Dear Sir , I - Mr . Hillol Chatterjee residence of The Ozone Park Apartment , Tower - 12 , Flat # 9 A , Sector - 86 , Faridabad . I have applied for the connection 2 months back and the amount of INR 2512 which have been debited from my account against security deposit , advance rental and modem and other connectivity hardware cost from HDFC Bank Vide reference #[protected] on DT - 08 / 08/ 13 . Its already one month that i have paid this amount but still now the connection have not be activated in my home . I would like to ask the reputed org that why is such delay in connectivity and who is going to pay the monthly interest you are enjoying form this amount .

    A message Comes from + 52121 & then They loot Rs 30 From my Prepaid Saying Send UNSUB HSP30 To 5212199 So we send UNSUB-then Again They Send The same Mesge And take away another Rs 30 From Prepaid amount--Thus Last month Rs 60 They Looted-& Yester day & today by now Rs 120 They Have looted from my Ananth saral A/C -Iam Old & Retired Person -I use only Mobile For Important & Emergency Matters-I thought BSNL is a Safe & Serve Better---But UR allowing This Type of Messeges To Loot Our Money & Cheating Your Customers & Harassing Me Like this Because Of all This Harassement Old People like me getting more trouble & get sick --This Way UR Torturing The Customers & Their Health .Will U- Pl- Do some thing & stop this Harassement & recover the money they looted -thus they learn a lesson too---In INdia A Govt Institution Like BSNL should be a model To Other Servers in a Good way -But noi like This---S.Padmaa(Padmaaiyer)They Please provide as much information as possible...

      I am living in Kattappana,Idukki,Eranakulam.The service of BSNL mobile here is extremely poor. BSNL is simply fleecing the customers by this tardy operation. For making a single call one has to make umpteen attempts. Each time the calls are metered even when there is no response from the other side. It is nerve wracking...The funny thing is that this is happening when the mobile shows full range. People making call to Kattappana are also facing the same problem...they find no response from this end even when the call is metered. Other net works operating in this area do not have any problems. Because of this, almost all the persons are using double SIM. Please do something about this...

        I recharged by BSNL no. [protected] using rechargeitnow.com on[protected]:34. Recharge was successful and I even got a message of successful recharge of Rs. 31 for free sms for 30 days. My order no. was BS[protected]. Even after that, whenever I am sending messages, my balance is getting deducted. Whenever I am trying to call BSNL customer care, its not getting connected. I feel like being at a losers end now, being a BSNL customer. I was hearing these issues about BSNL consumers for the past several months, and I now myself is facing this issue. BSNL care service has deteriorated since past couple of years. I feel pathetic.

          My name is Safvan and I just came here from Canada. My Mom and my parents has taken a Unlimited plan t talk with me but Broadband speed is very low . My Parents has complaint 7-8 Times but No body is responding , even all of the day it comes Limited network that's what I have seen personally from last week.
          Secondly, In my area everyone is giving me different addresses and numbers of the different person and said that this guy will help you and that one will come. but at the end i am watching no one is coming since 8 days . Please Sir I request to you that give me any possible solution and that will be appreciate.

          BSNL Broadband Landline — Landline dead for more than 3 months

          My BSNL telephone was dead for more than 3 months. And nobody has attended to fix the problem despite of my complain and to Area manager and DGM (NS). I have been paying the rentals. I also have dataone connections.

          Now i need the problem to be sorted out at the earliest and want complete refund of my bills for the said period.

          BSNL Broadband Landline — excess bill in lieu of not changing the plan in the bill generating system

          this is to draw your attention that with ref: to my application dated 17/08/2009 for provision of conversion to 500 combo plan of broadband has been registered under the Case Mark No. C/CRN/CV/09-10/1412 DATED 17/08/2009 and my application no. is MS/0144113 .
          the bill for the month of AUGUST 09 IS SHOWING ONLINE RS.3427/- which is on the basis of 250 plan but my plan has been changed to 500combo plan which includes
          1) 1.5 gb of free brodband ussage
          2) night unlimited
          3) 175 free call units from landline
          4) waiver of 180 fixed rental under general plan
          but the bill as attached herewith is not prepaired on this basis

          i would kindly request the cocerned depatment of bsnl to take some promt action against it.

          Dear Sir,

          Landline phone is not working form more than 6 days, even after registering the complaint. Complaint No. [protected]. No action is taken.
          Most of the time call to customer care remains in queue for more than 10 min, even after 10 min no response.
          Please do appropriate in this regard...

          Main point - we have tried alot to connect a customer care and to take a solution from it. Even BSNL customer complaint form is opening or complaint website also doesnt open.. there is only one page works -- pay bills ...

            my telephone no 24797307 was out of order for last 1 and half month in-spite of repeated complain nothing has happen. then i asked the line men working near our house to look into it.the line man repaired the phone but the phone is saying outgoing and incoming call for this number is barred as bill is not paid . when inquired from the bsnl office they say no due is outstanding . so till now nothing has been done. in my line broadband is taken so i cannot make call and do internet. please sort the matter fast or i am planning to swift to private cellular service provider.

