ACCOUNT". KINDLY REACTIVE THE SAME AND SEND SMS TO MY OTHER VODOPHONE
NO.[protected] OR E MAIL TO [protected]@yahoo.co.in. FOR YOUR REFERENCE I AM ENCLOSING
HEREWITH MY GAS BILL AND ELECTRICITY BILL. YOUR IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS CONNECTION
IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

    On 05.11.2013 i made online recharge payment for BSNL top up of Rs.50/- through my SBI Visa Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries".         sir i am getting unwanted messages and i am also being charged 8 rs per week. i have tried unsubscribing but it does not stop. i have even contacted the customer care but that too has not helped. i get messages from BT-HNDYGO. and i also get messages from +55678. i want the messages to be stopped immediately. i am very annoyed about this as 8 RS goes away from my balance every week and this has been going on for more than 6 months now.

            ximining the call details it was observed that on 01.08.2013 the local calls made from LL number 2226389 are in excess.The LL 2237780 was called at 18. 29 .05 hours for duration of 12.20.31 hours with 247 called units amounting to Rs 296 40.The LL is just in the neighbour and calling for such a long duration is not at all possible. Please find out the mistake and revised the bill adjusting the excess amont in tne ensuing bill. Thanking you N.D.Raut

              Hi, This is Srivas and my landline number is[protected] from Neyyoor Exchange. For the past 3 days in my home - phone connection is dead, because of that, I couldn't connect internet as well. I'm paying monthly rental without using it effectively. I registered complaint so many times but they couldn't resolve the issue fully. Why are these government sectors are not aware of customer satisfaction? Is there any committee to monitor the issues/complaints which is been raised by consumers? I'm not the one who got affected by BSNL service. Please try to fix it up.

                    Sir, Tody at 04.24 pm in I received a message that a song (Nee En Sarga...) will be activated as my ringBack tone within 24 hours and it will be charged a totel of Rs.42. I did not request for any Ring back tone or copied any song. I contacted the customer care to register a complaint. But they said they can take the complaint only after activation. That means I willbe chaged. It is not fair. The same incident has occured many months before too. My mobile number is [protected].                       Dear Sir/Madam I have an Internet connection with BSNL. I was not well since last 7 months and I was on bed rest. 3rd october 2013 I payed all the pending bills. My Internet connection was started again. But it does't work properly. I called many times to BSNL Rasra and Registered my complain to BSNL Office Ballia on this NO[protected]. My problem is not fixed. Many times I have to wait more than half an hour to connect the Internet. I can't do the proper or regular work through internet.                           i have been billed for` games on demand` for last several months.my wife had recd. a call in the regard informing about one month free service.subsequently there was no communication as to whether we were interested in continuing the service.however, it appears, the charges..RS.200 p.m. are being included in monthly bills.this is a unilateral act on the part of BSNL..THEREFORE, SOMETIME AGO..@ 2 MONTHS..I HAD APPROACHED BSNL BHARUCH SEEKING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.ON MY REQ., THE SERVICE WAS NOTIFIED TO BE DISCONTINUED.INSPITE OF THE SAME, I HAVE RECD. THE BILL NOW INCLUSIVE OF GAME ON DEMAND CHARGES OF RS. 200..HENCE, BY THIS COMPLAINT, I ONCE AGAIN REQ. FOR THE NEEDFUL...                             SIR MY PHONE NO IS[protected] sir today is date[protected] but till today our problem not solved bsnl department not provide VDSL modem sir it is govt medical college hospital rangbari road kota it govt hospital and in bpl opd 600 patient come daily for treatment but broadband net is very slow it hang many time in a day so plz sir TAKE THIS VERY SERIACLLY AND FORWARD THIS COMPLAINT TO BSNL HIGH COMMISSION OFFICER TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM SIR WE PAID 13000 MONTHLY RENT OF BROADBAND WITHOUT PENALTY OR DELAY SIR PLZ SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSIBLE

