I had raised the complaint 23 days before against my Land line Telephone (Telephone Number is[protected] which is provided by BSNL which is not working (Dead) well.
They have closed the complaint without attending it and again I raised another complaint and that is also closed without attending it. Then i called the concern people and they asked me to contact SIPCOT AE through Land line and Mobile.His number is [protected] and the Landline Number is[protected].

I tried several times by calling the above numbers and no one picked the call.I called the another number and they asked me to contact Line mane directly and his name is Chandran

When I reached out to him he asked me to contact another Line man whose name is Vijay.When I called Vijay he told that he will attend that.

But after 10 days no one come and attended it and again I called Chandran (Line man) and he told that he will attend the same on this on Monday(17.06.2013). I called him again on Monday till evening he has not picked the call and finally he took the call and started shouting on me for disturbing him during non-business hours and he told me that I can escalate this to AE.

As a customer I dont know what needs to be done in this reg and we have signal issues for any provider in my area (Annamalai Nagar,Hosur) and I depend on my Land line as I am being attending conference calls with respect to my Project.

As this issue is not yet resolved I am being attending the conf calls on the Terrus due to bad signals even during the raining day (very pathetic situation). I have given the complaint details which I have raised and the status as below.

I am very much mentally upset due to this and I am not able to attend my conference calls with respect to my project.

Can you please file this and take necessary action on the BSNL provider and get the compensation for my mental upset.

BSNL Landline — not attend the problem

From last week onwards the phone was not working. We registered our complaint still no response
Since yesterday evening our land line telephone (044 –[protected] not working.
Kindly rectify the problem immediately.

Respected Sir,
When we dial 1500 from BSNL mobile for BSNL complaints, rarely we get it through after 20-30 tries.
Most of teh time the message we receive is as follows:
The Number you have dialed doesnot exist...etc.



When landline complaints are registered mostly it takes days to fix it. Very poor service compared to private sector. They rectify the problem in hours.

BSNL Landline — complain not attending

My bsnl landline phone[protected] not working since last one day . Complaint no. GRGB56479. They are saying rectify this problem after two days.

BSNL Telephones — Landline fault

My no. goes out of order almost once or twice a month and inspite of complaining thro phone & even directly the local
JE never responds as I strictly refused to tip them initially when the connection was given.
The local DE helped me few times & washed of his hands saying that only JE should be contacted regarding complaints.
The same happened when once my line was connected to one of my neighbor's line and was misused by them.
If this is going to continue, I am ready to withdraw my conn. as you may know how much a landline is important for a surgeon.

BSNL — Landline Faults

Complaint : Ph no[protected] out of order since Jan 2011
I am a Bank officer and opted for BSNL landline and Broad band services at Kanpur after my transfer from Delhi. I am sorry to say that most of the time my land line ph No[protected] at my residence RBI officers's Flats ,Tilak Nagar,Kanpur was out of order though I was bound to pay the bill on time. In total it worked not more than 2 months during the period ( July 10 to April 11). Still it is out of order despite my complaints at Benajhabar Exchange,Kanpur and system based complaint. I am an executive and require uninterrupted telephone and internet services round the clock. It is therefore requested that you please take up the matter with the exchange concerned(Benajhabar Exchange,Kanpur)
Further, the bills sent by BSNL are generally incorrect. They do not carry the calls details. These Bills are generally inflated.Though the Ph at my residence No-2551247 was out of order since Jan 2011 yet I had deposited all the bills received in time. All of a sudden an amount of Rs 15000/- was indicated as previous dues in the Bill for Month Feb 11. No call details were shown in this regard . The aforesaid bill is not correct as I was out of station on official tour from Jan 7 To Feb 25,2011 and my flat was locked during that period. I can produce all documentary evidence in this regard.
I have observed that base level employees at BSNL are very rude. They are not prompt in attending the compalints of BSNL users.They are causing a reputational risk for BSNL and thus spoiling the name of a prestigious organisation like BSNL. Majority of BSNL customers are bound to shift to Reliance,Tata,Airtel etc.

Before stepping towards other options I personally request you to look at the matter.

I had lodged a complaint for my landline about a month back but still waiting with no response from their side. I had even registered my complaint in the Greivances Cell but with no response. A poor show by BSNL. It is my humble request either to repair the fault or else I have to look for other options. My landline number is [protected]

    hi,

    we have been using the bsnl land line for more than 10 ten years, but for the last 3-4 years our bsnl landline is not working properly.
    when we raise a complaint request, some times they attend the issue, some times not at all.If it is ok for one week then it will not work for two weeks. Customer service is very bad.I belong to very rural area the mobile signal are not very good. So the only mode of communication is landline. In office also most of the time only watch is there.
    they says that we cannot attend the issue also some times.
    What needs to be done no idea at all.

