    મારા નંબર ઉપર કોઇ એ તેનો ફોન ડાઇવડઁ કરેલ છે એને ધણી વખત સમજાવવા છતા તે ફોન ડાઇવડઁ માંથી ઉઠાવતો નથી
    એને મારી સાથે ઝગડો કરે છે મે બીએલએનએલ ના 1503 માં ધણીજ વખત કહેલ પરંતુ તે લોકો પુરી વાત સાંભડયા વગર લાઇન કટ કરી નાખે છે તથા સરખો જવાબ આપતા નથી

          Dear Sir ,
          I have subscribed for landline Number 243595 at Udhampur (Jammu and Kashmir) and along with it am availing the broadband (Rs 600/- PM) . The number is located at 15/5 Ashok Vihar , near Chinar Complex . I have been facing acute problems with regards to internet and telephone connectivity since 13 Nov 2013. Complaints about this with the BSNL office at SSA Udhampur as also at Garhi have been made but to no avail . Informally it has been learnt from the line man Mr Balwan Singh that this is an issue o[censored]nderground fault , and requires digging .

          We are earnestly waiting for the digging to start , but still in vain . If this is the state of the internet and the landline connectivity then it appears to be better to switch to mobile phones and wireless internet with other service providers.

          If the telephone bill can be produced with the regularity , with no concern to the services provided then we demand that the internet and the landline be restored at the earliest.

          BSNL — connectivity from landline to bsnl mobile

          repeated dialing from land line number to bsnl mobile is not getting connected but at the same time when dialed from reliance mobile at a single dialling the connectivity is available . also when tried to call the toll free complaint number 1500 even after 30/45 minutes the engage tone is only heard back is the govt service providing is getting worsend due to the employees are comfortable with there employment and salary inspite of not doing the job with sincerity

              My Data Card is PCMCIA Type and the connection no. is [protected].

              The speed of the data card is very very slow. It is pathetic to browse any website. The internet speed is abnormally slow and gets disconnected frequently. I am facing this problem for last 11-12 months. I am unable to do any work in internet. Each month, I am paying the monthly rental charge for internet which is a total waste since the speed of the internet is very slow.
              Such poor service is not expected from BSNL. I had complaint few weeks back but no action has been taken so far. It is pathetic. This type of poor customer service is one of the reasons which force the customers like us to switch to other companies. If you don't take any action, it is damaging the image of BSNL. Request BSNL, Kolkata to kindly take necessary actions at the earliest to rectify the problem.

              BSNL — Slow Speed of Data Card PCMCIA

              My Data Card is PCMCIA Type and the connection no. is [protected].

              The speed of the data card is very very slow. It is pathetic to browse any website. The internet speed is abnormally slow and gets disconnected frequently. I am facing this problem for last 10-11 months. I have tried to contact Customer Care but all in vain. I am unable to do any work in internet. Each month, I am paying for the monthly rental charge for internet of the Data Card which is a total waste since the speed of the internet so slow that I cannot use it.
              Request BSNL, Kolkata to kindly take necessary actions to rectify the problem at the earliest

              This is very true that BSNL Data Card (PCMCIA) is very very slow and it is a real struggle to work with it. Even BSNL Customer Service is very poor. The Customer Service don't care to response to the complaints of the customers who are suffering for their poor service.
              BSNL should improve their Internet Data Card Service.

                  We took connection on 2004
                  Recently I saw my prepaid amount increasing bimonthly.
                  When I understood that the below mentioned amount they took without my permission.
                  About 60 to 100 rupees they taken without my permissions
                  So pls. kindly search this and take proper decision to avoid this problems further
                  some of the cutting payments like this
                  5 Ka Tadka - Rs. 5/- for 2 weeks
                  Dating - Rs. 10/- for 2 weeks
                  Crikcet Service - Rs. 15/- for 2 weeks
                  Chat messanger - Rs. 15/- for 2 weeks

                    My telephone was registered in the Name of my father Mr. T.M.Natesan. He passed away on Sep 2012. Now I want to the change the connection to my name N.Saravanan (Son of Mr. T.M.Natesan)

                    Please find the attached BSNL Bill copy, Death Certificate of Mr.T.M.Natesan, ID & Address proof of Mr. N.Saravanan, (Ration card & Driving License)

                    So, i want to changes the name from T.M.Natesan to N.Saravanan
                    and i want the address to be updated as i have mentioned above.

                      I am customer of BSNL landline number[protected]. My past bill plan was oneindia plan but 6 months earlier i went to Bharat nagar office in Bathinda and submitted my application to change my bill plan from oneindia to Rs. 75 per month. But 6 months later i received the message on my mobile on 24 jan 2013 that my service request no. [protected] against phone no.[protected] has been completed which is too late. For the past 6 months i have been paying the same oneindia plan's price. So understanding my harassment make my last 6 months bill as Rs.75 per month and transfer the other amount to my BSNL account.

