Respected Sir/Mam, I am using BSNL connection ([protected]) of Haryana circle in Faridabad since January 2011 as it is roaming free to all over Haryana. Initially the signal quality of BSNL was good but now a days it is very poor and sometimes signals are not available for full day. One month has been passed since I got good connectivity. My this number is spread to all my known and relatives, so I cannot change this number. Many times I tried to call their customer care but because of poor signal quality the call never completed, hence no complaint was registered. Kindly take pity on me and help me out from this situation as soon as possible. With regards, Ved Parkash

    My BSNL landline no is[protected]. My broadband connection is not working since last 15 days. I also registered complaint for same. Till date no action has been taken and I am suffering a lot due to this. I have to spend money on cybercafe unnecessarily.

    Yesterday (on 16th october) somebody called from BSNL n told that he will come around 3:00 pm. Till 10:45 on 17 october nobody has come or called. I still don't understand how irresponsible these people. still complaint is standstill. Please try to resolve the same at the earliest.

      few days before i applied for bsnl BB connection, but i get no reply through on line application then i decided to inquire by calling bsnl katol road nagpur costumer care. ladies gave me one one person number name as sachin.
      i thought she is from bsnl so the person which whom she is telling must be authenticate agent. so next day i called him and with in 2 hour he came to my home, he told me that he is bsnl worker and ask for document
      he told me that the modem will be given by bsnl. after 3 days i got telephone connection by them. then he told me that the modem will be fix by tomorrow. then next day he come to my home with modem and connected it to the pc to my surprise the telephone line power was down before 1 hour when sachin (agent) come to my home.(may be intentionally) then he fixed the modem to my pc and as there no power in telephone network so i was not able to check it. then for my surprise he asked me for modem payment, he told me that bsnl don't give modem and modem will be provided by costumer by him in this region. i gave him money and he left away. but after 3 day this modem stopped working and agent is not picking the phone...
      i know this is my fault to trust him but how could we find out such fraud if bsnl customer care person give you such people number

      my uncle who is lawyer come to my help. he tell him about rule and regulation. finally, he came to my home and solve the problem. now modem is working finely. and there is no problem in internet connection

        Sir, My mobile no. is [protected]. Yesterday(14.10.'13) i had my balance above Rs.50(I don't know the exact) but today morning i came to see my balance reduced to Rs.20. When i called the customer care(1503) at first a lady attended the call and said something unclear, the only thing i could understand was call vas at 1503 and she ended the call in a hurry. The next time I got an instruction to call 155223 on which i couldn't accomplish. The information i got from the second customer care executive was that i had an activated devotional service on my phone and says i might have opted for it via flash message or commercial calls. But i'm sure that no commands have been given from my mobile for any such services. I need to know the exact reason and also need repayment of my balance. Your's faithfully, Arjun

          my B.S.N.L phone is dead from past one and half year. i did so many complaints but i didn't get any response by B.S.N.L . i paid 3 months amount also when it was dead so now i want to get resolve my B.S.N.L connection.

            I am a BSNL Chennai GSM customer. I did a BSNL 152 voice booster on 5/10/2013. Needed to go to Karnataka, and did a Rs. 5 roaming booster on 10/10/2013. My previous booster stood cancelled and wasted and I later came to know that the Rs. 5 daily roaming pack was also a voice booster and doing a subsequent voice booster makes the former / previous one invalid. Nice way to cheat the customer without any prior information. At least a prompt should have appeared on the BSNL portal informing that the 152 booster would get cancelled when I recharged. No wonder why the customers do not go for BSNL. Will very soon port to another provider. Coverage is also bad with frequent signal drops and signal penetration inside the home is a bar or two in any phone. Sometimes this also completely disappears. Really a waste of hard earned money. Learnt BSNL high handedness the hard way. Never go for BSNL with their poor coverage. Mainly bought the SIM for 3G browsing when away from home due to cheap 3G rates. 3G works well only outside home. Once inside a building even one with just ground floor, it changes to EDGE.

            I am a loyal customer of BSNL broadband with two connections one at home and one at office. Satisfied and happy. But the GSM service probably running on 900 band is weak to penetrate home.
            Rate cutter/booster does not work when roaming. This is normal. But one booster cancelling the other that too a FIVE rupee booster cancelling a hundred and fifty two rupees booster is absurd. We all know that roaming is a necessity and BSNL kindly remove roaming booster from same group and also make available a prompt which will inform the users who are recharging through BSNL portal that their previous booster will be nullified if the customers are doing recharge of new booster.

              My BSNL prepaid mobile no [protected] and SIM card no is[protected].My BSNL prepaid mobile sim card has been blocked on 13/10/2013 for trying to lock my mobile by using password .When i had tried it for three times it has been already blocked.
              Presently when i on my mobile it is displaying that PIN BLOCKED. ENTER PUK CODE.
              Kindly sendPUK NO on my email [protected]@rediffmail.com as early as possible.I am suffering lot due to unused of mu mobile SIM.

                Company has provided 24/7 helpcareno.1500.However inspite of repeted attempts to contact help line customer executive the call does not get to executinve or when get thr' remain unresponded. Such is the state of affairs in this state owned PSU that we feel guilty of having to deal with such callous organisation.                       Today I had done recharge of Rs.100 for my BSNL no.:[protected] from Mobile store with transaction Id: 041237902011110201318 at 7 p.m but the amount had not yet been credited. I had tried the cust. care no. a no. of times but its not getting connected... I am outstation right now and feeling huge problem since unable to contact my family members...plz. do the needful at the earliest...

