I bring to your kind notice that last month i received an sms saying that "beauty tips activated" and Rs 3 was deducted without my activating and my knowledge. I was busy with my office and I just left since it was only Rs.3. Then I deactivated through Internet. I made a compliant through 1503, the executives were not ready to take complaint, after my insisting, they took compliant but nothing happened. They did not return the money stolen from my account.
Next week, I received a sms "news activated" and again Rs. 3 was deducted. I got alerted and contacted IVRs and same irresponsible responses and no use. They told me to contact "155223" but I've been dialling this number, but never gets connected from my mobile. So, I used another mobile, but it'll reject and there is no option to express my grievance.
If I try to deactivate through internet, please log on to the following link, its not working for Tamilnadu(What a nonsense) while all other zones are working.

Yesterday(7th June 2014 I got another sms saying "Job alerts activated and Rs. 7 deducted". Again I followed the same system, 1503, [protected], 155223 etc but no response. Why This BSNL is doing injustice? why is it stealing? why there is no proper way to get the problem solved. why my stolen money is not refunded?
Since I found no other proper way, I searched from Internet and got all your contacts. So, I am writing to you.
Kindly take some action. Is this type of fraudulent happens without your knowledge, if so kindly take necessary action.
I want justice.
Why BSNL is doing this injustice, without customer activating any service, they do and deduct and don't refund? What a cheating.
So, I don't know who is the appropriate person to contact, and so I am writing to all of you.
So, I respectfully, request you to get my money refunded and do justice.
If I don't get a proper remedy, I want to take it to the next level.
If none of you can solve my problem, kindly direct me to the proper channel.

Even after escalating the issue no solution they gave the Comp NO.[protected].
Still BSNL is in stone-age primitive, they have to close down their network and give it private sector and not waste public money.
Even though we have no unpaid dues anytime, we are just paying the money for no use.
BSNL has to refund the money for not giving their service
