    my out going calls & messages are stoped . i am getting a message as " you cannot asses to your account"
    i am getting message as "having no asses to my account"
    Same problem happens to me also. I have never asked for such service. It has started automatically. Deducting Rs. 10/- in every 10 days. I have tried to stop the service by sms to 155223 but of no result. I go to stop the unwanted service?

    Please unsubscribe "Mobile shikhsha service" from my cell phone.I am not interested for that, nor I have asked for its subscription.Its surprising for me that how I got tagged with this service.Moreover, whenever I tried to close the same by dialing "155223" ; I never received any prompt response from them.I have tried to call BSNL customer service but the customer care have no response.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      On my BSNL prepaid nos [protected] and [protected], every month BSNL deduct amount approximately 35 to 40 rupees.
      In march BSNL deducted Rs 20 for easy vault service, Rs 5 for Miss India, Rs 5 for cricket news.
      But I never subscribed to these services, when I called customer care, they told me that system can not show any detail at this time, please call after some time. I called them more then 10 times, but they don't want to listen about my problem.
      When I send message for Unsubscribe these services the reply was "there is no service activated on your No".
      Please help me, I cant bear this much of amount to be deducted from my mobile unnecessarily.

        Dear Sir,

        As we are 10 customer together Applied for Landline connection at our home in Society named as Sahyognagar, Survey no. 3/1, Antarjal, Mundra Road, Adipur- Gandhidham.

        Adipur BSNL Officials told us that we doesnt have grant for new work. so you have to do the digging & poll fitting work on your cost. We are done it as per the officials instruction.

        Moreover about the new connection they are told us that, Rs. 500/- as security deposite, 200/- as cellone plan you have to charged. One SIM Card & Phone device is provide by the BSNL.

        No SIM Card & Phone device are provide till date.

        in first bill we found that
        Rs. 750/- are charged as Installation charges +
        Rs. 500/- As security Deposite +
        Rs. 200/- As Monthly Charge+
        Rs. ___/- As Service tax

        In above charges Rs. 750/- are as installation charge but in BSNL website it shows Rs. 500/-

        Moreover the installation work are done by the society persons expense & cost, than how can BSNL charge it ?

        No any of Adipur official are informed us before the connection. We feel like they are done fraud with us.
        We verbally communicate with the local officials but does not get proper answer.

        this is the problem of all 10 customer . Pl z do the need full.

        BSNL Landline — Improper installation

        My landline 23731212 has been recently installed at my bedroom in my absence, with the wire protruding on the floor from window to the connection point. I asked the line man, when he came for the connection to fix it in hall or in the bed room with the junction box, so that no wire is on the floor causing us to fall accidentally. He promised to come back the next day and so fat has not turned up. A complaint has been lodged already online. But no use so far. planning to get the phone disconnected.

        BSNL Landline — Charged for the Non-Usage

        Hi,

        I was submitted a request to get a BSNL landline + Broadband connection on July 28, 2011 and got the landline connection on the immediate next day (July 29, 2011).

        I have requested them (Chromepet BSNL Office) to cancel my whole subscription on August second week, since till that day i have got any Modem to use.

        After 3 months, now they have been charged Rs.397 for the usage.Meanwhile they have contaced me to check check for the connection and all and i replied them that the request was cancelled already.

        The Number they have assigned to me is 22414070.

        Help me to solve this out.
        My landline phone No. 260365 has been out of order since last one week. There is no response on contacting telephone fault No. 260198. Please rectify the fault and make the telephone operational immediately.

        A line of action taken may be intimated.

            BSNL BROADBAND INTERNET

            Pls lodge my complaint against BSNL, our company M/S TEEKNITS, using 6 connection of BSNL some time our firm suffering very deifficulty from BSNL due to poor services, Everyday our Internet connection dropped and our so many complaint department do not care this when they send line man or engineer they required chai pani (i.e. some money) for re connect and after few days connection dropped, our firm is export unit all buyer's contact depend on internet due to BSNL poor services we suffering very big harrasment. recently we lodged the some complaint as below

            BSNL Telephone Connection — Poor Response from BSNL

            I am genuine beleiver of P&T, erstwhile BSNL which is one of the fastest growing industry in India, i.e Telecom.

            I have had this connection since 2003 and i am not at all happy with the response BSNL offers me. In fact my connection which is situated on north of Bangalore, is giving intermittent problem. When ever i give the complaint 'online' i only register the complaint but i am afraid, my problem is not got resolved. I would like to have resolve on a war footing step.

