Good Morning,
I wish to submit a complain about my Land-line Phone, because i only have the BSNL Land-line, therefore i can't lodge a complaint on my landline, when i call on other customer care numbers, they tell me to complain on 198 first, but since i don't have any working BSNL number, i can't do it

anyways i have two complaints, Phone goes out of service everyday, and mostly only works during night, i wonder why is it to, probably the line problem.

same goes with the broadband, broadband is very unstable during day, ping is over 100 within India and over 400-1000 outside India, I want this ping issue fixed asap, and the connection problem too, broadband have been going on and off everyday, and it disconnects every time, i have lodged a complaint yesterday, and its still not fixed yet

BSNL Land Phone — phone out of service

Dear Sir,

My land phone at my home is dead since last month. When i complaint at my local exchange they are telling that cable cut happend and take more time to rectify the complaint.Since last month we are vaiting to rectify the dis order. Kindly do the necessary to rectify my phone as early as possible.

    Its been almost a month we are facing problem due to the non functioning of BSNL broadband. We have already given a complaint to the SDO but still they are not even bothered to look into the matter. After visiting bsnl office continuously the are just telling that it will be done very soon but till now the problem has not been solved. Ours is a public service company having single broadband connection(BSNL) and we work 100% online.We are attaching the copy of the complaint letter duly received by the SDO. Thus we request you to kindly solve the problem without further delay and billing for the affected month should be made accordingly.

    BSNL — NON FUNCTIONING OF BROADBAND

    broadband has been installed in my land line phone no.[protected] .but it is not functionig for last 20 days .despite a lot of complains bsnl says private firm who installed it will rectify it .while that company says it is BSNL responsibilty.but in between our broadband data one is not working for 20 days .and no body is listening the complains

    I am Experiencing a Intermittent internet connection for quite a long time. I have tried calling 1500 for this problem but still no resolution for this. I wish BSNL provide a better customer service procedure and respect the customer intentions although it gets its funding from Govt.

    Myself Dheeraj. I agree to u that our BSNL deptt. is full of lazy people.

    I'd also applied a new application for a broadband connection in BSNL Office at Raj Nagar (on 27th December), but there is still no procedure has done so far. 2ndly the persons sitting inside the office don't have full knowledge about the broadband services fully.

    I wonder why mob is bearing the BSNL...

    BSNL Broadband — non functioning of broadband

    i have been using bsnl broadband services satisfactorily since june 2009. from june 2010 the broadband has stopped working. i have been lodging complaints on the helpline, getting docket nos, somebody calls and asks if the system is working and the complaint is closed. i again repeat the cycle the next day. this has been going on for last one month and the broadband is still not working. i have emailed to the concerned dgm's but have got no response. they also do not pick up calls to their mobile phones. i am at a loss as to where to address this problem. as a last resort i will have to surrender this connection and may be file a case in the consumer forum.

    I am having a broad band connection from BSNL for the last six months. I have tried the bsnl customer care for registering my request for attending complaints and no proper attention either for lifting the phone or by other means. My land line no is 288 0498.         I had requested for New Ladline connection on April somedate.
        A marketing agent came to house and took application with 500rs advance.
        After two days i got call from that marketing guy saying Number has been allocated "23496332".
        He said connection will be provided within 2days.
        after that from around two months am waiting for new connection which is not yet provided ,i talked to all the nearby bsnl office none of them replying properly.I gave complaint in BSNL DEO office also ,they are also replying properly and still my issue is resolved.

        Please help.

        I have applied for new BSNL connection on 27/01/2009. My application number is APP953981, my registration number is CAC/N-OYT-GNL/7686 and my consumer number is 50985691 and my work order is 89010822. Till now I haven't received the connection in spite of reminding the AE of the exchange area. My exchange is CACT. Please have someone look into it.

        BSNL — not issue of land line connections

        there is a industrial area of riico. in jaipur name jhotwara (ext), sarana doongar industrial area. people (industrialests) of this area are waiting for bsnl land line telephone connection from last three years. they have submit there connection applications in june 2008. but connection are not issue them till dec 2010. you can understand that industries can hardly run without land line connection in this fast moving time. so on behalf of sarana doongar industries association we request you to do some needfull action in this mater.

        Respect Sir,
        Ihave applied for New Landline & Broadband Connection on 5th of January. At the time of submitting the application form alongwith Rs1650, I enqired for the possibility of getting an early connection.At that time the BSNL authorities assured me that within one week you get the connection.
        Sir,.I visited BSNL ,Vijay Nagar office several times and contacted the authorities personally and telephonically but I get only the assurance that within two -three days work will be done.Nearly two months have gone but no progress haS been made till date.

