Dear Sir, I got recently new connection telephone no[protected] in April BSNL connection for broad band internet, my account no is [protected], My broad band plan is Rs 800 and I asked during the connection that how much will be the bill monthly bill amount and BSNL official from sanjay place Agra told that for your plan the bill will be fixed i.e. it will be Rs 850 including taxes and the speed will be 512 kbps, but we received a bill of 1675 for 20 days, so I want to know, why I received this much amount of bill, please arrange to solve the problem otherwise I have to take serious action against the officials and BSNL for this mistake.

i have a bsnl broad band service on my house bsnl telephone . my no. id[protected]hanumangarh, rajasthan). this connection is registered wtih my father name Sh. Rajender Dhanuka. i used 600 monthly rental plan. i used my bb normal surfing. but ireceived my bill 1750 /- rs. for bb. plz. tell me how i know the uses of my bb capacity 2.5 gb. then i care for my bill

i m Piyush BSNL cellone postpaid Subscriber
i have a BSNL SIM card with following activated plans...

RENTAL Rs.99/month
GPRS (199 Unlimited Usages) Rs.199/month
SMS Rs.25/month
[protected]Total of these all plans is Rs.[protected]

i only use this cellone sim card for send sms (sms rates are .05paise/sms)
and for Internet(free download and surfing acording to the plann 199)
and i didnt call too much from this number... only near about 20 calls/month i do(.49paisa/call)

well i m using this service for 01 jully 09 i have no problem at all.....

BUT this month Bill (feb to March 2010) is Rs.5036
hey...now they correct my bill from Rs.5036/- to Rs.361/-

hureeeeyyyyy!!!


again Free Gprs at Rs.199/- Only

    26724207 since 9-10 month my phone has problem.I have register many
    complain .Ago BSNL authority was replace my set with old one .They told
    us new phone are not available it would be function ok .I am facing
    same problem till now. I call S.D.E. of Rishra. He told me that he
    cannot replacement my phone set and told me to buy from market.

    BSNL — Tel. is not working

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have BSNL Landline No.[protected], its not working from last 8 days. Also i have given complaint to
    198 no. but only they are sayin that we are searching problem & told us our some employees are on leave.

    But my serious complaint is that after every one month i am facing this problem. In every month my
    telephone is dead for 8 days. This BSNL people is not searching permanent solution on this area's
    cable/line problem.

    Some days ago neighbourer's phone was dead for 15 to 20 days.

    You are reqeusted to look in this matter on first priority.

      Hi,

      I can't able to connect Internet for last two days, if I try to give a complaint BSNL staff redirecting to some other contact no and creating big chain but no response from any body. After several try one person gives response saying Server is down will be down for next 3 or 4 days.

      If Internet service is not available for whole month then why are you asking for Fixed monthly payment instead you can collect variable monthly cost for number of days serviced.


      BSNL Service is always poor.

      I have applied for broadband internet connection online for domestic use by filling all required details through the official website of BSNL. I was provided with service request no.[protected] more than one month back. But I was not contacted even once till now. I really need the connection urgently and have no other option as private companies still don't provide broadband connection here.

        I'm using BSNL 499c broadband connection...more than 4months I'm facing the problem of frequent disconnection in broadband, but this month it became even worse. Disconnecting happens each and every 2-3sec. I'm unable to access the net itself. The bsnl staffs look after only the land-line issues and not considering about slow connection and this kind of issues. Kindly help me regarding this problem. the SNR ratio of my land-line showing below

        What should i do further?

        I have made innumerable complaints (Complaint #[protected] regarding the Frequent disconnection of BSNL broadband connection on my phone no[protected], the ADSL light frequently disappears and the broadband connection stops, the staff never turned up to solve the problem, they say that wiring is to be changed but take no action.
        Please take the complain seriously and take appropriate action on priority

        My landline no. is[protected] and from last 1 n half year my phone is not workingproperly, in every 15 days my landline no goes off. was working then again it got disconnected. I have complaint many times but i have not received any response of your side. Everytime i was told by your technicians that we will look after the matter. I am really fed up of this problem.

        AND THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY OUR LINE MAN IS NOT SETISFECTORY. HE IS NEW ONE .THE OLD ONE WAS REGULARE WE WANT HIM.

            I am BSNL broadband user few day ago i received call from BSNL about Hungama website. they said this is BSNL site you can play online gaming and download online music but never ask it is paid service and take my mobile no and email id and activate this service. but we never use this service. now they charged RS 200 for every month.So please refund this amount.

                I had received message in my cell no. [protected] that I had subscribed some schemes which i never did and I will be charged Rs. 5/ 5 day and to unsubscribe I may reply "UNSUB MCSEV" to 56566 I replied but the reply is not going even if i am re-sending again and again after 5 days I got message about the renewal of the scheme and on the same charge. i tried to unsubscribe by sending the message but the SMS is not going.