            BSNL Telephone Connection — very very very poor services

            I have BSNL telephone connection No[protected]Indore M.P.) and using this since last 20 years.
            I am having broad band facility also with this phone. Since last 2-3 years I am facing problem and very fequerently it going out of order due to faulty line and their poor service. They have provided line wtih drop wire which being used in houses. I had to make complaints now and than and there service was so bad that some times they take number of weeks to repair the fault. I had personnely met with GM and also given written complaints but of no use, even they have to response to replay to me. My suggestion to public if they want to invite problem pl take BSNL connection.

            BSNL Broadband and landline — VERY VERY POOR AND FRUSTRATING SERVICE

            I'm Ashutosh Kumar Shukla, and have had a Broadband connection since quest a few years. Its on my Father's name, And we've been having problem with our BSNL Landline and BSNL Broadband (DataOne). I think its rude to say, But on the other hand if I don't I might just not reveal my Problem. Its been like this for over 5-6 months, They just cut off our lines even if the bill payment is a day late, and when it comes to service, we are having broadband problem every few days, its like if it works for 5 days, it will definitely go off for like Sundays, and as usual we can't even call the costumer service on the Sundays {[(ASK WHY? BECAUSE THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS DUMMY~! ♪)]} if luckily its not a Sunday at the costumer care they keep on saying "Aap to kahiye, hame to sun na padega", Now what am I supposed to do with this frustrating behavior, They just get on my nerve, saying its the problem from the >>MEDIA<< {[(I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT PART, WHY IS IT THAT ONLY BSNL HAVE THESE PROBLEMS? WHY NOT AIRTEL OR IDEA?)]}, or sometimes, "YA YA ITS THE PROBLEM WITH THE EXCHANGE" or "PROBLEM WITH AREA"

            AND I'M TELLING YOU, THIS IS GETTING ON MY NERVES TT_TT *sobs*

            what am I getting by giving 900INR every month? >>> UNSTABLE BROADBAND CONNECTION!!! <<<

            and not to mention the telephone, You can't literally hear anything what the guy on the other side of the telephone is saying... SO MUCH DISTURBANCE

            BSNL broadband and landline worst service — poor service

            Dear Sir ,

            My land line and broad band is not working properly from last 1 month whenever i make
            complaint they assured me with in one day your complaints will be done but it wil take
            near about 4-6 days but after some days again its dead this procedure is continued from last 1year
            and i am very harassed with this BSNL service i never expected this kind of service from BSNL
            Also i talk to some senior person of BSNL dept of that area like Mr Bhargav and Mr. Khan(SDO) but they
            also never give me satisfactory response and take a lot of time to attend my complaints .

            pls see the matter and do the needful.

            connect internet and phone — poor poor services

            Hi this is surinder singh. I am facing problem from long time regarding connect internet and phone. both services r always down some time they take 3 to 5 days to solve. I already email to there higher department twice and many times on phone but no result most of the time I call private technician to solve that.               SIR, i am a BSNL mobile subscriber with mobile no [protected] in agra UP (W). i have active DND Service on my number even then repeatedly my balance is getting deducted by activating VAS service with out my consent, the worst thing is that even after repeated complaints the service is always getting reactivated on my number and always i loose my balance and none of the customer care executives respond properly nor i had refunded any yet.

              BSNL — DEDUCTION FOR PAYABLE SERVICE WITHOUT CONSENT

              I'm a customer of BSNL prepaid mobile phone service named CELL1. 1 week ago when I was on roaming, BSNL deducted my balance of 25 Rs the subsription charge of mobile radio but I clearly instructed them to deactivate the service at proper time by calling in customer care but they said its not possible to deactivate the service. Now I want my balance back.

              waiting for a favourable action soon.
              i am also facing the very same problem mentioned by the subscriber, how can i resolve this problem...

              BSNL — Deduction of balance without my consent

              They are deducting my balance Rs. 20/- for the last four/five month through utility service called Easy vault phn bckup without my consent. When I tried to complain through their call centre it is already closed. They are just cheating the customers. Please help on the issue

                sub: slow internet speed

                I have got the WIMAX Internet connection from 18.02.2013 and using it.But from that day onward the speed is very slow , giving around 50 kbps. I have an unlimited plan( HOWI 750) which promises a speed of 512 kbps. As per the regulation on “Quality of Service standards for Broadband Services” issued by TRAI on 6th May, 2006, a subscriber should get minimum 80% of the subscribed broadband connection speed from ISP Node to user. Which means i am not even getting the speed guidelined by TRAI. I have logged many complaints on nearby exchange but no steps has been taken to increase my speed. So i kindly request you to look into my promblem and rectify it as soon as possible.