            I have broadband with telephone connection with telephone with bsnl. It was taken in my mothers name, number is 22317023, there was an problem with broadband. I am unable to use the service and there noise coming out from telephone. I have logged a compliant on 31st may 2013, from the date people from bsnl called frequently 4 t no one attend theimes no one attend the problem till date people2 days before i informed the compliant department south, they told problem will be addressed but no one address the compliant.

                NO QUALITY NETWORK COVERAGE OF BSNL
                I AM HAVING TWO BSNL PREPAID SIM. BSNL NETWORK COVERAGE IS COMING TO OUR AREA FROM AKM CISF TOWER. THE SIGNAL OF BSNL IS MISSING FOR 3 MINUTES IN EVERY 10 MINUTES. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL E MAIL TO [protected]@bsnl.co.in and appellate authority. BUT THE PROBLEM HAS NOT YET SOLVED. PLEASE RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND PROVIDE QUALITY SIGNAL. DUE TO THE ABOVE PROBLEM WHILE SPEAKINGIN PHONE THE CALL WILL IS DISCONNECTING SUDDENLY AND AS WELLAS WHILE BROWSING MOBILE INTERNET THROUGH GPRS THE CONNECTION IS ALSODISCONNECTED SUDDENLY.                   My BSNL landline/broadband connection wire was stolen on 9.6.2013. I complained to the 198customer support but no actions were taken. I request that fast actions are taken to resolve my problem. My address 1/37 Paschim Putiary kol 700041. Landline no.[protected]

                  In Danapur Area, a scam is being run by local SDO, of stealing the fibre every month and then installing new fibre. Don't know whom to complaint. But someone should be getting involved and check out why only this particular strtch is being hit every month for stealing wires. while residents have to suffer with connectivity problems for for to five days each month.

                    My bsnl no-[protected] ,as I have not activated any services but BSNL have deducted 45 rs balance for cricket pack since last 3 months i.e 15 rs/month(30/3/2013,30/4/2013,30/5/2013) & i want to deacivate this service but no call is connecting to them & also i want my 45 rs back in my talk time but not able to get customer care.

                    Please give response for my problem.

                    BSNL — service not activated yet

                    i have purchased a new prepaid sim of rs 200 and get a scheme that i can call one bsnl moblile no. and one bsnl mobile no.@20paiseminute and for that i have to send a mesge(proper) with the numbers.so i send it and receive a mesge for the confirmation .that ur request for has been accepted and in que for the activation.but 6 days to go, until now my service is not activated i had also called in customar care for the same.but no action is taken yetso plz take care for this...thanks...

                    BSNL — return of deducted balance

                    i a consumer of BSNL, Orissa, Berhampur. i have recharged Rs. 99 voucher, which is plan o[censored]nlimited gprs browsing for one month, but on 26.08.09 while i am browsing a sum of Rs. 100/- was deducted from my main balance. when i complained it to customer care than they lodged a complain and gave me a complain No. 3632605 and said that if it is technical problem than the deducted amount will be returned. but till date i.e 17.08.09 i have not received my deducted amount and my one month period of gprs was lapshed on 26.07.09 (with in 10 days).

                    BSNL-PREPAID — balance deducted/ service not activated

                    Mobile number is [protected]. The balance of 1274/- was deducted and service activation is not yet done. Complaint was booked regarding this problem twice at BSNL Customer Service Center, but we are not getting proper response from the Executives. The Complaint Numbers with dates are AP[protected] on date 31/12/2009 and AP[protected] on date 04/01/2010. Executives registered the complaint assuring to resolve the problem within 24 hours but after then they are giving reason that our complaint could not registered due their technical problems.

                    Dear Sir,
                    My Self Mr.Bideshwar Mukhiya From West Bengal, Burdwan, Durgapur. I beg to inform that i am purchase a new connection of bsnl prepaid sim card and recharge with Rs.175.00 to activate bsnl net service. After few days' Rs.6.00 and Rs.7 Something is deducting from my main balance. when call I customer care then They said that this is temporary network problem. the deducting balance is add to your main account and they were lounch a complain and give me a complain number i.e 5310803 on date 14.04.2010 but not any result yet now.