                              LANDLINE NUMBER (ON WHICH BROADBAND IS PRESENT):[protected] MY CONTACT: [protected] / [protected] I AM USING BSNL BROADBAND SERVICES ON THIS TELEPHONE NUMBER FROM A LONG TIME (GOT IT DISCONNECTED SOMETIME BACK, JOINED AGAIN NOW ON THE SAME PLAN) AND I NEVER GOT THE EXPECTED 4MBPS BANDWIDTH INSPITE OF NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS WHICH CAN BE CHECKED ON BSNL'S END AND RECONFIRMED FROM MY SIDE. THE PERSON COMING TO MY HOME (K.P. DUBEY, SOME BSNL TECHNICIAN) IS HAVING NO KNOWLEDGE AND INSPITE OF REPEATEDLY REQUESTING HIM TO GET MY SPEED ISSUE SOLVED HE DOES NOTHING SINCE HE ISNT AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND INSTEAD SUGGESTS ME THAT THE PAGE IS OPENING THAT MEANS THE SPEED IS GOOD! THAT TECHNICIAN HAVE ZERO TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE. KINDLY GET THIS ISSUE SOLVED OR PROVIDE ME MY REFUND. MY PLAN IS: BB ULD 950 4MBPS CURRENTLY I AM GETTING AROUND 500 KBPS BANDWIDTH! AND THERE IS NO ISSUE IN MY AREA FOR SPEEDS SINCE OTHERS ARE GETTING PROPER SPEEDS AS PER THE INFORMATION OF K.P. DUBEY INCASE THAT SPEED ISNT FEASIBLE IN MY AREA, HOW CAN BSNL SELL ME THAT PLAN? TO WHOMEVER IT MAY CONCERN, KINDLY GET MY SPEED ISSUE SOLVED TO AVOID FURTHER EXTENSION OF THIS MATTER.

                                  dear sir, I have registered bsnl complaints more then 3 times for the same issues like no signal, repeated switching between 3G and 2G . and sometimes call drop in my area. they used to send message saying the problem is fixed but still the problem existing . they are cheating the customer by sending wrong information. by this i am lossign valuable call and money and also effecting my health.                                     I wish to state that I pay my Landline Bills online always. Last Bill paid was Rs. 1304 for July 2013, which was paid in August. But I have not yet received Bills for August and Sept. 2013. In fact the bills have not been generated on the computer itself. I have visited to BSNL office many times and also lodged complaint, but even after booking ticket my problem has not been resolved. I have submitted complaint online also two times but I was told that there is a computer problem and they are working on it. But still no signs of improvement and no action taken by BSNL. I am put to difficulty by this, I can't afford to pay 2 or 3 months together. Please do help me in this regard. I am actually frustrated by the poor service given by BSNL in this regard to me.                                       Hi, I have a BSNL broadband connection registered at BSNL office, near Kadugodi Bus stop, Bangalore. This is the 4th or 5th time happening, and BSNL provides pathetic service. The broadband just gets disconnected by itself and customer service is just too bad. People are lethargic and rude. We have registered a complain number ([protected]) and went to the office several times requesting to get it fixed, but all in vain. Politeness and humbleness does not work anymore in the world, especially with Govt. servants? It is now 20days since we have raised the complain request, but no use. All BSNL service does is, they close the ticket by themselves all the time, without informing ur nor bothering a bit to fix the issue!!! We have been paying our bills sincerely on time and this is what service we get??!! All I want is a reduction in my bill for this month since it was down and we were NOT able to use the internet at all. Please help. Thanks, Nutan.

                                        I am using BSNL Braod Band Unlimited combo plan with Rs. 1000/- monthly charges. In this plan 450 calls were free to all network. But now BSNL says that in BSNL network calls are free and the rent has also enhanced from Rs. 1000 to 1050 without giving any notice. I pursued with the officials of BSNL but no result. Please guide me
