bsnl wimax speed is very bad, youtube is not working, customer care not receiving the phone call, last full month wimax is working 100% fine but in this month from last month service is horrible, so much fluctuation, non of video streaming sites are working, on line games not working only pages are able to open, & we are paying RS. 850 but no service. user no.     Sir, My telephone no.[protected], Vettom Exchange-Tirur Division-Kerala Circle is totally dead since August 2013 and my complaint number is [protected] dated[protected]. Nobody from BSNL attended my complaint till today[protected] even on requesting at the exchange and status we hear is 'under process' for 3 months. I am paying the bills for this useless connection regularly and authority is insisting to pay this month's bill also when I approached Tirur Divisional office with a request to do the needful for this long pending complaint. Now I have submitted a cancellation letter in the Divisional Office with the reason given as long pending unattended complaint. Why should I pay long months for a connection without any service. Earlier also I had paid bills for 4 months for totally dead connection which was not refunded yet. Actually I wish to retain the connection with a live telephone. Kindly do the needful to retain my telephone by attending my complaint at the earliest and refund my bill payments waiving for unused period.     Corporate Cabling is being done in Vettom Exchange area in Tirur division. Here unattended complaints are increasing. They may be happy on your connection cancelled to benefit the Private sector.
    In my experience Tirur division is not bother about Vettom exchange. My BSNL connection is still from a 500 meters far Post through old service wire with half a dozen joints over some others plot while cable is passing through just in front of my house. Oral and written requests are still pending for years. So, in your case they may be happy to accept your request for cancellation of youir BSNL connection whatever may be the reason.

    BSNL LAND LINE COMPLAINT NOT RECTIFIED FOR 2.5 MONTHS IN THURAVOOR EXCHANGE, ANGAMALY (ERNAKULAM)

    Sir, My BSNL Land Line No. is[protected]. From December 2013 onwards it is not working and many times we complained about the same in Thuravoor Telephone Exchange (Ernakulam). Until 14.02.2014 it is not repaired and still we pay the telephone bill even without making a single call. I really doubt that for what purpose this department is working, as this an example for the inefficient management system.
    I humbly request the top officials to look in to this matter and solve the problem at the earliest possible.

      while i was trying to pay my landline bill in bsnl website, the transaction failed but the money was not debited back to my account.The transaction failed twice, amount Rs.1072 (twice= Rs.2404).Transaction Date[protected], transaction made by SBI Credit card, transaction through Bill Desk payment Gateway.           hi myself VISHNU SHARMA... i have bsnl ev-do (PRITHVI)data card internet service i have purchased this product before 1 YEAR.. this internet server is too slow when i purchase. i have lot of official, bussiness n others works but i can not do it. i get hurmful problems, it give me 20 to 30 kbps download speed on 825rs unlimited plan... i will not do any work properly when the server is same problem. and when i use it on 1 km far at my scnd home .it gives me 250 to 300kbps speed on download... i paid every month the monthly rental worth RS: 827.00 but will not get fast server why ? you should be give us fast server. the monthly rental is too costly so server will get faster... so i request u...

          I bought BSNL, EVDO data card an year ago. I was getting a nice average speed of 80-100 Kbps. But from past month , the speed has dropped to 15-20 Kbps. notwithstanding my frequent visits to the concerned office, nothing has been done so far. It is as such requested to look into the matter as soon as possible. I live at Nigeen Hazratbal, near NIT Srinagar.

            I had recharge my mobile ([protected]) By Paytm Mobile solution by Online Payment through HDFC NETBANKING, on Dated 18th of Nov 2013.The Amount of 50/- Was deduct from Bank but Still i did not not get balance after recharge.even i had get message "recharge successfully" from Paytm.please help on this and refund my amount as soon as possibel.in this regard i had talk with customer care of BSNL.thay are saying that for online recharge they did not have any records and saying that consult with your bank.so please help on this.

              The BSNL telephone number [protected] in the Pattazhy Telephone Exchange near Pathanapuram in Kollam district is in not working for the last SIX months .Though reported complaint to the Telephone exchange several times, the issue is not yet resolved. On every four or five times on complainting, the employee will come and the phone will work for few hours time..After that it will returns back to complaint state...Though the phone is not working, the rent and bill is deducting from the bank account regularly...Pls do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest ..P Murukan

