I have been facing network issue of BSNL in bangalore since one month after I ported to BSNL. The network shows full in phone, but when called it says "The Number you have called in not reachable". I have Ported to BSNL from Airtel on 22 August 2013. I have been repeatedly calling customer care for the issue. But every customer care agent gives a false promise that we will rectify in two days. My last complaint number is 3I30KT385746. The customer care agents are very arrogant, not helpful at all. I need the issue to be rectified as early as possible or at least get me an option to port out of BSNL immediately.

    I am holding the BSNL mobile with the number[protected]. Since I have lost the mobile on 27/9/2013, I have appoached the BSNL customer care at Adayar, Chennai-20, reported the matter and got a duplicate SIM at a cost of Rs.100/- But to-day I am getting a message that SIM card registration cancelled for the duplicate SIM and no net-work coverage. Can You please guide me?

      My landline connection[protected] in the name of Mrs. Gail Manuk, is not working and the instrument provided does not work. You cannot dial, as some of the numbers do not work. I have been repeatedly asking the person who comes to restore the line to give me a brand new phone but he does not want to listen and insists on me using the instrument he has provided me with. He hints that if I can pay then he will be able to provide me with a brand new phone or my choice either display which will cost around Rs. 1200/- or the ordinary phone withing Rs. 1000/- I have refused to pay as BSNL is supposed to provide if the instrument is faulty.
      I have two children, one being a heart patient and an old mother and very sick aunty. I am unable to keep in touch with them over the phone and they are unable to call me as the instrument does not work due to the numbers being defective on the phone.
      I urge you to please take action and look into the matter urgently and restore my connection and please replace my faulty instrument with a new phone. Thank you.

        Dear Sir, I am one of the subscribers of BSNL post paid land phone (wireless) connection ([protected]). It is very disappointing service we are getting form BSNL. Each time we report a complaint related to telephone, instead of suggesting an amicable solution, officers simply advice to surrender this connection if there is any grievance and don't tell to us, we are helpless. They are not at all bothered about customer voice/ service. Now I came to know the way BSNL losing its customers. We requested to replace the telephone due to several reasons (Battery complaint, charger complaint, Display complaint, Signal complaint) repeatedly @ our exchange (Valluvambram). They will hold our connection and phone 1 or 2 weeks and will provide another old phone surrendered by any other customer. Again phone will be complaint with in few weeks or months. At present also my connection is out of service due to same complaint mentioned above and I have returned the phone requesting replacing the same. this time also we got reply from officers. pls note i have registered a complaint @ BSNL online portal (http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/regninfo.asp?dktno=KRL/CO/2013/16874), Docket number is : KRL/CO/2013/16874 till now nobody responded

        Further to my complaints regarding BSNL land line, they they attended with in 2 days. but still problem resolved. As i expected BSNL person came and replaced our telephone with an another scrap, No voice clarity, mic has problems (wont hear other end). What sholuld I do

          Sir, as my telephone became dead on 19 sep 2013, so I complaint it through automatic route on 21st of same month (complaint no. [protected]), again also continusely through manual complaint authority but in place of redressal till date no steps were taken by them...In place of taking my complaint seriously they are just passing it on next day by saying that your problem will be solved tomorrow, each time when I was complaining...sir my hearty request to you. Please take tough action, as I have full faith on your service and on the Indian law...

            The Broadband service in our Office premises is severely affected and on an average more than 10 times in a month the connection remains either unavailable or get disconnected after a brie[censored]sage. This situation is continuing for more than one and half years and the situation remains ok for few days following a telephonic complaint to the SDO(BSNL-Patna) located at Koorjee More. We are looking forward a consistant service and solution from BSNL-Patna regarding this (our telephone no.[protected].

            Bharat Sanchar Nigam — BroadBand Speed

            The bandwidth provided is 256 Kbps, but the actualy browsing speed coming is not more than 15 Kbps on an average (the speed value has been calculated using various web tools as well as the reply time on shell, which is quite accurate). The complain number people keep on forwarding to different people everytime I call and its been like 15 days since I've been trying.

                I took brodband connection [protected] in oct 2012. since then brodband not working properly, after one monthnet statred, after alotof complaint, but not working prperly, since last three months not connected a single moment, I complaint onlije and ofline both, but bsnl not take any action. I paid bills regualrly, in almost 11 months only 2 or 3 months borodband working.

                  I recently raised new connection request through BSNL Udaan portal 1. No response from sales person even 2-3 working days after launching lead 2. Finally customer (Myself) contacted sales person, they don't bother at all. 3. Sales person said not feasible to give connection because no set up line in my area and at least 5 new connection request from same area should come to set up new line, even though my address area covers famous part of Chinchwad i.e Bijali Nagar. They refuse to provide connection. 4 My complaint is why should customer should suffer if no set up line in particular area 5 If BSNL require 5 new connection request to set up new line, how one can think of getting BSNL connection 6 how do BSNL track consecutive 5 new connection request from particular area If BSNL set up line then only people can think to get connection BSNL should set up line, so that not 5, 50 people can apply for connection.

                    I was having issues with the BSNL Broadband Service so informed them to disconnect the service but no one seems to provide proper information on how to disconnect the line and is just passing the bucks, So would you request you to forward this information to the right team or department so that the needful can be done.

