The bsnl hungama services are unknowingly activated on my land line number[protected] and I never used it but I am paying bill for it, which is burden for me. Therefore I am requesting for deactivation of all bsnl hungama services from my land line as well as broad band at an early date, otherwise I will be compelled to disconnect my bsnl land line.

    I am a BSNL subscriber residing in Malappuram; Kerala, holding a prepaid mobile connection with No: [protected]. I am getting SMSs from 155223 weekly informing renewal of Bollywood Fusion pack and my account is being unauthorisedly debited with Rs:8 each time . This has been continuing for the last one year even though the service had been unsubscribed by sending SMSs on several occasions. Last week when I approached the Customer Care at Malappuram I was told that the VAS is stopped by sending a message with the wordings 'START 1' to 1901 and the problem is solved. But to my surprise today morning also I received a message stating that the Bollywood Fusion pack is renewed for 7 days and I am charged with Rs:8 for the same.
    My request is (1) to stop the VAS immediately and (2) refund the charges unauthorisedly deducted from my account during the last one year with interest.

      On 27/6/2014, I was paid my bill they show error then I again trying then again but no response after they deduct my amount 2 times of paying BSNL landline bill please credit back one bill amount(Rs.966) in my account my landline no is[protected]. On 27/6/2014, I tried 3 time.. now they show "Awaiting Bank Confirmation" in following transaction ids 1. TX[protected] 2. TX[protected] 3. TX[protected]

        Unauthorised money is being deducting from my post paid mobile Several times in the name of Services by 57171 . I sent a sms STOP to 57171 but till now it is continued.I wish to inform you TO STOP DEDUCTING AMOUNT FROM MY MOBILE +91-[protected] with IMMEDIATE EFFECT other wise I shall be compelled to go to the consumer court and will change the CellOne service provider from my mobile.

        Same deduction is also happening from my mobile No [protected] in the name of Video Bonanza by 57171. I am confident that I have never
        approached to that organisation/agency to provide me any service. Some times back I have sent a SMS to unsubscribe it but no result. This is
        simply a fraud and blackmailing business. Kindly get it stopped for charging from my account ASAP otherwise I"ll go to consumer forum/court.

        the only solution which i find is that whenever you all get start getting multiple otps from one to two, three and more, immediately send message STOP to this number 57171 after the first otp itself... it will say no services activated...
        Further if again otp comes then again send STOP to this number..
        .For the time being this will prevent ur deduction of balance

        the same thing you have to apply again when the otp starts coming...Hope it works

        Quote :-“You are subscribed for service Astro Gyaan for 30 days. To Unsub send SMS STOP to 155223 (TOLLFREE) or dial *777#. Thanks for using

        C) Date[protected]
        A SMS received from quoting
        Quote :- Your account has been debited with Rs 75 and your main balance is 201.19

        D) Date[protected]
        SMS to stop the unsub sent on number 155223
        Reply SMS received as under
        Your De-subscription request for the service Astro Gyaan has been processed.

        Complaint :-
        (1) The subscription is done without consent of consumer/ customer .
        (2) The money not yet credited to my account
        (3) In addition of above in same manner Rs 7/- deducted from main balance
        (4) Complain was tried on official web site of BSNL but it also show error message (Snap shot enclosed) . It shows “Circle dose not exist.

        Screen short enclosed.
        Credit Rs 82/- ( i.e. 75+7) in my main balance

        Ironically immediately after sending the Mail an another SMS prompt up in my mobile phone
        Quote:- "You are subscribed for service Pyar Ka Over Dose for 7 days. To Unsub send SMS STOP to 155223."
        As a subcribe service charge Rs 9/- deducted from main balance.

        My question is, How can BSNL keeps on subscribing on services without my consent...?
        Its a new trend of looting BSNL custmers...