                    My BSNL land line connection no.[protected] is not working for the past two weeks.I 've already registered several complaints since the phone was dead.I have also contacted the authority personally and I got response from them that they are checking out the connections and the problem will be solved soon.But it's been another one week after that response from the authority and no action has been taken since now.I 've always seen that the BSNL authority is so concerned about the payment of the bills and the imposing of fines but not so good at costumer satisfaction. I hope the authorized will see to this problem and make a solution ASAP.
                    my land line is dead from past 1 week , correct as early as possible. my land line no. is 26728514
                    My land line no is[protected].This line is also dead since last 5 days.My Doct no is M-5708 dt 09.11.09. This land line remains dead for at least 15 days every month, but the bill is being paid regularly on time.I can not find any reason for this.I have seen the D.P.Box and found it open and within the reach of people. This landline also have a Broadband connection, which effects all my works when the line is dead. Kindly look into the matter otherwise I will have to withdraw the landline from BSNL.
                    Sir i have land phone, but not working from 7/8 months because some one was take the post of landline.i have complain many time but no action have taken, i have inform to our local S.D.O.But nothing will happend

                      For almost a month my broadband and telephone not working and broadband only gets connected when there is power, when I called up the Podanur station to complain, the explanation was that the battery in the local server has gone and needs a replacement and it is almost a month it is happening which heavily interrupted my purpose of having internet connection but the BSNL happily sending bill without even bothering about the connection.

                      Kindly would like to move to consumer court if this continues, kindly advice.

                      BSNL — BSNL LANDLINE NOT WORKING

                      Sir,

                      My BSNL Landline Phone No. is 2360035. It is under the exchange of Katemanivli, Kalyan East. Since one month my phone is not working. During this one month period, I have complained several times. They have attended once. However after restoring the connection, connection got DEAD within few minutes. Thereafter, I have given repeated reminders. Still the connection has not been restored. Everyday I call in the telephone exchange, Katemanivali and remind the same. However, the telephone connection has not been repaired.

                      Anyway, BSNL is charging monthly rent irrespective of working the telephone connection. We are the loosers and suffering financial loss and get stress due this type of negligence from your side. Please let me know why it has not been rectified yet.

                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at earliest.

                      BSNL Landline & Broadband — Broadband & Landline Issue pending from Aug 2008. Not at all bothered for customer

                      I have taken BSNL Broadband conection and have invited a parasite disease ti my life. This BSNL system is like a parasite to this country. Govt. should take serious action on this. BSNL service should be Privatized.Employees(Since, there job is secured & no tension) are least bothered for the customers and in turn consumers are going for some other services...Simply means its a loss of Govt revenue directly(which is hug...believe me). Curruption, No service to customer, Delays, harrasment, bribing are benchmark of this BSNL telecome dept.. This system should be refresh at all levels.

                      I am running for one small clarification of my landline bill and requesting them to clear on it from August 2008 but only progress is I am submitting Applicationstill date and running to office.Thats all BSNL staff is able to do, that too coming to office at 11am instead of 10am.
                      I have lodged a complaint in this regard earlier also.But its all waste, I have been running to all this office form Aug 08.Its year End now. My connection is disconnected on 26th Sept 2008 but bill is coming regularly.I paid all bills, except one to clarify, but there is never a call from the BSNL people. There is a limit for everything. If Govt. wants a good revenue from the BSNL system even in this ressesion time they should be privatizing this system. Why a country person should be sufering and paying tax to this Govt. Where there is no service back to its own country man?
                      This complaint is also will be posted. thats all.all I have to do is to go to BSNL office and pay them money and close my connection...This is called BSNL all India Plan and a sick below level standard service in a country where people are looking for super power of this world. Shame on tihs.

                      B.S.N.L landline — non working of landline

                      we have a landline number[protected], but its always in a non working condition, from last 8 months its lying passive, we r just paying the bill for having it as a show piece at home.inspite of making many complaints at local and block level, nothing fruitful has happened yet, what a poor service of bsnl...we are so fed up of it...where should we complain it now ?when will it be okay and in a working condition ?

                      BSNL — landline phone and broadband connection failed

                      My land line number [protected] is not working since last month.Even broadband service also failed due to landline connection.I have deposited all the due amount on 3.6.2009 and also registered the complain but still didn't get the connection .Please check the number and repair it as soon as possible where the problem exists.

                      This is related to the issue that we have been facing with our telephone for the past three months. The phone number is 24492221.

                      We have raised the complaints three months back, still we haven’t received any persons related to the complaint that we have raised.

                      We have given follow up calls on the same 2 to 3 times.

