On[protected], I tried to recharge my son's phone having No-[protected], thru' BSNL PORTAL.In the process, the amount Rs-55/-was deducted but the phone was not recharged so far & the amount also not credited back in to my account.The following are details of Transacation

If the Amount is debited from Bank account and the Receipt is not Generated Online, Please allow us to generate the receipt for you within 48 Hours. If you have not got the receipt even after 48 hours, Please Submit the TransactionID to notify the Problem to the BSNL Team.

As informed in the above, after 48 hours I complained same to BSNL Team and also phoned directly to BSNL customer care.of course, the amount may be less but in the process there should not be such mistakes.
I hope the mistake will be rectified as early as possible.

Updated by romalaramachandrudu After giving complaint about BSNL Recharge, I received Two phone calls from the following NOs-
!) [protected] 2) [protected].
Stating that they are from BSNL Team and asking me my Bank account number & ATM card no sothat they can deposit the amount Rs-55/-
back in to my account.As per the instructions from ANY BANK, One should not reveal the BANK DETAILS to any body.So same thing I told them and didn't tell them .I don't know who they are.But I believe NO BANK will ask like that.
I also suggest one thing- instead of asking bank details why don't they update the system? and inform same thing to customer. In future also if they can not credit back the amount it is better to update the required system after informing the customer