                I contacted the BSNL OFFICE they adviced me to send Message to stop unwanted message "STOP" to 155223 but still it is coming. Kindly solve the problem

                I am receiving SMS from 56566 about activation of Mobile Animation Services every week and that too without subs for the same . As asked to unsubscribe by replying UNSUB MCSEA, I did that but no respite. The renewal and deduction are going continuously .Pl advise how to stop this unwanted deduction and can this money be refunded to me.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is to complain about the telephone bill for my postpaid connection ([protected], account no.[protected] dated 04 may 13 amounting to Rs. 44524/-. I have a best value plan of Fixed Monthly Charges (FMC) 700 Rs. Which provides me a free data usage of 6GB and any data usage more than that at 0.10 rs/10 KB. Voice charges are above these data charges.

                  I checked my data usage during the month of April, it was approximately 1.4GB, well within my free data usage and Voice charges were about 560 Rs. Accordingly my Bill value should amount to about 1200/- Rupees. Whereas I have received a bill of 44524/- rupees.

                  It may be an automation error, thus please have it checked and corrected and also please forward me an itemized statement explaining the charges amounting to such a high value on my email id [protected]@gmail.com. I am presently out of station for professional reasons hence I would appreciate all communications through email for an early settlement of billing dispute.

                  I have repeatedly tried to call customer service and tried to write to various BSNL email ids taken from internet but BSNL has responded to my calls and emails as well. Today 06 may 13, I placed a direct call to JAO, Asseelamata BSNL office regarding excess bill. He replied with least concern and furnished no details or explanation towards my plan vis a vis data/voice usage. Needless to say, I am quite frustrated.

                  p.s. i am uploading a snapshot o[censored]nbilled usage showing 1.3GB data being charged excessively high.

                    bsnl wimax was giving amazing speed in november whuch was upto 5 mbps but now it is giving speed of 600kbps-1mbps. we are realy dissapointed of this and thinking to disconnnect our bsnl wimax conection. they have reduced the speed 1/4 times the speed which they gave in november . we used to download 5gb file in 2hrs but it take 2 hrs to download 700 mb file so dissappointing .bsnl has reeduced it's speed without giving any notification to us

                      I am using bsnl bb for a long time my telephone numb being[protected] in d name of kalpana pathak, their service was never good, i used to encounter problems every week but atleast d exchange people were kind enough to give calls., but recently i am facing a strange problem, the link keeps blinking and only establishes after i hv disconnected the phn that too not for long , their webpage doesnt open , it shows server cant be found , after several tries 1 0r 2 webpage does open, i hv docketed several times but they hv been removed without d prob being solved , i visited their exchange 4 times and everytime they tested d modem and said its k....go home their is no problem....i hv evn recorded d situation on my mobile cam and i intend to show them as well....i am encountering this prob over a month ......the bsnl authorities asked me to check d line....i hv made a docket at 198 for landline checking....its been 4 days and no reply from them as well.....i hv even pinged my line at there is almost 4% loss.......sir plz kindly look into ths matter.

                        My self Amit Goswami. Mobile no:[protected]. I take a Bsnl prepaid SIM,
                        [[protected]](2G), From Bongaigaon Telecom Circle. And latter on I converted my 2G sim to 3G and I have paid 59 Rupees, for the 3G SIM. But I never got 3G speed. I have called BSNL CC. several times, but they Told me that this problem occurred because I recharged Pay per second Plan to reduce my call rates. And about 1 month before they advised me to Recharge with the 51 Data FRC.,to avail the speed of 3G. I tried plenty of times to Recharge the 51 FRC from easy recharge and from BSNL PORTAL, but It shows Error Voucher. And now Am calling 1503 to ask why the Recharge not happening, But the Cc agent does not Pick up the phone. So, finally I want to clarify that I need 3G speed with 3G vouchers on my 3G sim. So, I need a Solution.

                          Dear i bhavesh ganeshwala having a penta tablet with only charging issue. So it is in warrenty. I gave my instrument in surat P C Point which is bsnl penta service center at the date 16 march 2013 with complain no. PENSER0033702. My main concern is that my instrument was hold with him by 20 days. That after they delivered it delhi on 4th april. Than i asked on 4 th may they gave me answer that yet instrument does not work. And yet they give me time at least 15 days. For only charging problem.

                            I purchased a bsnl penta tablet on 19/3/13, but the tablet stopped working within 10 days of purchase and when contacted with the responsible authorities regarding the replacement of the tablet no action was taken.
                            Finally i submitted my tab at a service centre(B.L.Electronics) in Indirapuram(ghazhiabad)on 13/4/13 and was assured that necessary action would be taken within 15 days.
                            But now its almost 20 days and and i am not receiving any proper response from the service centre people and also they registered my tab with someone else's name. I was not even provided with a proper job sheet regarding the submission of the tablet.

