i have paid my mobile bill of Rs 366- by H.D.F.C Credit card ending 9706 on the 20th march 2013 of which was debited from my Account. However , the message appear that the transaction was not successful and

My landline phone no.[protected] was out of order since last 2 months and in this regard, I had lodged complaint on[protected] through Automatic Complaint Service and after a week I again checked where it has been displayed that Technical work is in progress. Evry time when I checked the aforesaid tape was repeated. After a lapse a month I personally contracted again and again and was assured that the next day the man would be deputed to...

I applied for a new landline & broadband connection at the Ramamurthy Nagar Exchange on Jan 31 2013. The have accepted the order (order no. [protected]) and asked me to get in touch with T.C.Palya exchange where my residence is located. Initially they told the labours are not available to dig the road to pull the cable from other side of the road. After 2 weeks they started saying not getting the spares from the Ramamurthy Nagar Exchange...

I have changed my internet plan From Rs 250 to Rs 750 ULC from the 26th of February, 2013. The bill paid for the month of February was 1424 & for March the bill amount is Rs 2348. As per the bill the broadband usage is Rs 1181. We have changed our plan , so why is the bill amount so high. Please let me know as soon as possible.

I am an old customer of BSNL with number starting with 94470 with the number about 10 years old and I have ported out of BSNL last year coz ur sim didn't support my Google phone, now I have ported back to BSNL last week only to be found that my calls as well as internet are getting disconnected quite frequently and it is severely affecting my job/calls related to that and it is totally absurd that your customer...

I recharged this mobile no: [protected] with 100 rs (86 rs credited) and 135 rs( 400 min free call offer) on 11th this month , that time i got message also and next day i recharged with 22 rs for validity and after that i made 3-4 calls( total less than 15 min) and after that my balance shown 0.00 and i am not able to make any call also. last 4 days on-wards i try to contact customer care but no one picking call also.

Due to some unavoidable circumstance, We want to Surrender the Broadband Connection of above number.

We have already inform this matter to Local Authority of BSNL Department. Till date there is no proper guideline is arrived of Surrender Procedure.
