Sir/ Madam, I have shifted to this address on 01/03/2013:
Sumit Kumar Biswas, C/O: Sri Prabir Kumar Biswas (Near Darogabari), Vidya Sagar Road (Arabindapallli), Noapara, P.O.: Barasat, 24 Parganas (North), Kolkata- 700124, West Bengal, India.
My Previous address was (before shifting):
Sumit Kumar Biswas, Teghoria Main Road, Block: B2 (1st Floor), Sujata Apertment, Teghoria, Kolkata: 700157 (previously 700059), West Bengal, India.
At that time, I have applied to shift my landline (landline Number: +[protected] in proper format maintaining all norms. I have applied to the proper Authority of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Barasat Exchange informing everything to the authority of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Nager Bazar Exchange.
The order to disconnect the line was issued on 10th April by the proper authority of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Nager Bazar Exchange. But till now it is not executed and hence the remaining works to shift the land-line is pending.
But unfortunately, in-spite of the fault from the side of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, they are issuing the telephone bills against my previous land-line number regularly which is really shocking as no one is not residing at my previous address and the instruments including the receiver and phone has been carried to my new address by me at the time of shifting.The was done as it was instructed verbally by the authority of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Nager Bazar Exchange.I am attaching the scanned photocopies of bill for the month of March and May together-with the scanned photocopies of payment receipts for the month of March and April.
Now I am totally unwilling to pay for the bill for the month of May. Please look in to the matter to settle it and to help me to get the shifted connection of the land-line in my above mentioned new address.

BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM — In New Connection Install Old & used Telephone Instrument

BSNL Barasat (North 24Parganas) had installed one land line telephone connection in my residence at Village Sukanta Pally, Post Office - GUMA, Dist North 24 parganas on Aug 2008 with an OLD & USED Instrument in place of new & till date they have not replace the same by new one.

    I deactivated my bsnlhungama subscribtion in april 2013.but still I get charged Rs149 every month for hungama service. Even today[protected] also I completed the unsubscribing procedure through hungama website.I request the authorities concerned to take note of my grievance and do necessary action to solve my problem. thank you.

    sir, everyday a message is coming to my phone "thank you for subscribing to FHM video " and i losts 5 rupese everyday whenever i put my bsnl students suvida sim . it is totally useles and help me to unsubscribe it.

      All is well, but where is the amount what I paid for recharge.

            I worked as branch manager at PNB Kartarpur ( distt. jalandhar ). for over two years ( from 2.11.2010 to 31.03.2013). During this period i got installed bsnl telephone with broadband at my residence 154 adarsh nagar kartarpur. I am sure - and for this purpose bsnl,s broadband data and call details will verify my claim - my telephone and broadband hardly worked for more than 7 days in a month. Every time I had to invoke the intervention of higher authorities to make use of my phone and broadband[protected].

            I retired from my bank job on 31.03.2013 and approached the bsnl authorities in the last week of March 2013 to disconnect my phone and broadband on 31.03.2013 as I had to vacate the bank's provided leased accommodation at address mentioned above, but on the pretext of departmental targets the concerned official S. Gurnam Singh told me that the telephone will be disconnected only in the first week of Apr. 2013. I shifted to the under mentioned address in the first week of Apr 13. Meanwhile, my broadband was disconnected in the first week of apr 13 and telephone was disconnected on 15.04.2013 and SMS was delivered to this effect on my mobile no.. Because of this inaction on the part of bsnl, i received a bill for Rs.576/- in May 13 which I paid.

            But the height of bsnl,s apathy and poor working is that today I have again received a SMS on my mobile from bsnl that bill for may 13 Rs. 1250.98 is to be payable by me by 17.06.2013. Only BSNL can generate bill for disconnected services. I have contacted the concerned official S. Gurnam Singh today but he refused to entertain my complaint and told me that he had already done his job by ordering disconnection my my telephone and broadband services.

            I request yourgoodself to bring this to the notice of BSNL GM so that he should ensure that BSNL business is not grabbed by private players only because of the poorest services rendered by the staff.

            I hope that my grievance will be addressed to immediately and instead of asking for bill for the disconnected broadband and telephone services , BSNL authorities will promptly send refund of my security deposit at my under given new address.

            personal phone — disconnection of phone

            SIR -My telephone is disconnected since 24th jan 2008 as automatic ans.said "your telephone is temprarly disconnected for non payment of bill" where as in my bill -last date of payment is on 29th jan 2008. what should i do?
            Previously also this same type of disconnection is happen in my case.this is for the 4th time? Can you give me a suggetion what shall i do? whom I will lodge my complain ? I went to local BSNL office, Office stuff are not responding properly. Shall I go to court? Please help me?

