Hi Sir,

I had done BSNL online recharge (top up of Rs. 110/-) through BSNL portal. But the talk value has not been credited till now. Also I raised complaint in customer care in BSNL portal. But status updation against complaint is not done yet. Details are as below

i recharged my bsnl number with 50 rupees talk time and 15 rupees net pack yesterday. In 15 rupees net pack, i got 300 MB data usage. I have not even used the net for mpre than 10 mnts, hardly 5 MB must have been deducted. And i have not talked over phone also. But yesterday eveninb,when i checked my balance,it showd zero balance and zero MB net usage. I am trying to call the customer care since yesterday, almost 100 times i have tried it....

at 3-jun-2013 i recharged with 50 Rs. talktime on bsnl no. [protected] from SBI debit card....but i couldn't get this recherge,i think that has been failed with tansection no. MM[protected] ........
so, please refund my balane in my account immediately....as i use dat soon...........

Our BSNL Landline telephone[protected]Tal- Karad, DIst- Satara, Maharashtra - 415110) is not working since last 15 days. We have registered our complaint at Karad BSNL office immediately. Several times we visited the office but no luck. They are just registering the complaint not taking any action. It is really frustrating for us as they are not taking care of our request.

How we can pay land line rental and internet...

Which i never visited and i am being charged by hungama for service which i have not been using, Even in-spite of complain to...

on 8th April 2013 even though i received bill for Rs.250/-. I you to keep my phone under custody and deactivate broad band service for 6 months i.e upto 10th October 2013.

My Landline is not working for the past one month. My number is[protected]. When i call it is getting conned to someone else. After repeated complaints over phone(IVRS), calling the concerned AE, Lineman and bsnl selfcare portal still the problem is not resolved....

I had requested for transfer of my phone connection (to RT Nagar exchange, Bangalore) and was given work order reference number [protected].
It has been three weeks since I submitted the request.
I have gone to the relevant exchange 4 times in the last three weeks, every time to given the reply that someone will come tomorrow.
I got different contact numbers for following up my request, but most of them do not pick up...

A sms is coming on my mobile from BP - ITIMES " [protected] Dear subscriber, your subscription would be renewd Rs. 5/ 7 days in 2 days to unsub, click http://wap.indiatimes.com/folloprx/follobsnldea.aspx.

and after 2 days they deducted Rs. 5 /- from my prepaid balance


some other messages also deducting amt. in similar illegal manner

I have done my bsnl recharged through online and amount got debited from my bank account and not yet received my balance...the same issue happened two months back and either bsnl customer service or bank authorities didnt respond..this is the second time
please do the needful...

On 29 april 13 at 00.59 AM a message came from 56505 :-(thanks for continuing cricket pack.you are charged Rs.15/month.)
and rs.15 deducted.I tried to contact customer care several times but failed.
Again today on 29 may 13 at 01;19 AM same message came from 56505 and rs. 15 deducted.It should be stopped and money should be refunded.

I am Padmanabhan from Vasai,Mumbai. From march 1st, i had have been very highly charged for telephone & internet usage. I haven't use the phone or the internet to such an extend. After checking the bills through internet, i found that they added the previous months bill and the sum has been added to the bill of this month. I had payed the bills but still they added it to the other month's bill. Now, the sum of it has crossed...

Myself Parameswar Senapati. I brought a BSNL prepaid SIM some days ago but now it does not accept any easy recharge or Top Ups. So please activate my SIM because this is single mobile SIM for using, In case if the system is demand my documents which is submitted by me when i buy this SIM, than i am ready to submit for this.

I had given for shifting of my DSL broadband connection in January 2013, till date its not shifted. I visited the main branch in RT nagar it was of no help, then I myself contacted sahakarnagar branch telecom division they said we will give connection in some days and now its 4 months and no sign of any progress.
