internate service is not available at my office

Broadband plan changed

I am using BSNL broadband of 650 rupee, unlimited plz, As per the plan, i have been provided a discount of 20% on my bill, as my father is a government employee. But without my knowledge my broadband plan has been change, the discount has been reduced to 10%. Charged for days when no service is available

BSNL Banglore has a system of charging its customers with complete bill amounts for land line and broadband, though the service is not available for few days in a month. My landline was dead for a couple of days, yet BSNL charged me with complete bill amount for both the calls as well as broadband charges.
