Unwanted VAS activation

Sir, Tody at 04.24 pm in I received a message that a song (Nee En Sarga...) will be activated as my ringBack tone within 24 hours and it will be charged a totel of Rs.42. I did not request for any Ring back tone or copied any song. I contacted the customer care to register a complaint. But they said they can take the complaint only after activation. That means I willbe chaged. It is not fair. The same incident has occured many months before...

Despite of many complains my Internet problem not fixed

Dear Sir/Madam I have an Internet connection with BSNL. I was not well since last 7 months and I was on bed rest. 3rd october 2013 I payed all the pending bills. My Internet connection was started again. But it does't work properly. I called many times to BSNL Rasra and Registered my complain to BSNL Office Ballia on this NO[protected]. My problem is not fixed. Many times I have to wait more than half an hour to connect the Internet....

My Landline Bill Not generated since August 2013.
