Dear SIR,
Our Broadband connectivity is having frequent failures in spite of repeated requests and complaints.The underground cable network and connections thereof outside our premises has not been executed properly.The authority blames the contractor for inferior work.And , contractor never turned up to set right the faulty works.More over the rental charges are recovered even for the period for which the broadband connection is not working.The phone assigned for complaints "198" replies that the complaint has been registered already in case of repeated complaints against repeated failures.This is happening since the authority has replaced overhead service lines by underground cables.Expecting early action to avoid further losses due to frequent link failures.

BSNL Broadband — No proper connectivity

Respected Sir,
I have BSNL Broadband connection of Rs. 250 p.m. From past few months internet does not get connected from evening 6:00 pm to night 11:00 pm and from morning 10:00am to afternoon 1:00 pm .These are the hours at which I need internet the most for my college projects which are to be submitted within the prescribed dates. So I, resident o[censored]lhasnagar 3 request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest as I am in big trouble because of no proper connectivity of internet

Broadband Connection — Frequent failure of Broadband connectivity.

I am using the Reliance Broad band connection for the past 1 year approximate. Frequently we have the connectivity problem and even after complaining to customer service the problem is not yet rectified permanently. Frequent failure of connectivity is serving my purpose of taking broad band connection.

I have a complaint for broadband connection. we r applying many times for that and many times i contact at airtel office meerut. always one of your agent come and says that he will arrenge that but after that i can't get responce. Many times i make call to costumer care center and i also got responce from there. Wnen i speak there a officer ended my call by saying that he will call back within 30minutes, but yet today i never get his call.
when i contact meerut office there was not a good responce and not a good behaviour by the owner of that office. there is a broadband connection is working just 100 meter far from my home but i can't get that connection.
u tell what i do. plz gave reply to me i will waiting.

BSNL Broadband Connection — Delay in getting the broadband connection

I had applied an application for the broad band connection long time back in puthencruz exchange in my number ([protected])but till date I did not receive the connection. When i enquired about the complaint i got the informtion that my connection got concelled with out any informtion.

REGULAR CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM SINCE DATE OF INCEPTION IN JUNE 2007 AND DESPITE OF COMPLAINING IN LOCAL AUTORITIES SEVERAL TIME, NOTHING CAME OUT.

Bsnl Broadband Connection — Not providing Broadband connection

I applied for broadband connection vide registration No.DDR/BB/H9/08-09/0269 dt.4-9-2008 under Calcutta Telephones. Till date they have not provided the connection inspite of my repeated verbal request. As discussed with the concerned SDO Telephnes, there is certain constraints in the line so they are not able to provide the connection whereas BSNL Calcutta telephones frequently advertise in various media regarding providing boradband connection.
The connection is necessary for discharging my official duties. Any help in this regard is fervently solicited
Hi..I am Anil Kumar& am very old cutomer of BSNL Broadboand..The only problem i face with BSNL broadband internet connection is am unable to view the usage details &it is very annoying because i dont know how much am i using & in the bill am being charged more coz am exceeding the limit. So kindly look into the issue & fix it. When i try to open the bbservices.bsnl.in it says page cannot be displayed. SO fix this issue to the earliest.

I have BSNL DATA ONE HOME PLAN UNLIMITED (@RS.750/month)

connection. BSNL Provide 256kb/ps for this plan. As i am getting the

downloading speed of 30kb/ps which is not as per my plan.

So your speed 30 KB /Sec is good and normal for your plan .

BSNL Broadband — No proper response for broadband internet connection not working

I purchased BSNL broad band services last month . One month it worked then problem started. Error no 815 occures frequently i.e. remote server is not responding contat your service provider. I put up complained through call center. Complaint no is 260430.They gave some telephone nos like 26334480,[protected], 25459004, to contact for technical solutions. These nos not responding.not lifting the phone, not anwering properly. not guiding customers, not providing any solutions only passing the buks. Last 7 days no body cares to resolve the problem.
I am repenting . Since I am a senior citizen I cannot often go to there offices frequently and solve the problem.
I want to surrender the equipment as it is not functioning . Is it the way BSNL is caring for customers. Only advertisements will not work . Employees of the BSNL have to change their attitude and help the customers.
The day is not far away when BSNL will loose his business due to poor management and lack of providing good and efficient services.
A frustated sinior citizen.

i have got bsnl broadband connection on january 2009.till date i have come across several network problems.i was in the 500c plan in which unlimited downloads is free from night 2-8. the connection speed was really very very slow. really I am a college student and i was to perform several projects from internet but due to the connectivity or low speed during night i was unable to complaint it so i request you to take the necessary steps to over come this problem.

I AM USING BROADBAND OF BSNL BUT IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND REMAINS IDLE DURING THE DAY HENCE UNABLE TO USE NET. LOT OF COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN LODGED BUT SORRY TO SAY THAT PROPER RESPONSE IS NOT GIVEN BY THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT AND PASSES ON THE FAULT TO OTHER DEPARTMENT. I had problem with the connection before 10 days and have complaint about the problem to BSNL office. Till today the problem is not solved. The people in charge said that it is due to the laying roads and they gave assurance that the problem will be solved soon.