      I am Krushita Kapadia. I have taken Internet Broadband Connection From BSNL 6 Months before.
      My Broadband Services is very poor and not working properly. In a week only 2-3 days my Internet is in working condition. I have complaint to BSNL so many times but they don't do anything. And their Representative always told me that he will come to my home and check it, but he never comes.
      I have paid 750/- per month. So I want all my money back for last 6 months and Deposit from BSNL.

      BSNL — Internet complaint

      My no is[protected].I am using broadband on my land line. Frequently it does not work and when I lodge complain within short time some operator will start calling me that your service is started pl check, when I try to check it is not working.I try to call SDE that is no 2327200 i hold the receiver for 15 minutes and no body replies.What to do?

      This is the biggest company and the service is so poor

        I am Rajiv Kumar from Nilokheri Distt. Karnal Haryana. My bsnl mobile no. Is [protected]. The bsnl service provider has deduct balance from my phone so many time without any service request by me. When i call at customer call centre at 9:05 pm on[protected] then mr. Navven tell me that there is no record available . When i ask for refund then he said that no refund will be given to you. I also tell that on[protected] Rs. 12 was deducted i same way from my mobile then he said only 2 rs. Deducted after that he said 4 rs. Deducted. I ask for refund he flatly refused. I also ask for email for complaint registered through email then mr. Naveen flstly refused. I also ask for call your senior or sent this call to your senior then he flatly refused and ignored. Please do in my favour. I have loss so many time mymobile balance like this. Please help me for refund my duducted mobile balance which is in current is Rs. 24

          I got a message to my number ([protected]) saying - I can use "easy vault phone back-up service" free for one month. I just ignored and deleted the sms and never used the service. After one month I shocked to see another message stating my "easy vault phone back-up service" has been renewed and Rs. 20 has been charged. I was also offered to stop the service by sending an SMS "STOP" to 155223. I've send the SMS but it is not known whether the service is active or not. Even the Deducted amount has not been refunded as of now.
          This is a serious violation of TRAI guidelines. How can BSNL subscribe to a VAS without my consent? How can I be charged for even for cancelling some subscription?

            none of the customer care no is working of BSNL Assam (1500 to 1530 and toll free [protected] & [protected] & [protected] and also on 198 which is automatic complaint no for land line) i have tried a lot to contact customer care through mentioned no but none of them working the response on these nos is either number not in use or not connecting or not attending the call. Please look in to the matter.

            i have recharged 574 STV for unlimited calls (on net std & local) but it is not working i have been allotted with 500 minutes of call on any net and 50000+ minutes of calls on net local. and sir i have recharged this 574 STV as it is given on official site of bsnl assam.

                My BSNL no. is [protected]. I recharge free roaming pack of Rs. 199 on 17/06/2013 at 11.48pm at through my accoun by paytm application through my mobile which is unable to success completely. But the recharge amount Rs.199 was deducted from my account. For which I receive messages that the deducted amount will be refund. But the amount is not refund till today to my account. But in paytm application it shows that the amount is refunded. I can not contact to paytm or bsnl. My order no is[protected]. The same thing also happen during recharge of Rs. 41 to my mob. No. [protected].

                  You telecom /internet issue — Internet speed issue

                  Hi,
                  I have been facing a internet speed issue from past 20days and i cant even download a 4 MB file as the download speed is 2 - 4 KBps ...The subscribed speed of my internet is 2Mbps, when i call you telecom call center they say they would say that they can take a cmplain only ...the technician never comes to my place to check, he would just call and say your system has virus ...so i have reinstalled operating system, even after that technician says your system has virus ...I work for a worlds number one PC maufactures ...i am a techicinal support speciallist and these you telecom technicians doesnt even know about Vista ...

                  We have BSNL landline connections,[protected] and[protected]. Both are with internet connections. But for the last so many months both these phones have no net facilities. Repeated complaints have had no effect in restoring the services. In the interim the bills continue to be charged for unprovided services. Please address the issue since it is causing me immense financial burden along with mental stress.

                        My Internet connection is not working for my telephone connection[protected] from April onwards and we have complaint regularly in person and through the website still now the issue is not yet resolved. Please look into this matter very urgently and we have checked our modem in Oachira Telephone exchange and it was working fine. So,it is very clear that there is some fault in the line but nobody is not taking care about this issue and we customers are become fool and serving the department with monthly charges.

