We have applied for a new connection and got it connected. The connection was for using broadband internet connection. Since our connection, we started getting problem in interruption free service. Bill due even after disconnection

This is to bring in your kind notice that i had disconnected my wimax connection number[protected] months back . i have given my application at Rialto chowk office. i also cofirmed about disconnection of my wimax connection but yesterday i received email that my bill is due and bill amount is Rs.258. SIM LOST AND DEACTIVATE SIM CARD

I LOST MY SIM CARD AT DARGILING. MY MOBILE NO.WAS [protected] . I WANT TO BLOCK THE SIM CARD SO THAT NO ONE MIS USE IT. BUT THE BSNL OFFICIALS SAY THEY REQUIRE A COPY OF FIR. ONLY FOR BLOCKING A SIM CARD, FIR SHOULD NOT BE INSISTED UPON. I REQUEST THE BSNL TO BLOCK MY SIM IMMEDIATELY.

Delay in Landline Shifting