                      Since nobody have resolved the issue from our end we haven’t done the payment for April & May, can you please let me know why should I pay. If you need something for verification check out the outgoing calls if any from our telephone.

                      Still it is dead and also out broad band is not at all working.

                      If you are not providing a proper service then why are you providing the connection and making the people to suffer every time when we faced the problem.

                      Today we tried calling the call centre persons for disconnecting the number there were no proper response from them.

                      We want some responsible action from your end on the same.

I was booking railway ticket and in the middle way connection has gone when my credit card number accesses and was going to be activated in middle the connection failed . Once or twice may be it happen but it happens practically continuously this enough to doom.

                        sir,
                        i have applied for shifting of telephone from my old house to new house with effect from 23 Dec 11. They told me that it will take maximum 7 days for shifting of telephone because it has to be shifted within the same telephone exchange. my new house is just i street back to the preious one. the same shifting of telephone was not done. i again visited the concerned telephone exchange for the same problem but they replied that it will be done in next week. i have visited that exchange more than ten times but there is no progress in my case. i am feeling like i am being cheated from bsnl people. pls help me in same concern. thanking you

                            on 23rd feb. 2013 i receive a SMS informing me that an amount of rs.30 is being deducted from my prepaid mobile no. [protected] towards my club games service renewal. to unsubscribe i was directed to SMS "STOP" to 155223. i did exactly that but the money was deducted anyway. the irony is that my telephone being prepaid was not operational for the last couple of months during my stay in Jammu J&K. before i could forget this episode i yet again receive a similar SMS on 25th march 2013 from BZ[protected] deducting rs.30 towards club games. it is a simple case of fraud and deceit and needs to be severely dealt with.

I HAVE GOT THE TALK TIME (NEW).

                            AFTER THAT I HAVE COMPLAINED TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE ON THE SAME DAY AND AGAIN I HAVE GOT THE COMPLAIN NO.3757514 DATED 20.09.2009 BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT GOT THE PREVIOUS BALANCE ALTHOUGH I HAVE CONTACTED TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CONTINUOUS FOR SEVERAL TIMES BY PHONE CALL AND EVERY TIME THEY HAVE ASSUMED ME THE SYSTEM ERROR IS THERE AND THEY HAVE FORWARDED MY COMPLAIN AND AT LAST THEY HAVE CONFIRMED US THAT I WILL GET BACK MY PREVIOUS BALANCE.

                            Rs 97 Booster validity of cell one was said to valid for three months from the date when I rechargd on !4th july. But there was arbitrary cancellation of facility effected by Bsnl causing breach of contract and expnses.Now the validity said to be one month . It can be implmntd for fresh rechargers but for those recharged earlier should be given back the facility

Without my confirmation how can you charge such Charges. Please remove this charges from my bill immediately.                                 Now I heve received another bill for Februsry-2013, in which no any credit given to me. I have received bill showing previous outstanding Rs. 298. In bill for february-2013 Rs. 148.36 charged as " Charges for Movies on Demand Hangama Rs. 148.36. This is also wrong.. I have paid my regular bil for Both January-2013 and February-2013.

                                    Sir I Am student of 12the Science.
                                    When I want get any Information trough Internet by Maharashtra Raigad 402-103 BSNL broadband.
                                    When I saw very time Line is dead Unable to connect.
                                    The world worst service Telephone Mobile , Land-line and Broadband Service is providing by BSNL.
                                    Because,
                                    Per monthe in 30 day's 09to 13 days Network is available In Mobile .
                                    Per monthe in 30 day's 10 to 15 days Line is dead In Land-line.
                                    Per monthe in 30 day's 14 to 17 days Unable To connect Withe Broadband Because Broadband service is off or disconnected from BSNL office.
                                    When A very Small or minimum problem came To fix it They get minimum 5 to 6 days.
                                    NO but They get Complete amount Of service but service is zero [protected].

                                    BSNL — WORSE SERVICES

                                    WE DO NOT GET EVEN A LOW CONNECTIVITY IN MOST PART OF KOLKATA ESPECIALLY IN SALTLAKE CITY.

                                    WHY ?
                                    I booked for new landline and broadband connection on 14.02.08. They told, new connection will take 7 days and after that I'll be getting broadband connection in another 7 days. I started following up after a week, initially, they were just postponing the broadband connection due to some technical problems but later after 15 days, they installed the modem and told that I will get the broadband connection same day but it never happended, even after 10 days of installtion of modem I did not get the connection. I have been following this regularly with the concerned persons, everytime they give me the same reason that there is some problem with the username and they promoises me to sort out that problem in a day or two. I had taken this matter to AE and DE of R.T Nagar exchange but evey they failed to solve my problem. If the senior officers fail to solve this problem and I am not sure, whom to contact.