                          Good Morning,
                          I wish to submit a complain about my Land-line Phone, because i only have the BSNL Land-line, therefore i can't lodge a complaint on my landline, when i call on other customer care numbers, they tell me to complain on 198 first, but since i don't have any working BSNL number, i can't do it

                          anyways i have two complaints, Phone goes out of service everyday, and mostly only works during night, i wonder why is it to, probably the line problem.

                          same goes with the broadband, broadband is very unstable during day, ping is over 100 within India and over 400-1000 outside India, I want this ping issue fixed asap, and the connection problem too, broadband have been going on and off everyday, and it disconnects every time, i have lodged a complaint yesterday, and its still not fixed yet

                            Its been almost a month we are facing problem due to the non functioning of BSNL broadband. We have already given a complaint to the SDO but still they are not even bothered to look into the matter. After visiting bsnl office continuously the are just telling that it will be done very soon but till now the problem has not been solved. Ours is a public service company having single broadband connection(BSNL) and we work 100% online.We are attaching the copy of the complaint letter duly received by the SDO. Thus we request you to kindly solve the problem without further delay and billing for the affected month should be made accordingly.

                            i have been using bsnl broadband services satisfactorily since june 2009. from june 2010 the broadband has stopped working. i have been lodging complaints on the helpline, getting docket nos, somebody calls and asks if the system is working and the complaint is closed. i again repeat the cycle the next day. this has been going on for last one month and the broadband is still not working. i have emailed to the concerned dgm's but have got no response. they also do not pick up calls to their mobile phones. i am at a loss as to where to address this problem. as a last resort i will have to surrender this connection and may be file a case in the consumer forum.

                                I had requested for New Ladline connection on April somedate.
                                A marketing agent came to house and took application with 500rs advance.
                                After two days i got call from that marketing guy saying Number has been allocated "23496332".
                                He said connection will be provided within 2days.
                                after that from around two months am waiting for new connection which is not yet provided ,i talked to all the nearby bsnl office none of them replying properly.I gave complaint in BSNL DEO office also ,they are also replying properly and still my issue is resolved.

                                I have applied for new BSNL connection on 27/01/2009. My application number is APP953981, my registration number is CAC/N-OYT-GNL/7686 and my consumer number is 50985691 and my work order is 89010822. Till now I haven't received the connection in spite of reminding the AE of the exchange area. My exchange is CACT. Please have someone look into it.

                                BSNL — not issue of land line connections

                                there is a industrial area of riico. in jaipur name jhotwara (ext), sarana doongar industrial area. people (industrialests) of this area are waiting for bsnl land line telephone connection from last three years. they have submit there connection applications in june 2008. but connection are not issue them till dec 2010. you can understand that industries can hardly run without land line connection in this fast moving time. so on behalf of sarana doongar industries association we request you to do some needfull action in this mater.

                                Respect Sir,
                                Ihave applied for New Landline & Broadband Connection on 5th of January. At the time of submitting the application form alongwith Rs1650, I enqired for the possibility of getting an early connection.At that time the BSNL authorities assured me that within one week you get the connection.
                                Sir,.I visited BSNL ,Vijay Nagar office several times and contacted the authorities personally and telephonically but I get only the assurance that within two -three days work will be done.Nearly two months have gone but no progress haS been made till date.

                                  My telephone number is[protected] is dead for more than 6 months. There was a metal pole near my house from the connection has been given. The line man removed the pole and sold it in scrap shop and connected my number overhead cable. I registered the complaint on line and visited many times at Old Madras Office. The reply was given to me by the Engineer there that to apply for disconnection. I am told that private service providers have booked these officials as such nobody want to take any action so that I can go for a private service provider. I have been paid bills for the four months hoping that this will be adjusted in regular bill. This has has not happened every month bill is initiated but no service has been resumed/provided. Three days back line man has called to my mobile no.[protected] through my land line number i.e. 5600093 intimating that my line will be resumed and asked for the location. On visiting my house he has collected Rs.300/- for purchase of new cable from my wife and earlier occasion has also collected money. whenever money is given to him he connects my telephone. Will authorities concerned look into this and take necessary action to restore the service and initiate proper bill after adjusting the payment made without availing the service and for the month no service is restored no bill is to issued. Please bring the concerned personnel under the law and stop these irregularities.