DATAONE BROADBAND — Frequent failures of broadband connection

I live in House #2, Bye Lane # 2, K. P. Barua Road, Krishna Nagar, Chandmari, Guwahati 781003. I have DataOne broadband connection via my telephone no. 2650053. The connection keeps failing frequently. The ADSL indicator is either unstable most of the time or it would go off for quite some time and come on again. The behaviour of the connection is most erratic and is almost of no use.

I Have taken the BSNL Internet connection since almost 2 months. But it has been observed that there is frquent disconnection while using the internet, which is making disturbance of mind. Infact 2 months back i used to go to a cyber cafe where Airtel connection was available, there i was getting worth service. Since, i have a landline BSNL connection I thought to use BSNL internet home connection.
Its confirmed that the Pvt Cyber cafe like Reliance/Airtel/Tata Indicom give better service than the Govt one. You can compete with these Pvt Players by giving excellent service than these players. Pls, do it at the earliest before your customers get frustrated for using BSNL Internet Service. Hope for Positive changes. Change is for better things. Serve better to earn better.

My telephone number is[protected] under Naranganam Telephone exchange. I also have a broad band connection of BSNL. The modem of the b/band is out of order from 13.10.09. Since then I approached all the concerned for its repairs or set right the complaint. Even after a lapse of 10 days no action taken so far.

I tried to file the complaint by calling 12678 but the computer is not accepting the complaint i.e. when the computer says dial one and we dial one this is not being recorded. Grateful immediate steps are taken for the repair/restore my broad band conection. Also while billing the non-service period may not be counted for biiling.

My telephone 2217714 is not functioning properly. Complaint to this effect is lodged with the Naranganam exchange. No action so far taken. I want the appropriate authority to interven immediately.

New Broadband connection — No Response from Customer care

This is Shekhar Suman i have applied for a new broadband connection my
reference no is "[protected]" i have fill the form and paid cash on 13th may
2011. My CEF No: TBLR 242491. I have got a call on 17th May
for installation from [protected] but after that when i called it was switched
off, then agin i got a call from [protected] for confirmation. He was saying my
modem is on but my waring itself has not been done. then i have
call costumer care for complain here is some complain no "46272366"
"46560304" every time i was gating my problem will be solved in 24 hours but
still i have not got any solution.

Can you plz solve my issue or else return back my money. Not to good to say
this but now airtel service become bad.

    I want to complaint against Mr Navneet Kumar who is sitting in sector 34 BSNL Excahnge Chandigarh for giving me an ITC Card of Rs 110 which was not already expired and not valid.When I reached BSNL sector 34 Exchange Chandigarh Mr Navneet Kumar is saying that I will not change your card when I asked him why he is saying me that I will call the police at no 100 and also saying very rude to me.Please take an action against Mr Navneet Kumar of BSNL Exchange Sector 34 Chandigarh as soon as possible for mentally harrasing and doing fraud and issuing me an invalid ITC Card of BSNL.Thanks

      i ordered a bsnl penta tab is703c from naaptol.com online.
      i got a defective piece which speaker was not working.
      i complained in naaptol,penta company.just withn 5 min of recieving the tab.but they just blamed each other and did nothing.
      then i sent it t customer care of penta ,they took 28 days to repair it but returned the same defective piece its speaker is not working now also.
      and i cant send it to the customer care again and again for months.

        I don't which this number is but they have hacked our android app and are sending messages from it almost everyday and are also sending messages form my number to people in my contacts! please block this number or at least provide the details of this number so that at least i can take some actions regrading this as the person from this number is misusing my personal number!

          Mobile no. [protected] Suresh Kumar Talwar having Jai Javan plan according to which i should get 20 mins free daily on 2 BSNL numbers ( [protected] and [protected] ) but even if am getting message for the free 20 mins it still deducting money from my main account.
          Please refund the money deducted against these two BSNL numbers and make sure that as per the plan 20 mins free provided these two numbers and if there is any change in plan please intimate.

              I have made a prepaid BSNL prepaid mobile of Rs220 on 8.5.13 vide no.92989240 through paytm by net banking by ICICI bank the amount was deducted from my balance but the top up balance was not shown in my balance so do the needful for immediate refund of the same ammount.

                  Dear Sir, I got recently new connection telephone no[protected] in April BSNL connection for broad band internet, my account no is [protected], My broad band plan is Rs 800 and I asked during the connection that how much will be the bill monthly bill amount and BSNL official from sanjay place Agra told that for your plan the bill will be fixed i.e. it will be Rs 850 including taxes and the speed will be 512 kbps, but we received a bill of 1675 for 20 days, so I want to know, why I received this much amount of bill, please arrange to solve the problem otherwise I have to take serious action against the officials and BSNL for this mistake.

                  i only use this cellone sim card for send sms (sms rates are .05paise/sms)

                    I have BSNL Landline No.[protected], its not working from last 8 days. Also i have given complaint to
                    198 no. but only they are sayin that we are searching problem & told us our some employees are on leave.