                              My Mom is using BSNL No. [protected] . In that number , the caller tune service was activated automatically and money deduction process goes on month after month. I tried to call the Customer Care Executive a lot of times, but nobody picked up the call . Finally i managed to deactivate the service , But didn't get any Money back . I never wanted to set any such things, which i think was the carelessness of the executives in BSNL. I want the deducted amount of money back if possible. Please look into the matter as soon as possible . Thanks !

                              Myselt Mahendra nakhate I have lived in wardha. and during job ours i have purchased a mobile sim 15 days ago.. with gang facility means call rate gang to gang 10 ps and other 50 paise. but what happens when i have make a call the actual call rate are different. such as for three minutes 1.70 paise. when i had make a complemnt the cusomer care then they told me ur balance is refunded in next two days.. what actual result is different.

                                Phone No.[protected] is not working for four days. Complaint lodged 3-4 days back. Today again compalint lodged (No.17206). Inspite of vigorous follow up no body is looking into the matter and phone is not working. Please do the needful.

                                  My Telephone number is 23457162 in the name A.Chandrashekar.Please deactivate Hungama games and free songs facility and refund the deducted amount. This problem is from dec-2012 and an amount of 347/- is been charged every month... please deactivate it immediately
                                  deactivation of hungama website i.e one day i got a phone call about the hangama website form bsnl customer care they said that we can download songs, videos etc over there .they will provide username and login for that site.if you use the site we will cost you other wise not.one time charge they made 198.we paid it .but the same charge is been attached in all the bill after our payment.we did complient to je in cms branch see adjusted the bill and asked us to pay three month she did the same procedure.and later she asked us to go to main branch and complient about it.i did and they also adjusted the bill and gave me a toll free number to deactivate the service.i call to customer service they said you have charged 12 and 7 rs per day for using hungama website .but i havent used the service at all ...i dont no wat to do but i will not pay the bill or and if they charge i will take action on it.

                                    My father using a BSNL mobile connection No. [protected]. This mobile service provider automatically activated various Value Added Services and renewed automatically even after giving request to deactivate the VAS service. I had tried many times to contact the customer care executive via phone, but after almost 2 hrs of holding the line they did not respond to the call.

                                      I had cancelled the below phone connection almost more than an year ago (I had returned their equipments to BSNL exchange got a attestation from them, went to their billing center (main office) gave that attestation to them, waited for 3 hours, wrote a cancellation letter, filled up their cancellation form, made the final settlement). But today I received a bill from BSNL stating that I have pay 14 months rental. Why those bills were not sent monthly ?

                                      I am receiving incorrect bills from Aug 2009 and i have log a complain in the selfservice protal and my brother in india is regularly visiting the customer service to resovle the issue but they did not respond to the request and today i get a call saying that if i dont pay the bill they will take legal action from court.
                                      this is not at all acceptable. i was indian government to take some serious acdtion the company BSNL.

                                      Hi,
                                      We have Broad Band service at home and we closed that service last year and after few months we again resumed our Service. When we received our first bill they charged us full instead of 750 Rs plan. Then they asked us to submit 750 and we will take care of other charge. For 3 month they did the same thing now they said that they cannot do that and we have to pay 3600Rs as full charge. Not sure what can we do here

                                        I had recharged with Rs. 200 as Topup frm [protected] on 30 Dec 2012 at 19:18:03 hrs.PF.Rs.0, ST: Rs.22, Net Amt Rs.200, Bal : Rs.211.1 , Ref . [protected].

                                        But, due to system fault, I could not get the credit of above recharged amount till date, even after repeated complaints telephonically and in writing also. I had lodged several complaints with CCE as well as BSNL Rangiya/Kamrup in writing . Nothing has been heard from BSNL so far.

                                        BSNL — Short Amt received on recharge

                                        I had used the online option to recharge / top up my prepaid connection. As per detail available in the bsnl website to recharge the amount of 110.00 the talk value would be 100.00 for one month validity. And I used the same option and transfer the amount through net banking of My ICICI bank account on dtd 18/05/2009 vide their narration - BIL/[protected]/Recharge/... But after payment of rupees 110 I got only 30 rupees credited into my bsnl prepaid connection instead of rupees 100.00. for this i contact the customer care services of the bsnl but every time they ask me that the balance amount will be deposit into your bnsl account within 24 hours. As today is 11th of the june and it has been passed 23 days from the transfer of the funds to bsnl but 24 hours of customer care of bsnl not yet come. So please guide what I do. it is not the matter of rupees 70 but matter of committment.