                                  the Broad Band Connection to my telephone No.[protected] has not been working for the past threee days. On 12.7.2008 a complaint was lodged and a docket number 0583 was given. after sometime some one from the department called and enquired about the nature of the problem. He waws told clearly that Broad Band connection was not working. Thereafter there was noa call from any one and the defect has not been rectified so far. Anotther complaint has also been lodged for the same problem. will the authorities look into this please urgently.

                                  I am Jahnavi Pramod Savanoor, from Bangalore, staying at BSK - III Stage, My landline number is 26797739.

                                  From past 20 days my BSNL Broad Band is not working, I have given complaint several times, I also gave Complaint to BSNL South, DVG Road and met a staff by name Mr Hrishikesh, but nothing worked out. I got frustrated calling everyday & gave an application for the disconnection of both landline & broadband, one of the Engineer called Mr Chandrashekhar of Channammankere Branch, BSNL came home & assured me that the problem will be solved in a day or two, also told me to withdraw the application for disconnection, I did as he said, Its been 1 week, no news!!! I hape i havn't done a foolish thing of withdrawing . I could have got the broadband disconnected by this time. I am really disappointed with BSNL and the Staff as well.
                                  They keep saying, the password should be reset...who should do this???? ...please tell me how long it takes to reset the password??...20 Days???. I have been to the BSNL offices several times inspite of my busy schedules...the kind of response that I received was hopeless...Just diverting from person to the another. I wasted my time like anything. Please tell me if it is not going to happen...So that I can find any alternative for this because I badly need internet connection, otherwise help me to solve this problem...

                                  Best thing to solve this problem is go and speak to the ara manager. Not any one else. even I had the similar problem and spoke to the are a manager. You need to take appointment to meet him/her. This is the fatest way to solve your problem
                                  I more thing I want to suggest that go to d office write the same story o[censored]r complaint in the complaint book available in the office. trust me it works a lot.

She told me due to cable problem my above telephone went dead and unless the telephone come into service the broad band connection won't work.Thereafter there was no call from any one and the defect has not been rectified so far. Will the authorities look into this please urgently.

                                  BSNL Bangalore — Broadband not provided but being billed

                                  Hi,

                                  My number is 28533693 under KR Puram exchange, Bangalore. I had applied for broadband in Feb08. Finally in Oct08 the lineman came with userId and password and configured the modem and told he'll connect stuff at the exchange and the connection will be usable from next day. But the connection never works. The modem never shows indications of link availability. I know for sure they have not done the necessary connections at the exchange.

                                  But they have completed the work order and BSNL has started billing me for the service which I'm never able to use. This is the second time this is happening to me. I have again run from pillar to post to get the rebate and the BB now.

                                  The first time was when I shifted my telephone to this exchange, I had phone+ BB on my old exchange. These guys shifted the the phone but did, nt provide BB, but completed the shift order for both. Finally I was told the exchange had no ports. I had to run pillar to post to get the refund for the BB. At least the customer care of BSNL was very helpful in that case.

                                  I'm not sure why BSNL does not have any accountability and repeat and haress customers. Can this be corrected at the earliest

                                  I am a resident of Adugodi area with the address as #154, Grnd Flr, 4th Cross Nanjappa Layout, Bangalore-30. I have applied for a broad band connection in the month of Aug'08 and waited for more than one there was no response from the BSNL but when followed with the engineer by name Mr. JOTHAPPA he said that there is no line connection at all in Adugodi area so there are trying to put the line connection first and in this way it went on another month so finally i requested Mr. Jothappa(JTO) to provide only landline connection i.e. wireless phone without broadband.
                                  He approved it and in the firstweek of october i recieved wireless phone with the no as[protected]. But to my surprise now the landline bill has come with an amount of 1149/- in which 1000/- rupees is mentioned as installation charges of broadband which i have not got at all. Please look in to this matter and rectify it at the earliest.

                                  sarkari khata hai... sarkar so rahi hai, babu saale khate hai... aur humein to pareshani hi hogi na... take it easy. i have been through worse and realised there is no point hitting your head against the wall. only you will get hurt as there is no accountability in government service. try to fight the system and they will ensure that you are made to feel sorry for that. free advice hai lani hai to le lo.

                                      I have broadband with telephone connection with telephone with bsnl. It was taken in my mothers name, number is 22317023, there was an problem with broadband. I am unable to use the service and there noise coming out from telephone. I have logged a compliant on 31st may 2013, from the date people from bsnl called frequently 4 t no one attend theimes no one attend the problem till date people2 days before i informed the compliant department south, they told problem will be addressed but no one address the compliant.
