sir,
I am unable to access internet because of failure of wimax connection everyday between 7a.m to 9 a.m and 5.30p.m to 9p.m for the last four month. when i brought this to the notice of the Bsnl officials,Daramgarh,Dist.Kalahandi(Odisha),they told that this happens because they donot have any power supply system electric power cuts.
I am unable to access internet due to negligence of the bsnl official in dharamgarh telecom office.

      dear sir i have a bsnl broadband connection on 15 july and only 20 day it is running properly and service is out of order within 25 days but my bill is already coming on . my bill is 2136 rupees only 18/07/2013 to 31/07/2013 period . and in this period my work is not done and very loss it . very important work is not done and i have loss 3000 rupees . so please give me my loss money

        Since the last four months, I had been recharging my BSNL Prepaid mobile with 3G data voucher of Rs.120 which would give 250MB day & 1250MB night data usage allowance with a 30-day validity at every time of recharge. However, I could NEVER avail internet services due to the company's technical defects, throughout these FOUR MONTHS. I HAD COMPAINED AT BSNL CUSTOMER CARE ATLEAST 50 TIMES IN THESE 4 MONTHS about inaccessibility of data services ,and every time I was assured that the complaints would be resolved at the earliest. I had also submitted online complaints numerous times at their website's consumer complaints section. But ALL WAS USELESS. I had called up ALL of the customer grievance redressal officers of BSNL's Calcutta Telephones division after gathering their numbers from Calcutta Telephones' website. TO MY HORROR, MOST OF THE NUMBERS WERE EITHER INCORRECT OR UNRESPONSIVE OR DYSFUNCTIONAL. A few of the officers who took the trouble of picking up the phones, asked me to call at numbers which each of them mentioned to me and which were all different numbers. I followed their advices, but was again asked to call at some other numbers belonging to other departments & portfolios such as technical division, maintainence division, mobile broadband division, junior and senior network engineers and assistant engineers. I followed all their instructions and called at atleast 40 different numbers which they had mentioned but none of them even took my complaint, they all asked me to call elsewhere, at other numbers which each of them gave me & were all different!! BELIEVING IN THE CUSTOMER CARE'S REPETITIVE PROMISES THAT THE DEFECT WILL BE RECTIFIED SOON, I KEPT ON RECHARGING BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE EVERYTIME AND THUS, THE DATA BALANCE GOT ADDED UP EVERY MONTH. IN AUGUST WHEN MY ACCOUNT HAD A DATA BALANCE OF 1000 MB of day usage & 5000 MB of night usage, BSNL suddenly withdrew all existing data recharges. This month, I had no option to recharge with any night data voucher, as the new vouchers have no such night data allowance provision. Thus, my 5000 MB night data balance expired inspite of recharging before expiry. Thus my four months of recharging with data vouchers went in vain, just because I couldn't use internet ever within the validity period of data vouchers, due to the ONLY REASON THAT BSNL COULD NEVER PROVIDE DATA SERVICES BUT CONSISTENTLY ASSURED THAT THE SERVICES WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO ME AT THE EARLIEST.

          Sir, I never subscribed Games on demand and movie on demand by M/s Hunganma and no body never use these programmes Even I don't know what is this and how to use this but every month I have to pay Rs. 49+99 = 148 Rs. included in BSNL bill.             sir-i am living in mithila path priydarshini marg shyam nagar sodala jaipur-rajasthan.whenever i talk on my BSNL MIBILE NO. [protected] either the call is disconnected in between the talk due to poor signals or right from the beginning the signals are poor enough to disable talk. though there are shyam nagar tower,vivek vihar tower or gurjar ki thadi tower neraby but non helps mature talk. kindly check tower capacity and further strenthen it else we will have to switch over to other company like airtel which give clearer signals. prof. vasudhakar goswami F-208 SHYAM NAGAR SODALA JAIPUR M-[protected] L.L 2293311

              Sir, My name is T B Ismail, customer id [protected], land line no 2702898 is not working for the last 6 months. May times I went to BSNL office and given complain regarding the lad line fault. 3 months back they came and repaired the cable and it worked for very few days. Re complained about the issue many times but still now no action has been taken to correct the fault and they have issued bill for the faulty line. Please take favorable action to get this issue resolved at the earliest. Thanking you and looking forward for your favorable action. T B Ismail

                I have been noticing that BSNL has stared cheating with the customers. It used to deduct money all of a sudden in the name of VAS and tunes and other services without intimating to me or even I desired to activate that. It is very much frustrating that I need to always be aware to see when balance is deducted. I have lodged complaints several times but in vain. No balance/money is refunded though they have done the blunder. Whenever I called up the customer care and registered the complains and asked about the resolution then they have only one answer we don't know; we will forward it to complain dept and they will revert to you within 30 days but unfortunately I did not get any call even within 365 days. So please look into that and ensure that such company does not survive if this thing continues.

