FRAUD IN BSNL

I complained to CMD, BSNL,The Secretory CVC, NEW DELHI regarding fraud of more then 22,00,000/- in BSNL with the support of BSNL officer & for windup this case wrongly filed FIR, which is pending in Hon'ble court,however on subjudice case BSNL officer trying to writeoff the said amount.Junagadh Vigilance authority trying to submit wrong report to the higher authority on my complain.Pl. help in interest of public for proper investigation...

double payment of bills due to accounts fault

My phone was disconnected though it was paid by ECS all along. On enquiry they said unpaid, so paid one month for april Rs.1468/- in cash counter,gave the receipt to AO, for restoring phone wh was done after 2 days.
I paid the bill for May Rs.4786/- in kiosk 0134, though it was to be paid by ECS and the bill was not sent to SBI. After my all payments, the bill was sent to SBI and credited to BSNL, again Rs. 6254/- This has resulted...

unsubscribing bsnl hungama service

I deactivated my bsnlhungama subscribtion in april 2013.but still I get charged Rs149 every month for hungama service. unauthorized subscription and renewal of Follo subscription

I had bought a BSNL 3G sim ([protected]) with data card which cost me around Rs.1400 approximately as on dated 20/04/2013.They promised me it will have speed of 3.6mbps but when i used it, speed is only 10-20 kbps which is a huge dissapointment, only one month April 2013 is working properly,on that time from 28/04/2013 up to till dated 05/06/2013 & speed is only 10-20 kbps only. Unwanted service activation and balance deduction

Sir, since 11th of march i am facing unwanted balance deduction for an unknown VAS. VAS was activated automatically. I talked to customer care and they told me to message STOP on 155223 to deactivate the service but it didn't worked. Now its like 3 months of inconvenience and i am fed up of this kind of services. Unable to unsubscribe from 55888 services
