dear sir i am fed up with bsnl landline which is connected with internet .I am totally depended on tele communication for my on line teaching .my phone no is[protected].I am being harrassed by
lineman who is doing purposely as he always wants money & totally unproffessional .also sdo gupta
is same category . kindly take proper action against them .please do the needful .

    I have changed my internet plan From Rs 250 to Rs 750 ULC from the 26th of February, 2013. The bill paid for the month of February was 1424 & for March the bill amount is Rs 2348. As per the bill the broadband usage is Rs 1181. We have changed our plan , so why is the bill amount so high. Please let me know as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir,

        I am an old customer of BSNL with number starting with 94470 with the number about 10 years old and I have ported out of BSNL last year coz ur sim didn't support my Google phone, now I have ported back to BSNL last week only to be found that my calls as well as internet are getting disconnected quite frequently and it is severely affecting my job/calls related to that and it is totally absurd that your customer care people are not able to resolve this problem, I have checked the sim with multiple phone and the issue still persissts....please help.....i can't lose this number coz it has been the primary contact for all and I need to wait another 3 months to get this ported as it is causing serious trouble for me

          i am Rajendra and my wife name nirmala. my wife is always talking to some strangers even in midnight also she is talking secretly so please send mer call register , her mobile no. is - [protected] .
          thanking u sir...
          1. tell one o[censored]r frnd to call her at a particular time like 12-12.30 mid night...and catch her red handed
          2. when u get to know she is speaking to some other guy that time u try her no, if it is call waiting dat means she is talking to somebody..check it frequently.
          3. you can check her fone book and sms inbox when she is not using her fone like when she is in rest room ..
          4. try to make friendship with her bestfrnd(gal) and ain confidence and take details from her friend.
          5.spend maximum time with her..
          That is a breach of privacy if the account is in your wifes name then an organisation will breach her privacy by providing her bill. why dont you sit down and calmly talk with her. No offence she may be unhappy with your marriage and you should work together to fix it. If you want her phone bill to confront her and make her feel bad then dont bother she will never be yours.

          If you both cant talk about this and move on as a couple then sepearate

              I have got the WIMAX Internet connection from 04th February 2013 and using it and paid first month bill on 13th March 2013. But from 15th March 2013 onwards I haven’t received any connection I have checked & troubleshoot the access, it shows the error has DNS Server Error.
              Recording this i have complaint to the following:
              1.BSNL Wimax Customer Care 1502 on Friday night at 9.00 P.M Name of the Person Lakshman( but thay have not take my Complaint and register the same )
              2. Maraimalai Nagar Exchange –She take my complaint and register and she give one wimax customer support Engineer No.[protected] on Saturday. After out of from exchange she called and said your problem as rectified, and I have go to home and checked but still problem not resolved.
              3.Monday morning ( Today )went to Maraimalai nagar Exchange, request to solve the issue to SDE madam,but waited till 10.45 A.M Madam has not yet to come to exchange & than I tried to Customer Support Engineer [protected] but he says he don’t know about wimax customer support, its take by BSNL Exchange.
              So I kindly request you to consider this problem and rectify it immediately.

              My telephone no.2525447, it is not working past more than a month. I complained several time to AE and JE personally over phone and complaint lodged to customer care. But so for i didn't get any proper response from your end and without working we received the bills frequently. If you are not taking any action in this regard, kindly advice to us to cancel the connection. i am very much regret with your service.My conduct no.[protected].

              BSNL WIMAX TOO SLOW AT NIGHT — BSNL WIMAX TOO SLOW AT NIGHT

              am using BSNL WIMAX home unlimited750 (Rs.890/Month) plan with internal modem. Internet connection too slow at night time. i got 100KB download speed at day time. Contacted to BSNL WIMAX Customer Care Number many times and got more than 5 complaint numbers :) no solution, no response from BSNL team.
              My problem is exactly same as Mr.Suresh Babu has mentioned in his complaint letter. I wonder why BSNL has a very pathetic customer service. I regret for choosing BSNL wimax. Device came after one month of application, that too after calling numerous times. It took another month for the connection to get activated. Now they say that my connection is active but still i was not able to access internet.

              They came again and changed my device and the new issue arouse that my connection status changes ON/OFF every two minutes.

              I'm thinking to return the device and disconnect the connection.

                  in my bsnl number rubaru service is costing unnecessary charges and i tried to stop it my calling bsnl numbers but it couldn't stop. i am losing Rs.66(approx) per month. please do something for it.and also can't change my number because my number is with relatives and someone in them is also living very far and also don't know their number.please do something!!!!!!

                    In Goregaon east near railway station mobile recharge shop i tried to recharge my phone ,the shopkeeper Mr Vicky recharged using his mobile [protected] for rupees 100/- in my mobile [protected] but no confirmation message came to me on my handset, but Mr Vicky showed me confirmation message in his mobile,Transaction id 19647139 date[protected], time 12:56 i thought that may be due to network problem i may get message later, i paid rupees 100/- to Mr Vicky ,but later i found no recharge was made on my phone also confirmed with BSNL customer care (pls see the complaint dated 14-sept-2012 docket no I[protected], they also told that no recharge or top-up was made to my number on that day, i repeatedly told the shopkeeper but they told to ask BSNL customer care, unable to get right answer,and also my 100/-rupees, to whomsoever it may concern this happened with me , this may have happened with other people, i don't know, please take necessary action, thank you

                          Recharge successful but balance not credited

                          I recharged this mobile no: [protected] with 100 rs (86 rs credited) and 135 rs( 400 min free call offer) on 11th this month , that time i got message also and next day i recharged with 22 rs for validity and after that i made 3-4 calls( total less than 15 min) and after that my balance shown 0.00 and i am not able to make any call also. last 4 days on-wards i try to contact customer care but no one picking call also.

