    My Land line number is[protected] Tirupattur/ Vellore District.. For the past one month the Caller ID is working which makes me put in very hardship. I had informed this at the BSNL office several times. But no helper comes to my help to fix the problem. Kindly do the needful to rectify the mistake.

          No customer service. agents are attending the call and not talking. They just want earn without doing work. This Is the concept of BSNL. So please, people don't use this useless network. Very very worst network in the world. Always detucting money by themselves. If i ask for the refund, then there will be no response. All are frauds who are working as agents in this BSNL network. And also the superiors will not take any action on those agents. useless network and useless Fraud agents of BSNL.

          Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Useless customers service and help line they just give false promise every time of resolving the issue within 24hrs and it is now 3months and still no result, if we ask them question they just hang the call.
          Even after escalating the issue no solution they gave the Comp NO.[protected].

          Still BSNL is in stone-age primitive, they have to close down their network and give it private sector and not waste public money.

          Even though we have no unpaid dues anytime, we are just paying the money for no use.
          BSNL has to refund the money for not giving their service

            Sir, I am from Kerala. My BSNL telephone connection is under Mammood exchange, Kottayam, Kerala. I am working abroad in USA. I have severe issues with my current subscription. My subscription number is[protected]. I have complained several times regarding my subscription that most time it is dead. I have my 70 year old mother in my home and she is a cancer patient. There is no way she can communicate with family members due to the frequent problem with phone connection. 3 weeks ago, we gave a complaint, and the people from exchange came after 2-3 weeks. Now my land line is dead again. There was a huge article in the news paper about this exchange recently about their bad performance and complaints. Please take necessary action immediately with this exchange to fix my connection. I would look forward to hearing from you.

              I'm Muthukumar, [protected]. I bring to your kind notice that last month i received an sms saying that "beauty tips activated" and Rs 3 was deducted without my activating and my knowledge. I was busy with my office and I just left since it was only Rs.3. Then I deactivated through Internet. I made a compliant through 1503, the executives were not ready to take complaint, after my insisting, they took compliant but nothing happened. They did not return the money stolen from my account. Next week, I received a sms "news activated" and again Rs. 3 was deducted. I got alerted and contacted IVRs and same irresponsible responses and no use. They told me to contact "155223" but I've been dialling this number, but never gets connected from my mobile. So, I used another mobile, but it'll reject and there is no option to express my grievance. If I try to deactivate through internet, please log on to the following link, its not working for Tamilnadu(What a nonsense) while all other zones are working. http://www.vas.bsnl.co.in/vas/deactivation.jsp?zon=4 Yesterday(7th June 2014 I got another sms saying "Job alerts activated and Rs. 7 deducted". Again I followed the same system, 1503, [protected], 155223 etc but no response. Why This BSNL is doing injustice? why is it stealing? why there is no proper way to get the problem solved. why my stolen money is not refunded? Since I found no other proper way, I searched from Internet and got all your contacts. So, I am writing to you. Kindly take some action. Is this type of fraudulent happens without your knowledge, if so kindly take necessary action. I want justice. Why BSNL is doing this injustice, without customer activating any service, they do and deduct and don't refund? What a cheating. So, I don't know who is the appropriate person to contact, and so I am writing to all of you. So, I respectfully, request you to get my money refunded and do justice.                 I am one of cell one user since a long & paying my all bill online. In month of april, 2014 i paid my bill online which detail is givin below, after transaction recived message that transaction is faild. Then again i made payment of rs. 722/= & transaction was succesful. Next day i received message from bsnl about first transaction that transaction have done successful. Now rs. 722.00 paid more to bsnl, which should be debit in next bill but unfortunetly in april & may bill amount was not adjusted even after a complaint to ao, saharanpur.. You are requesting kindly do the needful & oblige thanks,

                  My BSNL Landline telephone[protected] under Bankura Telecom, West Bengal Telecom Circle is not working for more than a month from 1st May 2014. So, my unlimited broadband is not working either. I have no dues in bill. Linemen and all concerned officers at Bankura Telecom office were informed for several times. No one cared. Please do something.