            Hi just want to inform that my phone no[protected] dot dis connected 3 months back ,inspite of several complaint bookings its not got back .now i cant even book complaint for my no as the automated complaint booking system doesnt accept complaint booking from my number ,complaint no [protected],went several times to bsnl office at golconda,informed this to many people ,went to tolichowki office one of the officer said there is proplem in the cable passing from there ,as they cannot efford to buy a new cable , we have to wait , and i dont know why this kind of behaviour is from Governament companys,where as compared to private, i am getting a bill every month who will bear this will the govt or bsnl or me . please help me out . thank you.

              I received BSNL PANTEL TABLET T-PAD IS701R on 28/01/2013 , purchased from Naaptol Website but product not working as from starting its hanging and when I gave complaint on this the custome executive took complaint and gave the complaint no. and said that one agent will come to collect the tablet to get service in noida means this tablet will be sent to noida from hyderabad.
              And first time one agent gave me the service address and I went there but the thing is that their people did not give responce properly said as we are not providing the service for BSNL PANTEL TABLET T-PAD IS701R ..etc..

              Now I am really fed up with the service.
              Everytime I have been telling as our agent will come and collect the tab and will be rectified.

              Now tell me what should I do ?????????????????????

                  I have recharged my phone with top-up of 110/- on 30.05.2013 BSNL cell one. but amount not added to my balance. even amount debited from bank account. Till to day not received the top up balance. Receipt no.[protected] TXT No.[protected]

                  Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — sms recharge

                  I had recharged a BSNL sms pack of Rs 20 on 13th june to my mobile [protected],which includes 2000 local sms but amount was deducted from my main account while sending sms on few network.Regarding this I complained with complain No-5688950 but no action has been taken any more.

                  Again I had recharged a sms pack of Rs 20 to my mobile [protected],which includes 2000 local sms but amount is deducted from my main account while sending sms on few network.Regarding this I tried to log complain to customer care the person at customer care was not agree to log the complain according to him no such recharge has been done although when I am enquiring my balance at *123# ,local sms balance is showing.The male person at customer care on 3rd Sep at 5.30 pm was not agree to listen to my complain and not logged my complain. I am not mentioning the name of the person at customer care.One sms cost Rs 5 only this complain logged with No5984702.

                    my bsnl mobile no. is [protected]. on 4 june 2013 i have got a message from BP-ITIMES that i am a Follo subscriber!!!!! how it is possible as i have not subscribed this service even i dont know anything about this service. the message also says that Follo subscription would be renewed with weekly charge within two days i.e. within 6 june 2013.
                    how this unauthorised subscription, renewal and deduction can be done without my permission!!!!

I have unsubscribed this through their link few times. Despite having unsubscribed, they continue to send messages and charging the subscription ruthlessly. This must be stopped.

                      I was using broadband before two years on BSNL landline no. [protected] but after some time they were not giving proper service they just go on giving different numbers and names to contact for solving problem. So after some time on may 2011 i did not pay bill. And they stop giving .e service. Now in january2013 this year they came with a bill of about two thousand and scared and abused my family members about putting you in jail and all. So we gave them money. But afterwords again they are giving us bills of 500rs every month which i am not paying because they are not providing any service to me.
                      Sir please help me out.

                        I had bought a BSNL 3G sim ([protected]) with data card which cost me around Rs.1400 approximately as on dated 20/04/2013.They promised me it will have speed of 3.6mbps but when i used it, speed is only 10-20 kbps which is a huge dissapointment, only one month April 2013 is working properly,on that time from 28/04/2013 up to till dated 05/06/2013 & speed is only 10-20 kbps only.                           Sir, since 11th of march i am facing unwanted balance deduction for an unknown VAS. VAS was activated automatically. I talked to customer care and they told me to message STOP on 155223 to deactivate the service but it didn't worked. Now its like 3 months of inconvenience and i am fed up of this kind of services. PLEASE kindly deactivate this service and REFUND my money back.

                          BSNL — unwanted activation of alert service

                          I swami Nirgunananda have a prepaid bsnl 3G mobile SIM #[protected]. Without giving me prior information alert service is activated. Yesterday at12;35AM I received a sms from[protected]. It reads"SOCCER -BSNL alert is activated. You will be charged Rs.30 per month." Such things are unsolicited. Please do the needful so that such thing never happens to me.

                          Immediately I called to customer service and complain vide no C25WB354807. I told them kindly credit by balance Rs.25 as I did n't activate for the above service. Customer Service told me we will let you know. On 24th April again they deducted Rs.25 for the same. Again I call Customer care but they are giving the same answer.                           I had done a recharge of rs 47 on which 20 p/min scheme is available on any bsnl std number.
                          But in spite of deducting 20 paise bsnl is deducting 80 paise. I have called customer care a lot many times and each time they say we are forwarding your problem. And still no result

                          BSNL — Activation Of Unwanted Services and Balance Deduction.