                            मैंने इंटरनेट कनैक्शन जब अप्लाई किया था तब मुझे 250रु फोन ओर 250रु internet के installation चार्ज के साथ 1st month का advance 625रु देने को कहा गया इसके अतिरिक्त मुझे कुछ ओर नहीं बताया गया । मैंने Total 1125रु जमा करावा दिये । जब मुझे इंटरनेट बिल प्राप्त हुआ तो उसमे 750रु फोन ओर 250रु internet के installation चार्ज लिखा है मैंने इसके लिए BSNL office सैक्टर-5 Panchkula मे जाकर इसके बारे मे पूछा तो मुझे बताया गया की installation चार्ज बड़ गए है मैंने जब कहा की मुझे पहले क्यो नहीं बताया गया तो मुझ से कहा गया जब हमे भी नहीं पता था तब हम आपको कैसे बताते । जो मैंने 1125रु दिये हैं इन्होने इसे security deposit के रूप मे मान लिया गया है । इन्होने मुझे पहले इसकी जानकारी नहीं दी ।

                            इसके अतिरिक्त मैंने intenet के लिए[protected] को apply किया था BSNL को landline Phone[protected] को activate हो जाता है पर इंटरनेट activate नहीं किया गया मैंने इसके लिए BSNL customer care मे बात की तो बताया गया की जब आप का इंटरनेट activate होगा तब से आपका बिल आयेगा ।[protected] को BSNL technical agent आता है वह इंटरनेट setting करके चला जाता है मुझे कह कर जाते है कुछ घंटो के बाद नेट चल जायगा ।कुछ घंटो के बाद नेट चलता फिर अपने आप बंद हो जाता है फिर इसके बाद इंटरनेट चलता ही नहीं है अगर नेट कभी चला तो कुछ पल के लिए बंद हो जाता इसके लिए हमें कई बार BSNL coustomer care ओर BSNL Office गए पर कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ कुछ दिनो के बाद bsnl के agent आते है नेट ठीक करके चले जाते है उस दिन तारीख 3-3-2013 थी पर शाम को नेट बंद हो जाता है इसके मे 4-3-2013 ऑफिस मे जाकर फिर से complaint करता हु फिर वे आकार जिस खंबे से पहले wire आ रही थे वह से हटा कर किसी दूसरे खंबे से connect करते है । तब से इनेटेरनेट सही चल रहा है पर अभी भी कभी -2 शाम को internet बंद हो जाता है ।
                            [protected] से[protected] तक का बिल भी आ गया है जब[protected] से नेट चला ही नहीं तो बिल किस बात का । मुझे आशा है की आप मेरी ये परेशानी को दूर करेगे ।

                              Due to some unavoidable circumstance, We want to Surrender the Broadband Connection of above number.

                              We have already inform this matter to Local Authority of BSNL Department. Till date there is no proper guideline is arrived of Surrender Procedure.

                                I am Jayeeta Mukherjee. I am an user of bsnl prepaid mobile service. my mobile no.is [protected]. from last 7th march i have activated a free wallpaper downloading service. yesterday i have got an sms that the service will be renewed after 3 days and it will be charged rs20/30 days. there was also written that if i want to deactivate it i have to send NOPE to 5050099. i have repeatedly send sms to that no. but it was not delivered. i have also called customer care but as usual no response from that side.......... the dialled customer care no.is [protected].............. please deactivate the wallpaper downloading service from my no............... as early as possible

                                  My BSNL broadband (Landline Phone Number:[protected] is not working from more than 15 days and since past 8-9 days it is completely dead including phone services too. There is no action has been taken till now and local customer service is just saying that they will fix the damage wire issue today/tomorrow or... (no proper timeline). Due to this i have suffered a lot of internet based tasks missed away and missed lots of important calls from my phone.

                                  There seems to be taken no action in hurry and department is still taking issue in a relaxed way. Apart from this, when the internet was working, there is lots of intermittent connectivity and very poor speed issue going on in past days/months but i am continuously paying full service charge without any fail in spite of I am not getting the proper services for which i am getting paid.

                                  A great amount of loss has occurred to me mentally as well as financially. A very poor service outcome has been seen by me in past days. It seems no-one in bsnl wants to do his job in timeline...what is this??

                                  Getting frustrated and hoping to have a result.

                                  BSNL — Phone dead for many weeks

                                  Hello,

                                  My landline[protected] has been dead for many weeks now. The issue started on 10/12/2010 and despite lodging a complaint there has been no response for 3 weeks by BSNL. Finally when the BSNL Service provider mechanics arrived on 31/12/2010, they checked for 2 minutes, said they would check something else and come back in 10 minutes but never came back. This level of service is simply unacceptable. We had a similar issue in the past and despite lodging several complaints, the phone was not fixed for a long duration. BSNL responded only when the issue was lodged in a public forum through print media. I request BSNL to leverage their customer complaint process that they have established and adhere to the minimum service level agreements to maintain acceptable, if not excellent, level of service.

                                      I bought a new sim no [protected] from bsnl service which has not been activated from a long time due to televerification of sim ,the no which has been provided from customer care i.e 1507 is asked to call on this no for activation but unfortunately the no is not being pick up by any officials from long enough time.So I therefore request you to kindly make some major steps for which I shall be highly obliged thereby .
