    I am living in Noida and I port my number ([protected]) from jio to bsnl. Now I am not getting any network in noida and my phone is useless now as I can't port again for atleast 3 months.

      I'm not getting network in my area. Bsnl is also fooling people by selling 4g sim but there is no 4g service available. Even there is no internet connection. Network is so poor that I have to go out of my house. Please TRIA ban bsnl company.

          My plan is Rs599.The person who installed BSNL Fibre told me that speed will be 50- 60mbps but unfortunately speed is20-25 maps.To see the speed it is clear that they are lies.
          One thing more is that The bill I received for the month of November 2021 Rs 720 including GST Rs 109 what is this.
          I think all are frauders because no one received my call nor give reply to my messages.

            The Landline[protected] was not working for the last almost 3-4 months.
            Gave complaint on customer complaint number, many times, (as far i remember 8 times) for the last one month.

            Every time, the responder asks same questions Which number, which area, what is my contact number, and say he will send the line man in an hour.
            Then i wait for two days. again call. this is the way its going on for one month. And the phone was not working even 3 months before. As i was out of station, could not follow-up.
            What these people doing i dont know

              As I'm currently in Russia and before coming here I contacted Costumer care service provider to get information about international plans and weather my Indian prepaid Sim Card will work or not so they told that you just need to put your mobile phone on aeroplane mode and restart it again and automatically Signals will come But I'm trying this for nearly 2 month back but its not working. I'm unable to get my bank account details and many more things are pending. Please provide some resolution ASAP.

                I am not able to call anyone or receive anyone's calls. Furthermore, my mobile network is not working as well. I am able to receive messages though. But, not able to recharge my mobile as well.

                    I'm a BSNL subscriber. Trying to port from BSNL, however port SMS to 1900 is not being sent.

                    Two days ago, TRAI has mandated all networks that no special recharge pack should be required for sending port SMS.

                    (ref: https://www.livemint.com/industry/telecom/trai-directs-telcos-to-offer-outgoing-...

                    On inquiry, customer support still demands now that recharge of RC147 with 28 days plan validity is a must to be able to sent port SMS.
                    Why would I need a 1 month plan if I've decided to port right away? I still have 2 months validity and sufficient balance to send regular SMS and make calls.

                    Forcing 1 month plan is a measure to strongly discourage a subscriber's efforts to port out of their network is not going to win any customers, new or existing.

                    BSNL support explicitly claims BSNL wasn't notified of the new guidelines by TRAI. The watchdog should take a note of this and ensure strict implementation of it's regulations, else it'll be seen as a jokedog.

                      From last 7 days no 3G network is provided, only 2G is coming . I complaint in nearest bsnl office but no solution yet.I facing problem in online Work. 2G also comes and disappear during calling.
                      Please 🙏 solve this otherwise PORT is the last option .

                          From yesterday my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help.

                              I buy one SIM of MNP At Bangaru sundhar,
                              He said to me SIM and recharge price of 297 that's benefits are 2 months unlimited voice and net and validity 6 months
                              But SIM activation after 3 days I benefits are only 2 months unlimited validity
                              His told alll people are fake news, fake recharge fraud anouncemens it's too much
                              I many times call to his but no response and what's app not respond why?

                                I applied for surrender of my BSNL account number [protected]. I paid the last bill twice. The phone got disconnected, but I didnt get the last bill amount refund with caution deposit. In spite of calling BSNL so many times, the issue is not resolved.

                                      When I sent port out message, it replied due to subssisting contractual obligations, upc cannot be generated. I have my account balance above 9 rs. And have a recharge of 153rs for unlimited calling and net.
