Name : Manivannan J Mobile No, [protected] Post Paid Connection I have opted for beauty tips, when it was offered for foot care. I found no use to it as I have been receiving for Hair care. Hence I have opted for stopping the SMS. I was advised to send SMS to 155223 to stop the SMS.--- one SMS I have received an SMS from BSNL that I will receive a list of Value Added Service Opted by me. I have received an another SMS giving No.2 for the Beauty Tips and was advised to send this No, to 155223 to stop sms. When I sent this No.2 to 155223, I have received a reference No. and was informed that I will receive a confirmation SMS. But no confirmation received. But through from[protected] BSNL continue to debit me Rs1/- towards the Beauty Tips. This process was going on for the past several days and I have been wasting two SMSs requesting to stop the service. I give hereunder few reference Numbers received from BSNL for which no confirmation was received. 1. [protected], 2. [protected] 3. [protected] 4. [protected] 5, [protected] 6. [protected] 7. [protected] It is utterly harassing experience and I assure you that I will not trouble BSNL seeking any additional facility to increase your work load. PLEASE STOP THIS TORTURE IMMEDIATLY PLEASE.         Dear sir I have been using BSNL mobile ([protected]) from last 3 + years. On 16-12-13 I have received a message from BTunes regarding the activation of caller tunes and Rs.42 will be deducted from my account but I have not contacted to any for that activation. In few days before I have received one call from some unknown number regarding the BTunes in that time also I have not activated anything. If the government mobile company is doing that type of forgery means where we will go? How we can believe the other services? Hence here I request you to kindly make necessary action to the concern company and return my money to my account and save all our people from those forgery companies. Thanks & Regards A.Tamilselvan

          Dear sir i executed payment of my bsnl landline bill for an amount of Rs 2101.00 on 23 dec 07 vide my sbi credit card T 11:37:07 hours. I recd a confirmation of payment from my bankers by an sms message immediately. however the bsnl website reflected nonpayment status with the following message:
          Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries.
          I request you to kindly look into the matter please.
          internet is very slow in my 900 unlimited pack...my land number for bsnl is[protected]...please..correct it..

            Sir, I m working with Defence Udtkg at Nasik and my parents are staying at Jammu. Right from beginning the Instrument is noisy and produces undesirable noise in the beginninng of the call. Unfortunately my parents are old with hearing problem. They reported the snag to lineman who came for other snags, but never bothered to either replace the Instrument or rectify the snag.At last you are one again requested to replace the Instrument of[protected] immediately.               I had applied for a new Broadband connection through an application and Rs. 1300 cash submitted to Sh.Shiv Bhushan from BSNL ON 13TH Sept 2013. I had received the lead: HRSON[protected] through an SMS on 13/09/13.
              Repeated reminders to Sh. Rajkumar Yadav, Sh.Dependra Verma, Sh. Srivastava and Sh. Y.K Tyagi have failed to invoke any substantial action and BSNL office has not bothered to respond back giving the status of the connection .IF bsnl is incompetent to provide a new broadband connection even after 3 months of form& charges submission, then my money should be refunded with interest.

                Mr Rama Krishna, have you got you money back? Looks like people are wasting their time here as I don't see any response from anyone. Yesterday morning (26/09/2013) I too faced the similar issue o[censored]nsuccessful recharge with online SBI transaction of 550 Rs. BSNL customer care executive are not available for any clarifications. No email address available for issue resolution. Looks like money once gone is gone. BSNL site for complain does not work as it ask for some hypothetical transaction ID

                  BSNL Postpaid has sent me a bill of Rs.3901 . I have raised a complaint on BSNL portal for Excess Billing Complaints also but I have not received any response from them . The complain number was 3K23KT354553 for the BSNL Mobile number [protected].And also I have not received the detailed bill of my usage. Please do the judgement and rectify the problem.

                    Hi, I am a bsnl customer, my phone no is [protected] (cdma).My user Id is : raj0219 .when i try to pay my bill via online .i got error message [invalid user name/password... for past one months]. when i click forgot my password and type my user id and mail id for new password i got error message [Could not access 'CDO.Message' object... for past one month] when i try to pay via quick pay online i got the error [your payment is not successfully...for past one months]. i also fill up complain form and send so many mail to customer care but i didn't get any response. ALL BSNL EMPLOYEE ARE BLIND OR WHAT ?? Please tell me how can i pay my phone bill.

                      I tried to recharge my cell one no [protected] to extend its validity but unsucessful everytime. Cellone service is pathetic. I got top up for my recharges but validity is not extended even they claim that it wil be extended for 15 days/55 rs recharge, 6 months/70 rs recharge etc. I did all these recharges but validity remains the same

                        My land-line number [protected] is not working from last 17 days and i have complaint so many time in local exchange KANINA, but there is no response and no action from BSNL side.

                        I am totally upset with BSNL services. I want to know where to complaint for this.

                        The frequency of this problem is on higher end. As we are facing such problem again in again. After resolving the problem the phone works for 5-10 days and then again we it will no t work.


                        Please look into this matter.

                          I have purchased a BSNL UITC card of Rs. 110/-. Initally the service was working. However, recently I could not access the given telephone no.[protected] as well as the customer care[protected]. However time limit of my card is about to expire.
                          I have tried to download Rs 300 universal it card using net banking after login in bsnl site. But from my account Rs 300 debited and an error showning violation of primary key, I have'nt got the universal it card no:. My transaction reference number IGP6674078 SBI KANJIKODE BRANCH. Till this date there is no refund from BSNL (Rs 300). So pl refund or send universal itcard no to my email address [protected]@gmail.com. My user id in bsnl site is mp_haridas.

