AS I HAVE WLL CONNECTION IN MY HOME MY WLL PHONE NO [protected] ITS DISCONNECTED FROM 15 DAYS, I PAID THE BILL OF SEPT AND OCT AT A TIME THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF BILL IS RS.819/-. I EVEN NOT GET THE BILL WHEN I GO FOR ONLINE PAYMENT IT SHOWS RECENT BILL WAS NOT UPDATED . I WANT TO GET BACK MY PHONE CONNECTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE THANK YOU.

    In my worst and stomach burning experience, I would like to advice you all that never go with BSNL prepaid products in chennai circle even you can trust with pakistan tele service. They may be provide a good service to our indian people. At least they ll listen our words.

    They ll never say "server problem...server problem...server problem...and disconnect(once connected)" like UN-educated and UN-cultured.


    Best of luck to BSNL to keep on down very very soon...

      I have applied for a new connection on the name of Milap Sethi at local Exchange of Fatehabad (Haryana) around 15 days back. I was told to wait for a week. After one week I tries to contact them they tol me wait for 3-4 days more.Then again I contacted them and this time One of the line man told me connection is not possible. I just want to know the reason why it is not possible? And How can BSNL deny to customer for a new connection when there are connections around me.         Sir, This is to inform you that from the past 3 weeks there is no signal on my BSNL EVDO data card. I reside in PEC University of Technology, Sector-12, Chandigarh. My EVDO device is giving me constant “NO SERVICE” warning and when I try to connect, It gives me an error “CONNECT FAILED- The remote computer did not respond. To make sure the server can be reached, ping the remote computer”. My Data Card was originally brought from BSNL Telephone Exchange- Rampur, Disst.- Shimla, H.P. and is on roaming here. The bill was paid on time. So please send some men to check the cdma towers for the concerned area. Any help from your side would be much appreciated.           Sir, I Suresh Joshi from, Aurangabad There is continuous problem in this area for GSM 2G & also with 3G. In last week Mon, Tue & Fri Three full days ---NO COVERAGE / NO SERVICE Our business is fully depend upon Internet, we can't work single minute without BSNL Internet. Yesterday (Monday) also the same problem. I told many times to Your associate Mr Patil ([protected]) & others([protected]) in Ulkanagari but the solution is NIL... Though I am a service retired Senior Citizen, I hope no deductions were have been allowed. I require a detailed account statement.

              I applied for porting to BSNL (Vodafone to BSNL) on 26/11/2013 at Gandhinagar (GUJ) BSNL office. My Vodafone sim went off last night (2/12/13) but new BSNL sim card given to me is not started yet. When I call on number which I applied for porting it says 'ye number astitva mai nahi hai/please check the number you have dialed.'

                i have bsnl mobile no.[protected].iam using its internate service for one year & it was working fine.so i recharge inernate pack for 1 year.after working for few days now it is not working at my office for last 7 days though its working in other area but as i work for whole day at my office it is of no use to me.my office at narol which is in ahmedabad.i have complained it on bsnl call centre for 3 times but it did not help.please help me and resolve my problem

                  I am facing a similar problem. I am getting one message each day from BT-MAVERK and Rs. 3/- is deducted from my balance every three days. I am asked to send message "STOP' to 155223 to unscribe. I have done that repeatedly, but absolutely of no use. I made complaints to BSNL in every manner possible, and occassionally I get response that they will deactivate the service, but the messages to my mobile and deduction of Rs. 3/- goes on without fail. I think I will have to switch over from BSNL to some other service provider.

                    Already submitted the documnts and deposit for bsnl broadband connection on 9th of november 2013. Has recieved the reciept and telephone number but till date no one has come for installation. Had tried contacting the concern person on phone as given by the bsnl office staff but he is least bothered to come to our place for connection.
                    BSNL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                      Since last four months, I am not receiving Original Bills every month even before the due date of payment. Moreover, I have to visit DumDum BSNL Office for making payment as well as taking Duplicate Bill which they do not provide and harass me in every way. Although intimation about the amount for payment alongwith due date are usually intimated to my registered mobile, the same bill is never sent to my residence even by due date. For going to DumDum BSNL Office every month for payment by the last date, I have to incur about Rs.300/- for travelling expense by taxi. Moverover, they intimate us that the bills are prepared and sent to the customer by their Hare Street Office. Thus, they are instead making harass to the customers, specially me. Why the Bills are not sent well before the due date for payment by courier Post or Speed post instead of ordinary post where is no authenticity about the sending bills to the customer well before the due date. In this circumstances, total cost as traveling expenses incurred by me every month as compensation is to be reimbursed to me by BSNL Authority for meeting unnecessary expenses as well as to avoid mental harassement. It may be stated that I need original Bill for reimbursement from my Office INDIAL OIL Cor.

