We disconnected our BSNL landline phone last year, and submitted the application at that time at our local BSNL office Trimbakeshwar, but we have not received the deposited refund amount yet.

Requested your help in this regard.

My bsnl n broadband was disconnected on 11 January 2022. I have paid all my bill till 10 January 2022.on 7 February I got msg of bill raised, how this possible .
Please solve this matter as soon as possible.

I have been trying to exit the for PORT PUT from BSNL so I get an unlimited recharge even when I send an SMS to port out.
BSNL has different internal issues for not having to out. Then I call them and docket my issue. After taking the docket number of my case . what is the case hanging till now? No answer.We can't say. It will be right for you. Complaint is going to be taken.
Can't think of such a bad customer service. Can't speak well due bsnl policy worst.
BSNL thinks the owner of the government.
It should be reported to the telecom sector (TRI).

I'm sharing everything. I have everything ... along with call records.Can be provided if required.

I want to see the end of what they think of themselves. Customers do not have to work day and night to comply with all these unemployed boss management.

Even after informing and requesting closing of BSNL Fiber connection on Dec 28, w.e.f 01 Jan, and also after submitting devices, paying full amount of last (December) bill I am getting the bill invoice to pay.

Also after disconnection i have not received full security deposit from BSNL vendor partner, who installed all devices.

Being an existing customer of BSNL, recurring charges were levied extra. no discount was given for opting Bharat fiber as claimed 90% discount on first month charges of ftth installation by BSNL.

This is to inform you that BSNL cheated by changing my LandLine number without my approval.
I am having the BSNL FTTH Connection with the number[protected] from the past five years. Last month there was a net work problem. They had not shown interest in tweaking the problem.
I was with out my Landline and internet for more than 15 days. Then after multiple complaints they asked me to change the router and they had also changed the router and they forced me to take the new number and assured your number will be back after a week.
I had to pay Rs3200 extra for the router again
But when i reached to the office for the my previous number they are not responding. I reached to the multiple times for the sake of this but no one responding.
I have been using this number from the last five years and this is mainly for my parents that they can easily access the telephone rather than mobile.

And more over this number is spread all of our family and friends and i cannot change it now.

I want my number to be back Please help in resolving the issue ASAP.

I had disconnected my landline phone 23211294 in may 2021. Even after this much time they don't refund my money 3754/-Still today. I have visited Gandhinagar Gujarat BSNL office but no any response from staff, they are tossing responciblity to each other. Please do needful in this matter

I tried recharge my mobile phone numbe # [protected] # from online portal of bsnl. It shows me the above error. I am unable to recharge because of this. I tried extended validity recharge and also talk time recharge but not done.

Presently I'm in Delhi.For 3-4 days my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected].No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help.