                            So I am currently using BSNL 750UL Internet connection and I dont have words to describe how BAD the Internet service from BSNL is. Getting disconnected every 5 minuets, bad speeds, videos wont buffer and for Online gamers like me, maaan its hell. Its like torture. The pings are always ALWAYS bad. I am sick of this wretched internet service and fed up with it. Many of my friends who use BSNL Broadband are in the same boat as me. Some of them got rid of BSNL and its time for me to do the same thing now. Guys, if you are looking forward to getting a new Broadband connection. Pleeease never ever get BSNL Broadband. Its the WORST ISP in the country. You will get fed up and frustrated within the first week. Get any other connection but BSNL .. ANY ISP in the country is better than BSNL.

                              i nave not used my broadband but billing is very much more .i am trying to contact customer care since three days but no one attending the calls . it seems that bsnl is without owner.all are independent and there is no any manager in the department. very samefull for the department.if anyone is responsible in the department kindly help me.my m0bile no is [protected].

                                i am having Bsnl Landline connection at home ... I want to cancle that connection ...but the problem is that the Bsnl office is not cancelling the connection they r saying that they r having pressure from above n will not cancel connection till april 2014...4 to 5 times i have gone to the bsnl office with my device but they r not cancelling the connection... from 1 and half year they r doing like this... please tell me any solution ...my Landline NO. is[protected]...i have also filled all the forms n formalities... i am helpless... every month i have to pay bill ... and this Landline connection is useless...nobody have use it for past 2 years but every month we r simply paying bill because BSNL office is not cancelling the connection... plese help me out...

                                  I am a resident of Mumbai having a BSNL no. - [protected]. I had subscribed to the 3G service of BSNL for my Samsung Tablet (Galaxy Tab T211). I obtained the micro SIM from BSNL in November 2013. I am currently unable to access 3G from my tablet, however i can avail the calling and SMS services. The data service on my tablet does not work at all, however there is no problem with the functioning of my tablet. I have been unable to contact the toll free number of BSNL and i have also tried contacting the BSNL office in Fort Mumbai (CTO at Flora Fountain) but there has been no response. I request you to take up this matter with BSNL or connect me to the concerned person from BSNL who can resolve my complaint.                                     Hello Sir, This is a complaint against to the BSNL(Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited). This complaint regarding to the Internet Speed Issue. I'm getting really low speed according to what BSNL promised, I should be getting at least 70-120 KBPS download speed and Browsing Speed 700-950 KBPS without any capping, but I'm only getting something like 10-20 KBPS download speed and Browsing Speed approx. 110-130 KBPS. You can imagine the speed. These Such type of KBPS is not acceptable... at all. The Speed issue mostly happens at Night and evening. So please do Something . I have already Forwarded the Same Issue many times to BSNL but there is no solution from BSNL and on the contrary this Problem(Speed Issue) are increasing day by day, it’s very disgusting. Sir, I can’t tolerate any more such type of customer harassment. I am suffering from this issue since from last 1.5 Month but however I thought it might be a temporary issue after that I have lodged many complaints to the [protected]@bsnl.co.in but not received the proper resolution. That’s why I approach you so you can resolve my issue as soon as possible and take the strong action against the BSNL(Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited). Sir, I am using BSNL Wi-Max broadband and it’s a wireless broadband service so there is no any requirement of landline connection. But I can give you my Wi-max detail that mention as below :- Wi-Max User ID: [protected]@bsnl.in Wi-Max Account Number :[protected] Tariff Plan : WIMAX Plan-HOWI750 MAC-Address : 00:25:7D:42:70:11 My Location : #N-52, Master Mehenga Singh Colony, Barring(JRC), Jalandhar-II, (144005), Punjab. As well as this E-mail also enclosed with three attachments i.e. (.PNG) files. These files as a proof of My Internet speed issue so you can understand my problem.                                       THe telephone number is[protected]. The phone is dead since 9th December, 2013. The docket number of the complaint registered is [protected]. What is surprising is that our telephone with this same number had problem since Sept 2013 and it took One month for BSNL to rectify it. Finally the line was re-connected in October end and again now it is out of service. My elderly mother is using this number and I am extremely worried as I cannot have any contact with her. She is not using any mobile phone so I am only dependent on this landline number to contact with her. I would request the concerned authorities to please help me and do the needful at the earliest.                                         Hi,
                                        My BSNL broadband (landline) is not working for more than a month now. My landline phone number is [protected] (Asansol BSNL circle). I lodged a complaint long time back but without any luck. After visiting the local BSNL exchange office for several times, I was told the problem is with my computer. I paid Rs.600 and got a technician to check my PC. The technician has confirmed there is no issues with my PC. After next few weeks of continuous visiting the BSNL office and rigorous requests, that I made to the BSNL officers, ultimately I felt that they are simply making a fool of me. It has been more than a month now that I am out of internet. My several work related and personal activities are stuck and I am paying BSNL my landline and broadband rentals for no reason. I am frustrated and highly disappointed with the worst ever customer service and inefficient technical skills of the BSNL officers and hence I am now only left with the option to complain to consumer court. Before helplessly doing that, I thought to try my onus with your forum expecting of some help. Please feel free to call me on [protected]. Expecting of your kind and positive approach towards my appeal.