                        Telephone no[protected] I applied for bsnl broadband on 26th june 2013.At that time i wasn't having braodband, so i asked the person that i will tell them when to install and activate the same.But then also they started chargin rs.525 for broadband charges without my consent.They also charged rs.250 for broadband installation when no one came for installation.I don't have a modem or computer at my home, so how can i access broadband.For this, i placed a complaint on their udaan.bsnl.co.in site, but no response.So, i gave an application for disconnection of broadband in their kaushambi office, but then also they are still charging for broadband every month.Moreover, the SDO of that office is always on leave or not available every time i went their and the staff is very irresponsive.Kindly help me.I have went numerous times to their office, Gave hand written application and a their site, but no response from bsnl.For flat three months and till now they are again and again charging rs.525 for braoadband of which i havent used and have given application for disconnection 3 months back.I don't want to pay rs.525 in free to them every month and a very strict action must be taken against this branch of bsnl telecom..

                          Suddenly Today dated[protected] at 3:00 PM, I found that my router started taking different dynamic IP 117.209.4.130 with gateway 117.209.4.129 (faulty configuration) instead of dynamic IP 117.209.124.2 with gateway 117.209.124.1(working configuration).

                          Later I recharged my MTS datacard for doing research and analysis of why my bsnl broadband is not working.I performed traceroute(tracert) and ping test for which I had attached the screenshot. I found that the routing table is totally messed up.The router IP address and configuration had been changed.Hence all these problem started.

                          I had faced similar problem at Kolkata with the below link containing the details:

                          Thanks to Basak Sir for his total assistance.

                          This is the third time.But this time problem is little different.BSNL network team reconfigured their router IP address as result all IP addresses are changed, hence due to some wrongly configured or lack internet connectivity, My internet is not working.I had attached the screenshot to justify my claim.

                          Can anyone tell me the email address of bangalore team who controls and administrator of all this router?

                          My internet service is working fine after NIB Bangalore team contacted me and rectified their routing table and as a result my internet started working

                            I have applied wimax on 26 Aug 13 wimax is not installed properly at me till now my user id- fb10000803 . i think BSNL persons are totally un technical or they are not taking intrest to resolve the complain . They dont have any idea what is to bo done . either burn the wimax box at bsnl office or or keep it into bedroom .

                              Dear Sir, My landline no.[protected] Indiranagar, Karkala, Udupi district, Karnataka. I have been using BSNL broadband last 2 years, I pay almost Rs.560 every month for this package but last 5 months i have been paying the bill but my landline is totally dead and no internet at all. Almost every week i follow-up with the BSNL department but i just get empty promises of a refund and also the service will start soon as his people are busy at the job. I really don't know whom to approach or where to go, is this how a govt based company will cater to the customer. Are your people not receiving their salary every month?

                                Hi, I have applied for New bsnl landline connection on[protected]..and i paid the 500rs for applying connection CUSTOMER ID is [protected].and also bought Cable for the connection(As suggested by BSNL Lineman).Still i didnt get the connection when i enquired about this in BSNL office they are repeating the sentence "Within one week you will get it".!!                                   Sir I would like to draw your attention that I am using BSNL service.([protected]) On 25/09/13 I send a message to BSNL service no. (52244) to activate plan of MRP [protected]@1.2p/2Sec.The company has deducted 108.59rs from my account and send me a confirmation message that your plan of 122 has been activated. But sir it was not activated and when I complained to customer care they were saying that You have selected a wrong plan(MRP 125 plan) but sir this plan was closed since last 10 years.. Sir The same thing happen yesterday I sent a message to activate MRP [protected]@1.2p/2sec..balance from my mobile has been deducted. Please sir see to my problem, and take some action towards the service management. I have proof and kept those messages which was confirmation message.                                     Since the applicant has been making complaint regularly to Yamuna nagar BSNL COMPLAINT CELL & CENTRAL CUSTOMER CARE vide DOCKET NO-[protected] stating the Broad Band No-252893 is working properly. For example that the ADSL& WLAN stand by but without internet . WOULD LIKE TO TAKE ACTION TO SET RIGHT as the applicant has been paying its charges without its utilty. From Pushpa singh 252893

                                      I had booked for BSNL Landline on 17-Mar-2012 (Application No:A1296294, Work Order (OB) No:[protected] in Bangalore. After six months when I contacted, field officer informs that - new cable is to be laid to your residence and that may not be possible now and so landline connection can not be given now. After waiting for 6 more months and getting same reply, on 9-Feb-2013, I applied for cancelling the booking and refund for deposit. So far I did not get refund of deposit. I have visited BSNL office in JP Nagar several times, ran post to pillar, tried to contact accounts officer over phone several times. The staff of accounts department keeps saying that the refund will be sent in a week. So far I did not receive the refund. Now I might have spent more money than the deposit amount due to me. Please arrange to refund the deposit without further delay.(My Phone: [protected])..

                                        Currently, my mom lives alone in the above mentioned premises. I (Nandhagopal) lives in abroad for my higher studies. We have been communicating over through BSNL internet, which is not frequently available due to unknown reasons. Recently, we have not paid our telephone bill within due date but later we paid. But, still we have not got back our connections. If officer's could not able to cover the whole area for fault finder or helper, Please bring attention to more officer to do their jobs. And, just warn the public to do not use the telephone cables for their own purposes and immediately inform to the telephone attender if any cables broken or damaged by accidentally. Through the telephone only we are speaking.. so please take care as much as you can.
