UNAUTHORISED DEBITS

Sir,
Fraudulent debits from prepaid account of my mobile no.[protected] without my consent/option. After debit also no confirmation message. Daily verification and remembering the balance has become headache. Call centers replies are irrelevant and

Faulty Broadband Connection

No network coverage in our place

I am a bsnl handset user from ponthenpuzha(manimala panchayat,kottayam dist,kerala) in which we have no network coverage at all in our area from many years back.but there is a tower in which ,it is not charged at all.All the bsnl customers are suffering a lot about this.As usual bsnl is the best network providers but here it is of no any use at all.So i kindly request u to do the appropriate solution for this...

my bsnl sim card blocked by puk

Day before yesterday when I was going t make a call suddenly my cell was switched off and when i switched on it. It was displaying that my sim card has been rejected and it also wants me to enter a PUK code.Actually I don't that is a PUK code that's why I do not enter any number and my most precious numbers are also deleted...