                      I am subscribed for 'TravelandLiving Service' on BSNL Prepaid Mobile without my consent since May 2013 and frequently lose Rs.8/- each time by a renew SMS from 55768.
                      Last recieved messages are as follows.
                      One from +55678 at 10-Jun-13 4:35 pm and message is "Your TravelandLiving Service will get renew in next two days. To unsub, SMS STOP to 155223 or call on 155223 Toll free.
                      Each time I send the SMS 'STOP' to 155223 after get this message, but lose my money each time.
                      Last one is from +[protected]Jun-13 2:38 pm and message is "Thanks for subscribing TravelandLiving from 55768 at 11/06/2013 01.47 PM for Rs8 valid till 18/06/2013. To unsub, SMS STOP to 155223 or Call on 155223 Toll free."

                      I called many times to BSNL customer service (1503 & 155223) to unsubscribe me from the 'TravelandLiving Service' for permanently. But they never consider my complaint. Finally I told to senior representative about these types of deduction of money without my consent, but he was not willing to stop the 'TravelandLiving Service'.
                      I also told him I'll be going to consumer court with this issue and that time he was very rude and send something like 'BSNLNet configure settings' to my mobile continuously for the rest of the day and then I could not do anything on my phone without pressing 'Yes or No' more than hundred times.
                      They send a docket number each time after call to BSNL call center and I have no idea what is the use of this docket number. They are as follows

                      BSNL/ Prepaid Mobile Service — Call centre not attending to complaint

                      I sent SMS for activation of Excel Power service on my mobile No.[protected] on 21st December, 2008 and received the reply through SMS immediately confirming receipt of request. But since then the service has not yet been activated. I talked to the call centre two times and they assured that the service would be activated shortly. But nothing happenned so far. For the last 15 days I am trying to connect to the call centre but the line is always found busy. Kindly try to activate the dessired service at onece.

                      BSNL — money losing

                      from february 2009 onwards mobile no [protected] had a loss of Rs.30.00 per month. contacted the customer care, but no use. They said, they are unaware of the loss. In March-2009, lost Rs.60.00 and so I (SAM MATHIAS.W), had gone Thiruvananthapuram office, but they could also not solve the problem. In April-2009, again I lost Rs.30.00 and I went there and given a written complaint. Even though I had again lost Rs.30.00 in May-2009 also. In each deduction their must be an SMS, saying, "Thank You for subscribing to the subscription service" from the no: 70071030.
                      So I request to take necessary action to refund my hard earned money, and also stop this kind of cutting of money from my account.

                      BSNL Mobile — Charging money after sending SMS for free services

                      On 01.02.2010 I got an SMS from BSNL reading as - "BSNL Phone backup. contact +sms+pics all free. sms SUB to 58989." When I sent the required SMS, I got a message after 5- 6 hours - "Thank you for subscribing to phone backup. Fee Rs.30/- per month." Simultaneously I got second message - "You have been charged Rs.30/-for phone backup services." I registered a complaint with BSNL. They advised me to send SMS UNSUB ALL TO 5805129 to unsubscribe the service. When I tried to send the message several times, message sending failed appears. This is nothing but clear cut fraud first luring for free service and then charging without any authority. I request you to kindly look into the matter and got my money back.
                      Sir i have a devotional alarm facily on my mobile no [protected] .

                      I have many Problems from BSNL.

                      1) After 5pm Network is to Busy.

                      I am 36 years old person. I know how to operate SMS. Without my approval suddently sms came from MAATV[protected] mentiong "Thanks for ur MAATV Month renewal for rs 50/- Ur Subscription renews on 16/2/11.
                      SMS UNSUB to 55447 to unsubscribe." This thing happend for me twice.Even through I am sending unsubscribing sms to above number.

                      BSNL - prepaid mobile phone — Non-Approved subscription and deductions from balance

                      From last month it has been observed and informed at BSNL Customer Care regarding the UN-approved deductions made regularly for updating different-different services without our confirmation / permission on our phone no.[protected].
                      We have informed at BSNL Customer Care many times two of the latest complaint nos are K30RJ669671 dt.30.11.11 and L01RJ671808 dt.01.12.11 but no response nor we have been refunded our amount wrongly deducted.
                      I don't know in this time of competition, is BSNL wants to close down the mobile service-as their are forcing their customers to switch to other service providers because of such problems. Are they creating such UN-necessary problems so that the customers will leave.The computerised phone services provided for customers are also not working properly, they gets corrupted / hanged after calling 2-3 times. Our phone gets disconnected before getting any solution from the department, so we have to call many times to resolve our pending issues and we will call for clearance of issues. Please rectify the computerised system so that UN-necessary problems can be avoided in future.

