    I'm a BSNL subscriber. Trying to port from BSNL, however port SMS to 1900 is not being sent.

    Two days ago, TRAI has mandated all networks that no special recharge pack should be required for sending port SMS.

    On inquiry, customer support still demands now that recharge of RC147 with 28 days plan validity is a must to be able to sent port SMS.
    Why would I need a 1 month plan if I've decided to port right away? I still have 2 months validity and sufficient balance to send regular SMS and make calls.

    Forcing 1 month plan is a measure to strongly discourage a subscriber's efforts to port out of their network is not going to win any customers, new or existing.

    BSNL support explicitly claims BSNL wasn't notified of the new guidelines by TRAI. The watchdog should take a note of this and ensure strict implementation of it's regulations, else it'll be seen as a jokedog.

      Dear sir/madam
      From last 7 days no 3G network is provided, only 2G is coming . I complaint in nearest bsnl office but no solution yet.I facing problem in online Work. 2G also comes and disappear during calling.
      Please 🙏 solve this otherwise PORT is the last option .

          From yesterday my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help.

              I requested to you and your BSNL management
              I buy one SIM of MNP At Bangaru sundhar,
              He said to me SIM and recharge price of 297 that's benefits are 2 months unlimited voice and net and validity 6 months
              But SIM activation after 3 days I benefits are only 2 months unlimited validity
              His told alll people are fake news, fake recharge fraud anouncemens it's too much
              I many times call to his but no response and what's app not respond why?

                I applied for surrender of my BSNL account number [protected]. I paid the last bill twice. The phone got disconnected, but I didnt get the last bill amount refund with caution deposit. In spite of calling BSNL so many times, the issue is not resolved.

                    I am unable to update my billing address in the self care portal. While I am trying to update the address the site is getting redirected to the login page again and again. So please help me in changing my billing address.

                      When I sent port out message, it replied due to subssisting contractual obligations, upc cannot be generated. I have my account balance above 9 rs. And have a recharge of 153rs for unlimited calling and net.

                        श्रीमान जी जब प्राइवेट टेलीफोन नेटवर्क सर्विस प्रदाता पर ये नियम लागु है कि जब नंबर को PORT करवाना हो तो उस नंबर का चालू होना ही जरुरी है ताकि 1900 पर PORT का SMS send किया जा सके
                        फिर ये नियम सरकारी नेटवर्क बीएसएनएल पर क्यों लागू नहीं होता
                        क्यों मुझे और अन्य ग्राहकों को 147 रूपये का रिचार्ज करवाने क लिए मजबूर किया जा रहा है
                        पहले खा की 106 का रिचार्ज करिये तभी आप SMS कर पाएंगे
                        ये करने पर भी तब नहीं हुआ तो कहा कि 10 का रिचार्ज कीजिये तब होगा
                        तब भी नहीं हुआ तो कहा कि अब 147 का रिचार्ज कीजिये तभी होगा
                        ऐसा क्यों किया जा रहा है लोगों के साथ
                        सुविधा के नाम पर 00000 नेटवर्क है छोड़कर जाना चाहते है तो लूटने का ये तरीका अपना लिया

                          I'm using BSNL FTTH. My landline[protected].

                          I paid my October, 2021 bill online using their portal and due to some technical failure, the page was showing up an error. But the money was deducted from my account and I could see the payment on the site being listed with the reference number: ERDFTWPY[protected] made on October-19, 2021. I saw the payment being reversed on Nov 3rd, 2021 with reference number: ERDFTWPY[protected].

                          I've not got the reversal money yet. And I've made double payment this month which is successful. I've raised a complaint on the selfcare bsnl portal, sent email to them, and tried their toll free number which is not working currently. Not sure how this could be resolved.

                              I made 3 times payment in my postpaid sim BSNL of Rs 20, 94 and 142 respectively but none reflected my BSNL transaction . They have worse customer support in the world and nor they credited my money back if it wasn’t reflected, truly a corrupt company .

                              Kindly credit my money and I would like to stop using your services.