                    But my serious complaint is that after every one month i am facing this problem. In every month my
                    telephone is dead for 8 days. This BSNL people is not searching permanent solution on this area's
                    cable/line problem.

                    Some days ago neighbourer's phone was dead for 15 to 20 days.

                      I can't able to connect Internet for last two days, if I try to give a complaint BSNL staff redirecting to some other contact no and creating big chain but no response from any body. After several try one person gives response saying Server is down will be down for next 3 or 4 days.

                      If Internet service is not available for whole month then why are you asking for Fixed monthly payment instead you can collect variable monthly cost for number of days serviced.

                        I'm using BSNL 499c broadband connection...more than 4months I'm facing the problem of frequent disconnection in broadband, but this month it became even worse. Disconnecting happens each and every 2-3sec. I'm unable to access the net itself. The bsnl staffs look after only the land-line issues and not considering about slow connection and this kind of issues.                             I am BSNL broadband user few day ago i received call from BSNL about Hungama website. they said this is BSNL site you can play online gaming and download online music but never ask it is paid service and take my mobile no and email id and activate this service. but we never use this service. now they charged RS 200 for every month.So please refund this amount.

[protected] that I had subscribed some schemes which i never did and I will be charged Rs. 5/ 5 day and to unsubscribe I may reply "UNSUB MCSEV" to 56566 I replied but the reply is not going even if i am re-sending again and again after 5 days I got message about the renewal of the scheme and on the same charge. i tried to unsubscribe by sending the message but the SMS is not going.

                                I contacted the BSNL OFFICE they adviced me to send Message to stop unwanted message "STOP" to 155223 but still it is coming. Kindly solve the problem

                                  This is to complain about the telephone bill for my postpaid connection ([protected], account no.[protected] dated 04 may 13 amounting to Rs. 44524/-. I have a best value plan of Fixed Monthly Charges (FMC) 700 Rs. Which provides me a free data usage of 6GB and any data usage more than that at 0.10 rs/10 KB. Voice charges are above these data charges.

                                  I checked my data usage during the month of April, it was approximately 1.4GB, well within my free data usage and Voice charges were about 560 Rs. Accordingly my Bill value should amount to about 1200/- Rupees. Whereas I have received a bill of 44524/- rupees.

                                  It may be an automation error, thus please have it checked and corrected and also please forward me an itemized statement explaining the charges amounting to such a high value on my email id [protected]@gmail.com. I am presently out of station for professional reasons hence I would appreciate all communications through email for an early settlement of billing dispute.

                                  I have repeatedly tried to call customer service and tried to write to various BSNL email ids taken from internet but BSNL has responded to my calls and emails as well. Today 06 may 13, I placed a direct call to JAO, Asseelamata BSNL office regarding excess bill. He replied with least concern and furnished no details or explanation towards my plan vis a vis data/voice usage. Needless to say, I am quite frustrated.

                                  p.s. i am uploading a snapshot o[censored]nbilled usage showing 1.3GB data being charged excessively high.

                                    bsnl wimax was giving amazing speed in november whuch was upto 5 mbps but now it is giving speed of 600kbps-1mbps. we are realy dissapointed of this and thinking to disconnnect our bsnl wimax conection. they have reduced the speed 1/4 times the speed which they gave in november . we used to download 5gb file in 2hrs but it take 2 hrs to download 700 mb file so dissappointing .bsnl has reeduced it's speed without giving any notification to us

                                      I am using bsnl bb for a long time my telephone numb being[protected] in d name of kalpana pathak, their service was never good, i used to encounter problems every week but atleast d exchange people were kind enough to give calls., but recently i am facing a strange problem, the link keeps blinking and only establishes after i hv disconnected the phn that too not for long , their webpage doesnt open , it shows server cant be found , after several tries 1 0r 2 webpage does open, i hv docketed several times but they hv been removed without d prob being solved , i visited their exchange 4 times and everytime they tested d modem and said its k....go home their is no problem....i hv evn recorded d situation on my mobile cam and i intend to show them as well....i am encountering this prob over a month ......the bsnl authorities asked me to check d line....i hv made a docket at 198 for landline checking....its been 4 days and no reply from them as well.....i hv even pinged my line at there is almost 4% loss.......sir plz kindly look into ths matter.

                                        [[protected]](2G), From Bongaigaon Telecom Circle. And latter on I converted my 2G sim to 3G and I have paid 59 Rupees, for the 3G SIM. But I never got 3G speed. I have called BSNL CC. several times, but they Told me that this problem occurred because I recharged Pay per second Plan to reduce my call rates. And about 1 month before they advised me to Recharge with the 51 Data FRC.,to avail the speed of 3G. I tried plenty of times to Recharge the 51 FRC from easy recharge and from BSNL PORTAL, but It shows Error Voucher. And now Am calling 1503 to ask why the Recharge not happening, But the Cc agent does not Pick up the phone. So, finally I want to clarify that I need 3G speed with 3G vouchers on my 3G sim. So, I need a Solution.