                                    I can not go for Airtel also, as they don't have network in our area.
                                    Ya i agree to it cent % as i too felt bad wen BSNL call rate were increaed to 20 ps for the FFE scheme. At the same time they said they are reducing there call rate for the STD but those who dont use STD and only use local calls has got no use for this only they need to pay more as the call rate are increased for FFE numbers and also SMS rate also increased. Too Bad too bad ...
                                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                                    I am using land line of BSNL. I took internet facility last month to use international calling becasue I am NRI and i am living in South Africa. I have to call in my home via internet but last three weeks i don't have connectivity for intenet and my family has been visited in BSNL office so many times. I also call to JE (Mahesh) so many times from here and no body take any action. Is it right service of BSNL?

                                    This instrument is not working for past 3 years.
                                    Intially BSNL Peenya made the blame on Highways authorities, later after big follow up with BSNL the instrument was set right in 2009. Now for the past 2 months it has hardly worked for a week.
                                    Every time when make an on line complaint I get a fancy docket number the it gets deleted after 2 days.
                                    Earlier BSNL after correcting any fault used to call and confirm correct working of the instrument. Now that is even stopped might be due to shortage of man power.
                                    Some one suggest me how to sue BSNL in the Consumer court.
                                    Unfortunately I have opted for ECS payment and BSNL is very sinciere in deducting money from my account.

                                    BSNL — Worst service

                                    I am a BSNL customer for the last 10 years . Recently I got bb connection . Daily I am waiting and wasting 3-4 hours just to open a mail . Really it is dead slow . I have lodged complaints many times . But the service and response is very poor , really worst . My head is going to blast because of bsnl . MY contact no[protected] , cell - [protected]
                                    I too face the same issue...

                                    I'm on the ULD 900 (the costliest unlimited home plan) but the speeds I get are really pathetic... I get better speed while browsing on my mobile !!!

                                    BSNL is good as long as it works well... but once we have an issue, customers will go mad by the time the issue is sorted out !!

                                    BSNL service is by far the worst service I have come across. I have got new numbers when i have started calling them and in future if i get some problem whether problem is resolved or not i get more BSNL phone numbers whom i need to contact for getting things done.
                                    2 weeks my phone was dead it took them 2 weeks to repair. Now its more than 2 weeks my landline no. was interchanged with some other no. after complaint they have changed the no. to yet another different no. If you call them they behave as if they are doing charity. They shout at you as if you have done a mistake
                                    If they dont rectify their mistakes they would loose customers
                                    BSNL worst service and lazy dept, since i have paid the telephone bill on 11 April from the debit card and excess billing etc, but when tried to reacht he customer care executive after call 1500 Tel number no body bothers to take the call since all will be enjoying the bsnl dept fro good salaries sisnl nice job secured, as the govt only has to take the necessary action against these culprit, since 24 online service should be there but they are paid but no work job doing nothing, why the govt has to maintain this much and this many lazy nation burden bodies, as the curtomers are feeding them, the bsnl has to wake up to make modification since the pvt companies already dominating, even still the bsnl not waking up means they are no where, because of their lazybones and no work, heavy salary strategy not work out, as many over recruited int he dept, with the public cost . a trs the tel phone is disconnection several time even after t several attempts, even bill is paid in advance

                                      Due to PIN error my mobile bearing No.[protected] got blocked since 5.3.2013.Despite my hundreds attempts,as of today I could not get in touch with customer care associates as of now since the liness are busy round the clock.What shall a customer do in the event of losing a mobile if customer care services are not available in emergency need?
                                      Please ask bsnl customer care to contact me at [protected] so that I can unblock my another bsnl mobile having no.[protected].
                                      what is more painful that at 10.23 P.M today,i.e 24.3.2013 I have received a message frrom 52585 stating that "Ur EasyVault phn Backup service is renwd @Rs20 pm for 30 days. ..........To unsub SMS "STOP" to 155223 or call on 155223(tollfree)".
                                      I called to 155223 but could not contact.They have already deducted Rs.20/-from my account.I have sent a SMS stating STOP tp 15223.But i have received no reply.
                                      If the customers are so cheated,how long will they stay with BSNL.
                                      Amidst utter despair,I will have no alternative but to surrender all the bsnl connections including Land line.
                                      in fact,for incoming calls,BSNL is sometimes deducting from my account.
                                      Can BSNL being a govt.agency,ensure better customer care services and stop such illegal deductions?