This is to inform you that my Bsnl- Landline has been inactive/dead from past 3-4 months,There is no Dial tone.I have given repeated complaints to the BSNL people in the Telephone Exchange in orissa. But they have never minded to call back or tell me the nature of problem it has occured. From the past 4 months I am out of connectivity But the bill is generated and am regularly paying the amount of the service that I am not even using it. From past 4 months I am paying the minimum charge and the service tax- Now who is responsible for the connection charge? Even in case of NATURAL CALAMITY it hardly takes days to get the connection back. I would like to file a consumer case for the mental harassment caused to me for repeatedly going to the exchange and lodging complaint since 4 months and the service tax and the bill I am paying to the government without using the facility. Physical and financial harassment to be added.Non of my contacts staying far away are in touch with me and the feeling of isolated is to be considered. Thanks.                         Hi I took a connection from Vodafone [protected] which had using for more than a year and a month back I ported to BSNL while porting to BSNL I had cleared up all the dues inspite of that the services were disconnected and been forced to make calls to different people and different departments and was told the services were disconnected as per the instruction received from Vodafone because of outstanding amount But I had cleared up the bills and borth the service providers are informing to approach the other one. Can u please let know if I need to go to consumer court to get this settled

                          HI my name is sanil,i am a bsnl customer who is facing this horrible situation since many months because of this irresponsible people working in bsnl office my bsnl number[protected] which falls under whitefield kadugodi area every time i book a compaint and none of the time my problem is solved its not oly me every individual facing this problem and still nobody turns up need a serious attention against tis pls help me on it!!really going through hard time with these people and im also suppose to pay 900 everymonth for which im not even able to use the facility.thank you

                            Dear sir/ ma'am Is there is any law or rules & regulation for telecom service providers. These telecom service providers offers worst services in any service industry. Daily common man suffers because of these service provider. There are many issues & problems which I personally faced with telecom operators. I m sharing you the recent one I m having a aircel number [protected] of rajasthan I submit document and form to bsnl udaipur to port this pre paid sim from aircel to bsnl on 13th August 2013 & than they told me that it wil port with 7days I waited till 7 days than it wasn't port than I contact bsnl and from that day to till date 3rd of September 2013 I m just contacting both aircel & bsnl that when my number will port & till date no results. I just want to knw in this telecom industry why Alwys customer have to suffer this is the only industry in which customer has to suffer loss and bear loss. I knw after sending this email my number will start within 2days but what for the 22 days I m facing problem because of this and in the country 1.25bilion for every one it's not possible To write a email to you and raise these kind of issue. Please take effective measures to bound these companies to provide quality services.

                                Hi I was unaware that my validity got expired on[protected] So I got an STV Recharge worth 59.00 done on my account on http://portal.bsnl.in/portal/aspxfiles/default.aspx on[protected] This, supposedly is BSNL's official site for recharges. Now, if my account got expired, without even checking the validity of the number, the portal collected 59 from me, and then says, the account is debarred. I called the customer care only to know that, because my account was debarred, the recharges done after that would all be invalid. The amount will not be refunded. How ???? How can they do this ? They wanted me to recharge with only 34 INR to extend my validity. That's fine. But where are you hiding those 59 Rupees ? Its unfortunate that Telecom operators, sometimes do not know how hard it is to earn money. This is not expected from BSNL, atleast

                                  I am unable to access internet because of failure of wimax connection everyday between 7a.m to 9 a.m and 5.30p.m to 9p.m for the last four month. when i brought this to the notice of the Bsnl officials,Daramgarh,Dist.Kalahandi(Odisha),they told that this happens because they donot have any power supply system electric power cuts.
                                  I am unable to access internet due to negligence of the bsnl official in dharamgarh telecom office.

                                      dear sir i have a bsnl broadband connection on 15 july and only 20 day it is running properly and service is out of order within 25 days but my bill is already coming on . my bill is 2136 rupees only 18/07/2013 to 31/07/2013 period . and in this period my work is not done and very loss it . very important work is not done and i have loss 3000 rupees . so please give me my loss money

                                        Since the last four months, I had been recharging my BSNL Prepaid mobile with 3G data voucher of Rs.120 which would give 250MB day & 1250MB night data usage allowance with a 30-day validity at every time of recharge. However, I could NEVER avail internet services due to the company's technical defects, throughout these FOUR MONTHS. I HAD COMPAINED AT BSNL CUSTOMER CARE ATLEAST 50 TIMES IN THESE 4 MONTHS about inaccessibility of data services ,and every time I was assured that the complaints would be resolved at the earliest. I had also submitted online complaints numerous times at their website's consumer complaints section. But ALL WAS USELESS. I had called up ALL of the customer grievance redressal officers of BSNL's Calcutta Telephones division after gathering their numbers from Calcutta Telephones' website. TO MY HORROR, MOST OF THE NUMBERS WERE EITHER INCORRECT OR UNRESPONSIVE OR DYSFUNCTIONAL. A few of the officers who took the trouble of picking up the phones, asked me to call at numbers which each of them mentioned to me and which were all different numbers. I followed their advices, but was again asked to call at some other numbers belonging to other departments & portfolios such as technical division, maintainence division, mobile broadband division, junior and senior network engineers and assistant engineers. I followed all their instructions and called at atleast 40 different numbers which they had mentioned but none of them even took my complaint, they all asked me to call elsewhere, at other numbers which each of them gave me & were all different!! BELIEVING IN THE CUSTOMER CARE'S REPETITIVE PROMISES THAT THE DEFECT WILL BE RECTIFIED SOON, I KEPT ON RECHARGING BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE EVERYTIME AND THUS, THE DATA BALANCE GOT ADDED UP EVERY MONTH. IN AUGUST WHEN MY ACCOUNT HAD A DATA BALANCE OF 1000 MB of day usage & 5000 MB of night usage, BSNL suddenly withdrew all existing data recharges. This month, I had no option to recharge with any night data voucher, as the new vouchers have no such night data allowance provision. Thus, my 5000 MB night data balance expired inspite of recharging before expiry. Thus my four months of recharging with data vouchers went in vain, just because I couldn't use internet ever within the validity period of data vouchers, due to the ONLY REASON THAT BSNL COULD NEVER PROVIDE DATA SERVICES BUT CONSISTENTLY ASSURED THAT THE SERVICES WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO ME AT THE EARLIEST.