                      BSNL से बढ़कर गन्दी सुविधा और कोई भी नेटवर्क नहीं देता। बिना बातकिये ही मोबाइल का बैलेंस उड़ा देता है, यैसा पहली बार नहीं है। हमेशा बार-बार यही करता है। और जब भी कस्टमर केयर से इसकी जानकारी मागो तो बताता है की आप का डाटा नहीं मिल पा रहा है, बाद में ४-६ घंटे बाद बात करें। मैंने यैसी ही कई कम्प्लेंट कर चूका हूँ पर इसका भी कोई फायदा नहीं होता। साला गन्दा है बीएसएनएल

                        I have taken BSNL connection in CUG Bharat Swabhiman Plan from my office in the month of May 2013. At the time of activation my sim card which i have taken from BSNL vasai exchange in found defective. so i went to them again and taken a new sim card worth Rs. 100. But at that time the scheme was closed and my sim card is not validate. now the BSNL office officers told me that you didnot get this plan again and not able to activate another plan in this sim card. then what i am do.?

                            I re-grate to say that, On 6th june afternoon suddenly my mobile [protected] balance amount Rs.650/- vanished. I have made a complaint on the same day by 1503 and directly in BSNL office port blair at 1640hrs. They told this fault have been register as complaint and solve earlier. But i walk in to BSNL office so many times and met officials but no proper response. After a month passed today (10th June) they told it should be solved from Calcutta office. Here already BSNL net work is not proper moreover now they start cheating customers and vanish the balance amount to pay these BSNL officials. It may be a good Technique but in this competitive market they will loose loyal customers like me. Kindly advise how to get this amount from BSNL PB. What action can be taken for this cheaters?

                              BSNL — No SMS Services

                              Iam sonal from bhopal , on 11/02/10 registered a complaint with BSNL customer care stating am not able to send and receive sms for my mobile number [protected]. Till date nothing has been done, when called again to customer care they said we have resolved your problem but till date nothing has been done and some agents replies as this problem is not from their end. To cross check i changed the sim to other mobile still problem persist. Its an kind request kindly look over o this issue.
                              My mobile Phone bearing No [protected], the pin code is block and asking PUK code No, please provide the same which enable the services to resume.

                                Receipt No - [protected]
                                the recharge wasn't successful and i got the message refund initiated on portal.bsnl.in
                                date of recharge -7/6/13 but still now i haven't receive my money yet please kindly solve my problem

                                  I complained to CMD, BSNL,The Secretory CVC, NEW DELHI regarding fraud of more then 22,00,000/- in BSNL with the support of BSNL officer & for windup this case wrongly filed FIR, which is pending in Hon'ble court,however on subjudice case BSNL officer trying to writeoff the said amount.Junagadh Vigilance authority trying to submit wrong report to the higher authority on my complain.Pl. help in interest of public for proper investigation and action accordingly...Smt.Rekha V.                                     My phone was disconnected though it was paid by ECS all along. On enquiry they said unpaid, so paid one month for april Rs.1468/- in cash counter,gave the receipt to AO, for restoring phone wh was done after 2 days.
                                    I paid the bill for May Rs.4786/- in kiosk 0134, though it was to be paid by ECS and the bill was not sent to SBI. After my all payments, the bill was sent to SBI and credited to BSNL, again Rs. 6254/- This has resulted in double payments. Why this inconveniece is causeed to a customer who is 85 years and above?
                                    Now will the BSNL adjsut this excess amount of Rs. 6254/- paid by my bank, be adjusted?

                                    Paid extra payment thru online account payment.

                                    for the month of 30/08/2008 - Rs.131 and 30/10/2008 - Rs.350

                                    Kindly need help to adjust this extra payments.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Payment for the subject telephone for the months of Jan.2009 to June 2009 has been paid twice.
                                    Letter has been given personally to Accounts Manager IV at Guindy Thiru Vi Ka Estate office.
                                    He has promised that the total amount of Rs.4765/- will be adjusted against future bills and
                                    will instruct accordingly the department concerned.

                                    This is just to ensure that the amount is adjusted against duplicate payment, so that the telepone line
                                    is not CUT for non payment of bill amount.

                                    A line in confirmation would be very much obliged.

                                      I have a broadband connection with my BSNL telephone no 2370198 BUT i am applying for changing address from last 1-2 month i,e dt-8/5/13 and customer care executive commit we are change connections within 1 week but results is not changing my address till now.any one not response me ,

                                      My BSNL plan is 512 kbps but when i check it over different sites it merely gives 50 kbps for surfing.
                                      The staff of BSNL is also irresponsible and behaves bad with consumers