                          Hi,

                          I Have Recently Bought A BSNL Number " [protected] " , and it was activated on 7/12/2011 around 4P.M, i got it recharged with a Rs24 for Vennela Match and Rs55 for balance in the night. In the next morning (i.e.8/12/2011) i got an sms from the service[protected] stating that " Your Subscription for DOCTOR30 has been renewed. You have been charged Rs30 for 30 days. To Un-Subscribe send UNSUB DOCTOR30 to 53030. " and Rs30 deducted from my balance. neither i sent any sms for this subscription nor i got any sms/call about this service, so i logged a complaint with the customer care, and they said that i would have activated the service, by denying that i asked them to log a complaint for the balance refund. next day when i asked the customer service about the complaint they said that the service has been de-activated and the complaint is closed, so i requested them to log another complaint for my balance refund, and they gave me another complaint number. after repeating the same for thrice (four complaints total in 5 days time) my call was transferred to a technical team, and they said that it was activated by a flash message, but i did not receive/send any message before that.and they said that they will call me with the explanation on 16/12/2011, but i did not receive any call by now(19/12/2011). So please look in to the issue and resolve this issue.

                          It has been noticed that a service name NexGTv Live TV service was activated on my mobile number([protected]) from that last six months and weekly Rs 35 is adjusted in my bill without any confirmation with me So it to request you that please take action for the same as i registered complaint with concern department and call center so many times but all in vain please stop this service from the immediate effect and reimburse all the charges.

                            My niece while playing replied message to 55888015 which wrongly stated only to send some LUV status and NOT that it will activate a service. But, it has activated a Dating service in BSNL, which I do Not want. It has already cut Rs.2 for message and Rs.15 for the service from my balance. I found somewhere from online search to reply to that number as UNSUBDAT to unsubscribe from that service. The only message I got in reply to this is Rs.5 was charged for the message, but, no information whether the service has been stopped. This is cheating the consumers with false messages and incorrect information. Further online search has made me see that many people like me are facing the same problem without any solution provided by the Service Provider. This is unacceptable. I guarantee that if my service continues and I am charged again for this, the next complaint will be in the Consumer Court. Hopefully somebody from the Service Provider is watching this forum and correct action will be taken to provide consumers with clear option to unsubscribe from unwanted services and stop stealing their money.

                                BSNL — Mobile Recharge value not added

                                I did recharge my 'EXCEL ANANT' sim on[protected], but still now the value is not added. Customer care executives have been giving assuarance several times befor my sim got deactivated on[protected]. Afterwards, having connected through other mobile, still they are telling 'WORK in PROGRESS', 'Will be solved shortly', 'wait' etc. rutine words. Sometimes they are behaving roughly.                                 BSNL — against recharge

                                I tried to recharge my mobile(prepaid-power pack) with Rs.55 top-up card.But the response is"Recharge not possible".I called up customer care and they resolved the issue after 24 hours.After 1 week the same problem I faced.But this time I waited for 3 days, but still not possible to recharge.Even the customer care executives are also not responding.They simply disconnecting my call.This happened me for more than 6 times.
                                The problem yet to be resolved.
                                I don't have any comments on the above complaint,

                                I have complaint on BSNL, my mobile[protected] validity was till 18.10.09, I have re charged for Rs.110/- with easy recharge, but un fortunately Talk time was given as Rs.30/- and date was not changed it remain as 18.10.09, when I enquired at customer care they have replied that Easy recharge has to done before validity date expires, but this is not correct at one side I have got only Rs.30/- talk time date is not changed, in this transcation I lost Rs.80/-. After this I purchased another scratch card for Rs.110/- then validity has changed to 21.11.09.

                                So I request BSNL to increase the talk time to Rs.110/- or change the validity date to one month.

                                BSNL — Recharge value not been credited in mobile

                                Sir,

                                I had recharge my mobile number [protected] through online internet banking of Rs-220 .The receipt(Number-[protected]) generated by BSNL system showing that mobile has successfully charged but the recharge value has not still credit in the mobile.
                                Sir for the last 3 days I had contact the customer care many times but all are only taking the complaint but still no action has been taken to credit the money in mobile.
                                These things reduce the faith in taking BSNL network and Recharging the mobile through the internet banking.
                                I want to be the member of BSNL family taking there good service.

                                Sir please look into this matter on urgent basis and solve my problem and credit my recharge amount in to my mobile.

                                  i recharged my bsnl number with 50 rupees talk time and 15 rupees net pack yesterday. In 15 rupees net pack, i got 300 MB data usage. I have not even used the net for mpre than 10 mnts, hardly 5 MB must have been deducted. And i have not talked over phone also. But yesterday eveninb,when i checked my balance,it showd zero balance and zero MB net usage. I am trying to call the customer care since yesterday, almost 100 times i have tried it....