                      I, Bidhan Chandra Biswas, Madhyamgram, BSNL CDMA Data card No-[protected](EVDO)in the district Bidhannagar of calcutta telephone circle, observing, since last seven days, the signal of my data card (EVDO) has been very much fluctuating with loe signaling, even maxm. time the signal tower not available. For that I am unable to connecting internet and not fulfiling my required job. My internet requirement is very much suffering.This time also tried to lodge this complain in the bsnl.sparshindia.com/complaint portal but not submitting and also So many time trying to lodge & submit this complaint but not docket no.giving nor submitting by that bsnl portal.Is it one type of avoiding or not taking the complaint?

                        Hi, I had applied for mobile number ([protected]) portability from BSNL to IDEA on 9th of August. And for the same I have shared my docs with representative of Idea Cellular Ltd. But, later, I came to know from representative of Idea cellular that my portability request has been rejected by BSNL with reason as "Porting code does not match the DNO allocated". The UPC ID used was "BZ125552". Later, representative of Idea Cellular told me to apply with new UPC ID and hence I have re-submitted my request with UPC ID code ""BZ426514" generated on 24th August. But, this time too BSNL rejected my request with reason as "Porting code does not match the DNO allocated. I have also raised grievance No. DOTEL/E/2013/22142 on "www.pgportal.gov.in" but this also they have rejected my application with same rejection reason. Request you to kindly look into this matter.                           It is to notify you that BSNL customer service just kept my call hanging for over minutes! A total 31 minutes call duration and most of the time waiting! And also threatened or wanted to verify if there was no problem if they increase my call rate, because is was not able to understand their call rate. They are charging more as per my calculations.! Please take this thing seriously I know that they will not disclose their identity anyhow. But they harassed me by saying do the math till I keep your call on hold! And when I asked for their identity, their was no response! WHAT is going on??? At the end female that "customer thekey valid response na powar jonney call disconnect kortey bhaddho hocci!)5-6times!! I have already posted an issue.! They did not evey bother to look that as well..!!

                            I have applied for a new land line broad band connection BSNL Sivaganga Tamilnadu Circle. The application form has not been accepted yet because of non availability of cable connection. I am having Petrol Pump in the heart of the city and is a e commerce petrol pump controlled by automation. All the data generated has to be transferred to our head quarters.Since there is no other Service provider I am dependent on BSNL who have refused till date to provide me Broadband connection. My application is pending for more than a year

                                Dear Sir, I am one of the user of BSNL landline since past 7 years.In the month of september I had made a payment of bill through the HDFC netbanking only once but the payment was made twice.The bill number for which double payment was made is[protected].So i request you to check the payment transaction in your portal and refund the amount to my account as early as possible.

                                  JOSHI SANDESH D OMSHANTINIKETAN BLDG, DEVISHA ROAD PALGHAR [W] i HAVE RECEIVED BILL FOR AUGUST RS.1406/- WHICH WAS HUGE AMOUNT.NORMALLY I HAVE RECEIVED RS 500 TO 600 RS OF BILL EVERY MONTH, SO ON 16.09.2013 I HAVE APPLIED FOR CALL LIST AT PALGHAR, BUT THEY NOT SEND THIS FILE AT BOISAR SAYINGH THAT THEY HAVE NO MAN TO SEND AT BOISAR.ON 24.09 MR.PRAJAPATI TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL GET LIST AT PALGHAR ONLY. HE ASSIGN THIS JOB TO MR.RAUT.BUT AFTER SEVERAL TIME I SEND MAN BUT NOW THEY SAY TAHT YOU BRING PEN DRIVE.PRIORLY THEY WAS TALK TO GIVE ME PRINT OUT BUT WHILE I SEND MAN TO COLLECT THEY NOT ATTENDING THE MAN & GIVE VAGUE REASONS KINDLY HELP ME BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY THE BILL BEFORE 30TH SEPT.SO THAT I WOULD NOT PAY LATE FEE.

                                    My phone[protected] ISLAMPUR) my phone oftenly become dead, I have complaint so many time to local officer and even in head office but nobody responding me. My telephone is working only 5-6 days in a month. If you are not able to provide the service you may disconnect immediatly. what should i do.I m really fed up of this BSNL. Phone becomes dead every month Sir please help me i will be very thank ful to you,

                                      I have been using BSNL for 9 years....Recently 6 months from now I am having terrible problem with network. I have this number when people used to wait for a SIM card for over 6 months and now the company is reluctant to see into this...I tell you, the problem starting from call getting disconnect every now and then, call clarity is poor!, INTERNET OMG. Recently they have increased the tariff of INTERNET data plans, but it is fine with me, BUT PROVIDE THE NECESSARY SERVICES!!! THERE IS A PROBLEM!! The people at the customer center are used to get calls like this problem. and are mentally prepared what to say next! that is call after sometime.! Everytime I call them the only reply I expect is that there is Server upgradation going on!! Please call after sometime!! This is enough of this..!! Please HELP!!                                         Online Sales txn for My BSNL mobile [protected] at portal.bsnl.in Ref No. [protected] dt 05.08.2013 for Rs. 302 was done. My Bank account debited on same day but on 06.08.2013 i received SM that recharge could be not be done, CONTACT customer care. I have send SMS on 51503 various tiems. but they have neither refunded nor recharged my mobile.
