My name is Sumanta Seal and I live in Chinsurah, Hooghly. I am using BSNL Boradband service for long time and most of the time, my broadband usage does not exceed the limit set for the plan I used. For the last two months (March and April, 2013) I was billed an excessive amount of high usage charge. It is very surprising because I didn't changed the rate at which I used broadband service. While verifying the billed usage details from BSNL customer care portal, I found a large number of inconsistency there. For example, I saw an usage of around 10 hours (from 02:04:23 PM to 12:03:57 AM) on the dated[protected]. This usage is impossible because I was in my office (at Salt Lake, Kolkata) that time and there is no other computer in my home from which a person can access boradband. I access the broadband service from my laptop which I took to my office everyday. So there is no chance o[censored]sing broadband service by me (or anyone in my home) from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM in weekdays. The same happened in other dates also in the last two months. In the unbilled usage details for this month, I saw the same thing started happening, i.e., a number o[censored]sage is applied on my account that I didn't used.
It seems that there is some problem in BSNL that some other person's usage is getting included in my usage every month (intentionally or unintentionally) and forced me to pay the amount he/she used. This is really disappointing that a Government organization like BSNL can do such cheating to their consumers. I have tried to log complaint in BSNL customer care portal, but was unable to do so due to some problem in the portal. Every time I tried to submit the complaint, I got the following error "Wrong field values or value types detected in field Summary. Please re-enter your field values. If you need additional assistance, please refer to the documentation.(SBL-UIF-00299)

Please advice what can I do for this high usage charge BSNL applied on my account.

Broadband Connection — Delay in connection
Dear sir,I kindly want to inform you that i have applied for the broad band connection some days before. The payment has also been made. I established connections with the concerned person so many times and i got the assurance to get the connection installed very soon or 'JUST TODAY'. But all my efforts went in vain.
Now they are even not receiving my call and even today they confirmed me to install the equipment. I waited for them the whole day but again fruitless.
I am suffering a lot therefore, i hereby kindly request you to instruct the concerned authority to get this connection installed as soon as possible so that i can take a sigh of relief.