                      i have submitted the form to disconnect my phone connection[protected] on May24-2013.Also i have surrendered the Landline phone to Pallipalayam Exchange on the same day. I did not get the refund back. My phone was dead for 3 months but i have been charged on those periods.I have already sent a letter about the details(exact date periods) to SALEM GENERAL MANAGER, SALEM SSA, SEERANGAPALAYAM, SALEM-636007 and asked to return the money charged for those 3 months.Also i have registered a complaint for this in the BSNL Portal but no actions were taken till now.Please find the attached PDF for the reference. I have the due amount of 573.so please deduct the due amount and return the security deposit with the amoutnt charged for those 3 months. Please dont ask me again to pay the due amount to get the securoty deposit as i have already paid for 3 months bill for not using a single call. I have been asked to send a request letter to SALEM BSNL Manager to get the money refund for 3 months.I have sent the request letter but i didnot get the money back and hence i disconnected the phone but now i dint get Security deposit also. Please help me in getting the money back.                         I have recharged INR 38 for sim validation on 28th Aug. 2013.

                        Also I have recharged INR 561 for 3G internet and INR 20 top up for main balance for my BSNL Odisha circle mobile no. [protected] on 27th Aug. 2013. I have recharged through my Standard Chartered Bank A/C and all recharge made successfully.

                        So my complain is till today my mobile is showing nil balance and validation expiry date 27 July 2013.

                        It is my kind request to you, Please renew my sim validation date. Also make the 3G internet balance and main balance in my number [protected]. Please help as soon as possible for which I shall be grateful to you.

                            I am Abin jose, Ph: +91 [protected]. I recharged for Rs.177 3G-Combo recharge twice. Recharge was successfull, amount been deducted from my account. But then i got a message saying recharge not successfull, contact customercare. and i tried BSNL 1503 customer care number, tried for morethan 2 hours, didnt get connect.                               I had complained regarding my land line NO 23191822 on[protected] with docket no [protected] complaint closed without any action on[protected]. Again booked a complaint on[protected] with docket no [protected] despite many phone calls the same answer that it is in process,i too has visited and met the DE two times but the problem was not rectified or even attended by the lineman concerned.

                              BSNL — repair

                              Our Phone No[protected] BSNL, Trichy Region. This Phone out of order ,Line Problems & repair past 3 month. Bill amount properly paid. Many time complant to BSNL office in thottiyam, my online complaint No resp . so please repair our phone.

                                I have BSNL Broadband connection at home and not working for past 3 month, though BSNL is charging me without providing any service. I request BSNL to refund all of my 3 month bill, every day I am calling them but no resolution. Also treat this RTI for escalation channel, looks like in bsnl no portal works no person work only corruption works. I worte to there nodal officer but no responce from him/her.

                                BSNL Broadband — Broadband Problem in(last 5 Month)

                                My Brand band is not working in last 5 month. i was told in my kelambakkam Ex but nobody has attended fault. and i was complaint in 195 and bsnl customer care no 1500. but no use. so Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

                                      Dear BSNL, I have recharged my BSNL mobile by Rs.98 on 23 August 2013. As per your new scheme it has now become the unified plan which gives customer no capping over speed. But I am facing the capping issue. I am getting just 20KBps speed when i switched my network to 3G UMTS mode. There is no problem of 3G tower on my area as my friend is getting 5 MBps speed in my area on his BSNL Sim and same device. Please check this problem on my mobile number. Thanks a lot.

                                        Sir, I wish to raise a complaint against BSNL UPW who have till date failed to provide the services to me as desired and in breach of that they have gone ahead and billing me on monthly basis for something which hasn't been provided to me till now. I will give a brief about my case: 1. I had applied for seeking Broadband services from BSNL in the month of Jan ' 13. They took 1 month on whatever account to first install the physical equipment at my premises. 2. Once installed, they couldn't ensure the services worked for a single day. I chased up with all concerned for my area i.e. Crossings Republik and no one knew why the services aren't working. 3. Then after regular follow-ups when nothing worked I requested for disconnection of services and refund of all the deposit paid in the month of Apr'13. 4. To surprise nothing happened and no one came to either disconnect the services or to resolve the problem which I was facing. 5. Finally, today I got a bill from BSNL seeking charges for services undelivered. And also showing past outstanding - for which no bills were ever received. I would request you to intervene on this matter so that solution can be derived immediately. Regards, Kshitij Mathur

                                        Subject : FTTH Phone 29711364 Broadband Connection down

                                        I would like to bring to your kind attention the following :

                                        a) Our Internet connection is down from last 3 days and inspite of followup no action is happening.
                                        b) FFTH in general is not stable and keeps going up and down.
                                        c) On our phone we can not dial 000117 number which is AT&T number and can be dialed from any phone

                                        May I request your URGENT intervention.
                                        To BSNL Department, I Had BSNL Fibro ULD (3999 RS/Month) Plan, in which BSNL commit 10 MBPS but funny thing is they were unable to provide even 1.6 MBPS Speed... Stop offering this FTTH service... BSNL can't handle this... and finally now i am discontinuing my FTTH Plan..

                                        Guys... don't waste your money with BSNL FTTH...IT SUCKS..