                  Hi Sir, At this age of cut throat competition and impeccable customer service by the contemporary telecom companies. I was highly disappointed by the attitude of BSNL office Greater Noida [Kasna Exchange]. And the experience made me feel I am still in 1980ies. I reside in sector Sigma 3, Greater Noida. A BSNL official [Kasna exchange Office] dropped the connection form to our doorstep and asked us to contact them if and ever we decide for the landline or broadband connection. The contact person on the form was of Mr Satyaveer Singh (mob.[protected] . In Early Oct 2013 I called the person (Satyaveer Singh) for the broadband connection and he told me that he will visit my house to pick up the Connection form . On 7th/October/2013 he took the application form. After following him for the whole month on 27-28th of Oct 2013, he put up the cable and provided the landline connection(Number : +[protected] and informed me that the broadband will be soon activated and a person will come to install it . On 2nd Nov I called him again to ask, if my internet connection can be activated or not and he told me the most outrageous thing, that I could hear in today's time . He told me if some "MITHAI (Sweets)" can be arranged for Dipawali. I was not able to understand the lingo and then he informed me if I am willing to give "BRIBE" then only he can come or can send some boy to finish up the installation. I rejected the request then and there and told him to Disconnect my landline and take the landline phone, and that I don't want to be customer of such a organization where customers are treated like the milking cows. At this point he verbally abused me and till today (18 Nov 2013) no action regarding any thing is taken. I never again will go for BSNL for my landline or broadband needs. This mail was intended to tell you the condition BSNL is in and why its considered to be worst telecom service provide.                   Dear Mr. Paras, It was an exactly similar scenario for me as well with the same BSNL exchange. However, one of my references in BSNL came to my rescue and i got the connection after 4 Months of wait. I had no other choice, as Airtel has not extended its service to our area, but I would switch to Airtel, the day they start operating in our locality. BSNL seems to be a sinking ship and corruption has gone down deep in its roots. If it would have been in capable hands, BSNL had all the means and infrastructure to be the best telecom provider in the world, seriously.

                          I have paid Rs. 463/- towards bill for my lanline no. 2432813 for the month of Oct, 2013 thru internet banking facilities of ALLAHABAD BANK, Rajmahel road, Baroda (SB acno [protected]).                             Dear Sir, daily I got 5-10 unwanted massages from BZ-ITIMES. from the website www.follo.co.in written that follow Imran khan image - Of we were a bunch of vampires, we'd gobble up Imran... I am just fed up of it. please do something to stop this. I am already registered my no on DND but it doesn't work. BSNL just block that or I'll have to move to another mobile service provider. thank you.

                              Sir, My Self Debashish Roy, using BSNL telephone connection 2537 1278 . My landphone is not working for the last one month .I have also lodged a complain one month ago regarding this, but from the Sreepur Telphone Exchange, Madhyamgram, Westbengal, Kolkata 700130, they are delaying the matter from the last 3 week by telling us that they don't have sufficient manpower to resolve the issue . I have my alone at my home, this land line is the only thing to communicate with her during office hours, but I am suffering from this issue day by day by some third class people of the Sreepur Telephone Exchange .                                 Sir/Mam, I want to lodge a strict complaint against BSNL Karnataka staff member Mr.Dayanand(Salesman), i am using BSNL Broadband connection from last 30 days but after using 5-6dyas, i am getting problem with my modem, Mr.dayanand promised if you ever get any problem with modem i will replace it within 2 days, but from last 15days he is making fool and not responding any calls from last 10 days, he took Rs.2500 as a modem charges but according to market price was Rs.1700 and when we asked for bill he refused and said " i will not provide you any bill and details".Kindly take a strict action against this man and BSNL.                                     Hello, Dear sir/mam I am here for complaing about BSNl broadband service.. I have broadband service of rs 1200 plan in my factory.. Since last 6 months i face the problem in internet connection .. Many time i call in 198 for complain but there is no any procedure done by BSNL i tottaly frustrated from this problem. Today i went to BSNL Office personlly and meet the main officer. I politely explain all this stuff but then not even give me a satisfied answer.. I am here with hope Thank you

                                      I have been trying to discontinue my broadband service for almost 2 months. I have visited several branch offices given letters regarding this but no action is taken. I have called their customer numbers and either no one picks up or finally when I call their national office it finds that there is complaint but they refuse to take action.
                                      If you call up their 1500 number they say they are helpless. I have already created complaint and that is maximum they can do. If no one takes any action I have to escalate.
                                      First time they gave me two phone numbers 2244810 and 22448181 to call to escalate but no one picks up phone at these facility. Then I was given an email address [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but again the email just bounces off.
                                      It is just bizarre - No one will register the complain because it is already in their register but no one knows why no action will be taken on this complaint. And if you try to escalate there give wrong numbers and email address.

                                        Hello, I use mobile internet on my BSNL mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] but for sometime it is giving me enormous problems. The internet stops working or goes too slow and then I have to restart my data packet and then it works ok but only for few minutes and then again I have to follow the same process. Apart from this, in many areas which are open and well within the city, I'm unable to connect my phone to make a call or if there's an ongoing call, it drops suddenly. I'm using latest mobiles so its the problem of poor network and connectivity. Most of the times I'm trying to contact customer care at 1503, after a long promotional automated message, the call aborts and I'm hardly able to register my complaint there. Kindly resolve my problem at the earliest as I'm facing too much inconvenience. Thanking you in advance.