                          Hello, I had a call to customer care by alternate number to get the internet service settings on my android phone. Alternate number is :[protected] My number is : [protected] To get the internet service settings you must have to call by alternate number only, ok this is also fine. While I was talking to him he did not provide me proper information and behaves so arrogantly that i could have fallen down because of this misbehavior. The call had happened on 26 Nov. 2013 between 11 pm- 11:30 pm The employee should get punished as he do not have right to play with common man's emotions. Please help me out here. Thanks.

                            Till now no one turned up to resolve the issue, this Saturday we went to kadugodi BSNL office after going their also nothing happened.And they gave one number [protected] that person will not pick the phone only always in dead status from many days.

                              im paying more than 500 rs but still im using for 3 weeks in a month every time there will be a problem . even the coustomer care 1500 service is just only to take my number and they are hanging out . they just not knowing my problem .First of all they dont know anything about technology they are true . and in my village the BSNL office is only meant for sleeping if we go and complain tey say that they will bring some one it will take 3 days to clear .they dont even reduce the bill .as we have only net provider as bsnl they are looting from us its totally unfair from the government to act in this way. this total BSNL is meant to simply pay salary for usless fellows while many skilled persons are unemployed [censored] u

                                I am using BSNL broadband of 650 rupee, unlimited plz, As per the plan, i have been provided a discount of 20% on my bill, as my father is a government employee. But without my knowledge my broadband plan has been change, the discount has been reduced to 10%. I think this is unfair to make you customer with some offers and when you become one, just change the offer. Please guide me how can i get proper justice.

                                on 8th dec i hade a call from this number [protected], stating that he is calling from consumer complaint, delhi..
                                and he will provide me my refund of excess deducted charge, and demand me about my bank details...
                                when i said, if he can mail me the details... he said humare pass itna time nahi hai...
                                beware of such froud..

                                and one more thing, do this website is really going to help in some way or not.

                                  BSNL Banglore has a system of charging its customers with complete bill amounts for land line and broadband, though the service is not available for few days in a month. My landline was dead for a couple of days, yet BSNL charged me with complete bill amount for both the calls as well as broadband charges. Is this the right way of billing or is BSNL cheating its consumers.

                                        Sir, My telephone no.[protected], Vettom Exchange-Tirur Division-Kerala Circle is totally dead since August 2013 and my complaint number is [protected] dated[protected]. Nobody from BSNL attended my complaint till today[protected] even on requesting at the exchange and status we hear is 'under process' for 3 months. I am paying the bills for this useless connection regularly and authority is insisting to pay this month's bill also when I approached Tirur Divisional office with a request to do the needful for this long pending complaint. Now I have submitted a cancellation letter in the Divisional Office with the reason given as long pending unattended complaint. Why should I pay long months for a connection without any service. Earlier also I had paid bills for 4 months for totally dead connection which was not refunded yet. Actually I wish to retain the connection with a live telephone. Kindly do the needful to retain my telephone by attending my complaint at the earliest and refund my bill payments waiving for unused period.                                         Corporate Cabling is being done in Vettom Exchange area in Tirur division. Here unattended complaints are increasing. They may be happy on your connection cancelled to benefit the Private sector.
                                        In my experience Tirur division is not bother about Vettom exchange. My BSNL connection is still from a 500 meters far Post through old service wire with half a dozen joints over some others plot while cable is passing through just in front of my house. Oral and written requests are still pending for years. So, in your case they may be happy to accept your request for cancellation of youir BSNL connection whatever may be the reason.

                                        BSNL LAND LINE COMPLAINT NOT RECTIFIED FOR 2.5 MONTHS IN THURAVOOR EXCHANGE, ANGAMALY (ERNAKULAM)

                                        Sir, My BSNL Land Line No. is[protected]. From December 2013 onwards it is not working and many times we complained about the same in Thuravoor Telephone Exchange (Ernakulam). Until 14.02.2014 it is not repaired and still we pay the telephone bill even without making a single call. I really doubt that for what purpose this department is working, as this an example for the inefficient management system.
                                        I humbly request the top officials to look in to this matter and solve the problem at the earliest possible.