        बीएसएनएल कई बार मेरे पैसे काट चुकी है बिना किसी मतलब के वो अपने आप पैसे काट लेती है अपने आप को सेवा एक्टिवेट कर देती है ऊपर दिए गए नंबर से ओ टी पी आता है अपने आप वेरिफाई हो जाता है और मेरे दो बार पांच रुपये कट गए हैं कस्टमर के कोई सलाह नहीं दे रहे बात भी नहीं करते हैं बडे इंतजार के बाद फोन कॉल होती है उसके बाद बिना कोई सहायता के फोन काट देते हैं है कि यह सेवा इंटरनेट से अब अपने लगाई है ऐसा नहीं होता है बीएसएनएल अपने आप पैसे काट रही है प्लीज हेल्प मी

        BSNL has deducted my money many times without any means, it automatically deducts money, activates the service itself. The OTP comes from the above number, gets verified automatically and my two rupees five rupees  Have not been giving any advice to the customer, they do not even talk, after a long wait, there is a phone call, after that, without any help, we disconnect the phone that this service is now installed on the Internet.  Not happen please BSNL is automatically deduct money Help Me

I have registered complain so many time during this month via 1504 at list 4 times but not getting good result. every time technician comes and repair it work fine for hours and problem persist again. if i am paying 1000 rs every month, i am not getting service form bsnl. plz do needful help. and solve the problem..                     Telephones in Micetich Colony, Chennai 600060, coming under Madhavaram Telephone Exchange, were not working from 5.4.2014 and were reconnected by BSNL after 83 days on 24.6.14. 1) Bills have been received for the period the telephones were out of order because of BSNL Cable damage. 2) Payment for the period of NON AVAIABILTY of telephones have been made. 3) Damage to cable was inspected by BSNL on 5.4.14 itself and repair work initiated on 14.6.14 4) Excess amount paid by us to BSNL must be refunded IMMEDIATELY. THE ONE KILOMETER LENGTH CABLE HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN MORE THAN 20 places and has MORE THAN TWENTY JOINTS. We suggest BSNL replace this length of cable between Moolakadai and Thappalpetti to eliminate the possibility or future failures due to weak cable.                       I am using a BSNL broadband connection number[protected]. Since i am using it since last six months, it was always working very slow but now since last one month it is not working anymore.
                      We have complaint many times but they dont hear anybody. Bsnl staff is so rude and when they sent us the bill and we refused to pay, they said they dont care about. It is some port problem from them but they dont hear me.

                        I have made payment of telephone bill amt 753/- dated 26/03/2014 throgh obline payment.

                            Sir, I have registered a complaint regarding the de activation of value added service which has been activated without our request for the same, on date[protected], for the mobile number [protected] . My complain number is DE VA[protected] .It is third day of lodging my complaint.According to the customer care authority, the maximum time needed for de activation is 48 hours but till now it has not been deactivated and still my balance is being deducted .                             My telephone number is[protected]. I was out of station for 6 months and could not make payment. Accordingly they have disconnected this telephone. I have fully paid all dues when I returned back. As per their advise, I applied new connection
                            and they have issued work order and allotted same number. I visited their office several times and assured they will reconnect it immediately. Now more than 20 days passed. No need of any new instrument or new wiring for this connection.
                            Everything is there and they have to just reconnect.

I made many requests to the concerned telephone authorities, and automatic complaint system, but there is no proper reply. The telephone is coming under Dharmapuri circle, Tamilnadu. The same telephone was not working from August 2013 to February 2014. Whenever we contacted different officials, a funny reply will be from them. At least let them repair after seeing this complaint. Of late, BSNL (or thru their VAS franchisee) started deducting Rs. 7 per week for a VAS Job Alert service that I never requested for. I tried several ways to deactivate this service but failed.                                         Hi, My BSNL land line number[protected] is dead since Jan 2014. I have visited several times to my local exchange Jhandapur & asked concern to do the needful. Also i have visited my main exchange & verbally lodeged the complaint with JTO at BSNL office to restore my connection. I am paying all my due bills on time, yet my connection is not restored.
