolved soon or i will have to move to consumer courts.ref. for d transaction is [protected]

I would like to inform about our village land line connection near about one half years going disconnect. We want re supply connection. We have already connection. I done more time complained regarding above subject but no body take action.after then I transferred in wire less connection but it is not proper worked.These time we are suffering more problem.My villagers want land line connection. Also i have visited my main exchange & verbally lodeged the complaint with JTO at BSNL office to restore my connection. I am paying all my due bills on time, yet my connection is not restored.                   Dear Sir/Madam, I have been receiving Job alert service to my mobile number [protected] from +[protected] since June 3' 2014.Unfortunately they did not provide any means how to stop this alert message which charges Rs 7/week. I tried various means to stop so in between for two weeks . Nothing happened. then it again started posting without my permission. Despite many reminders to the +[protected] the deduction is taking place. This is totally looting the customer. Who has no idea how stop this. Started on 3rd June'2014 on til date. Please do the needful in stopping such fraud services that customers has to take and suggest the needful in stopping the same in my mobile.

                    I never activated jokes pack on my BSNL num [protected], from the last 85 days i am getting message that jokes pack has renewed and an amount of 5 rs charged by that cost 17 times 85 rs has charged, i tried to unsubscribe by sending STOP to 155223, But it's saying that only MIssed call intimation is activated on your mobile. And i can't able to unsubscribe it, i continusioly losing my money for every 5 days, so please unsubscribe this pack and refund my 85 rs

                      I have a BSNL land line connection and have Internet connection plan of 750/- . Due to some ground work of Government at Naagardevle grampanchayat the underground cable was cut by the JCB hence from the day 19/4/2014 to 3/5/2014 we had no connection i have submitted the application and requested to deduct the non-working day rent of the bill for 14/15 days they have not taken any steps

                        The BSNL exchange at Pothencode, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala is frequently getting damaged.I am really frustrated with the performance of officials.My landline phone which was working after complaining for several weeks got complained again.Broadband is not working.I contacted with exchange more than 2 times.They told it will be fine within 2 days or after a day but actually nothing happened.I don't know why I should pay the bill.My number is[protected] & I am tired of complaining and contacting with exchange.Both landline & broadband is not working yet even after complaining.I am paying the bill for internet but it is not working.Sir please look into this matter and take necessary changes required.

Since many days my internet speed has been fluctuating and hasn't been as satisfying as your company has stated. I want the speed to be faster n consistent.                               I have a broadband connection with 1 GB data pack per month costing Rs.299. After adding all the taxes it is billed to Rs. 336 but the billing for the month of may has been done for Rs.360 and no reason has been provided. When called at the customer care no one answers to the call and it is the second time when the billing is done wrong. I have paid the amount of Rs. 360 as the connection would be cut if bill is not paid on time.

                              My land line[protected] account.[protected] having broadband facility with password find either the leakage or wrong calculation of bill for example-
                              Jan 2015 total usage-1712329kb, Dur-92hrs, Amt-Rs 175/-,
                              Feb 2015 total usage-5581349kb, Dur-52hrs, Amt-Rs 1195/- How?
                              In Month-11/2014 it was plan-BBG275 Now it is plan-BBG325cs34 -any change in plan without my knowledge -Why?
                              Night usage 2am-8am -162007kb without any use.
                              Please verify my account since last one year i am paying. defaulter

                              PLEASE DISCONNECT MY LAND LINE AND BROADBAND TO SAVE ME FROM YOUR DE-FAULTER LIST. Please reply in my mail/msg as per -

                                On[protected], I tried to recharge my son's phone having No-[protected], thru' BSNL PORTAL.In the process, the amount Rs-55/-was deducted but the phone was not recharged so far & the amount also not credited back in to my account.The following are details of Transacation Online Bill Payment services View Payments View Transactions Complaints Post your complaint for GSM / WiMAX CDMA Prepaid Mobile Complaint Category: After payment, amount deducted, but system not updated Problem Type: system not updated If the Amount is debited from Bank account and the Receipt is not Generated Online, Please allow us to generate the receipt for you within 48 Hours. If you have not got the receipt even after 48 hours, Please Submit the TransactionID to notify the Problem to the BSNL Team. Email Id:dr.[protected]@gmail.com Contact Mobile No:[protected] Prepaid Mobile No:( Effected)-[protected] Transaction Id TXT[protected] Phone No [protected] Date of Transaction[protected].55PM Payment Status initiated As informed in the above, after 48 hours I complained same to BSNL Team and also phoned directly to BSNL customer care.of course, the amount may be less but in the process there should not be such mistakes.                                 After giving complaint about BSNL Recharge, I received Two phone calls from the following NOs-

                                !) [protected] 2) [protected].

                                Stating that they are from BSNL Team and asking me my Bank account number & ATM card no sothat they can deposit the amount Rs-55/-
                                back in to my account.As per the instructions from ANY BANK, One should not reveal the BANK DETAILS to any body.So same thing I told them and didn't tell them .I don't know who they are.But I believe NO BANK will ask like that.
                                I also suggest one thing- instead of asking bank details why don't they update the system? and inform same thing to customer. In future also if they can not credit back the amount it is better to update the required system after informing the customer

                                  BSNL has provided us (Telephone No[protected] with the movies, music and games for period one month at free of cost, but thereafter BSNL has charged for the movies, music and games, which we have not utilized.So I kindly request you DEACTIVATE the movies, music and games on demand facility from our broadband package and do the needful.

                                  This is 3rd time i'm raising the complaint. till now my issue has not been resolved.

                                      My bsnl land phone with number [protected] was dead for the last one year. This case was reported several times to the near by exchang and no action has been taken by the authorities
                                      Iam working in dubai and my mother, wife, childer are there in my home. Yearly iam getting only one month vaccation and i am forced to visit the exchang every time when ever i am comming to india
                                      No under ground cable was drawn for this connection to my house . Theyhave connected my phone through normal telephone cable through the post .Later they had removed the post and the wire has been removed .These things had happed when i am abrode

                                      More over im paying the bill regularly with out any arriears

                                      Kindly look in to this matter seriously and an action is highly needed

                                        my landline no is[protected] my landline no was activated with hungama tv services on 9th may 2014. i requested the customer care service people to deactivate this service as soon as possible. they deactivated this service on 14th april 2014 i was also charged with an amount of rs198 for this service which i did not even used for the month of april. now again i have been charged of rs 198 for the same. i request you to look into this matter and refund my money charges. also i want you to deactivte my landline no from all the additional service. the customer care people are not at all helping me with this matter. it has been a very horrible experience for me as i have been running from 1 bsnl office to another. i request you to look into this matter as soon as possible otherwise i have to take legal action against bsnl hungama. i have attached my 2 months(april and may) bill as proof.