                      we were getting like less than 90ms pings in dota 2 singapur servers ... but suddenly its jumped to 250ms ... i have tried many times to explain this problem to my nearest bsnl office but it comes to that peoples who are working a networking engineer simply does not understand what route is. Shame on BSNL .So we can say that all jobs are reserved for specific casts ?
                      every single bsnl users facing this problem with dota 2 game server. Every one doing thier best but Response from BSNL is too low or we can say sux. you are only our last hope.We are really looking for forward in our gaming career. but this lagg issue holding us back. peoples from other countries abuse indian and players cuz how they play and giving thier performances in matches.is this what we going to show others countries what really india is made of ? filled with totally [censored]ed up peoples ? No future ? Still living like slaves ?

                      True Story.. im facing same thing in Pune at 300-330ms ping to Singapore server which was 70-90ms. BSNL plz try to get educated Networking guys to make good routing as it was. here at my place bsnl engineer dont even know that what is ping/latency. his answer was " this ping is not any issue because downloading speed is normal so this is not our problem, you try to reinstall ur windows OS !!! "

                          i raised complaint about Land Line Not working from 27 may 2014. Still the Problem Not Rectified..

                          i called many times 1500, they give AE Number : [protected], i called many times this number he was not took
                          phone. today is the 10the day for my complaint.

                          and my broadband speed plan is 4Mbps but i got only max 1.5 Mbps. i mailed many times

                            Hi, As is the general opinion, Government services are bad - BSNL Broadband services are not an exception to that. I registered a complaint about my broadband connection on 02/06/2014. It has been 2 days now - still it has not been resolved - instead the complaint has been flagged as completed. I raised another complaint on 4/6/2014 - still waiting to see what their next action would be. There is no 24 hours customer service which is there which can be contacted from your mobile (Operators other than BSNL). It is really painful and pathetic. If the Government cannot give proper services they can very well outsource to third parties. At least they will do a decent job. I feel truly disheartened to have taken the Broadband Connection. A disheartened customer signing off.

They cut the wire line often and often and also they paved the way to accidents. We Bring this matter to the lineman and officials of manalmedu BSNL unit many times. we also report and lodged the complaient to GENERAL MANAGER, (BSNL OFFICE, NAAL ROAD, KUMBAKONAM) too.

                              Last year an accident held due to the Negligience of BSNL lineman.
                              A two wheeler with his children meet this accident. A cycle rider tall down and get wounds. like many events held here. We need a complete safe “Land line connection”
                              to save our precious life. So rectify the connection from top (from EB post) and give from Land line alone it is our suggestion. And complaint against the BSNL workers of manalmedu BSNL unit. So save us from Accidents and save our precious life through your timely action. We need a safe land line connection to our need. so I request you to permit it as soon as possible. We mean Landline is for communication service but they neglect and avoid our suggestion to improve their service. we struggle for landline since 2.1/2 years onwards.So I bring this matter to your knowledge for early action towards us.

                                  i have done a recharge on no. [protected] on 2nd june 2014 of amount Rs.70 from faridabad and bsnl site was showing that recharge was successful but it wasnt credited on my balance. i tried many times on 1503 customer care no but it was not connecting to the no. i tried on 1500 and 1502 but no one help me on this matter despite telling them tha i was not able to connect to that 1503 no.                                         I am krishnan residing Chennai On Ist June I recd a message from BSNL stating that Your pace LOVE10 is renewed with RS 10 successfully and is valid for 10 days to unsubscibe send UNSUB to 155223 Immediately I sent message to unsub the message was failed more than 10 times I made attempt none of the time I was not in a position to send the message to 155223 Then I tried with toll free no 1503 I don't where I have to give compliant to 1503 since I am keeping the phone more than 45 minintes none of the represnettaiv attend my call My cell number is [protected] e mail id is [protected]@gmai.com