                        I have got the phone connection and the internet connection but never in my life i have seen such a miserable service .


                        Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

                            deactivate hungama movie on demand View all bsnl Hungama movie on demand complaints I have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bills for the last months for hungama music and movies which i had not subscribed to. MR BAALU OF DOMLUR CIRCLE IS TOO SWEET BUT WHEN IT COMES TO DELIVERING HE WILL GENTLY COAX YOU IN TO A HIGHER PLAN, WHEREAS THE SAME PLAN IS PROMISING 4 MBPS. BELIEVE ME IT IS 0.1 MBPS AS I CHECK THE SPEED RIGHT NOW ON 23 JAN 13 2200 HRS. THOSE WHO DONT KNOW, PL NOTE THAT YOU CAN CHECK THE DOWN AND UPLOAD SPEED OF YOUR CONNECTION BY SIMPLY TYPING SPEEDTEST ON YOUR BROWSER AND CLICKING START. THEY ARE VERY MUCH CAPABLE OF REDUCING YOUR SPEED ONCE YOU TAKE THE CONNECTION. THATS WHAT HAPPENED WITH ME. THEY SPLIT THE BABDWIDTH TO ACCOMODATE MORE CUSTOMERS, THATS WAT I FEEL. SERVICE...THEIR ONLINE CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO IS DIAL IT THEN THE VOICE SAYS JUST PRESS 1 OR 2 AND LISTEN TO ENDLESS RING TONES. AIRTELL IS FAR MORE RESPONSIVE. THEY GIVE WAT THEY PROMISE.                                 BSNL — BSNL Broadband connection: A fraud

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had applied for a BSNL broadband connection for my home on 01.07.2010 and I was told that the connection will be installed in a week. Even after 20 days and numerous visits, nothing was done.
                                I therefore cancelled the connection and again was assured of refund by 09/08/2010. And as any other government organization is expected to work here, the refund has not come till today. And the most irritating thing was that the BSNL official shamelessly told me that they don't know when the refund will come but it'll come in this year itself.
                                I strongly request you to take action against the BSNL broadband services department in Gurgaon so that they could atleast work and reply with some responsibility to consumers. It has been 2 months and there has been no track of where my money has gone. Please help me in getting my deposit back.
                                My refund no. is 42945 (In case it helps).

                                  Here i am jignesh bhatti from ahmedabad. My Grievance is that there are no GPRS connectivity regular in my 3G prepaid sim card. my Mobile No. is [protected]. I had call so many times to customer care centre of bsnl. But the problem is still there. So i am requesting for help to do the needful in this context as early as possible.                                     I am using TATA DOCOMO CDMA. i want MNP from TATA CDMA to BSNL CDMA. i have fulfill all the document and when i was going to BSNL OFFICE to deposited the documents they did not received my document and told me that SIM are not available and you will come on 2 Feb. Today they saying that CDMA to CDMA MNP not possible.
                                    i have talk to bsnl customer care and customer care executive confirm me that it is definitely possible.
                                    Please take necessary action.

                                      I HAVE ISD FACILITY ON PREPAID MOBILE NO.[protected] OF BSNL ISSUED FROM SIKAR WHICH IS BEING USED BY ME AT KOTA. WHEN I GIVE MISS CALL TO MY DAUGHTER AT TEXSAS IN US IT DEDUCT Rs.6/- FLAT THOUGH CALL IS NOT MATERILISED. IT IS BEING HAPPEN OFTENLY. KINDLY REFUND THE AMOUNT SO DEDUCTED UNAUTHORISEDLY BY THE BSNL. ALSO PLEASE STOP CHARGING SUCH UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION.

                                      IF SUCH DEDUCTION CONTINUED BY YOU THEN I WILL HAVE NO OPTENTION TO SURRENDER THE FACILITY AND PORT TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDO BESIDES FROM MAKING COMPLAINT TO TRAI.

                                      BSNL Prepaid Connection — mines balancing

                                      mera bsnl ka pre paid connection hai, 19.11.08 ko mere cell pe 1 sms
                                      jo kisi geeta alert ka tha mera ballence us samay 0.51 paise tha. us ke dike bad mera ballence mines 59.41 paise ho gaya .jab mera conection pre paid hai to mines bellenc kaise ho sakta hai. kai bar customer care ko call karne per complaint karne per bhe koi responce nahi mila. now what i do.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am a BSNL Cellone customer [protected]. On 12 july 2011 I am got SMS from[protected] and 5rs deducted from my prepaid balance & the massage was this "Dear subscriber, to know more about service click on http://wap.mplanetlive.com * charge would be applicable." Why 5rs deducted from my account after recived that sms?

                                        My name is Pate Pravinbhai Somabhai and my landline no.[protected]. i want to complain you that my landline phone has been disturbed from last 2 month and for that reason i have complained many of times to Bsnl Exchange Kalol and Ahmadabad, but there is not any action taken by him .So I request you to give adviseas soon as possible.
